Abstract

The reason for this study is to determine the variables Perceived ease of use and Perceived usefulness of hobby in using the OVO E-wallet in technology Z. This study is a quantitative look at. The pattern for this look changed into 79 respondents using the Slovin formulation, with a purposive sampling approach. Number one, data collection is acquired by dispensing questionnaires. The evaluation technique used becomes multiple regression analysis using the SPSS model 26 software program. The consequences showed that perceived ease of use had a positive and significant effect on perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use had a positive and significant effect on interest in using e-wallets, perceived usefulness had an impact positive and significant toward the intention to use an e-wallet and perceived usefulness is moderation of perceived ease of use towards the intention to behave e-wallet. The determinant coefficient is 57.2%. The rest is influenced by factors not examined.

Abstract

Superior and high-quality products are the key for advance industry, one of which is through halal products that have been determined to be certified starting October 2021. There are thirteen million micro and small business actors in Indonesia who need to obtain halal certification, while the number of available halal supervisors who are in accordance to the new standard only reached 2,310 people, causing the fulfillment of the target of halal certification to be hampered. This phenomenon shows the level of urgency needed for the performance of halal supervisors in an effort to fulfill certification to increase company competitiveness. This study explores further the human resource management strategy related to employee performance, because there has been a research gap in the form of inconsistency between previous research and theory. Where in this study discussed the effect of training, competence and motivation on the performance of halal supervisors. This study took the entire population from a halal supervisor training totaling 110 people, with a survey method using questionnaire as primary data measured using a Likert scale of 1-5. The research instrument used is a type of questionnaire that includes questions that represent indicators of the effect of training, competence, motivation and performance. From the results of multiple linear regression analysis, it was found that there was a relationship between training, competence and motivation on performance in the form of a regression equation: Y = 0.976 + 0.295 X1 + 0.404 X2 + 0.16 X3 + e. Where from further analysis it can be shown that the variables of training, competency and motivation have a positive and significant influence on the performance of halal supervisors. Furthermore it can be shown that on the influence of the training variable on performance, the dimension of training facilities has a strong relationship to timeliness with a correlation value of 0.61, on the influence of the competency variable on performance, the knowledge dimension has a strong relationship to work quality with a correlation value of 0.747, and on the motivational variable on performance, the affiliation dimension has a moderate relationship to work quality with a correlation value of 0.489.

Abstract

Literature Review Article Analysis of Factors Affecting Marketing Information System: CRM, Customer Satisfaction and Sales Effectiveness is a scientific article that aims to build research hypotheses on the influence of variables to be used in further research, within the scope of ESSB. The method of writing this Literature Review article is the library research method, which is sourced from online media such as Google Scholar, Mendeley and other academic online media. The results of this article are that: 1) CRM influences operational excellence and increases customer satisfaction through a cooperative relationship with the marketing information system. ; 2) Customer satisfaction affects the marketing information system; and 3) sales effectiveness affects the marketing information system. Apart from these 3 exogenous variables that influence the endogenous variables of the Finance Information System there are many other factors including the variables of Planning, Management and Internal Audit of the company.

Abstract

The aim of this paper is to provide a structured literature review on the constructs of Self-Ability, Self-Confidence, employee performance, and empirical evidence on the relationship between Self-Ability, Self-Confidence, employee performance, in Indonesia context. 30 (thirty) papers published during 2018-2022 that investigates Self-Ability, Self-Confidence, employee performance,, and the relationship between Self-Ability, Self-Confidence, employee performance, were reviewed. The results of the review show that Self-Ability and Self-Confidence From these results, it can be said that each variable instrument, namely Self-Ability and Self-Confidence, affects Employee Performance, but it is undeniable that these variables must run simultaneously and be accompanied by other variables that have not been researched in order to obtain optimal work performance towards better organizational performance.

