Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan ketrampilan gerak dasar lokomotor lari dengan berbagai variasi gerak lari dengan menggunakan berbagai jenis permainan sederhana.Strategi dalam penelitian tindakan kelas ini dilakukan melalui 2 siklus dan pada setiap siklusnya. Sedang untuk mengaktifkan siswa dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan latihan-latihan yang diberikan kepada siswa dalam kelompok besar dan kelompok kecil. Kelas IV Sekolah Dasar Negeri 02 Lego Kulon Kecamatan Kasreman Kabupaten Ngawi tahun ajaran 2019/2020, jumlah 20 siswa dengan jumlah siswa 12 siswa putri dan 8 siswa putraMetode Penelitian Kelas ini diawali dengan perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi dan pelaksanaan tindakan, dan lakukan refleksi, dan teruskan perbaikan atau peningkatan yang diharapkan dapat diperoleh.Hasil penelitian pada nilai sikap Kompetensi Inti I (Sikap Spiritual) untuk 20 siswa, pada siklus I = 65% atau 13 siswa, dan pada siklus belajar II = 85% atau 17 siswa, dan dapat disingkirkan naik 20% atau 4 siswa. Pada nilai kompetensi Kompetensi Inti II (Sikap Sosial), pada siklus I = 60% atau 12 siswa, dan pada siklus belajar II = 85% atau 17 siswa, dan dapat disimpulkan pembelajaran naik 20% atau 5 siswa. Pada nilai kompetensi Kompetensi Inti (Aspek Pengetahuan) untuk 20 siswa, pada siklus I = 60% atau 12 siswa, dan pada siklus belajar II = 80% atau 16 siswa, dan dapat disimpulkan naik 20% atau 4 siswa.Pada nilai kompetensi Kompetensi Inti IV (Aspek Ketrampilan) untuk 20 siswa, pada siklus I = 65% atau 13 siswa, dan pada siklus belajar II = 85% atau 17 siswa, dan dapat disingkirkan naik 20% atau 4 siswa.Sekolah Dasar Negeri 02 Lego Kulon Kecamatan Kasreman Kabupaten Ngawi tahun ajaran 2019/2020.

