Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of brand image on the decision of Cap Kaki Tiga solution in Palembang city, to determine the effect of product quality on purchasing decisions of Cap Kaki Tiga solution in Palembang city. To determine the effect of promotion on the purchase decision of Cap Kaki Tiga solution in Palembang city, to determine the effect of brand image, product quality and promotion on the purchase decision of Cap Kaki Tiga solution in Palembang city. This study uses a quantitative data method, namely where the data used in this study analyzes whether there is an influence between brand image, product quality and promotion variables on the purchasing decision of the three-foot cap solution in the city of Palembang. This study uses multiple linear analysis methods using a computer program, namely the software package for the social sciences (SPSS). The results of this study are Brand Image, Product Quality and Promotion Simultaneously (Simultaneously) significantly influence the decision to buy a three-foot cap solution in the city of Palembang.

Abstract

This research purpose to determine and analyze 1) The Effect of Financial Literacy on Investment Motivation of Faculty of Economics Students. 2) The Influence of Financial Literacy on Students' Interest in Investing in the Capital Market at the Faculty of Economics 3) The Impact of Investment Motivation on Faculty of Economics Students' Investment Interest This research is quantitative and employs associative methods. With a sample of 98 students, the sampling technique used in this study was proportional random sampling with a random number of members from each sub-population. Data collection methods include documentation and questionnaires. The study's findings indicate that 1) Financial literacy has a significant and significant effect on the investment motivation of economics faculty students,. 2) Financial Literacy has no effect on Investment Interest. 3) Investment Motivation has a significant effect on Interest in Investing.

Abstract

A good communication climate supports the creation of organizational effectiveness. The communication climate will affect the behavior of its members, both the relationship between superiors, subordinates and co-workers. One of the organizational institutions that has attempted to carry out organizational communication in order to achieve organizational effectiveness is the Center for Certification and Seeds of Forest Plants. At this agency there are problems in the work environment and there is miss communication at work. Special attention to the existence of employees can be done such as establishing good relationships in order to create a sense of trust, honesty, openness of communication, and listening in good communication with superiors, subordinates and co-workers. The purpose of this study was to find out how the organizational communication climate was at the Office of the Forest Plant Seed Certification and Seed. The research method used is descriptive statistics. The sample used was 55 employees. The results showed that the organizational communication climate at the Forest Plant Seed Certification and Seed Center was classified as Good. This is because the majority of male employees show a high degree of openness in communication compared to women, such as the ease with which they can coordinate with co-workers in a flexible manner and have confidence in the ability of themselves and co-workers to complete work. The conclusion of this study is that the organizational communication climate at the Forest Plant Seed Certification and Seed Center is conducive.

Abstract

The purpose of this study aims to analyze the influence of consumer trust and satisfaction on the intention to buy online Shopee in Batam. The analytical method used by the author is to use quantitative research with a total of 147 respondents who are residents of Batu Aji, Batam city. In collecting the data, it is done bydistributing questionnaires in which there are several statement items. In this study, the variables were divided into several parts, including consumer trust and satisfaction as independent variables, and purchase intention as the dependent variable. To measure the magnitude of the influence on these variables, the authorsuse the method of linear regression analysis and multiple regression. From the results of the analysis it was found that partially trust has no effect on purchase intention, customer satisfaction partially has an influence on purchase intention. The variables of consumer trust and satisfaction have a simultaneous influence on the intention to buy online shops in Batam

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the work environment, work commitment and motivation on employee performance, especially nurses at RSU Rajawali Citra, Bantul Regency. The analytical method used by the authors in conducting this research is to use quantitative research with a population of 65respondents who are nurses in RSU Rajawali. In this study the variables were divided into several parts including motivation (X1), work commitment (X2) and work environment (X3) as independent variables, and employee performance (Y) as the dependent variable. The results of this study indicate that motivation has asignificant effect on the performance of nurses at RSU Rajawali Citra, while work commitment and work environment have no effect on the performance of nurses at RSU Rajawali Citra.

