Abstract

ABSTRACK Analysis of Rice Inventory Management in Public Company Logistics Affairs Agency (Bulog) Mamuju Branch The General Company of the Logistics Affairs Agency (Bulog) of the Mamuju Branch is a State-Owned Enterprise (BUMN) in charge of maintaining food stability in Mamuju district. The General Company Office of the Mamuju Branch of the Logistics Affairs Agency, which carries out the duties as a food safety guard, has 15 employees. The problem that appears in the General Company of the Mamuju Branch of Logistics Affairs is in its distribution, such as where the lack of distribution to consumers results in long stored rice stocks which result in rice damage so that it can harm the company itself. This study aims to confirm the analysis of rice inventory management at the General Logistics Affairs Agency (Bulog) Mamuju Branch. The research method used is a qualitative method with primary and secondary data collection. The analytical instrument used is the analysis of Economic Order Quantity (EOQ), safety stock (Safety Stock) and Reorder Point (ROP) at the General Logistics Affairs Agency (Bulog) Mamuju Branch. Based on the results of the analysis and discussion of the data carried out, the optimal order quantity results for July-December 2021 are 52 tons and for January-June 2022 as many as 58 tons. The reorder point for July-December 2021 can be made when the remaining inventory is 33 Tons and for January-June 2022 the remaining 25 Tons. Abstract

A number of empirical literature and research results have explained that brand loyalty is a conscious or unconscious consumer decision which is expressed through behavior or intention to repurchase a brand continuously, it occurs because consumers feel that the brand offers actual product features, image, or level of quality at a real price. This paper aims to explore theoretical and empirical frameworks about the effect of shopping orientation, buying criteria and self-image on brand loyalty. The research model that will be used is a replication of the model developed by. by Oh. J and Fiorito. S.S (2002) entitled "Korea woman's Clothing Brand loyalty". The resulting model identified 3 independent variables namely: shopping orientation, purchasing criteria and self-image and 1 dependent variable namely: brand loyalty. The model was analyzed using multiple regression methods. The results of this research show that multiple regression can explain the factors that influence brand loyalty. Based on a sample of 100 respondents from 4 hypotheses, it shows that shopping orientation, purchasing criteria and self-image have a positive effect on brand loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Leadership Style and Work Discipline variables on employee performance at the Kalukku Sub-district Office, Mamuju Regency. The research method used is by using quantitative methods with primary data using a questionnaire. Respondents in the study were all employees who worked at the Kalukku Sub-District Office, the sample used was total/saturated sampling technique with a total sample of 33 respondents. The formula in this study uses multiple linear regression, validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression, t test, and f test. The results in this study indicate that Leadership Style and Work Discipline have a partial and significant effect on employee performance at the Kalukku Sub-district Office, Mamuju Regency. Leadership Style and Work Discipline have a simultaneous and significant effect on employee performance at the Kalukku Sub-district Office, Mamuju Regency

Abstract

Government agencies are organizations consisting of a collection of people specially selected to carry out state duties as a form of service to the community. The goals of government agencies can be achieved if they are able to manage, mobilize and utilize their human resources effectively and efficiently because human resources are the central figure who is the driving force for the management of policies and operational activities of an organization. The realization of organizational goals does not only depend on modern technology and complete facilities, but also depends more on employees as executors of these tasks. Employees are those who drive the system in a government organization. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work discipline on employee performance at the Kalukku District Office. The method used is a quantitative method with primary data collection through questionnaires. The sample used in this study was 70 employees. Data processing techniques by testing research instruments using validity test, reliability test, simple linear regression analysis and t (partial) test and correlation coefficient analysis (r). The results showed that work discipline has an effect on employee performance at the Kalukku District Office and work discipline has a very strong relationship with employee performance at the Kalukku District Office. Abstract

Training was born because of the efforts of the institution by working with members to develop knowledge, skills, and ethics that are relevant to their activities. When companies provide effective training, they help employees learn new knowledge, skills and abilities. The formulation of the problem in this research is to see the extent to which training and organizational culture are able to create reliable performance and employees who have good performance as a result can compete and survive from their competitors. The purpose of this research is to find out the influence of training and organizational culture significantly on the work of members at PT. Wahana Karya Sejahtera Mandiri. The research results found . training has more dominant influence than organizational culture. It is shown that PT. The Wahana Karya Sejahtera Mandiri in Central Mamuju Regency is still low. One of the contributing factors is the lack of consistency in implementing the company's organizational culture every day. The results of this research can be a reference for future improvements, especially for employees and for companies in general.

