Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of organizational culture and leadership style on the performance and job satisfaction of employees at PTPN IV Medan. To determine the relationship between employee job satisfaction and the performance of PTPN IV Medan. To assess the effect of organizationaI cuIture and Ieadership styIe on empIoyee performance as measured by job satisfaction at PTPN IV Medan. This research method uses a quantitative approach with 600 employees from PTPN IV in Medan, North Sumatra, which is the population for the study. The sampling method used was probabiIity sampIing, and the sampling technique was simple random sampling so 254 respondents were taken as samples in this study. The data analysis technique uses the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the help of the SmartPLS version 3.2.9 program. The findings of this study indicate that organizationaI cuIture and Ieadership styIe has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction at PTPN IV Medan. Positive and significant influence of organizational culture, leadership style, and job satisfaction on employee performance at PTPN IV Medan. The infIuence of organizationaI cuIture and Ieadership styIe on empIoyee performance at PTPN IV Medan can be mediated by job satisfaction.

Abstract

The Literature Review article on the Effect of Selling Prices and Discounts on Purchasing Power and Customer Loyalty is a scientific article that has the aim of building a research hypothesis on the influence between variables that will be used in subsequent research, within the scope of Marketing Management. The method of writing this Literature Review article is the library research method, which is sourced from online media including Google Scholar, Mendeley and other academic online media. The results of this Literature Review article are: 1) Selling Price has an effect on Purchasing Power; 2) Discounts have an effect on Purchasing Power; 3) Selling Price affects Customer Loyalty; 4) Discounts affect Customer Loyalty; and 5) Purchasing Power affects Customer Loyalty. Apart from these 2 exogenous variables that affect the endogenous variables of Purchasing Power and Customer Loyalty, there are many other factors, including product availability, income, customer satisfaction, and location variables.

Abstract

One of the efforts to increase the capacity of MSMEs, particularly on culinary products is by optimizing e-commerce-based technology through the marketplace platform. Previous research has found that internal consumer factors heavily influence consumer buying interest. For purchases using e-commerce, the elements of trust and acceptance of risk are essential, in addition to other factors, such as consumer perceptions based on social media. This study's main objective is to analyze the role and influence of consumer reviews, the risks received by consumers, and consumer trust on consumer purchase intentions. The research design uses a quantitative descriptive. The research sample consisted of 200 e-commerce consumers for culinary products in Jambi City. The sampling technique uses probability sampling with survey sampling using questionnaires, interviews, and observations. The analysis tool uses Structural Equation Modeling -PLS. the research results show a significant relationship between consumer reviews and consumer trust. Risk and consumer trust also affect purchase intensity. However, the study's results also show no significant effect between consumer reviews and purchase intentions, as well as consumer trust and the risk received. It is hoped that the research results will benefit many parties who need references, such as e-commerce users, business actors, and academics conducting research in the same field.

Abstract

The results of this article are that: 1) Compliance and Supervision have an effect on the Finance Information System; 2) Quality influences the Finance Information System; and 3) Utilization of Financial Statements affects the Finance Information System. Apart from these 3 exogenous variables that influence the endogenous variables of the Finance Information System there are many other factors including the variables of Planning, Management, Internal Audit and Controlling.

Abstract

Turnover Intention is the tendency of employees to stop or intention to move to work elsewhere. Having employees coming in and out will be a burden for the company in recruiting more professional staff, so this is a serious problem and the company must know the factors that cause employee turnover. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Reward, Supervisor Support, and Organizational Justice on Engagement and to determine the effect of Engagement on BNI Mataram Branch Employee Turnover Intentions. The population used in this study is permanent employees BNI Mataram Branches many as 181 employees with the Total Sampling technique. To test the hypothesis in this study, researchers used the covariance-based Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) data analysis method with the help of the Smart-PLS program application. The results of the study show that Reward has no significant effect on Employee Engagement, Supervisor Support has a significant effect on Employee Engagement, Organizational Justice has a significant effect on Employee Engagement, and Engagement has a significant effect on Employee Turnover Intentions at BNI Mataram Branch.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of tax morale and tax digitalization system on tax compliance with trust in government as a moderating variable. The population in this study are corporate taxpayers in the Cikarang-Cibitung Industrial Area. In this study the data analysis technique used was quantitative using the PLS-SEM (Structural Equation Model) or structural equation model. The results of this research were Tax Morale has no effect on Taxpayer Compliance, The Tax Digitization System has a positive influence on Taxpayer Compliance, Trust in the Government in this study cannot act as a moderating variable in the Tax Morale variable on Taxpayer Compliance, and Trust in the Government in this study cannot act as a moderating variable in the Tax Digitalization System variable on Taxpayer Compliance.

Abstract

The role of financial statements as a measure of a company's performance is very necessary. Through this important role, this research was conducted with the hope of providing input to all businesses, especially Medium, Small and Independent Enterprises (MSMEs) in Jakarta, the variables used in this study include Financial Literacy, Financial Understanding, Motivation for Preparing Financial Statements and Applying Financial Statements. This study sample used 65 culinary businesses in the Jakarta area. Quantitative methods are used in the analysis of data obtained through interviews and questionnaires which are further processed using Smart Partial Least Squares 4. The test results illustrate that financial literacy has an influence on the understanding of business people in financial management, improving the ability of business people to manage finances and the ability to compile a financial report.

Abstract

This study's objective was to investigate the connection between commitment organizations, and motivation and turnover intention at PT BGR Logistik Indonesia using job satisfaction as an intervening variable. There are 896 individuals living there in total. Using a random sampling technique, 277 persons were included in the sample. The research method in this study uses a quantitative approach and data analysis uses SMART-PLS. The research results prove that (1) organizational commitment has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. (2) Job satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention (3) Motivation has a not positive and significant impact on Turnover Intention (4) Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction (5) Motivation has a positive and significant effect on job (6) Job satisfaction has a negative and significant impact on the intention to leave the organization. (7) Motivation, acting as an intervening variable, has a detrimental and considerable impact on the desire to leave. Suggestions and input for PT. BGR Logistik Indonesia pays more attention to organizational commitment and work motivation.
