Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi strategi manajemen sumber daya manusia CV Yogya Karya Andini dalam mengoptimalisasi kinerja karyawan melalui konsep Quality Work of Life. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Sumber data diperoleh secara primer dan sekunder. Perolehan data dianalisis secara interaktif seperti: reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan: Pertama, adanya ruang partisipasi karyawan yang diberikan perusahaan dalam memberikan aspirasi, keluhan dan saran melalui pembentukan LKS Bipartit. Kedua, adanya pengembangan karir berupa pemberian pelatihan kepada karyawan, ruang konsultasi karir dan promosi jabatan kepada karyawan. Ketiga, pola komunikasi yang dilakukan perusahaan dalam menginformasikan kebijakan perusahaan maupun sarana peredam konflik kepada karyawan dengan mengadakan forum komunikasi antar manajemen perusahaan dan karyawan. Keempat, memberikan jaminan kesehatan, keselamatan dan asuransi kecelakaan kerja. Kelima, memberikan kompensasi kepada karyawan berupa upah sesuai dengan UMR serta pemberian reward kepada karyawan yang berprestasi

Abstract

The world is not okay even the COVID-19 pandemic has passed. The global economy has experienced a sharp contraction since 2020. This has an impact on depreciation in household consumption which has an impact on decreasing people's welfare. The increase number of jobs is expected to be able to increase economic welfare for the Indonesian people affected by layoffs. However, the number of business in Indonesia is still low. Where the level of public awareness tendency to become entrepreneurs compared to intrapreneurs is still minimal. Education is one of the stakeholder to increase the awareness about the importance of building a business. Higher education as a scientific institution is required to be more innovative in carrying out the learning process. An integrated learning ecosystem is needed that suits Gen-Z as the growing Indonesian population. In this study, The General Enterprising Test (GET2) method was implemented to measure the dominant tendencies of 111 students as respondents. Based on research, the tendency of an internal locus of control is the main character by Gen-Z. By creating an appropriate ecosystem it will be able to increase the number of university graduates who become entrepreneurs.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study used the associative method to analyze the influence of independent variables on the dependent variable, namely facilities (X1), supervision (X2), motivation (X3) on employee performance (Y). This research was conducted at PT. Sarana Yogya Ventura (SYV) which is located at Jalan Yos Sudarso No 25, Kota Baru, Gondokusuman, Yogyakarta. In this study, analysis was carried out with regression. Partially based on the t test, the results show that work facilities have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Sarana Yogya Ventura. This is evidenced by the value of t count 3.895 > t table 1.681. Partially, supervision has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Yogya Ventura facility. This is evidenced by the value of t count 1961 > t table 1681. Partially, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Sarana Yogya Ventura. This is evidenced by the value of t count 2,844 > t table 1,681. Simultaneously work facilities, supervision, and motivation simultaneously affect the performance of employees of PT. Sarana Yogya Ventura. The test results show the calculated F value of 10,855 > F table of 2,839.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to understand the importance of ethical leadership on employee work engagement. The success of an organization or company can never be separated from the role of the leader who regulates and manages the resources and employees they have. The criteria for a good leader are not only seen from their intellectual abilities or far-reaching vision and mission, but also from their integrity, fairness and loyalty to the company and work team they lead.. Ethical leadership is the attitude of a leader who is in a certain management position, who has a role in introducing ethics and norms in every action and relationship with colleagues in the company. This leadership greatly influences employee engagement, because with a leader who has ethics and morals, employees will be more enthusiastic and have a strong desire to help the company achieve its goals. In the end, employee engagement will create good performance so that the company's performance will also increase.

