Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Information Technology Utilization and Human Resource Competence on the Quality of Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budgeting. This type of research is causal and the object of this research is Deli Serdang Regency. The data used is primary data obtained from a questionnaire with a total sample of 62 respondents. Research data Using a quantitative approach and data analysis using a simple regression analysis model. The results of the study indicate that the use of Information Technology and Human Resource Competence has a partial effect on the quality of the preparation of the Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the Income Statement and Cash Flow Statement on the Operating Cash Flow Ratio on Cv Biru Utama. The research method used is quantitative. Data collection technique is to use secondary data. The population and sample in this study were 48 financial statements of CV. Main Blue, using saturated sampling technique. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis which first tested the classical assumption with normality test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test. Hypothesis testing is done by F test and t test. The results showed that the Cash Flow Statement and the Profit and Loss Statement simultaneously had an effect on cash flow. The income statement has a significant effect on cash flow. The cash flow statement has a significant effect on cash flow

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic that has hit the world has brought various impacts on human life, including human development achievements. Development can be interpreted as an effort or process to make changes for the better. The development process occurs in all aspects of people's lives, such as economic, political, social and cultural aspects. The purpose of this study is to see the difference in the Human Development Index before and during the covid 19 pandemic. The research method used is the Paired Sample T-Test which is an analytical test to determine the average difference between matched data points. The results of the study show that there are differences in the Human Development Index in Indonesia, as seen from the results of the Paired Sample T-Test table. The significant value of HDI shows that there are differences in the Human Development Index in Indonesia before and during the COVID-19 pandemic. This means that the Indonesian government needs to take strategic steps and good policies to increase the human development index.

Abstract

The purpose of this studies was to determine the effects of the audit committee, board of directors, and company characteristics simultaneously on the publications of sustainability reports on companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This researches was a quantitative researches. The participants in this study were all mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2020 period. The sample size of this research is 8 companies. The results of the studies conclude that the audit committee and company size has a significants effects on the publications of sustainability reports on mining sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. However, the boards have no significants effects on the publication of sustainability reports on mining sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of motivation, discipline and work environment on employee performance at CV. Nusadaya Sira Indonesia. This research was conducted using quantitative methods with descriptive and verification analysis, namely collecting, presenting, analyzing, and testing hypotheses, as well as making conclusions and suggestions. The sample in this study amounted to 108 using the Non Probability Sampling technique with the Saturated Sample method. Based on the analysis that has been done, this study proves that employee motivation at CV. Nusadaya Sira Indonesia is good, employee discipline at CV. Nusadaya Sira Indonesia is quite good, the work environment of employees at CV. Nusadaya Sira Indonesia is good and employee performance at CV. Nusadaya Sira Indonesia is good. The correlation coefficient between the variables of Motivation, Discipline and Work Environment has a strong, positive and significant correlation level. The influence of the work environment variable coefficient contributes to performance more than motivation and discipline. The simultaneous influence of work motivation, discipline and work environment on employee performance is 67.1% while the remaining 32.9% is the contribution of other variables not examined.

Abstract

This research examines why people enter certification programs. This research examines the supply chain management certification program, the most popular in industry (McCaffery, Backus, & Maxwell, 2020). Extrinsic motivation (Lloyd & Mertens, 2018; Baumann & Bonner, 2016); intrinsic motivation (Quinn et al., 2021; Achtziger & Gollwitzer, 2018; Australian HR Institution, 2017); obtaining a reward or incentive (Australian HR Institution, 2017); and the cost is less than the master's program (Amoruso, 2020; Craig, 2020). AHP is used to rank the 4 criteria's primary aspects. The study sampled experts. Experts are someone with expertise and experience in a subject, system, or sector (Sharma, 2017; Skjong & Wentworth, 2001). This research indicated that incentives were the largest influence in joining a certification program. Extrinsic motivation is second, intrinsic motivation is third, and cost is fourth.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze and prove the influence of leadership style, competence, and motivation on employee performance. This research was conducted for 5 months (January-May 2022) at the Office of the Badan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah Kota Kupang. This research is classified as quantitative research using a method of survey confirmative verification (associative). The research population was 103 employees whose sample was determined based on the census technique (saturated sample) so the sample was 103 respondents. The type of research data consists of primary data and secondary data. Techniques to obtain data using questionnaires (Likert scale), interviews, and documentation. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis (partial test and simultaneous test). The results showed that leadership style, competence, and motivation positively and significantly affected performance either partially or simultaneously. This is because the entire t-count value obtained by each variable is greater than the t-table and also the F-count is greater than the F-table with a significance value of < α 0.05. The contribution of leadership style to performance is 60.2%, competence to performance is 52.9%, and motivation to performance is 43.7%. In general, the contribution of leadership style, competence, and motivation variables to performance is 68.1%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Fasilitas dan Kepercayaan terhadap Kepuasan Nasabah pada PT. Bank Central Asia Tbk Cabang KCU Asia. Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode survey yang menggunakan kuesioner sebagai instrumen penelitian untuk mengumpulkan data. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah nasabah Bank BCA cabang KCU Asia sebanyak 52.000 responden. Dengan menggunakan teknik sampel slovin dengan tingkat toleransi kesalahan 10% sehingga diperoleh sampel sebesar 99 responden. Desain penelitian analisis regresi linier berganda digunakan sebagai alat analisis untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh antara variabel independen dan dependen. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan baik secara parsial maupun simultan variabel Fasilitas dan Kepercayaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Nasabah pada Bank BCA. Variabel Fasilitas dan Kepercayaan mampu menjelaskan variasi yang terjadi pada kepuasan nasabah Bank Central Asia cabang KCU Asia sebesar 74,4%.

Abstract

This type of research is a quantitative descriptive study with the aim of analyzing and knowing the level of achievement of the target of public service retribution through the Tolitoli Regency Government Cleaning Service Fee in 2019-2021. With a quantitative approach and TPT formulation, the results obtained in the form of a trend of achievement fluctuations for three years. In 2019 the acceptance of the cleaning retribution did not reach the predetermined target with a TPT of 82.73%, while in 2020 the revenue even exceeded the initial target with an TPT of 105.29%. Furthermore, in 2021 it will decrease with the TPT achievement of 94%. This proves that the performance of retribution for cleaning services in Tolitoli Regency still needs to be maximized for the next few years.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Personal Sales on Purchase Decisions at PT. Kao Indonesia, knowing the effect of Product Quality on Purchase Decisions at PT. Kao Indonesia, knowing the effect of Personal Sales and Product Quality on Purchase Decisions at PT. Indonesian Kao. The research population that will be used in the study are all consumers who made purchases of the company's products at Brastagi Supermarket Gatot Subroto during the 2020 period as many as 47,529 consumers. By using the Slovin formula with an error rate of 10%, the number of samples obtained is 100 respondents. The analysis of this study used the Multiple Linear Regression test. The results showed that Personal Selling partially has a positive and significant influence on Purchase Decisions at PT. Kao Indonesia, Product Quality partially has a positive and significant influence on Purchase Decisions at PT. Indonesian Kao.