Abstract

Abstract

Based on initial findings, information about the condition of facilities and infrastructure that support Physical Education learning in Junior High Schools in Kendal District, Ngawi Regency is needed. This quantitative descriptive research aims to determine the results of a description of the state of Physical Education learning facilities and infrastructure in Junior High Schools in Kendal District, Ngawi Regency. This research uses a survey method to find out the results. The questionnaire is used to determine the existence and condition of infrastructure and facilities. The Junior High School in Kendal District, Ngawi Regency, which consists of three schools, was used as the subject of this research. Quantitative descriptive analysis is used by classifying the types of data obtained from observation sheets and combining them into groups. According to the research results, there are 2 junior high schools in Kendal District, Ngawi Regency which have physical education facilities and infrastructure in the medium category, which means 66.7% of the 33% total or one school is in the good category.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate whether the use of 3-on-3 games can improve dribbling skills in basketball. The main objective is to enhance basketball dribbling techniques through the modification of 3-on-3 games in the 7th grade of SMP Negeri 3 Paron. The research method employed in this study is Classroom Action Research. The total number of students in class VIIA is 25, consisting of 14 male students and 11 female students. Findings from the research on the improvement of basketball dribbling skills through the modification of 3-on-3 games indicate that in Cycle I, 14 students successfully completed the task, which is 56%. On the other hand, there were 11 students or 44% who were unable to complete the task. In Cycle II, the test results showed that 21 students or 84% met the completion criteria, while 4 students or 16% did not meet the task requirements. This study provides evidence that through the modification of 3-on-3 games, basketball dribbling skills among students at SMPN 3 Paron can be enhanced. This is evident from the observed improvement from Cycle I to Cycle II.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of learning modification tools on turbo throwing learning outcomes. Turbo throwing is a technique in athletic sports games, namely the activity of throwing with one hand to reach a certain distance. Based on observations made at sdn karanggupito 1 kendal ngawi, there were problems experienced by students in the learning process of physical education, sports and health. Practical results are still low, namely not meeting the minimum completeness criteria (kkm) of 75. Like in class v, which has 14 students, many of them have not met the kkm. Of which 2 students got a score >75, and 12 students got a score <75. This means that 86% of those who have not met the minimum completion criteria (kkm) in class v are 86% and only 14% have passed. By learning using this modified tool, it can improve student learning outcomes from psychomotor, affective and cognitive aspects, and can improve the quality of learning. From this research, it was stated that an increase in learning outcomes for turbo throwing was 50% in cycle i and 86% in cycle ii and that learning completeness (meeting the kkm) could be successfully carried out with alminimum completion requirement of 80% of the number of students.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian studi literature review ini adalah untuk mengetahui dampak yang dirasakan oleh masyarakat terkait ekonomi atas penyelenggaraan olahraga multi event di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain literature review. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah artikel publikasi yang terbit dalam jurnal internasional dan nasional. Pencarian artikel publikasi dilakukan dengan beberapa website database jurnal seperti Google Scholar, dan PubMed. Berdasarkan literature yang telah di review didapatkan hasil bahwa 6 studi yang menunjukan bahwa penyelenggaraan olahraga multi event di Indonesia mempunyain dampak yang signifikat terhadap ekonomi masyarakat. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat digunakan sebagai referensi bagi peneliti lainnya untuk digunakan sebagai acuan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of training using the obstacle and target method on the accuracy of pointing in petanque sports. The problem in this study is the lack or weakness of accuracy in doing the pointing technique. This type of research is experimental-based quantitative. The population of this study were club petanque players, totaling 23 people. The sampling technique used was a saturated sample of 15 consisting of a target class, an obstacle class, and a control class. Data collection by pretest using obstacles and targets. After that, the pointing throw treatment was given 13 times in the target class, the obstacle class, and the control class carried out the pointing throw and after that the posttest was carried out. The results of the data and research hypothesis testing using a t-test (paired sample t-test) at a significance level of less than <0.05. From the research, the following results were obtained: 1) The target class based on the paired t test results obtained a sig of .000 This value is smaller than 0.05, so using the target training method can affect the accuracy of the pointing technique. 2) Obstacle class based on the paired t test results obtained a sig of .144. This value is greater than 0.05, so using the obstacle training method has no effect on the pointing technique. 3) The control class based on the results of the paired t-test, obtained sig 0.043. This value is smaller than 0.05, so it can be said that if you do not use the obstacle and target method, it can be concluded that the obstacle and target training method has an effect on the accuracy of pointing accuracy.

Abstract

This reserach aims to improve student’s motoric gross through applying of simple games to the students  in the academic year of 2021/2022.. The subjects were 21 students of PAUD Al-Kautsar Ngawi who consist of 11 male students and 10 female students.1The data were collected from the researcher, collaborator, and students using tests and observations. The data were validated using data source triangulation technique, and analysed using descriptive analysis technique.1Learning student’s through applying of simple games can improve student’s motoric gross in PAUD Al-Kautsar in the academic year of 2021/2022.  In the beginning condition, there were 4,76% or 1 of students who had learning achievement in good cindition, 33,34% or 7 of students who had learning achivement in fair category, 47,62% or 10 of students were in poor category, 14,28% or 3 of students were in very poor caterory, and the number1of students who passed the passing grade were only 8 students. In the first cycle, there were 4,76 % of students who had motoric gross in good category, 61,91% of students were in fair category, 28,57% of students were in poor category and 4,76% of students were in very poor category, and the number of students who passed the passing grade were 14 students. While in the second cycle, there were 4,76% of students who had motoric gross in very good category, 19,05% of students who had learning achivement in good category, 61,91% of students were in fair category, 14,28% of students were in poor category, and the number of students who passed the passing grade were 18 students.The conclusion of this research is the use of simple games can improve student’s motoric gross at PAUD Al-Kautsar Ngawi in the academic year of 2021/2022.
