Abstract

The method used is the Quantitative Method by distributing questionnaires/questionnaires. The sample used in this study the sample used was 30 employees. The sampling technique used non-probability sampling with total sampling technique, in this study all the population was sampled with a total of 30 respondents. Data processing techniques by testing research instruments using reliability tests and multiple linear regression analysis. While the hypothesis test using Simultaneous Test (f test) and the correlation coefficient (R) and the coefficient of determination (R2).The results of this study indicate that 1) The results of the multiple linear regression partially indicate the provision of incentives with a significant value of 0.006 <0.05 and a tcount value of 5.918 > a t-value of 1.68830, work motivation with a significant value of 0.012 <0.05 and a t-value of 3.598 > ttable value 1.68830, so it can be concluded that the two independent variables have a significant effect on the dependent variable partially or one by one, thus the hypothesis is accepted. 2) The results of multiple linear regression tests simultaneously show that the provision of incentives is the most dominant variable that has a significant influence on the performance of the billing department employee at the Tirta Manakarra Regional Drinking Water Company (PDAM) Mamuju Regency.

Abstract

This research is entitled Marketing Strategy of Mox Brand Bottled Drinking Water (AMDK) at Mario Oxi Shop, Tarailu Village, Sampaga District. The purpose of this research is to find out the marketing strategy applied by Mario Oxi Shop in an effort to market its Mox brand bottled drinking water (AMDK) products. The types of data used in this study include quantitative data and qualitative data. Sources of data in this study include primary data and secondary data. The subject of this research is Mario Oxi Store, while the object of this research is the marketing strategy applied by Mario Oxi Store in an effort to market its products. The data analysis technique used in this research is a qualitative descriptive technique. Based on the results of observations made by the author, there is a picture of the environment faced by Mario Oxi Stores both from within the company itself (strengths and weaknesses) and from outside the company environment (opportunities and threats). Shop Manager Mario Oxi in carrying out the company's business activities must be able to take advantage of internal conditions and external conditions in the development of the company, because the prospects of a company cannot be separated from an understanding of the existing environment, both the internal environment and the company's external environment, because the influence of the environment is constantly interacting.

Abstract

Human resources are the driving force for the management of policies and operational activities of an organization, both profit organizations and government agencies. This makes human resources occupy an important position in the effort to achieve the planned organizational goals. Therefore, the efforts made by organizations to maintain their sustainability increasingly depend on the management of their human resources. The management of human resources can be in the form of competency development to organizational support through providing an adequate work environment and being able to drive human resources to produce high performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of competence and work environment on employee performance at the General Bureau of the West Sulawesi Governor's Office. The population in this study was ASN (State Civil Apparatus) General Bureau of the West Sulawesi Governor's Office, amounting to 69 people. Because the population is relatively small, the sampling technique used is saturated sampling, where all members of the population are used as respondents. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS program. Abstract

The research was conducted at the Research and Development Planning Agency (BAPPEPAN) office by observing two independent variables, namely leadership style and workload on one variable, namely employee performance. This study uses multiple linear regression using 75 samples. The results of the analysis for the leadership style variable (X1), obtained the value of Sig = 0.001, using a significant limit of a = 0.05 it can be seen that the value of Sig = 0.001 <a = 0.05 and tcount = 3,497 > ttable = 1,993. The results of the analysis for the workload variable (X2), obtained the value of Sig = 0.009, using a significant limit of a = 0.05 it can be seen that the value of Sig = 0.009 < a ​​= 0.05 and tcount = 3,263 > ttable = 1,993. This means that workload has a significant influence on employee performance at the Office of the Research and Development Planning Agency (BAPPEPAN) of Mamuju Regency

Abstract

Abstract. Globalization brings changes in various fields of life, and the most felt in the field of human resources (HR). The impact of this HR change will be a shift in the composition of the labor market, where jobs will be lost but new jobs will emerge. According to the World Economic Forum estimates that around 65% of children entering primary school today will be working in completely new types of jobs. While many jobs or specialties that are in demand will decrease since 10 years ago. But entrepreneurs are starting to have the main goal to increase labor productivity, and innovation. They seek new, scarce skills, are willing to attract and retain people in their organizations who demonstrate a defensive attitude, responsiveness to change, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a desire to innovate. However, this is not the case in the existing labor market because it will be dominated by millennials, and will work together with Generation X, who will then retire or no longer work. The female and immigrant labor force will be more present in the labor market. In the digital world, the boundaries between work life and professional life will become blurred. Personal well-being and professionalism will be important. Departments and HR are facing new challenges. In this paper, a review of the relevant literature is carried out, to identify the changing challenges faced in the labor market, as well as what actions can be taken to increase the knowledge, skills, and attitudes needed in today's society. Abstract

The method used is the Quantitative Method by distributing questionnaires. The sample used in this study the sample used was 67 employees. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling, in this study all the population was sampled with a total of 76 respondents. Data processing techniques by testing research instruments using reliability tests and simple linear regression analysis.Based on the data analysis that has been carried out in this study with the number of respondents 67 people who are State Civil Apparatus (ASN) at the Department of Education, Youth and Sports, Mamuju Regency, so that the following conclusions are drawn: 1) Based on the results of Simple linear regression using SPSS 22, it shows that the style of Leadership has an effect on Performance Improvement where the probability value is statistically 0.000 <0.05 or it can be said to be significant and the beta is 0.757. 2) Leadership style is one of the things that has the most influence on the Performance Improvement of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) and is supported by self-awareness. This has been tested in this study and proven by the results of the simple linear regression analysis used in this study with the help of SPSS 22.

