Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the influence of charismatic leadership, financial compensation, and job training on the operational performance of PT. Telkom Access Balikpapan either partially or simultaneously. The population in the study amounted to 331 employees. The sample of this study was 76 employees of PT. Telkom Access Balikpapan, which is still actively working, was selected by using a random sampling technique. The method used is quantitative method, data collection is carried out using primary data through direct questionnaires to respondents. Data were analyzed with validity and reliability tests, as well as multiple linear regression analysis t test, f test, using the SPSS VERSION 26.0 program. The results of this study indicate that: The first hypothesis is obtained by Charismatic Leadership, Financial Compensation, and Job Training simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the Operational Performance of PT. Telkom Access Balikpapan Second hypothesis. Charismatic Leadership (X1) partially has a positive and significant influence on the Operational Performance of PT. Telkom Access Balikpapan. Hypothesis three. Financial Compensation (X2) partially has a positive and significant effect on the Operational Performance of PT. Telkom Access Balikpapan. Hypothesis four. Job Training (X3) partially has a positive and significant impact on the Operational Performance of PT. Telkom Access Balikpapan.

Abstract

This research has the objectives of: (1) Want to know the increase in process costs and cost sales grace period 2016-2019. (2) Want to know the size of the sales target when the break-even point or reach the Break Even Point. (3) Want to know the impact of changes in one of the factors causing changes in profit to changes in the company's break-even point (BEP). The data collection method used in this study is documentation The data analysis method used in this research is Breakeven point analysis by adding up fixed costs and variable costs or total costs deducted from sales, it will be able to know where the break-even point or the company's position when it does not experience profit or not suffer losses. Based on the results of the study it is known that in order for companies to seek achieve the profit target and the sales gain as expected, one of the ways that is carried out is by optimizing the marketing cost by ten percent (10%), then the impact is not only on the break-even point but also the profit achievement can be IDR. 3,331,204,860.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze financial developments to find out how companies measure the level of achievement of Economic Value Added (EVA) and the amount of economic rentability in PT Bumi Resources Tbk salama period 2018-2021. The type of data collected is in the form of quantitative data in the form of data on figures such as financial statements (balance sheets & income statements). The data source used is secondary data to explain the results of the calculation of Economic Value Adedd (EVA) and economic rentability. The results of this study explained that the EVA level and the resulting economic rentability rate were not able to reach the standard so that in 2018 to 2021 the performance of PT Bumi Resources Tbk was not good.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the influence of Capital Structure, Profitability and Liquidity on Company Value using company time series panel data with a research period of 2017-2021. Using the panel data linear regression analysis method, with a sample of 9 companies from 13 automotive and component sub-sector companies in Indonesia. This research was analyzed using E views version 9 software with the results of the study, namely the capital structure proxiated by Debt Equity Ratio (DER) has a positive and significant effect on the Company's Value which is proxikan with Price to Book Value (PBV), Profitability produced by Return On Asset (ROA) has a negative and significant effect on the value of the Company proxikan with Price to Book Value (PBV) and Liquidity proxikan with Current Ratio (CR) have a positive and insignificant effect on the value of companies proxistivated with Price to Book Value (PBV).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of incentives and work stress on employee performance during the COVID-19 pandemic at the Office of the Director of PT. Nusantara Plantation III. This research was conducted at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III, Medan. The number of samples in this study were 51 people. Data was collected using a questionnaire in accordance with the indicators of each variable used. The data obtained were then analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that incentives and work stress simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance during the COVID-19 pandemic. The results of the t test show that incentives and work stress have a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The appearence of digital and millennial disruption in Indonesia has been affected to banking competition particularly at digital banking. This forced the banks should implement various right strategies to keep customers out of this competition. This research aims to revealed the right strategy to increase millennial customer loyalty towards digital banking through service quality and perceived ease of use, likewise to customer satisfaction as an intervene. This research included in causality type with descriptive quantitative method processed by SEM-LISREL to examined the hypothesis. The sample was 400 respondents spread throughout Indonesia. The technique used non-probability sampling with snowball type. Research found that service satisfaction and perceived ease of use affects the increasing in millennial customer loyalty either directly or indirectly. Customer satisfaction has direct affect to increase customer loyalty. Service satisfaction and perceived ease of use affects in achieving millennial's expectation. Appropriate strategy to use to improve customer loyalty based on this research is by develop digital banking services that worthy and irreplaceable to reached sustained competitive advantage and creates algorithms learning machine to accommodate banking information in one mobile application which is reliable and convenient.

Abstract

This research aims to analyse the positive effect of performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, attitude toward using technology, perceived ease of use, and perceived usefulness on behaviour intention, the positive effect of behaviour intention on usage behaviour. This study used quantitative research and data collection was collected using questionnaire. The target population of this research were people that have done online teleconsultation at Halodoc and willing to be respondents of this research. The number of samples were determined to be which 224 samples. The sampling technique use was purposive sampling. Partial Least Square-Structural Equation modelling (PLS-SEM) is applied to this study. The results of data analysis showed all of the hypothesis supported that performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, attitude toward using technology, perceived ease of use, and perceived usefulness have positive effect on behaviour intention. Lastly, behaviour intention has a positive effect on usage behaviour in acceptance of Halodoc’s online teleconsultation during COVID-19.

Abstract

Pringgasela inhabitants have been practising Weaving for ages. Most locals who participated are women dwellers in support of economic empowerment. This research intentionally investigates; 1) the profound history of weaving in Pringgasela, 2) equipment used for Weaving and dye materials, and 3) motifs and philosophy of Weaving. We, furthermore, deploy the qualitative as a research approach elaborating three main focuses of the study—direct observation and interviews are conducted to collect data from resources and documentation. Participants being selected are mostly citizens, business actors, government agencies in charge of developing tourism. The results show that most woven fabrics are traditional dyeing models and prefer synthetic dyes because they are more in demand by young people. Although the process of making today has been developed, natural material is still maintained for local preservation purposes. In support of local economic empowerment, Pringgasela inhabitants have practised weaving for ages. Various motifs are continuously introduced in which local wisdom is still a prominent attractive feature for buyers and visitors. Barriers to marketing in this article are presented.

Abstract

The mobile game market has been increasing rapidly in the last five years. One of the most mobile game nowadays is Genshin Impact which has been awarded as the Best Mobile Game in 2021 by The Game Award. For games such as Genshin Impact, its source of income comes from in-app purchases and there are various factors that affecting the in-app purchase intention of the players such as satisfaction and loyalty that also can be affected by perceived value. A total of 271 Genshin Impact players from across Indonesia as samples were collected using the purposive sampling technique that involved online questionnaires with 5-point likert scale questions given to Genshin Impact players as its data collecting method. The data were analyzed using the statistical techniques known as structural equation modelling (SEM). The results of this study shows that Economic, Emotional, Hedonic, Utilitarian Values positively influence Satisfaction; Economic, Emotional, Hedonic, Utilitarian Values positively influence Loyalty; Satisfaction positively influence Loyalty; Loyalty positively influence Purchase Intention; Satisfaction does not positively influence Purchase Intention.