Abstract

This research was conducted to discover students’ responses to STIE Wiyatamandala’s marketing actions, especially during the COVID-19 Pandemic; and to determine whether the marketing decisions were right or not. This study replicates a previous study conducted by Martin Sone Kwang in 2019. The study uses a qualitative research method to explain how service marketing mix influences choice in all four batches of STIE Wiyatamandala’s students, respectively. A minimum of 13 respondents per batch were picked using a non-probability sampling technique, with open-ended structured questions used during the interview process. The result shows different opinions on different batches, with price and physical evidence as the main determinants in shaping students’ choices. The study also showed that most of the marketing actions taken have the desired effect.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine how product quality, advertising messages, and word of mouth partially or simultaneously affect the decision to purchase Marina cosmetics. Can use the type of research related to associative with a quantitative research approach. Due to the fact that the population used by buyers or users of Marina cosmetics is not known with certainty, and the sample size determination technique used was the Jacob-Cohen formula, 204 respondents were obtained which were used to collect respondent data. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling as a targeted sampling method. Validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple regression analysis, analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2), t test and f test can be used in the data analysis process during the research. The results of the study can show that product quality, advertising messages, and word of mouth partially or simultaneously or together can influence the decision to purchase Marina cosmetics

Abstract

Kondisi pandemi menyebabkan perusahaan harus mencatat pendapatan minus selama dua tahun di tahun 2020 dan 2021, termasuk PT Intraco Penta Tbk yang juga harus melakukan pengurangan karyawan dalam jumlah yang signifikan dikarenakan kemampuan perusahaan yang menurun drastis selama tiga tahun terakhir. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan yang dimediasi oleh kepuasan kerja pada karyawan di PT Intraco Penta Tbk. Penulis menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitaif deskriptif. Sampel terdiri dari 100 orang karyawan PT Intraco Penta Tbk, dengan pengambilan sampel menggunakan Teknik penarikan sampel simple random sampling. Data primer dikumpulkan melalui kuisioner yang disebarkan kepada responden dengan tingkat pengembalian 100%. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan software SmartPLS versi 3.0. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, kepuasan kerja karyawan PT. Intraco Penta Tbk mampu memediasi pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawannya. Kemudian, kepuasan kerja mampu memediasi pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Intraco Penta Tbk.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to demonstrate how salary, motivation, and leadership style affect production staff' job satisfaction at PT. Holi Mina Jaya Sluke, Rembang Regency. The 98 workers that made up the manufacturing division of PT. Holi Mina Jaya Sluke in Rembang Regency were the population utilized in this research. ways for gathering data via a questionnaire. A saturated sample is used in the sampling procedure. techniques for multiple linear regression data analysis. The findings revealed that 1) compensation (X1) had a significant positive impact on employee job satisfaction with tcount > ttable (5.247 > 1.6612); 2) motivation (X2) has a significant positive impact on employee job satisfaction with tcount > ttable (4.347 > 1.6612); and 3) leadership style (X3) has no significant negative impact on employee job satisfaction with tcount (-0.674 1.6612). According to the adjusted R2 value of 0.621, differences in remuneration, motivation, and leadership style may account for 62.1% of the variance in work satisfaction among employees in the manufacturing division of PT. Holi Mina Jaya Sluke, Rembang Regency. While 37.9% of the explanation comes from factors outside the model.

Abstract

Strategi komunikasi pemasaran menjadi salah satu aspek yang dibutuhkan oleh Perkumpulan Rangkul dalam mempromosikan anggota UMKM yang tergabung di dalamnya, diikuti dengan perkembangan teknologi informasi dan digital menjadikan program Ngicip TVKU menjadi media promosi yang saling menguntungkan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengindentifikasi strategi komunikasi pemasaran Perkumpulan Rangkul dalam mempromosikan UMKM di Kota Semarang melalui Program Ngicip TVKU. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah melalui pendekatan deskriptif dan paradigma induksi analitis. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dengan melakukan wawancara langsung dengan anggota Perkumpulan Rangkul, Kepala Hubungan Masyarakat UMKM Rangkul Semarang, kepala produksi dan staff hubungan masyarakat dan marketing TVKU serta analis kebijakan madya Dinas Koperasi dan UMKM Kota Semarang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa UMKM Rangkul menggunakan strategi komunikasi pemasaran yang efektif melalui penggunaan media massa Program Ngicip TVKU serta media sosial dalam mempromosikan produknya walaupun dampak dari Program Ngicip TVKU tidak sebesar media sosial lainnya.
