Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of brand image, customer value, and product quality on customer satisfaction (study of coffee shop customers at Forestthree Coffee Transyogi). The number of respondents is 80 respondents. The results showed that there is a brand image that does not have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. This can be seen from the t-count value of 0.587 < t table of 1.992 and the sig value of Brand Image (X1) of 0.218> 0.05. So it can be concluded that H0 is accepted and Ha is rejected, and for customer value, product quality has a positive influence on customer satisfaction. This can be seen from the t-count value of 7.362 (X2), 5.782 (X3) > t table of 1.992. The results of the tests that have been carried out also show that customer value and product quality simultaneously have an influence on customer satisfaction as evidenced by a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05 and F count 122,550 > F table 2.73. For the DW value is 1.738, based on this, it is obtained that the value of dL = 1.560, the value of dU = 1.715, the value of 4-dL = 2.440, and the value of 4-dU = 2.285. Therefore, it can be concluded that there is no auto-correlation in the linear regression model because the value of dU(1.715) < DW (1.738) < 4-dU (2.285). The conclusion of this study is that customer satisfaction is caused by customer value and product quality. As for Customer Satisfaction does not happen which is caused by the Brand Image. Suggestions for this researcher are then expected to look for research materials that have an impact or have a positive effect on each of the variables.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of competence, work motivation and organizational culture on personnel performance in the financial environment of the Indonesian National Army (TNI) Central Java Region. In military organizations, especially in the financial sector, aspects of individual competence, motivational drive, and organizational cultural values ??play an important role in work effectiveness and transparent and accountable budget management. The research method used is qualitative with a phenomenological study approach. Data was collected through in-depth interviews, participant observation and document analysis, involving financial personnel within the TNI as key informants. The research results show that high competence, both in technical and managerial aspects, contributes to improving individual performance. In addition, work motivation, whether originating from intrinsic or extrinsic factors, is the main driving factor in maintaining the effectiveness and efficiency of financial management. Meanwhile, a strong organizational culture—including the values ??of discipline, loyalty, and integrity—has a significant impact in creating a professional and responsible work environment. The implications of this research indicate that increasing personnel competency through continuous training, providing appropriate incentives to increase motivation, and strengthening organizational culture based on TNI values ??can be the main strategy in improving the quality of financial management. Thus, it is hoped that the results of this research will provide insight for TNI leaders in formulating more effective and efficient human resource management policies.

Abstract

The issue of mental disorders in Indonesia continues to rise, with more than 19 million people experiencing emotional mental disorders. Yayasan Jamrud Biru in Bekasi plays a significant role in providing rehabilitation services for People with Mental Disorders (ODGJ); however, the foundation's performance is influenced by internal and external factors. This study aims to analyze the influence of competence and work discipline on the performance of the foundation's employees in delivering optimal services. Using a qualitative approach and case study design, data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and document studies, then analyzed using NVivo software. The results show that competence and work discipline have a significant relationship with performance. The foundation's performance is supported by a reciprocal relationship between competence and the rehabilitation process, resource support, ongoing evaluation, and collaboration with other institutions. However, financial resource limitations and lack of family support pose challenges that must be addressed to improve the quality of rehabilitation services.

Abstract

This study analyzes the influence of work motivation, physical work environment, and job satisfaction on employee performance in the Rehabilitation Center Work Unit of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Indonesia (Satker Pusrehap Kemhan RI). A quantitative approach with descriptive and causal associative methods was used. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 49 employees selected via random sampling. The analysis employed multiple linear regression with a t-test for hypothesis testing. The results showed that work motivation, physical work environment, and job satisfaction significantly influence employee performance. Partial hypothesis testing found that work motivation (t = 2.504 > 2.012), physical work environment (t = 3.514 > 2.012), and job satisfaction (t = 2.786 > 2.012) had significant effects. Simultaneous testing revealed that work motivation and job satisfaction together significantly influence performance (F = 2.506 > 1.83, p = 0.006 < 0.05). This study highlights the importance of enhancing work motivation, optimizing the work environment, and improving job satisfaction to boost employee performance. A human resource management strategy focusing on these factors is essential for increasing organizational effectiveness.
