Abstract

Education has a very strategic role in educating the life of the nation and is needed to improve the quality of the nation as a whole. An important factor that directly influences the educational process is the human resource factor, more specifically the educators or teachers. Teachers have an important role in the implementation of education at the education unit level, therefore, they are directed to become professionals based on the goal of increasing the quality of educational output. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Leadership and Work Compensation on Teacher Work Productivity at SMA Negeri 1 Budong-Budong, Budong-Budong District, Central Mamuju Regency. The population in this study were all 34 teachers at SMA Negeri 1 Budong-Budong, Budong-Budong District, Central Mamuju Regency. Because the population is relatively small, the sampling technique uses saturation sampling, in which all members of the population are used as respondents. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS program. The results showed that leadership and work compensation had a significant effect on teacher work productivity at SMA Negeri 1 Budong-Budong, Budong-Budong District, Central Mamuju Regency.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are 1. To find out the growth of creative economy-based UMKM in Mamuju Regency, 2. To find out the development of creative economy-based UMKM in Mamuju Regency. This study uses types and data sourced from qualitative data and quantitative data. Legitimacy analysis is an analysis conducted to determine the credibility test. According to Sugiono (2012; 121) that "the credibility test is a way to find out the results of qualitative research by seeing or believing in the results obtained by looking at data collection methods through interviews or observing directly. The results of the analysis explain that the growth of UMKM in general in Mamuju Regency is good, this is evidenced that the growth that occurred from 2019 was 5.1, in 2020 it was 14.3 and in 2021 it was 9.4. The development of UMKM based on the creative economy is good, based on the results of interviews with informants representing the government, UMKM observers and creative economy business actors indicating that business development efforts are quite good, even though there was a decrease in turnover at the start of Covid 19 but it is now normal, even the turnover of business actors the creative economy is increasing in line with the existence of various trainings carried out by government agencies.

Abstract

Muara Teweh is a location that has the potential for businesses to establish and develop their businesses. The extent of land and also its competitors which are still very minimal can be an opportunity for business actors. This opportunity is utilized as a location for cultivation such as rhizome plants as well as a source of raw materials. If managed properly, the results of the cultivation of these rhizome plants can become raw materials for the supply chain. This study aims to determine and analyze the supply chain of rhizome plants to the amount of herbal product production in Muara Teweh. The research method used is descriptive method using a quantitative approach. The results of the study show that the efforts and effectiveness in the supply chain are not optimal and affect the production target is not achieved.

Abstract

The influence of technology and quality management information systems at PT.Selalu Cinta Indonesia is the purpose of this study. Technology and management information systems are programs that aim to improve the quality of the company. To meet the general information needs of all parties, the management information system provides information for all company employees in the form of periodic reports, special reports for information system purposes. The technique for the data collection process was carried out by giving a questionnaire with a sample size of 30 people. This type of research uses a qualitative descriptive method with a survey approach. The results of the study show that technology and systems have an effect on the quality of PT. Always Cinta Indonesia. With the research results 86.2% stated that the systems and technology owned by PT. SCI greatly influenced the quality of the company

Abstract

The change in the new way of working in all sectors of work, becomes a very crucial thing. The government sector was not spared from the flow of increasingly modern and rapid changes. This change certainly has a significant impact, not only for business processes, but also the adaptation of human resources in dealing with it. The flexibility of working space implemented by the Ministry of Finance is one of the answers in facing the challenges of new ways of working. Do not stop at the flexibility of the working space alone, now the Ministry of Finance increases the ease of working anywhere through collaboration tools: Office 365. KPKNL Jember as one of the vertical units of the Ministry of Finance participated in the use of this collaboration tool. The purpose of using this tool is to increase work productivity for employees to work flexibly in terms of location and time and not make dependence on the presence of documents or physical storage media. The research method used using qualitative research methods through interviews, observations and documentation the results showed that there is a significant influence in the application of collaboration tools: Office 365 on employee productivity KPKNL Jember, especially for employees who move to official Affairs, these tools make it easy to do hybrid work that is not fixated on face-to-face work relationships and support the balance of employee roles in work and personal life.

