Abstract

The production planning system can provide satisfaction to the manufacture with the desire target and also with the available raw materials. In achieving the target of goals also face a situation of uncertainty (fuzzy). The aims of this study is proposed the model of fuzzy goal programming approach to optimize production planning system. In this model obtaining maximizing profit and revenue with consider minimize costs of labor cost, raw materials cost, time machine production, and also inventory cost. The numerical example is illustrate that the fuzzy goal programming model can optimize optimize production and profit according desired of decision maker.

Abstract

Artificial Intellegences in video game are important things that can challenge game player. One of them is creating character or NPC Follower (Non-player character Follower) inside the video game, such as real human/animal attitude. Artificial Intelligences have some techniques in which pathfinding is one of Artificial Intellegence techniques that is more popular in research than other techniques. The ability to do dynamic pathfinding is Dynamic Particle Chain (DPC) algorithm. This algorithm has the ability of flocking behavior called boid to explore the environment. But, the algoritm method moves from one boid’s point to another according to the nearest radius, then it will be able to increase computation time or needed time toward the target. To finish higher computation problem in dynamic pathfinding, the researcher suggests an algorithm that is able to handle dynamic pathfinding process through attractive potential field function of Artificial Potential Field to start pathfinding toward the target and flocking behavior technique to avoid the obstacle. Based on the test result by simulation of moving environment and complex, the computation time of algorithm is faster than comparison algorithms, DPC and Astar. It concludes that the suggested method can be used to decrease computation level in dynamic pathfinding.

Abstract

The use of smartphones in the industrial era 4.0 had become more frequent and widespread in various circles of Indonesian society. In addition, the COVID-19 pandemic that had not end yet also made high school and college students obliged to carry out online learning. This research aimed to cluster the price from smartphones using the specifications of the smartphone. K-Means Clustering was used as a method in this research. This algorithm was a data mining algorithm with unsupervised learning as data grouping and could group the price of a smartphone into several clusters based on the similarity of the characteristics by one data with other data, which is memory_size and best_price. The results of this research indicated that the right clustering of smartphone prices was within 3 different clusters, which was cluster 0 has centroid of Rp2.000.000,00, cluster 1 has centroid of Rp18.000.000,00, and cluster 2 has centroid of Rp9.000.000,00. The results of the evaluation used a confusion matrix, summary of prediction result, indicated that the clustering process had 100% of accuracy that could be seen on the table which showed the results of clustering. The conclusion from this research was that K-Means Clustering could form clusters in determining the price of a smartphone in relation to the specifications used as the attribute determining the price cluster for a smartphone.

Abstract

Blind is a term used to define the human condition given a privilege by God in the sense of sight, this condition makes blind people have a little difficulty in carrying out daily activities. Money is a primary human need and is very important for daily buying and selling transactions. Indonesian money, especially paper money, has an embossed line that can help people with visual impairments a little, but there is some money circulating in the market that is damaged or missing lines of appearance which makes it difficult for blind people to recognize the nominal of the money. The research was conducted at the “AISYIYAH” Orphanage for the Blind in Ponorogo by conducting several interviews with blind people, the informants provided information that they could recognize money on a daily basis but only applies to banknotes with good condition and the latest output, for damaged banknotes. or the old output is hard to identify. To help the blind recognize money, an android-based application was designed with the Knuth-Morris-Pratt algorithm which is a type of string matching algorithm. This algorithm is a development algorithm from the previous algorithm, namely the Brute Force algorithm. The final result of this study shows that the android application designed using the Knuth-Morris-Pratt algorithm is able to recognize nominal money with an accuracy rate of 100%.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has had a negative impact on the Indonesian economy, thus prompting the government to pay great attention to the people at the grassroots level by holding aid programs. There are problems that occur in determining the recipients of assistance, namely there are criticisms and rejections regarding the inappropriateness of the target of assistance and there are obstacles faced by village officials in collecting data and determining which beneficiaries are prioritized or prioritized with those that are not prioritized, so that it is not in accordance with the Government's expectations that families Vulnerable categories are prioritized beneficiaries that should not be missed. Researchers think about implementing a Decision Support System using the AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) method in this problem with the aim of knowing how to implement a Decision Support System in the problem of determining beneficiaries during a pandemic and to find out how to apply the AHP method in determining prioritized or prioritized recipients or those who are not. not prioritized by utilizing criteria and alternative data. This study uses a quantitative method, where the application of the AHP method, the criteria and alternative data obtained will be converted into quantitative data through pairwise comparisons based on the level of importance between one criterion and another or a comparison between one alternative and another, so that the results obtained are quantitative value in the form of numbers. The results obtained are that the application of the AHP method can determine the priority weights of criteria and alternatives so that it can be determined which recipients are prioritized and who are not prioritized to receive assistance, namely there are 2 out of 5 alternatives with the highest priority weights that are prioritized to receive assistance.

