Abstract

This research aims to carry out an analysis related to the effect of employment in the Jabodetabek sector. Urban Transportation Policy Integration of commuterline trains in Jakarta and its surroundings. Jabodetabek Urban Transportation Policy Integration is a government study on transportation problems in Jakarta and its surroundings, one of which is in the form of commuterline trains that have existed since 2007. So with this research study, the government has a choice in making decisions to develop and overcome the problems of public transportation facilities in Jakarta and its surroundings. Later, the policy can have a positive impact and provide jobs for residents in Jakarta and its surroundings. The method used is a quantitative approach with a cross-sectional data regression model. The data used in this study uses secondary data taken from data on the number of workers in the commuterline train sector, the number of KRL fleets, the number of KRL routes, and the number of KRL passengers in 2018. The results show that the number of KRL fleets and the number of KRL routes significantly influence. On the employment of the commuterline train sector in Jakarta and its surroundings, while the number of KRL passengers does not significantly affect the employment of the commuterline train sector.

Abstract

Effective human resource management needs to pay attention to strategic aspects, which can be applied within the company so that employees contribute to achieving company excellence. What is considered strategic is work engagement, the condition of which can be shaped by many factors. So research that takes a sampling of employees of PT. ACS Surabaya finds several factors that are used as variables that have an impact on increasing employee engagement. The factor analysis that tested the discrimination index on each variable showed the correlation coefficient and the criteria determined to carry out the analysis as an influence on job involvement. The results of the analysis grouping the factors into two major parts consisting of the main factors, namely employee resources (job resources), meaningfulness (salience of job), personal employees (personal resources); and supporting factors include the work environment, co-workers support, and self-efficacy simultaneously affect work involvement. The two representative factors were able to contribute effectively to an increase in work engagement of 82.6%.

Abstract

Micro and small businesses that produce variants of fish shredded products are faced with business uncertainty and losses due to the risks faced in the production process due to the impact of the covid-19 pandemic. The purpose of this study is to find out the risko variables and risk mitigation strategies for fish shredded production due to the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic. The analysis methods used are Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA) and Analytical Hierarchy ProcessAHP). The results showed that the highest risks were rising raw material prices, fluctuating and uncertain production activities, and demand is fluctuating and tending to decline. Priority strategies alternative for minimizing risk are reformatting partnerships with raw material suppliers, improving inventory management, and planning and forecasting demand.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of Net Profit Margin (NPM), and Operating Expenses to Operating Income (BOPO) to Return On Assets (ROA). The type of research used is Explanatory Research, with a quantitative approach. Sampling technique with purposive sampling with company criteria logistics that presents financial statements for the period 20 19 to 20 20 so that a sample of 7 . is obtained companies and 14 data samples. The analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study are known that simultaneously and partially NPM and BOPO have a significant effect on ROA.

Abstract

The Pandemic COVID-19 has an impact on the Indonesian economy. The decline in economic performance was not only felt by large multi-national companies, or nationally but also felt by SMEs. This study aims to examine MSME survival strategies, especially in the pandemic. The research method used is the study of literature. The researcher examines various empirical study results especially imiah journals related to the MSME strategy. Researchers then compared the results of research from various journals and take the essence of the results of the research. Based on the results of the literature study, there are four survival strategies for MSMEs namely, 1) marketing with digital marketing, 2) strengthening human resources, 3) carrying out creative innovations and 4) improving service to consumers. With these strategies, it is expected that MSMEs in Indonesia can survive and survive the crisis conditions due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect the work environment and work stress on work productivity at PT.MSM either partially or simultaneously. The method used is descriptive explorative. The population in this study were all employees who totaled 40 people at PT.MSM Medan. Because the total population of less than 100 people, the number of samples taken throughout the population (saturated sample) as many as 40 people. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis, the determinant test, F test and t test. Results of the study resulted in an equation an equation: Prod= 2,092 + 0,965LinKER - 0,433Stres. Test Results Adjusted R Square obtained a value of 0.963, this figure illustrates that the variation of the rise and fall of labor productivity variable value of 96,3% is determined by the work environment variables and work stress while the remaining3,7% is influenced by variables that did not participate in the research study such as compensation, motivation and others. Simultaneously working environment and work stress were significant effect on work productivity at PT.MSM Medan, is evident from the test results simultaneously obtained value of F (548,07) with a significant level of 0.00 is smaller than alpha (0.05). Partially, the working environment have a significant effect on work productivity at PT.MSM Medan, where the partial results obtained for the work environment variable is 31,966 with significance level (0.000) is smaller than 0.05, while work stress has significant effect too on productivity known work of the partial test results obtained yield was -8,646 with significance level (0.000) smaller than 0.05.