Abstract

The purpose of this analysis is to investigate how the level of customer satisfaction at the Mida Top Demak store relates to service quality. In this analysis, a representative data collection technique involving distributing questionnaires and a sample of 32 people was used. This analysis is processed through descriptive quantification method. T test, F test and simple linear regression are needed to analyze the data. The SPSS version used for data management is 29.0. The T test proves that service quality has a positive impact on customer satisfaction, and the F test proves that customer satisfaction is positively influenced by service quality. The findings of this study prove that service quality at Toko Mida Top Demak has a very positive impact on customer pleasure/satisfaction.

Abstract

Griya Quran Darul Mahabah city of Pangkal Pinang is one of the Quranic education programs for the younger generation with the aim of providing understanding and deepening the knowledge of the Quran. Training is an activity used in institutions to acquire and increase teaching competence. The aim of the research is to find out and analyze the effect of the level of education and training of teachers on work productivity at the Griya Quran Darul Mahabah Islamic Boarding School in Pangkal Pinang City. The research method used is a qualitative method. Abstract

The culture applied at PT Pendidikan Maritim dan Logistik Indonesia is LAKHLAK which is the crononym c of Trustworthy, Competent, Charmonic, Loyal, Adaptive, and Collaborative. ENDs are set as the basic values ​​that are mandatory for all BUMN holders in carrying out their daily business and activities because the government wants the process of transforming BUMN to be carried out thoroughly to every element of human resources (HR) in it. The purpose of this study 1. To determine the company's reputation antecedents on the satisfaction of pensioners at PT. Taspen (Persero) Mamuju Branch, 2. To determine the effect of employee service quality on retirement participant satisfaction at PT. Taspen (Persero) Mamuju Branch. 3. To find out which variable has the most dominant influence on the satisfaction of pension participants at PT. Taspen (Persero) Mamuju Branch. Quantitative research is an approach using lots of numbers in exploring and understanding the meaning of individual or groups of observed variables associated with a problem whose influence relationship will be known. The location of this research was carried out at the office of PT. Taspen (Persero) Mamuju Branch. In this study, researchers took a sample of 30. As a general rule, a sample size of between 30 and 500 can be effective depending on the method of sampling. Validity Test, Reliability Test, Multiple Linear Regression Test. In this study the analytical test tools used by the author are partial test and simultaneous test. The results of data analysis show that company reputation has a significant effect on the satisfaction of pension participants at PT Taspen (Persero) Mamuju Branch. Service quality has a significant effect on the satisfaction of pension participants at PT Taspen (Persero) Mamuju Branch. Abstract

Rafli Store in Tarailu Village offers accessories products with various products, such as jewelry (earrings or studs, necklaces, bracelets, brooches), scarves, belts, suspenders, ties, scarves, gloves, handkerchiefs, bags, hats, glasses , belts, watches and pins, in addition to accessories, the Rafli Shop in Tarailu Village also offers game products for children aged three to six years such as picture puzzles, legos, rubik's cubes, dolls, stationery, musical instruments and many other types and kinds of children's games that consumers you can get it at the Rafli Shop in Tarailu Village in Mamuju Regency. The method used is a qualitative method by conducting direct interviews at the research site. There are several alternative data analyzes that can be used, namely: descriptive qualitative, descriptive comparative, qualitative or non-hypothetical. The strategic planning process consists of 1) data collection stage (evaluation of internal and external factors), analysis stage (SWOT Matrix, Internal External Matrix), and Internal and External Matrix. Based on the results of the research and discussion, several conclusions can be drawn as follows: 1) Rafli Shop in Tarailu Village, Mamuju Regency has the opportunity to increase turnover by maximizing sales, Rafli Shop in Tarailu Village, Mamuju Regency can work with distributor companies in adding game product variants children and other accessories, the Rafli Shop in Tarailu Village, Mamuju Regency, is expected to improve services by providing a guarantee of returning goods if there is product damage which is the source of the shop's fault. 2) The Rafli Shop in Tarailu Village, Mamuju Regency, still has a threat in increasing sales of children's game products and accessories, because there is no guarantee that there will be no competitors selling the same product in the future. a few where there are only two people in providing sales services to consumers, while the obstacles that are still experienced by the Rafli Shop in Tarailu Village, Mamuju Regency are delays in the distribution of partners in fulfilling goods whose stock has been sold out at the Rafli Shop in Tarailu Village, Mamuju Regency.