Abstract

Measurement of work performance is carried out by calculating the value of performance achievement with productivity which is one component that must be owned by a Regional Secretariat of Mamuju Regency if it wants to achieve the goals set by the organization. The method used is the Quantitative Method by distributing questionnaires. The sample used in this study, the sample used was 59 employees with the rank of echelon IV. Sampling technique using saturated sampling, in this study all populations were sampled with a total of 59 respondents. Data processing technique by testing the research instrument using validity test, reliability test and multiple linear regression analysis, as well as t test (partial) and f test (simultaneous). Based on the data analysis that has been carried out in this study, the following conclusions were drawn: 1) Position promotion has a significant effect on the work productivity of supervisory officials at the Regional Secretariat of Mamuju Regency with a probability value of 0.009 <0.05 and a t value of 8.322 > t table value of 1.67303 , so the hypothesis is accepted. Performance allowances have a significant effect on the work productivity of supervisory officials at the Regional Secretariat of Mamuju Regency with a probability value of 0.001 <0.05, and a tcount value of 10,512 > a ttable value of 1,67303, the hypothesis is accepted. 2) The most dominant performance allowance has an effect on the work productivity of supervisory officials at the Regional Secretariat of Mamuju Regency with a beta coefficient value of 0.959 which is higher than the promotion of 0.646.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the significant influence of religiosity on the decision to become a Hajj savings customer at Bank Muamalat Mamuju Branch Office. To find out the significant effect of Promotion on the decision to become a Hajj savings customer at Bank Muamalat Mamuju Branch Office and to determine the significant effect of Service on the decision to become a Hajj savings customer at Bank Muamalat Mamuju Branch Office. Sources of data used in this study are quantitative data and qualitative data. Data sources are primary and secondary data. Religiosity significantly influences the decision to become a customer in choosing Hajj savings at Bank Muamalat Mamuju Branch by obtaining a tcount value of 4.753 which is greater than the ttable value of 1.994 and a significant value of 0.000 less than 0.05, thus the hypothesis is accepted. Promotion has a significant effect on the decision to become a customer in choosing Hajj savings at Bank Muamalat Mamuju Branch with the acquisition of a tcount value of 4.192 greater than the ttable value of 1.994 and a significant value of 0.000 less than 0.05, thus the hypothesis is accepted. The service has a significant effect on the decision to become a customer in choosing Hajj savings at Bank Muamalat Mamuju Branch with the acquisition of a tcount value of 3.267 which is greater than the ttable value of 1.994 and a significant value of 0.002 less than 0.05, thus the hypothesis is accepted..

Abstract

Mobile banking is a facility provided by banks in the form of applications that can be accessed by customers by utilizing the internet network in carrying out various transaction activities such as checking balances, transfers, and paying various dues or household bills. This study aims to measure how much influence the factors of convenience, security, and risk have on customer satisfaction in using mobile banking. The variables used in this research are convenience factor (X1), security factor (X2), risk factor (X3), and customer satisfaction (Y). The method used in this research is using the accidental sampling method by distributing questionnaires to 40 customer respondents of Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Mamuju Regency. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis to measure the effect partially and simultaneously. The results obtained show that there is a positive and significant influence between the convenience factor and the security factor on customer satisfaction, and a negative and insignificant effect between risk factors on customer satisfaction in using mobile banking.

Abstract

Rice farmers are actors who carry out farming on paddy fields which are managed based on physical, biological and socio-economic environmental capabilities in accordance with their goals, abilities and resources to produce rice for the daily basic needs of the people of Aralle District, Mamasa Regency. This study aims to determine the effect of capital and land area on the income level of rice farmers in Aralle District, Mamasa Regency and to analyze the most dominant variable influencing the income level of rice farmers in Aralle District, Mamasa Regency. The variables used in this research are capital factor (X1), land area factor (X2), and income level (Y). The method used in this research is using the accidental sampling method by distributing questionnaires to 100 rice farmer respondents in Aralle District, Mamasa Regency. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis to measure the effect partially and simultaneously. The results obtained show that the capital variable has a significant effect on the income level of rice farmers in Aralle District, Mamasa Regency and the variable land area has a significant effect on the income level of rice farmers in Aralle District, Mamasa Regency. While the factor of land area that most dominantly influences the level of income of rice farmers in Aralle District, Mamasa Regency, because from the results of multiple linear regression analysis the beta value obtained is the highest at 2,380 with the lowest significant value, namely 0.000.
