Abstract

The Indonesian economy has always been a hot topic of conversation among elements of society. In particular, the condition of Indonesian SMEs is quite apprehensive, with a level of active business of less than 10%. Welfare has always been a benchmark for the economy. The home industry is one of the sectors that have an important role in the development of the Indonesian economy. Proper management in this sector can increase the number of exports of local products, increase the amount of labor absorption, and can increase the income of local farmers. It is estimated that the unemployment rate in Enrekang Regency continues to increase. This shows that the number of job seekers is higher than the number of available jobs. The large population has created various excesses in people's lives, one of which is related to the availability of employment opportunities.

Abstract

The exploration objective was to decide the strengthening cycle through non-formal instruction in completing preparing exercises for the poor to improve social government assistance in Enrekang Rule. Subjective examination, phenomenological approach, research tests, Fadel Center for Community Learning Activities(CCLA),Merpati Center for Community Learning Activities,Nurul Hidayah Center for Community Learning Activities, Salu Bulo Center for Community Learning Activities and Spnf SKB Enrekang, respondents, organization directors, poor people or learning residents, and local area pioneers. Information assortment, perception strategies, and meetings. The consequences of the exploration are (1) the strengthening cycle completed by non-formal instructive organizations has not coordinated with the assumptions for the learning residents associated with the interaction, and has not focused on the parts of the necessities needed by the learning residents, (2) the outcomes created subsequent to taking part in the strengthening cycle in foundations Non-formal training has not assisted the poor with improving their lives, and (3) the helpful relationship that has been set up by Fadel Center for Community Learning Activities, Merpati Center for Community Learning Activities, Nurul Hidayah Center for Community Learning Activities, Salu Bulo Center for Community Learning Activities and Spnf SKB Enrekang is restricted to neighborhood governments.

Abstract

This article has the purpose of exegeting and examining yaang's issues in society connected with the teachings of a cult connected with the implementation of niali - pancasila value. The scientific literature employs a qualitative approach study method. The discussion discussed a case of the alleged cult on banten as "hakekok balakasutak." It also talked about the characteristics of the cult, and how religion relates to pancasila. This is regarding pancasila on the first religious precepts. Abstract

This paper aims to make people better understand the urgency of the value of Pancasila in social and state life. Moreover, at this time the millennial generation has very far left the values ​​of Pancasila. Therefore, it is necessary to have encouragement again so that the urgency of the value of Pancasila is not increasingly abandoned. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, namely by means of discussion theory obtained from the results of literature studies and also various existing sources, one of which is a journal. With the erosion of people's understanding of the value of Pancasila, the authors intend to provide a re-understanding of the value of Pancasila which is starting to disappear from the personality of Indonesian society. As well as explaining the actions of the millennial generation that are against the values ​​of Pancasila. With this, it is hoped that it will be able to make people aware of the importance of the value of Pancasila which is not only remembered, but also must be implemented in everyday life.

Abstract

The objective of the research was to find out whether the students of Accounting for Islamic Financial Institutions IAIN Parepare are motivated in learning English Grammar through Team Game Tournament (TGT). The researcher applied descriptive method and using both offline and online quizzes as the game in the learning process. The population was the students of Accounting for Islamic Financial Institutions at fourth semester. This research applied cluster random sampling by taking one class as the sample, that was the fourth semester students of Accounting for Islamic Financial Institutions. The sample consisted of 26 students. The data were collected through questionnaire and supported by observation checklist. The result of this research showed that the fourth semester students of Accounting for Islamic Financial Institutions IAIN Parepare were highly motivated in learning English through Team Game Tournament (TGT).

