Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel kualitas pelayanan dan citra toko terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada Usaha Foto Copy Bima Karya di Kabupaten Mamuju. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yakni dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan data primer yang menggunakan kuesioner. Responden dalam penelitian seluruh konsumen yang melakukan pembelian pada usaha foto copy Bima Karya di Kabupaten Mamuju Sulawesi Barat, sampel yang digunakan dengan teknik accidental sampling dengan jumlah sampel 30 responden. Rumus yang dalam penelitian ini menggunakan regresi linear berganda, uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, regresi linear berganda, uji t, dan uji f. Hasil dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan kualitas pelayanan dan cirta toko berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada usaha foto copy Bima karya di Kabupaten Mamuju. Kualitas pelayanan dan cirta toko berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada usah foto copy Bima Karya di Kabupaten Mamuju. Kata Kunci : kualitas pelayanan, citra toko dan kepuasan konsumen Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of service quality variables and store image on customer satisfaction at the Bima Karya Photo Copy Business in Mamuju Regency. The research method used is to use quantitative methods with primary data using a questionnaire. Respondents in the study were all consumers who made purchases at the Bima Karya photo copy business in Mamuju Regency, West Sulawesi, the sample used accidental sampling technique with a sample size of 30 respondents. The formula in this study uses multiple linear regression, validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression, t test, and f test. The results in this study indicate that service quality and store cirta have a positive and significant effect partially on customer satisfaction at the Bima Karya photo copy business in Mamuju Regency. Service quality and store image have a significant effect simultaneously on customer satisfaction at the Bima Karya photo copy business in Mamuju Regency. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh brand image, store atmosphere dan price fairness terhadap repurchase intention pada konsumen Mie Gacoan Cabang Mamuju. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini bersifat tidak terbatas, sehingga penentuan sampel menggunakan rumus Lemeshow dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 100 orang, yang dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan penyebaran kuesioner. Data dianalisis dengan regresi linier berganda menggunakan uji parsial(t-test), uji simultan (F-test), dan analisis koefisien determinasi (R²). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa brand image berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap repurchase intention. Store atmosphere berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap repurchase intention. Price fairness berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap repurchase intention. Demikian pula, secara simultan brand image, store atmosphere dan price fairness berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap repurchase intention, dengan kontribusi sebesar 77,4%, sedangkan 22,6% sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain di luar model penelitian ini. Temuan ini menegaskan dan membuktikan bahwa brand image, store atmosphere, dan price fairness merupakan faktor penting dalam membentuk repurchase intention konsumen di Mie Gacoan Cabang Mamuju

Abstract

Kondisi geografis suatu wilayah yang berada di dataran tinggi dengan ketinggian kurang lebih 500 sampai dengan 2.000 kilometer di atas permukaan laut, serta memiliki iklim dingin serta potensi yang besar dalam bidang pertanian dan perkebunan dengan didukung oleh tingkat kesuburan tanah, sehingga hasil pertanian dan perkebunan berlimpah dan tentu saja berdampak pada kesejahteraan penduduk. Penduduk yang berada diwilayah pegunungan sebagian besar bergantung pada hasil pertanian dan perkebunan perlu didukung dengan pengolahan dan juga perlu jaringan yang luas dalam memasarkan hasil pertanian dan perkebunan, untuk itu diperlukan edukasi bagi penduduk yang berada diwilayah tersebut bagaimana cara membangun jejaring bisnis berbasis digital untuk memasarkan hasil pertanian dan perkebunan demi meningkatkan pendapatan dan kesejahteraan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of gadget use and internet addiction behavior on social interactions in Muhammadiyah University of Mamuju students. The research method used is quantitative and the population in this study were students of Muhammadiyah University of Mamuju, the sampling technique used the Accidental sampling technique. With 95 respondents. The data collection technique used an online questionnaire via google form distributed by the researcher, processed with SPSS. The data analysis method used was validity test, reliability, multiple linear regression, t test and f test. The results of data processing on the gadget usage variable obtained a significant figure of 0.003 <0.05 and a t count of -3.023> t table of 1.986, so that partially the gadget usage variable had a significant effect on social interactions. The results of data processing of internet addiction variables obtained a significant figure of 0.003 <0.05 and a calculated t figure of -3.018> t table of 1.986, the internet addiction variable has a significant effect on social interaction in students of Muhammadiyah University of Mamuju, while the significant value of gadget use and internet addiction is 0.000 <0.05, the calculated F figure is 27.763> F table 3.095 so that simultaneously it has a significant effect on social interaction in students of Muhammadiyah University of Mamuju.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of QRIS usage and consumer satisfaction on the purchase decision of MSME (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) products in Mamuju Regency. The study employed a quantitative method with an associative approach. The population consisted of people who had purchased MSME products in Mamuju Regency. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, with a sample size of 96 respondents determined using the Lemeshow formula. Data collection was performed through observation, interviews, documentation, and the distribution of questionnaires. Data analysis utilized multiple linear regression, with hypothesis testing involving partial tests (t-test), simultaneous tests (F-test), and the coefficient of determination (R²) analysis. The results show that: (1) QRIS usage has a partially significant effect on the purchase decision of MSME products in Mamuju Regency; (2) Consumer satisfaction has a partially significant effect on the purchase decision of MSME products in Mamuju Regency; and (3) QRIS usage and consumer satisfaction have a simultaneously significant effect on the purchase decision of MSME products in Mamuju Regency. The combined contribution of these two variables is 33.4%, which is categorized as low. This indicates that 66.6% of the variability in the purchase decision of MSME products in Mamuju Regency is influenced by other variables outside of this model.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Reputation variables and Bank Products on Saving Decisions at PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia Tbk. Mamuju Branch. The research method used is to use quantitative methods with primary data using a questionnaire. Respondents in the study were all people who saved at PT Bank Muamalat Tbk Mamuju Branch, the sample used accidental sampling technique with a sample size of 30 respondents. The formula in this study uses validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression, t test, and F test. The results in this study indicate that bank reputation and products have a positive and significant effect partially on saving decisions at PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia Tbk. Mamuju Branch. Reputation and bank products simultaneously have a significant effect on saving decisions at PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia Tbk. Mamuju Branch.