Abstract

Dividend policy is part of management activities in paying rights to shareholders or investors. Determining the dividend policy is influenced by several things. This research is limited to several things or factors that are intended to determine their effect on dividend policy. Some of these factors include profit growth, leverage, and profitability. This study aims to determine the effect of profit growth, leverage, and profitability on dividend policy in State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2018 to 2020. The population in this study is State-Owned Enterprises listed in one Indonesian Stock Exchange. Meanwhile, the sample selection used the purposive sampling method. The number of samples of companies used is 33 samples with 11 companies. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis to determine the relationship and influence between one dependent variable and several independent variables. Based on the results of research through t-test, it can be concluded that the company's profit growth has no effect on dividend policy, and this result is not in accordance with the hypothesis. Then, leverage also does not affect dividend policy, and this result is not in accordance with the hypothesis. And profitability also does not affect dividend policy, this result is not in accordance with the hypothesis. Meanwhile, the results of the study according to the f test concluded that profit growth, leverage, and profitability have a simultaneous effect on dividend policy.

Abstract

The research objective is to determine the effect of Social Marketing and Corporate Social Responsibility on Brand Image. The population of this research is all consumers of Lifebuoy Bath Soap in the last six months. While the research sample used is 30. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis to determine the level of disclosure of Social Marketing and Corporate Social Responsibility and Brand Image. The results of the study can be concluded that Social Marketing and Corporate Social Responsibility simultaneously have a significant influence on the Brand Image of Lifebuoy Bath Soap. Partially, the Social Marketing and Corporate Social Responsibility variables are proven to have a significant effect on the Brand Image of Lifebuoy Bath Soap.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of increasing the automation of toll booths on income tax with vehicle volume as a moderating variable. This research method uses the Sem PlS 3.0 method with secondary data obtained from the annual hassle of PT. Jasa Marga in 2009-2018. The result of the research is that automatic toll booths have a significant effect on income tax and vehicle volume while vehicle volume on income tax has no effect.

Abstract

The purpose of this activity is to create a document about the potential of the creative economy, and the chances of success in the Implementation of the Entrepreneurship Development Program for Young Creative Economy Actors for Beginners Based on Design, Media and Science and Technology. The research location is at Pattimura University, Ambon. This study took samples from 6 faculties at Pattimura University, namely FEB, FMIPA, FKIP, FPIK, Faculty of Engineering and FAPERTA. This study uses SWOT analysis which is used to obtain an overview of the strategic situation of an Economic Work Unit (UKE). is 0.55. Based on the SWOT map, it can be seen that the SWOT position is in quadrant 3, namely the Media and Science and Technology-based Student Entrepreneurship Development Model at Universities in Maluku facing enormous opportunities, but on the other hand facing several internal constraints/weaknesses. Pattimura University has received good attention. This is evidenced by the provision of entrepreneurship support facilities such as buildings, capital and training. However, it was also found that many student entrepreneurship did not go well. Due to lack of consistency in business, interest in business that is not in accordance with student skills, business culture is still low and the time period for being an entrepreneur at the University is short. In addition, students still find it difficult to divide their study time with the business they are engaged in.
