Abstract

Menjadi tenaga bidang pelayanan, seorang konselor dituntut untuk menjadi tenaga profesional. Dimana tenaga profesional merupakan seseorang yang ahli dalam bidangnya, mudah menyesuaikan lingkunannya, mudah mengatur waktu dan sikapnya. Menjadi tenaga profesional seorang konselor di atur dalam kode etik konseling yang harus dijaga dan membawa asas-asas konseling yang dapat memudahkan pelayanan konseling. Kinerja seorang konselor tersebar diberbagai bidang, karena pada dasarnya setiap bidang memerlukan bimbingan dan konselor merupakan orang ahli dalam hal bimbingan dan pengembangan. Keprofesionalan seorang konselor tidak hanya serta merta dalam hal pekerjaan saja ada beberapa kriteria seorang konselor bisa dikatakan sebagai tenaga yang profesional. Abstract

Teacher work loyalty is a measure of loyalty which is described by the ability of employees to defend and maintain the company / organization both in the area and outside the work area. This study aims to determine the contribution of leadership behavior to teacher job loyalty. This research was conducted in private high schools throughout Cibungbulang District. The number of samples taken was 25 teachers, with a non-probability sampling method with a sampling technique, namely saturated samples. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire or questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression. Based on the results of the analysis, it shows that there is a contribution between leadership behavior and teacher work loyalty. This shows that the stronger the influence of leadership behavior, the higher the job loyalty generated by the teacher. Therefore, to foster job loyalty to teachers, a leader is expected to further improve leadership behavior in order to increase teacher job loyalty.Keywords: Leadership Behavior, Teacher Work Loyalty

Abstract

Conflicts that occur between The Indigenous Peoples of Toruakat and PT. Bulawan Daya Lestari, in Bolaang Mongondow – North Sulawesi, which resulted in 1 (one) indigenous person being killed and 4 (four) other indigenous people injured, can be said to reveal the fact that the Government cannot be present to protect indigenous peoples. Protection, fulfillment, and recognition of indigenous peoples should be related to the substance of human rights in the Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia of 1945. The existence of confirmation in the constitution is not only limited to the recognition of the constitutional rights of indigenous peoples but also must ensure the fulfillment of these constitutional rights.tttttttttt The occurrence of such conflicts can ultimately show an urgency to the Indigenous Peoples Bill. Abstract

The research aims to (1) describe emotional intelligence on the learning motivation of East Jakarta junior high school students during the Covid-19 pandemic, (2) analyze the effect of emotional intelligence on learning motivation of East Jakarta junior high school students during the Covid-19 pandemic. Using quantitative, with associative types. The sample is 100 junior high school students in Jakarta. The results of simple linear regression analysis, obtained the equation that learning motivation: 26,151 + 0,755 emotional intelligence. The constant value of learning motivation is 26,151, while the regression coefficient for emotional intelligence is 0.755. The constant value is positive, meaning that if there is no emotional intelligence, the learning motivation is 26,151. The regression coefficient is positive, meaning that there is a positive relationship between emotional intelligence variables and learning motivation. If emotional intelligence has increased by 1% then students' learning motivation will increase by 75.5%. Based on the results of the t test, obtained a significance value: 0.000 and t count: 14,404. Significance value: 0.000 less than 0.05, meaning that there is a significant influence between the independent variable of emotional intelligence on the dependent variable of learning motivation of East Jakarta Middle School students during the Covid-19 pandemic.. Research on the analysis of students' emotional intelligence on student learning motivation during the covid-19 pandemic is expected to find out new information about the factors of students' emotional intelligence problems during online learning so that it can increase students' online learning motivation. Abstract

This study aims to measure or analyze whether there is a significant correlation or relationship between the use of Quizizz media and the learning motivation of class VIII students in Islamic education subjects at SMPN 1 Bogor. This study uses a correlational quantitative research approach. The population in this study were all students of class VIII SMPN 1 Bogor as many as 296 students. The sample of this study was 25% of class VIII SMPN 1 Bogor, which was 74 students. Data was collected using a questionnaire and documentation techniques. While the data analysis technique uses statistical techniques, using product moment correlation to find the relationship between the two variables. The results of data analysis showed a positive correlation between the use of Quizizz media and the variable of student learning motivation with the value obtained by the value of rcount = 0.495. Thus, when compared to the value of rcount with the value of rtable, by taking a significance level of 5% and degrees of freedom n-2 = 74 – 2 = 72. Thus, the value of rcount > rtable = 0.495 > 0.232. Then based on testing the significance of the correlation coefficient using the t test formula, the tcount value is 4.833 and the ttable value at = 0.05 is 1.666, which means Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Abstract

