Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of promotion on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty, and also to examine the effect of brand awareness on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty, as well as test customer satisfaction on customer loyalty on e-commerce shopee. The sampling method used in this research is probability sampling with purposive sampling technique. The number of samples used was 100 respondents. The population used in this study were students of Pelita Bangsa University Management Study Program class of 2018 who used ecommerce ShopeeThe data obtained was processed using smartPLS (Partial Least Square) software. The tests used are the first outer model analysis inner model analysis, and hypothesis testing. Findings from the structural model there are 4 proven hypotheses and 1 unproven hypothesis. The results of this study prove that the promotion variable has an effect on customer satisfaction, brand awareness has an effect on customer satisfaction, brand awareness has an effect on customer loyalty, and customer satisfaction has an effect on customer loyalty. However, promotion has no effect on customer loyalty.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to examine and analyze the effect of Compensation, Leadership, and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at PT Rongoh Abadi. The decline in the performance of PT Rongoh Abadi's employees is caused by unsatisfactory compensation, ineffective leadership and low employee discipline. The population is 138 employees of PT Rongoh and the number of samples is 103 employees of PT Rongoh. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling. The data analysis technique in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis. Partial test results obtained tcount > ttable or 3.765 > 1.984 and significant obtained 0.000 <0.05, meaning that compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Rongoh Abadi. Partial test results obtained tcount > ttable or 2,533 > 1,984 and significant obtained 0,013 < 0,05, meaning leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Rongoh Abadi. Partial test results obtained tcount > ttable or 4.029 > 1.984 and significant obtained 0.000 <0.05, meaning that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Rongoh Abadi. The test results simultaneously obtained the calculated F value (22.672) > F table (2.70) and a significance probability of 0.000 <0.05, meaning that compensation, leadership, and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Rongoh Abadi. Employee performance that can be explained by variations in compensation variables.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how far the satisfaction level of outpatients at Smart Medica Clinic in the dimensions of Tangibility, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance and Empathy. This research is a descriptive study. The study was conducted at Smart Medica Clinic, Sekayu, Musi Banyuasin, South Sumatra, Indonesia, on 162 outpatients as a target population. The data collection technique is carried out by distributing questionnaires using accidental sampling. The data obtained were then analyzed using the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method with the help of the SPSS for Windows application program ver. 27. The results of this study show that outpatients of Smart Medica Clinic are not satisfied with outpatient services in the dimensions of Tangibility, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance and Empathy.

Abstract

Processing of fish rengginang will have an economic impact, when it has high added value. The objectives of this study include 1) knowing the added value of fish rengginang and 2) knowing the effect of selling prices, raw material prices, other raw material prices and the average salary on the added value of fish rengginang. Value added analysis uses hayami calculation and value added determinant analysis uses multiple regression analysis. The results showed that 1) the added value of fish rengginang varied, namely an average of Rp. 7,745 per kilogram, the average value added ratio is 33%, the average profit is Rp. 7,190 per kilogram and the average profit is 32,96%, 2) The results of the F-test show that there is a significant influence between the selling price, the price of raw materials, the price of other raw materials and the average salary together on the added value. The results of the t-test indicate that there is a significant effect between the selling price, the price of raw materials, the price of other raw materials and there is no significant effect between the average salary separately on the added value.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine and determine the influence of promotion and product quality on purchasing decisions with price mediation on Bear Brand products. In this survey, there were 75 consumer respondents who were sampled. The data analysis test in this study was carried out using the Smart PLS program, the analysis technique in this scientific paper uses the SmartPLS 3.3.3 program. The results showed that: (1) price has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions; (2) product quality has a positive and significant effect on price; (3) promotion also has a positive and significant influence on the price.

Abstract

Today, beauty clinics are mushrooming and popping up that offer a variety of services that suit the demands of society in the field of beauty and skin health. Navaagreen is one of the many beauty clinic businesses that aim to answer the need for beauty and skin health by utilizing raw materials derived from nature in order to achieve the company's goal of increasing client happiness and loyalty. This study is based on a survey. The participants in this research are buyers/customers who have done treatment or used products from Beauty Naavagreen clinic. The data collection technique used a questionnaire that obtained 35 respondents. In analyzing the data using (SEM-PLS) using the SMART PLS 3.0 program. The analysis carried out is by analyzing the outer model, analyzing the inner model and testing the hypothesis. The results of the study have proven that Product Quality and Service Quality have a positive effect on Sales Promotion, and Price has a positive effect on Buyer Satisfaction

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of lecturer competence, lecturer creativity, and MTU e-learning media on student understanding at Universitas Mahkota Tricom Unggul during the Covid-19 pandemic. The path approach and associative quantitative are used because the data that will be used to analyze the relationship between variables are expressed in numbers. This study connects lecturer competence, lecturer creativity, and e-learning media E-MTU. Where the sample in this study amounted to 115 respondents. Collecting data using a questionnaire with a Likert scale that has been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis used is Path Analysis with the data analysis method using Smart PLS. The results of this study indicate that: (1) The competence of lecturers has a positive and significant effect on students' understanding of 0.471 with a P-Value of 0000 and tcount of 3.749 > ttable 1.96. (2). Lecturer creativity has a positive and significant effect on student understanding of 0.467 and P-Value of 0.004 and tcount in this study is 2.764 > ttable 1.96 (3). The competence of lecturers through the M-TU e-learning media has a positive and significant effect on students' understanding of management by 0.305 and P-values ​​of 0.012. tcount in this study the results obtained were 2,625 > ttable 1.96. (4). Lecturer creativity through E-Learning E-MTU has a positive and significant effect on students' understanding of management by 0.351 and P-Value by 0.002. for the calculation of tcount in this study, the results obtained were 3.765 > ttable 1.96.

Abstract

Companies with good performance will be able to achieve the goals to be achieved by the company, namely maximizing the value of the company. This goal can be achieved by increasing the company's profitability. This study was conducted with the aim of testing the effect of sales growth and company size on profitability in food industry companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2019-2021 period. The data used were secondary data and the number of population was 18 companies, the research sample was taken on the basis of purposive sampling. The sample criteria that meet as many as 11 companies while the analysis technique used is panel data regression analysis with the help of the Eviews 9.0 program to obtain a comprehensive picture of the relationship between one variable and another. The results of the analysis prove that the sales growth variable has no significant effect on profitability, company size has a significant effect on profitability

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of government size, balancing funds, and economic growth on regional financial performance in districts/cities in Indonesia. This type of research is causal and the object of this research is all districts and cities in Indonesia. The data used is secondary data obtained from the Directorate General of Fiscal Balance and the Central Statistics Agency for the period 2014-2018 with a total sample of 2,056 research data. Using a quantitative approach and data analysis using a simple regression analysis model. The results showed that Government Size had a positive effect, Balanced Funds had a negative effect, and Economic Growth had a negative effect on Regional Financial Performance.
