Cement is one of the most important building materials in the world of construction today. So that the demand for cement can be used as a benchmark in the implementation of development in a country. Cement ship unloading equipment is very influential on the availability of cement supply both in Indonesia and the world. Damage to the unloading equipment on the cement carrier ship, especially the Cera Tank and Bucket Elevator, has an impact on the delay in the loading and unloading process at the port. So that maintenance is very important in order to avoid the delay in loading and unloading. This research was conducted in MV. Oceanic Success for 12 months. The aim is to find out things that must be considered in terms of maintenance of cement carrier ship unloading equipment. This research method uses a qualitative descriptive method with data analysis techniques, namely Root Cause Analysis with the help of the 5 Why Analysis Method tool. The results of this study indicate that the Cera Tank and Bucket Elevator unloading tools are lacking in terms of maintenance. Thus causing delays in the unloading process on the MV ship. Oceanic Success.

Abstract: This research finds out and analyzes the impact of E-Government Implementation and Leadership on Organizational Performance mediated by Employee Work Motivation at the Directorate General of Foreign Trade, Ministry of Trade. A quantitative method using primary data in the form of a survey. This research sample used was 162 employees. Data was collected using a questionnaire with a Likert scale of 1-5. The data analysis technique used is SEM with PLS software. The results of this study show; (1) Implementation of e-government has a significant effect on employee work motivation, (2) Leadership has no significant effect on employee work motivation, (3) E-government implementation has no significant effect on organizational performance, (4) Leadership has a significant effect on organizational performance, (5) Employee work motivation has a significant effect on organizational performance, (6) Employee work motivation significantly mediates e-government implementation on organizational performance, (7) Employee work motivation has no significant effect in mediating leadership on organizational performance.

Digital technology is continuously evolving, and NFT, as one of the blockchain breakthroughs, is receiving a lot of attention. The goal of purchasing NFT transactions on the Opensea marketplace is a fascinating topic. This article discusses the impact of brand image and brand trust on Opensea marketplace users' purchase decision, either partially or simultaneously. This article uses a quantitative research method. Non-probability sampling was used, with purposive sampling as the sample technique. Meanwhile, 133 people who have completed NFT transactions on the Opensea marketplace were polled. The findings of this study show that brand image and brand trust has a favorable and significant impact on NFT purchase decision in the Opensea marketplace.

This study aims to obtain some information regarding the performance improvement that has occurred in the TDW Group, especially several business units due to the organizational culture formed through the coaching and mentoring process through case studies. The paradigm in this study uses Post-Positivism which is naturalistic. The data analysis performed is inductive based on the facts determined. This research was conducted at TDW Group which has 11 business units. The selection of informants in this study used a purposive sampling technique. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling, with data collection through; interviews, literature studies, and observation. Data analysis in this study used interactive model data analysis techniques, assisted by the NVivo 12 plus software. Tung Desem Waringin made the coaching and mentoring process gain interest for participants to participate in the process. Coaching and mentoring with the title Friday with TDW can instill a corporate culture Juni Bawa Tali (Jujur, Nilai Tambah, Tanggung Gugat dan Lingkaran Malaikat) so that it is well remembered and understood by staff from several business units. Finally, there is the influence of the implementation of corporate culture on employee performance, which can personally increase employee productivity.

The public's doubts about several cases of abuse of authority by banking officials and employees have caused the public's trust to decrease in the banking sector, which should be a safe and reliable place to store funds for all Indonesian people. Public demands for accountability and transparency from the bank in disclosing the findings of fraud have forced banks to further improve their integrity and internal control. This study aims to examine the effect of integrity, effectiveness of internal control, on the potential for accounting fraud and its impact on financial accountability in Indonesian banks. This research uses Structural Ecuation Modeling (SEM) analysis. The population in this study is banking in Indonesia which is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2021, the total sample in this study is 54. The data are taken from questionnaires distributed to respondents. The results of this study indicate that the integrity and effectiveness of internal controls have a negative effect on the potential for accounting fraud, the integrity and effectiveness of internal controls have a positive effect on financial accountability, and the potential for accounting fraud has a negative effect on financial accountability.

The Executive Support System (ESS) is software that allows its users to convert data owned by the company into reports at the executive level that can be quickly accessed for various uses by various parts or work units within the company. ESS is also known by another term as Executive Information System (EIS). EIS is a system based on information technology support intended to assist company executives in the decision making process. Therefore ESS or EIS is a supporting system for executive decision making processes.
