Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture and work discipline on employee performance with organizational commitment as an intervening variable in the Rehabilitation Center Work Unit of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Indonesia (Satker Pusrehap Kemhan RI). The sample in this study was 110 employees, which was determined based on the purposive sampling method with a calculation of 5 times the number of research indicators. Hypothesis testing was carried out using the Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis technique with the help of Smart PLS software. The results of the study showed that organizational culture did not have a significant effect on employee performance, while work discipline had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. In addition, organizational commitment has a positive and significant influence on employee performance, while organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Other results also show that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. These findings indicate that in improving employee performance in the Pusrehap Task Force of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Indonesia, work discipline and organizational commitment play a more dominant role compared to organizational culture.

Abstract

The research was conducted with the aim of analyzing ang know whether the Debt To Equity Ratio and sales growth have a simultaneous effect on stock prices as well as the effect of the variable Debt To Equity Ratio and partial sales growth on stock prices in the food and beverage sub-seector companies registered with PT Bursa Efek Indonesia 2013-2017. The research method uses quantitative secondary methods. This population in this study is a food and beverage sub-sector company registered with PT. Indonesia Stock Exchange 2013-2017 as many as 25 companies. The sample of this study used purposive sampling technique. The number of samples that meet the criteria for the number of 5 companies. The variables used in this study are Debt To Equity Ratio (DER), sales growth as the independent variable and stock price as the dependent variable. The analysis technique used is the classic assumption test, which includes normality test, multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test and heteroscedasticity test. Multiple regression analysis, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination. The results of the T test show partially the variable debt to equity ratio has a significant effect on stock prices, while sales growth does not effect stock prices. The results of the F test show simultaneously the debt to equity ratio and stock price growth does not significantly influence stock prices. And the result of the study of the coefficient of determination shows from the adjusted R-Square value of 0.209%.

Abstract

This research aims to identify the impact of organizational culture at Diskomlekau on the retention of young talent, which plays an important role in the process of organizational regeneration and sustainability. A qualitative descriptive approach was used in this research to collect and analyze data. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, this research found that organizational culture has a significant impact on the satisfaction and commitment of young employees. Positive values ??create a supportive work environment, but there are also pressures that can cause stress. Interview results show that an inclusive and innovative culture is attractive to young talents. This research emphasizes the important role of management in building a positive organizational culture. The results of the analysis show that organizational culture at Diskomlekau has a significant impact on the retention of young talent. Positive values ??in organizational culture create a supportive work environment, increasing the satisfaction and commitment of young employees. However, there are also challenges, such as pressure to contribute optimally which can cause stress. Young employees appreciate the culture that is inclusive and supports innovation, which is an attraction for them to continue working at Diskomlekau.

Abstract

Group 3 Kopassus is one of the units in the Kopassus ranks that has the ability to multiply forces to complete selected strategic targets. In the face of modern challenges such as global terrorism, asymmetric warfare, and cyber threats, competency-based recruitment is key to ensuring personnel quality. This study aims to analyze the influence of recruitment and competency on the performance of Kopassus Group 3 personnel and evaluate the strategic recruitment process in supporting organizational sustainability. A qualitative approach with a case study design was used in this research, with direct observation methods to explore the dynamics of recruitment and competency development. The results show that rigorous competency-based recruitment contributes significantly to operational performance, although it takes a long time and can hinder the procurement of personnel in urgent situations. Key competencies that influence operational effectiveness include technical capabilities such as terrain navigation and infiltration, as well as nontechnical capabilities such as leadership and mental resilience. The conclusion of this study is the importance of balancing time efficiency with recruitment quality through process optimization without compromising standards. Suggestions are given to improve continuous training and recruitment support technology to strengthen adaptability and operational readiness.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of performance management to optimize the role of English teachers in the learning process at the Pusdikpengmilum military education institution. The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observations, and document analysis. The research sample includes English teachers and management at Pusdikpengmilum. The results show that structured performance management implementation through planning, execution, and evaluation enhances teacher competencies. Continuous training, data-driven performance evaluations, and comprehensive managerial support prove effective in fostering innovative and relevant teaching methods. The study recommends strengthening integrated policies to improve education quality in military institutions.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effects of training, work motivation, and discipline on employee performance. The research employs a literature review method, which involves collecting and analyzing previous studies to draw more comprehensive conclusions. Data sources include national and international journals obtained through Google Scholar. The results of the literature review indicate that training, work motivation, and discipline have a significant relationship with employee performance. In the training variable, five research journals revealed that training has a positive impact on improving employees' skills and productivity. For the work motivation variable, one journal found that work motivation does not significantly affect employee performance, while four other journals stated that high motivation can enhance employee performance through increased enthusiasm and dedication to work. In the work discipline variable, all five journals agreed that work discipline contributes to creating order, responsibility, and compliance with company regulations, thus positively impacting employee performance.

Abstract

Human resources (HR) training and development play a pivotal role in enhancing organizational effectiveness and employee performance. This study explores the significance of HR training and development in improving employee performance through a comprehensive systematic literature review (SLR). Relevant literature was gathered from various academic databases, including Google Scholar, Scopus, and Mendeley, to ensure a diverse and comprehensive collection of studies. The findings indicate that HR training and development programs positively influence employee skills, competence, and productivity, leading to improved performance. This research emphasizes the importance of aligning training and development initiatives with both individual employee needs and broader organizational strategies. The results suggest that organizations investing in HR training and development can achieve long-term success by fostering a skilled and motivated workforce.

Abstract

Abstract

The development of increasingly sophisticated technology has put the world in an era of increasingly complex international competition in various ways. This shift in life challenges requires the quality of human resources to be accompanied by quality. To balance this, human resources need to improve their digital literacy in order to be able to sort out information so as not to be trapped in a propaganda. However, in Indonesia the issue of literacy is still in the low category. When the government through Kominfo has made many improvements starting from conducting digital literacy counseling for all aspects, one of which is the TNI, as the party responsible for the stability and security of the country, digital literacy is very important for all aspects, especially the TNI, to be able to protect the community from various negative things. This research activity uses a type of qualitative research with a literature study method with the aim of analyzing the implementation of Digital Literacy as human resource development. The results of this study explain that the strategy of developing human resources through strengthening digital literacy in TNi can be done through digital literacy counseling, building digital crime skills, increasing digital literacy skills and digital transformation development capabilities.

Abstract

This study focuses on the determine the effect of motivation, work environment, and training and development on employee performance in various organizations. The aim of this research is to analyze the contributions of these three variables in enhancing employee performance within the context of human resource management. The method used is a literature review, where the researcher collects and analyzes various relevant articles and previous studies. The results indicate that strong motivation, a positive work environment, and effective training and development programs significantly improve employee performance. These three variables are interrelated and have a crucial impact on productivity and overall organizational performance.