Abstract

Education funding is the rupiah value of all resources (inputs) used for an educational activity. Thus, the problem is how can we save education funds in schools, so that with existing funds we can carry out educational activities of optimal quality and can improve the quality of learning. According to the 2003 National Education System Law, the government, local government and the community handle funding for education in Indonesia from an allocation of 20% of the APBN and APBD. All use of education funds must go through formal controls and non-formal controls.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of Digital Promotion, Reference Groups, and Efficacy on the Decision to Conduct Covid-19 Booster Vaccination Mediated by Trust (Study in Balikpapan City). This study uses a causal research method. The population in this study are people who have carried out the second vaccine in the city of Balikpapan. The sampling method employs a non-probability sampling technique with 200 respondents from the city of Balikpapan. SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) SmartPLS version 3.0 was used for data analysis. The results showed that: (1) Digital Promotion, Reference Group, Efficacy, and Trust had a positive and significant effect on booster vaccination decisions, (2) Digital Promotion and Reference Group had a positive and not significant effect on Trust, (3) Efficacy had a positive and significant effect on Trust, (4) Trust does not mediate Digital Promotion and Reference Groups on vaccination decisions, (5) Trust mediates efficacy directly or indirectly in influencing booster vaccination decisions.

Abstract

The marketing strategy is the most important thing to overcome the fast business competition. This study aims to determine the result of perception, price, product priority, delivery, discount program, on rental choices Scaffolding mediated by word of mouth at PT. Pamungkas Putra Pratama. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with a correlation approach. The populations in this study are all customers of PT. Pamungkas Putra Pratama collected data using a questionnaire or questionnaire distributed to each member of the population. The data analysis technique is by measuring the Likert scale using the SEM analysis of the Smart PLS software. The results of this study indicate that perceptions of price, product priority, delivery, and discount programs have a significant and positive result on the choice to rent scaffolding at PT Pamungkas Putra Pratama. Perception, price, product priority, delivery and discounts also have a positive and significant impact on word of mouth at PT. Pamungkas Putra Pratama. Therefore word of mouth is capable and influential in increasing scaffolding rental choices at PT. Pamungkas Putra Pratama.

Abstract

This study aims to reveal the effect of integration of work achievement where self-efficacy, work Interest, emotional intelligence and motivation as Moderating variables. This type of research is associative quantitative. The population of this study as many as 151 employees. Sampling using simple random sampling technique as many as 109 respondents. Data analysis using path analysis. The results showed that the variables of work interest and emotional intelligence have a positive and significant effect on job performance through motivation as an intervening variable.

Abstract

This article aims to determine the potential for bankruptcy in fisheries sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2019 to 2021. The scope of discussion in this article is financial management. The analytical tool used in this article is the Altman Z-Score, Springate and Zmijewski bankruptcy prediction models. There are three fishing companies that are the object of research in this article, namely PT Era Mandiri Cemerlang, TBK, PT Morenzo Abadi Perkasa, TBK and PT Asia Sejahtera Mina, TBK. From research on the three companies, test results obtained with the Altman Z-Score model, PT Era Mandiri Cemerlang have the potential to experience bankruptcy, PT Morenzo Abadi Perkasa has a gray area condition and PT Asia Sejahtera Mina is in a healthy condition. Test results with the PT Era Mandiri Cemerlang Springate model, TBK is in a state of bankruptcy, while PT Morenzo Abadi Perkasa and PT Asia Sejahtera Mina are in good health. The test results with the Zmijewski model of the three fishing companies are in a sound financial condition and have no potential for bankruptcy. Of the three bankruptcy prediction models, the one with the highest accuracy is the Zmijewski model.

Abstract

The Effect of Motivation and Online Presence on the Performance of State Vocational School Teachers in Tangerang Regency during the Covid 19 Pandemic. Based on observations of the performance of State Vocational School teachers in Tangerang Regency, it shows that motivation has decreased and low attendance. Information from school operators as teacher attendance record officers, that there are 40% of teachers who are late for teaching every month. Apart from that, from conversations with some of the closest teachers, the attendance recording system and low motivation caused teachers to lack enthusiasm in carrying out their activities. The aim is to find out to what extent motivation and online attendance have an effect on improving teacher performance. The population in this study was taken from State Vocational School teachers in Tangerang Regency. The research was conducted from January to June 2021. This research used a quantitative descriptive approach by collecting data using a questionnaire which was distributed to sample schools through social media networks in the form of groups. whatsapp specifically for teachers with a total of 238 teachers. The analytical method uses multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS program. The results showed that the motivational variable had no effect on the teacher's performance variable, but the online attendance variable had a significant effect on the teacher's performance variable. Simultaneously, the two independent variables show that motivation and online presence have an effect on increasing teacher performance at State Vocational Schools in Tangerang Regency during the Covid 19 Pandemic.