Abstract

This research is entitled Marketing Strategy of Mox Brand Bottled Drinking Water (AMDK) at Mario Oxi Shop, Tarailu Village, Sampaga District. The purpose of this research is to find out the marketing strategy applied by Mario Oxi Shop in an effort to market its Mox brand bottled drinking water (AMDK) products. The types of data used in this study include quantitative data and qualitative data. Sources of data in this study include primary data and secondary data. The subject of this research is Mario Oxi Store, while the object of this research is the marketing strategy applied by Mario Oxi Store in an effort to market its products. The data analysis technique used in this research is a qualitative descriptive technique. Based on the results of observations made by the author, there is a picture of the environment faced by Mario Oxi Stores both from within the company itself (strengths and weaknesses) and from outside the company environment (opportunities and threats). Shop Manager Mario Oxi in carrying out the company's business activities must be able to take advantage of internal conditions and external conditions in the development of the company, because the prospects of a company cannot be separated from an understanding of the existing environment, both the internal environment and the company's external environment, because the influence of the environment is constantly interacting.

Abstract

Rice farmers are actors who carry out farming on paddy fields which are managed based on physical, biological and socio-economic environmental capabilities in accordance with their goals, abilities and resources to produce rice for the daily basic needs of the people of Aralle District, Mamasa Regency. This study aims to determine the effect of capital and land area on the income level of rice farmers in Aralle District, Mamasa Regency and to analyze the most dominant variable influencing the income level of rice farmers in Aralle District, Mamasa Regency. The variables used in this research are capital factor (X1), land area factor (X2), and income level (Y). The method used in this research is using the accidental sampling method by distributing questionnaires to 100 rice farmer respondents in Aralle District, Mamasa Regency. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis to measure the effect partially and simultaneously. The results obtained show that the capital variable has a significant effect on the income level of rice farmers in Aralle District, Mamasa Regency and the variable land area has a significant effect on the income level of rice farmers in Aralle District, Mamasa Regency. While the factor of land area that most dominantly influences the level of income of rice farmers in Aralle District, Mamasa Regency, because from the results of multiple linear regression analysis the beta value obtained is the highest at 2,380 with the lowest significant value, namely 0.000.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation and organizational commitment variables on employee performance at the West Sulawesi Regional Settlement Infrastructure Center. The research method used is by using quantitative methods with primary data using a questionnaire. Respondents in the study were all employees who worked at the West Sulawesi Provincial Settlement Infrastructure Center, the samples used were technical Nonprobability Sampling with a total sample of 36 respondents. The formula in this study uses multiple linear regression, validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression, t test, and f test. The results in this study indicate that work motivation and organizational commitment partially and simultaneously have a significant influence on employee performance at the West Sulawesi Regional Settlement Infrastructure Center. The contribution of work motivation and organizational commitment to employee performance at the West Sulawesi Regional Settlement Infrastructure Center is still weak with a value of 41.6%, meaning that there are still other factors of 58.4% which have an influence on employee performance at the West Sulawesi Regional Settlement Infrastructure Center.

Abstract

In this study, several things were explained, including; 1). regional financial ratios for the past 5 (five) years 2). The Effect of Regional Revenue, General Allocation Funds and Balancing Funds on the implementation of regional autonomy in Mamuju Regency, West Sulawesi. This study uses qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis which uses variables using the formula of regional financial ratios, multiple linear regression analysis and performs the t test and F test to answer hypotheses. The results showed that: 1). Judging from the financial ratios in the Mamuju Regency it is still lacking so the Mamuju Regency government still relies on the central government, 2). In the regression analysis of the three independent variables (X1, X2 and X3) simultaneously there was no significant effect on the dependent variable (Y), because the three dependent variables showed the value of Tcount ≤ Ttable or sig ≥ 0.05, meaning Ho was accepted and H1, H2 and H3 is rejected. While based on the correlation analysis shows that the Regional Original Revenue, the General Allocation Fund and the Balancing Fund have a strong and positive influence (+) on the Regional Autonomy Implementation in Mamuju Regency, West Sulawesi, where an R value of 0.669 is indicated and the coefficient of determination or R square is 0.447.