Abstract

The objective of the research is to find out the use of Participation Point System (PPS) method effective in improving the Students’ writing at the second semester students English Education Study Program at Tomakaka University of Mamuju. This research took place at University of Tomakaka Mamuju which the researcher used pre-experimental. Population of research was the second grade students of English Education Study Program in academic year 2020/2021. Sample of the research was 20 students that take by purposive sampling technique. The researcher used writing test in paragraphs form as instrument of the research. Result of data analysis showed that t-table value at n-1 = 20-1=19 (at significant level α = 0,05) was 2.09 and t-test value was 8.30. It showed t-test was higher than t-table, it meant that null hypothesis was rejected and alternative hypothesis was accepted. Therefore, the researcher summarized that the use of Participation Point System (PPS) method could improve the students’ writing at the second semester students of English Education Study Program at Tomakaka University of Mamuju. It was supported result of students’ mean score at pre-test and post-test. Which mean score of pre-test was 67.15 (Fair score) improved to 78.50 (good score) at the post-test.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah meningkatkan kemampuan berbicara murid kelas III SD Inpres Pallangga melalui penggunaaan media gambar seri. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (Classroom Action Research) yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berbicara siswa kelas III SD. Inpres Pallangga melalui penggunaan media gambar seri. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas III SD. Inpres Pallangga Kecamatan Pallangga Kabupaten Gowa dengan jamlah siswa 30 orang yang terdiri dari 18 orang siswa perempuan dan 12 orang siswa laki-laki. Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam dua siklus yaitu siklus I dilakukan 2 kali pertemuan dan siklus II juga dilakukan 2 kali pertemuan, yang dilakukan selama 2 bulan dan ditambah dengan merangkum semua hasil penelitian yang ada. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah data kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil temuan dalam penelitian ini adalah bahwa hubungan peningkatan kemampuan berbicara siswa kelas III SD. Inpres Pallangga melalui penggunaan media gambar seri adalah: 1) Tingkat kemampuan berbicara siswa kelas III SD. Inpres Pallangga pada siklus I (Tindakan I-Tindakan II), masuk dalam kategori rendah dengan jumlah nilai rata-rata 54,9 sedangkan pada siklus II (Tindakan I-Tindakan II), mengalami kemajuan dengan kategori tinggi dengan nilai rata-rata 75,2. 2) Terdapat peningkatan kemampuan berbicara siswa kelas III SD. Inpres Pallangga melalui penggunaan media gambar seri, baik secara kualitatif maupun kuantitatif,. Hal tersebut dapat dilihat pada tabel dan penjelasan pada lampiran, pada siklus I dan siklus II pada setiap tindakan mulai dari tindakan I sampai tindakan II. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa kemampuan berbicara dapat ditingkatkan melalui penggunaan gambar seri

Abstract

Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Fokus penelitian ini adalah kerjasama dan kegiatan menyusun puzzle. Prosedur penelitian ini meliputi perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi dan refleksi. Subyek penelitian ini adalah anak Kelompok B Usia 5-6 Tahun. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan kerjasama anak kelompok B yaitu pada siklus I mencapai 33,3% dan siklus II mencapai 83,3%. Perolehan persentase pada siklus II membuktikan bahwa peneltian ini mencapai indikator keberhasilan yang ditetapkan yaitu persentase dari jumlah peserta didik yang mencapai kriteria Berkembang Sangat Baik mengalami peningkatan di atas 75%. Oleh karena itu dengan kegiatan permainan menyusun puzzle dapat meningkatkan kerjasama anak pada kelompok B di TK Avanti Kota Makassar

Abstract

Equality Education Package C is an Education program service through non-formal education channels aimed at people who have dropped out of school at the SMA/MA/SMK level, people who graduate from Package B and students who graduate from SMP/MTs. This study aims to: 1). To find out how the process of implementing the Package C program at UPT SPNF SKB. 2) To find out what factors affect the learning of the Package C program at UPT SPNF SKB. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The research subjects were the head of the UPT SPNF SKB Institute, civil servant teachers and learning residents. Data collection techniques were carried out by interview, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques used data editors, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The data validity technique uses credibility (trust). The research results of the package C learning program show that: 1. The implementation of the package C learning program which includes: a) The planning carried out is the preparation of the curriculum, lesson plans, provision of facilities and infrastructure, sources of funds, tutors and students. b) The implementation of learning package C is carried out every Monday to Friday, taking place according to the plans and goals that have been set. c) evaluation is done by giving daily tests to students. 2. The supporting and inhibiting factors include: a) the supporting factors in learning package C are the existence of financial assistance from the government and the formal school building that is used as a place of learning. b) the inhibiting factor in learning package C is the presence of learning residents and the lack of approach between tutors and learning residents. The supervisor from the Education Office should evaluate UPT SPNF SKB to find out the success and failure of the package C program. And also to evaluate whether there are any obstacles faced by the UPT SPNF SKB during the implementation of the package C program. Tutors should also provide motivation to learning residents so that their attendance can be further improved

Abstract

Assessment in the learning process is very important to do, with educators and learners can find out the achievements that have been achieved during the learning process, one of the assessments in Indonesia is authentic assessment. The research method that the author uses is a qualitative research method. This type of research uses library research. That is research by getting reference sources from libraries, such as books, journals. The results showed that assessments at the primary and secondary education levels used a variety of assessment methods tailored to the basic competencies that must be mastered. If authentic assessments applied in primary and secondary education are considered less effective, considering that authentic assessment uses assignments that are quite complicated for elementary and secondary children. While authentic assessment in college is considered more qualified because students are considered able and able to complete tasks or problems in real life.
