Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of leadership and employee motivation on employee performance at PT. Astra Credit Companies TB Simatupang either partially or simultaneously. The method in this study is a quantitative method. Data analysis in this study uses validity test, reliability test, correlation coefficient analysis, classical assumption test, linear regression test, coefficient of determination analysis and hypothesis testing. The results showed that leadership (X1) had an effect on work performance (Y), with a simple linear regression equation Y = 15,743 + 0,528X and a significance value of 0.00 < 0.05. The correlation coefficient value is 0.605, which means that leadership (X1) has a strong level of relationship strength to employee performance (Y), with a coefficient of determination of 36.6% and from the t-test the value of tcount> ttable or 7.089 > 1988. Work motivation (X2) has an effect on work performance (Y) with a simple linear regression equation Y = 18,064 + 0.470X and a significance value of 0.00 <0.05. The correlation coefficient value is 0.512, which means that the work motivation variable (X2) has a moderate level of relationship strength on employee performance (Y), with a coefficient of determination of 26.2% and from the t-test, the value of tcount > ttable or 5,552 > 1,988. Leadership and work motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 15.638 + 0.515X1 + 0.017X2. The correlation coefficient value is 0.605, which means that leadership (X1) and work motivation (X2) simultaneously have a strong level of relationship strength on employee performance (Y), with a coefficient of determination of 36.6% and from the f test, the value of Fcount > Ftable or 24,849 > 3,100. This means that there is a simultaneous significant influence between leadership and work motivation on employees on employee performance at PT. Astra Credit Companies TB Simatupang.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the partial and simultaneous influence of brand image, promotion, price, and service quality on college decisions at Sahid Polytechnic. This research is associative with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were students of the Sahid TA Polytechnic. 2018-2021 with a total sample of 92 respondents. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, data analysis techniques using instrument tests, classical assumption tests, regression tests, coefficients of determination, t tests, and F tests. Based on the results of research partially brand image (X1) and price (X3) variables have no significant effect on the college decision variable (Y) at the Sahid Polytechnic. The promotion variable (X2) and service quality (X4) have an influence on the college decision variable (Y) at Sahid Polytechnic. From these results, it is known that the better and increase the promotion in line with the increasing decision to study at the Sahid Polytechnic. Simultaneous research shows the results of the variable brand image (X1), promotion (X2), price (X3) and service quality (X4) simultaneously and significantly on the college decision variable (Y) at Sahid Polytechnic.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work environment and work discipline on employee performance, either partially or simultaneously at PT Sarana Sumut Ventura Ciputat employees, South Tangerang City. The analytical methods used in this research are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, descriptive analysis, simple linear regression test, multiple linear regression test, correlation coefficient test, coefficient of determination test, t test and f test. The population in this study were employees of PT Sarana Sumut Ventura Ciputat, South Tangerang City. With a total sampling of 65 respondents. The results of this study based on the coefficient of determination showed that the work environment and work discipline had a contribution to employee performance of 67% while the remaining 33% were other variables not examined. The results showed that the multiple linear regression equation was 0.277 + 0.473(X1) + 0.63 (X2), meaning that the employee's performance even without being influenced by the work environment and work discipline had an effect of 0.277. The value of the correlation coefficient of the work environment on employee performance is 0.816, meaning that the two variables have a strong level of relationship, the value of the correlation coefficient of work discipline on employee performance is 0.622, meaning that both variables have a strong levels of relationship. The results of testing the simultaneous effect of independent variables on the dependent variable obtained the value of F-count = 63.019 > F-table value = 3.15, so Hₒ is rejected and Hₐ is accepted. So it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between the work environment and work discipline on the performance of employees of PT Sarana Sumut Ventura Ciputat, South Tangerang City.