The advent of the covid pandemic 19 has had a dramatic negative impact on all aspects of life especially economic ones, which also result in domestic breakdown. Because not a few households are devastated by the covid 19 plague, but many families are able to preserve their families intact in the midst of the covid 19 plague. The appearance of the covid 19 plague presents a test and hindrance to all especially those who have gone from the household in order to preserve the home intact and to continue to promote family harmony. In the above phenomena it is the study to analyze and observe a family capable of well managing the well-being of the covid 19th pandemic in the region of the cilgor north district. The study is a study that USES a qualitative descriptive approach with a field research type, which directly observes the covid 19th plague of the family and can still preserve the intact and harmonious integrity of the household. The writer also went directly to the families to interview how their efforts to preserve the intact of the covid 19 pandemic. As for the results of this study, the efforts or tip of the family in the region of cilgor north bogor in preserving the unity of his household during the pandemic of covid 19. The efforts of one family to preserve the integrity of the home varied so much at its heart they faced the difficult times of the covid 19 pandemic by ever drawing closer to god, always being grateful for god's gifts, and sticking to one another's commitments. Abstract

Learning media is one of the factors that influence student learning success. One of the learning media is teleconference media, this teleconference media helps educators in conveying material to students more effectively. This study aims to determine the effect of using teleconference online learning media on students' interest in PAI learning. This research method uses quantitative methods with a quasi-experimental design of the nonequivalent control group design type. Researchers obtained data from 65 students by conducting experiments on the experimental class and the control class through a post-test. The results showed that; 1) The use of online learning media teleconference is in the medium category. 2) The results of the research in the experimental class and control class after receiving treatment, the average value of the experimental class is 44.09 and the control class is 39.94. 3) there is a significant influence between the use of online learning media teleconference on interest in learning Islamic Religious Education obtained from the Independent Sample T Test, it is known that the significance value of student interest = Sig. (2-tailed) 0.000 <0.05 so Ho is rejected, so that the results of the post-test measurement of interest in learning have a significant effect. To increase student interest in online learning, educators should understand well in choosing the right and effective online media, especially in Islamic Religious Education subjects, so that later students/students have a good interest in learning. Abstract

Moral education is very important for every human being among educational institution, the behavior attitudes and courtesy of student are prioritized because they reflect student who have good character. Therefore, learning aqidah morals has the ain of forming patterens of behavior, attitudes and manners of student through learning on the subjects of aqidah morals, so that the implementations of learning aqidah morallity can be realized optimally. The purpose of this research is to determine the impact of learning aqidah morals and to know the teacher’s ability to cultivate the polite attitude of students. The method in thos study uses a case study approach, wich is a method for collecting and analyzing data on particular case.The result of this research are that students geta good important and learn moral aqidah so that they can practice it in everyday life an always get used to being polite to those who are older, such as getting used to the 5 S(greeting, greeting, polite, smile and sharing) they always do. Do it every time you meet the teacher or someone who is older. The ability of the teacher to cultivate the polite attitude of students is by giving example of good things. There are the behavior of students, namely internal factors, two namely factors that influence that originate from and with themselves. Student such as the character or character of each student. While the second factor is external factors, namely factors that come from the environment of students. Therefore, the role of parents and teachers is needed for the development of students. Abstract

Learning strategies in improving students' emotional intelligence, being an educator must have learning strategies that can improve their emotional intelligence, because strategy is a pattern that is planned and determined intentionally to carry out learning activities or actions by educators to students, while emotional intelligence is the ability which is specifically for reading the deepest feelings people are dealing with with the aim of dealing with relationships effectively and strategically. This study aims to determine what learning strategies are used by Smpit Al-Fatih to improve emotional intelligence. This research uses descriptive qualitative method, with data collection techniques of observation, interviews and documentation. The research subjects were school principals, BK (Counseling Counseling) teachers, learning teachers, and students. The results of the field show that the learning strategies used at Al Fatih Junior High School to improve their emotional intelligence use several programs. Learning strategies are using comparative learning with strategies that involve students in learning such as creating study groups that will make students more active, helping each other and helping each other. discussing, using technology and visualization using this strategy will provide encouragement to students in learning because it is easier to understand, understand the character of students, recognize students' emotions with all of this will better know the student's condition and can also apply learning in class, providing guidance to these students will make students' personalities even better, and learning aqidah morals with this learning will increase students' faith.
