Abstract

A Human Resource Management (HRM) is a branch of science in dealing with various challenges within the scope of the organization itself, namely humans. One of the roles of Human Resources Management is to ensure that every employee within the organization has the same vision as the organization so that the organization grows and develops in accordance with the stated goals. This is to ensure that employees have sufficient competence to face challenges, both internal and external to the organization and this is the main key for the organization to grow and survive. One type of employee development in Human Resources Management is through training. One of the training methods that is currently frequently used is e-learning and in-house training. Whether e-learning and in-house training has an impact on performance can be determined by conducting an evaluation. One type of training evaluation is the Kirkpatrick evaluation. Based on the results of this evaluation, it can be concluded from this research that e-learning method training has no effect on employee performance at KPP Madya Karawang and while in-house training method training has an effect on employee performance at KPP Madya Karawang. The hypothesis that the evaluation of Kirkpatrick model training as a moderating variable strengthens the influence of e-learning training on performance is unacceptable, while the hypothesis that the evaluation of Kirkpatrick model training as a moderating variable strengthens the influence of in-house training on performance is acceptable

Abstract

The primary objective of this article is to examine the level of customer satisfaction (Y) within a restaurant, exploring how it is influenced by three key factors: service quality (X1), servicescape (X2), and price perception (X3). The Likert scale is used in preparing measurement instruments. We used a random sample of 30 respondents to test the validity and reliability. We used 90 respondents for statistical analysis of multiple linear regression with the application of SPSS-26 statistics to prove the hypothesis of simultaneous effect and partial effect. We use this sample size. Roscoe's method is 20 times the number of variables with minimal assumptions. The results of this study reveal the simultaneous influence of the three independent variables on the dependent variable. Service Quality partially influences the variable customer satisfaction, customer satisfaction is not affected by servicescape, and Price Perceptions affect customer satisfaction.

Abstract

The development of manufacturing companies in Indonesia is currently ongoing. However, many businesses still have profitability issues due to poor asset management. This affects a company's leverage, liquidity, and working capital. This study analyzes the role of leverage, liquidity, and working capital efficiency in influencing manufacturing companies' profitability on the Indonesian stock exchange (IDX). Quantitative research utilizing secondary data obtained from the IDX related to companies engaged in manufacturing. The total sampling technique, which included 500 companies, determined the research sample. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. Profitability is an essential aspect of a company's ability to obtain expected results. Various predictors affect profitability, including leverage, liquidity, and working capital efficiency. The findings show that leverage, liquidity, and working capital effectiveness can affect profitability by 9% with a probability of 0.000 (p<0.05). The equation is Y= -2.861+ 0.459 X1 -0.218X2 + 0.304X3 + e. As a result, leverage and working capital efficiency can positively and significantly affect profitability but not liquidity.

Abstract

Successful work at any organization is measured by how many goals are achieved, and problems occur when the work results are below the target. Based on the Accountability Evaluation for the Government Institutions Index 2021, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs failed to attain the targetted score during 2019-2020. From a financial aspect, they also failed to maintain the Budget Execution Performance Indicator last year. The Chancery Administrator (CA), a non-diplomat functional group supporting the Ministry responsible for managing these financial matters, also reported having the lowest Employee Engagement Index compared to other positions—Diplomats and Diplomatic Information Administrators. This study used employee engagement as a mediation variable to examine the effects of job motivation and work environment on employee performance. The cross-sectional method is used to get quantitative data from an online questionnaire modified based on pre-existing questions from earlier literature. Data were gathered purposefully from a group of 107 CA using a non-probability sampling technique. PLS-SEM software was then used to analyze it. Unlike the working environment variable, the results showed that job motivation affects employee engagement and performance. Employee engagement also affects employee performance. As a mediating variable, employee engagement mediates the relationship between job motivation and employee performance, yet between working environment and employee performance. The study offered guidance for the MoFA Indonesia to improve CA's employee engagement and performance.

Abstract

To assist the development of the Islamic banking enterprise in Indonesia, the Government of Indonesia through the Ministry of BUMN decided to merge 3 BUS which can be subsidiaries of BUMN Banks, namely Bank Syariah Mandiri, BNI Syariah and BRI Syariah. The merger ended in a bank with the call Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) and officially running on February 1, 2021. At the give up of 2021, BSI was recorded as having assets of IDR 265.3 trillion and changed into included inside the top 10 largest national banks in Indonesia. Islamic banks have to this point had confined capital, making it tough to compete with traditional banks. Therefore, BSI, which has massive capital, is anticipated for you to compete head to head with conventional banks. There have been also concerns and rejection of the BSI merger. This is due to the fact there are indicators that BSI has market dominance and might monopolize the Islamic banking industry in Indonesia. The motive of this examine is to describe the characteristics of marketplace dominance within the Islamic banking enterprise after the merger of Bank Syariah Indonesia. This research uses some of indicators, particularly awareness ratio, Herfindahl–Hirschman Index (HHI), and Melnik's ratio. The end of this look at is that of all of the indicators used, namely the awareness ratio, Herfindahl–Hirschman Index (HHI), and the Melnik ratio, it can be stated that there is a robust indication of marketplace dominance inside the Islamic banking industry after the merger of Bank Syariah Indonesia