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Department of Environment and Hygiene in Mamuju Regency, with the aim of knowing the influence of organizational climate and organizational culture on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously, as well as the most dominant correlation. This study uses a quantitative survey method approach, with a questionnaire tool distributed to respondents. Sampling used saturated sampling technique, the respondents of this study were all human resources with the status of 44 Civil Servants and 10 Employees with Employment Agreements, with a total of 54 respondents. Data management uses SPSS, the first data processing technique tests the quality of the research instrument using validity and reliability tests, the analytical tool used multiple linear regression, then to test the hypothesis using a partial test (t test), simultaneous test (F test), and to find out contribution correlation using the coefficient of determination (R2). The results of this study prove that organizational climate and organizational culture both partially and simultaneously have a significant influence on employee performance, then the correlation contribution value of organizational climate is 23.6% and organizational culture is 31.8 meaning that organizational culture is more dominant in influencing improvement the performance of the employees of the Mamuju Regency Environmental and Sanitation Office.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apakah produk, harga dan lokasi berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Toko Rahmat Cell di Kabupaten Mamuju? dan Variabel manakah yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Toko Rahmat Cell di Kabupaten Mamuju?. Adapun jenis dan sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Data Kuantitatif dan data Data Kualitatif. Sumber data yang diperlukan dalam penelitian ini tediri dari data primer dan sekunder. Penarikan sampel dalam penelitian ini sebesar 40. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Uji Validitas, Uji Realibilitas dan Analisis Regresi berganda dengan bantuan SPSS Program. Hasil uji regresi linear berganda secara parsial menunjukkan produk dengan nilai signifikan 0,014 < 0,05, harga dengan nilai signifikan 0,000 < 0,05, dan lokasi dengan nilai signifikan 0,070 > 0,05, sehingga dapat disimpulkan produk dan harga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, namun lokasi berpengruh tidak signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian smartphone pada Toko Rahmat Cell di Kabupaten Mamuju. Variabel harga yang paling dominan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap terhadap keputusan pembelian smartphone pada Toko Rahmat Cell di Kabupaten Mamuju, karena nilai signifikannya paling kecil yaitu 0,000 dengan nilai Standardized Coefficients Beta paling tinggi yaitu 0,911.

Abstract

Human resources are the only organizational assets that breathe or live besides other assets that do not breathe or are material in nature such as capital, buildings, office equipment machines, inventory, and so on. The uniqueness of human resource assets requires management that is different from other assets, because these assets have thoughts, feelings and behaviors, so that if managed properly they can actively contribute to the progress of the institution. Researchers used the method of multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS (Statistical Product Service Solution) computerized program. The results of the partial test using multiple linear regression show that the motivation variable has a significant value of 0.004 <0.05 and the organizational climate variable has a significant value of 0.000 <0.05, while the simultaneous test shows an Fcount value of 12.094 with a significant level of 0.000. Thus it is stated that motivation and organizational climate have a significant effect on employee performance at the Mamuju Regency Trade Service Office. The organizational climate variable that most dominantly influences employee performance at the Mamuju District Trade Office with the highest organizational climate variable coefficient value of 0.719 with the lowest significant level of 0.000, when compared to the motivational variable coefficient value of 0.539 with a significant level of 0.004.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to determine the effect of service quality, price and location on purchasing decisions at Berkah Restaurant, Sampaga District, Mamuju Regency and to determine the effect of service quality, price and location simultaneously on purchasing decisions at Berkah Restaurant, Sampaga District. Mamuju Regency. The types used are quantitative and qualitative data and the data sources are primary and secondary data. The results of the calculation of the Cochran formula show that the number of samples in this study were 96 respondents. Data analysis methods namely Validity Test, Reliability Test, Multiple Linear Regression. Based on the results of the analysis tests carried out, the results obtained show that service quality, price, and location have a partially significant effect on purchasing decisions at the Berkah Restaurant, Sampaga District, Mamuju Regency and for service quality, price, and location have a simultaneous and significant effect on decisions purchase at the Berkah Restaurant, Sampaga District, Mamuju Regency.