Abstract

Andaliman is a commodity plant which has many benefits and high selling power. Andaliman plants are difficult to cultivate because of the difficulty of determining the suitability of land suitable for these plants and the absence of researchers who have conducted research on these plants. Therefore, a decision support system is needed that can assist in determining the suitability of andaliman plantations by using three criteria consisting of each sub-criteria, namely Soil Classification (which consists of soil Ph sub-criteria, soil type and humidity), Land conditions. (which consists of sub-criteria for altitude and light intensity), and climate (which consists of sub-criteria for air temperature and rainfall). A decision support system is a system which able to provide both problem-solving abilities and communication skills for semi-structured problems. This research system aims to design a system in determining the suitability of land for andaliman plants using the Profile Matching method, which is one of the methods in the DSS that uses the GAP weighting method. The programming language used in making the system is PHP with MySQL database. The results of the implementation of the system that have been made show that Jaranguda Village is the most suitable village for planting Andaliman plants.

Abstract

The problem that is often faced by the campus is ineffective in determining strategic locations. Failure to determine the location will be detrimental to the campus, resulting in the closure of the campus. To avoid this problem, analysis and appropriate methods are needed to assist in determining strategic campus locations. The Electre method is a decision-making method based on the Outranking concept that produces various alternatives to assist management in dealing with structured and unstructured problems, based on pairwise comparisons with alternatives that match the criteria and those that do not match the criteria will be eliminated. This method is needed as a Decision Support System (SPK) that can help the STMIK Pelita Nusantara campus, Medan in determining strategic campus locations. This study aims to apply the Electre method and build a Decision Support System for determining the location of the STMIK Pelita Nusantara branch campus. The method used in this study is the electre method to determine Population Density weighting, transportation access, location security, distance to other campuses, and high school / vocational school level education. Based on the analysis using the electro method, it is known that the strategic location of the campus branch can be used as an alternative, namely Medan Johor

Abstract

VPN is a connection between one network with another network privately through a public network. At Al-Basyariah Education Foundation is a school that has several buildings far apart. The problems faced today that are in several areas related to and communicating using flash and using file shares for those who already have their own LAN. Meanwhile, to connect with the main building and the branch building using the internet and email to send data and communicate. By using a VPN (Virtual Private Network) build a network using the PPTP (Point-To-Point Tunneling Protocol) method with the Mikrotik Router RB2011L then the main building and branch building can be connected. Thus the Al-Basyariah Education Foundation can be connected and can access computer networks anywhere via the internet.

Abstract

Penjadwalan perkuliahan menjadi salah satu masalah bagi setiap perguruan tinggi jika masih bersifat konvensional dalam pengelolaannya. Berbagai metode pengembangan sistem informasi dan algoritma yang dapat diterapkan untuk pemecahan permasalahan penjadwalan. Kontribusi penelitian ini adalah mencari metode pencarian yang belum banyak dipakai dalam masalah penjadwalan. Metode SLR digunakan dalam penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sistem informasi untuk penjadwalan perkuliahan dapat menjadi solusi dalam pembuatan jadwal perkuliahan yang terkomputerisasi berbasis web dengan ditemukan berbagai penelitian sejenis, didapatkan pula metode pengembangan sistem yang dapat digunakan seperti Rapid Applications Development. Menjadi tantangan selanjutnya untuk bisa menerapkan salah satu metode dalam algoritma informed searching untuk permasalahan penjadwalan perkuliahan, karena dalam jurnal sebelumnya telah banyak menerapkan algoritma genetika.

Abstract

Currently, the government has received special attention to advance the economy and human resources of the village community through the regulation of the village minister, development of disadvantaged areas and transmigration of the Republic of Indonesia number 19 of 2017 concerning the prioritization of using village funds, therefore attention to supervising development in villages is very necessary to ensure that the development in the village is right on target and takes into account the priority needs of the village, as stated in Permendes Number 19 of 2017 CHAPTER II Article 3 concerning the determination of priority for the use of funds. The purpose of this research is to carry out the government's appeal on increasing community participation in the implementation and development of the village in accordance with the government's appeal for supervision of village funds as stipulated in Permendes Number 19 of 2017 so that development in villages prioritizes more urgent community interests and justice for all villagers without distinction. -different, a decision support system is needed to support this activity to be better and more efficient.The stages of the method in the research are direct field visits, namely the village of Jati Baru, kecamatan merbau, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra, conducting interviews with the village head, village officials and local villagers in order to obtain information related to this research then look for references and literature studies through research journals, laws, government regulations, and other matters relevant to this research, then apply the Weigthed Sum method. The model is a method of solving problems, designing systems, building systems, testing systems and implementing a decision support system for determining development priorities in Jati Baru Village, Pagar Merbau District, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra. The results of this study are the decision support system for determining development priorities in the village and the system is proven to be able to solve the problem of determining development priorities in the village based on predetermined alternatives and criteria.