Abstract

This study aims to prove the effect of EPS, DER, ROA and ROE on stock returns innfood and beverageecompanies listed on the Indonesia StockkExchange. The populationnused in this study is foodaand beverage companiesslisted onnthe IndonesiaaStock Exchange for the 2015-2021 period. Theesample technique uses purposiveesampling. Data analysis technique using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that EPS and DER had no significant negative effect on stock returns, ROA and ROE had nosignificant positive effect on stock returns. The value of Adjusted R² is 0.041, which means that the 4.1% variation in stock returns for food and beverageccompanies listed on the IndonesiaaStock Exchange can be explained by the four independent variables, namely EPS, DER, ROA and ROE. While the remaining 95.9% is explained by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of green marketing tools on the decision behavior to buy green products mediated by the intention to buy green products. There are five variables in this study, namely ecological brand image, ecological labeling, ecological advertisement, purchase intention and buying decision behavior. The sample of this research is 274 consumers of The Body Shop. The method of analysis of this research is Partial Least Squares (PLS) analysis. Partial least squares (PLS) analysis was performed using secondary data collection and hypothesis testing. The study concluded that among green marketing tools, only environmental advertising did not have a significant impact on the decision behavior to buy green products, either directly or indirectly.

Abstract

XYZ Hospital medical personnel and their colleagues are the focus of this study, which seeks to define and clarify how motivation affects performance. In this study, quantitative techniques were applied. The population of this study were 46 people who worked at the Gowa Regency Personnel and Human Resources Office. sampling from research using saturated sampling. Direct field studies by distributing questionnaires to participants became a data collection method. After that, the validity and reliability of the questionnaires obtained were evaluated. The findings indicate a sizable beneficial impact of motivating factors on job performance. Employee performance is greatly enhanced by the cleanliness aspect. Employee performance will be enhanced with motivator improvement factors and hygiene considerations. As a result, the attractiveness of employee performance in the medical field, especially at XYZ Hospital is supported by motivator factors and hygiene elements.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji pengaruh motivasi pelayanan publik, keterlibatan kerja, dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja. Selain itu, juga menguji keterlibatan kerja dan komitmen organisasi sebagai variabel mediasi. Mall Pelayanan Publik Siola Surabaya merupakan populasi penelitian ini dengan teknik convenience sampling. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 135 pegawai sektor publik dengan teknik analisis SEM-PLS. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu motivasi pelayanan publik dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja, sedangkan keterlibatan kerja terbukti tidak berpengaruh. Hasil lainnya yaitu motivasi pelayanan publik berpengaruh positif terhadap komitmen organisasi dan keterlibatan kerja. Kemudian komitmen organisasi dapat memediasi pengaruh motivasi pelayanan publik terhadap kepuasan kerja, sementara keterlibatan kerja terbukti tidak memediasi pengaruh tersebut.

Abstract

The article discusses the crucial role of leadership in disseminating and implementing the core philosophy and values of "Invictus" within the Keling Kumang Credit Union Movement (GCUKK). This philosophy has become a guide for members and leaders to make decisions and act in line with core values such as integrity, innovation, and togetherness. The significance of leadership's role in instilling these values is evident through continuous education and the example set by leaders for the members. They are not merely educators but also role modelsin embodying the "Invictus" values in their daily actions. Leaders play a pivotal role in shaping a strong and convincing organizational culture. Leadership's role also encompasses integrating the "Invictus" values into decision-making and organizational actions. Leaders face challenges and opportunities guided by these principles, ensuring alignment between values and practical execution. Recognition and acknowledgment by leaders towards members who adopt these values serve as a trigger for inspiration. This uplifts not only the spirits of the members but also encourages personal growth and contributions in the spirit of the "Invictus" values. The leadership's role in instilling and applying "Invictus" asa deeply rooted identity within GCUKK creates a robust culture, leading towards a future that is impactful and positive. Overall, the article underscores the vital role played by leadership in shaping an organizational culture that reflects the core values of the "Invictus" philosophy

Abstract

A survey was conducted to test and analyze the effects of transformational leadership characteristics and intrinsic A survey was conducted to test and analyze the effects of transformational leadership characteristics and intrinsic motivation on employee work performance and satisfaction as a mediating variable on B.L.U.D employees at RA Kartini Hospital, Jepara Regency. The problem faced by RSUD RA Kartini Jepara Regency is that the Work Performance of B.L.U.D employees has not met the hospital's target. The survey was conducted and used quantitative procedures and analyzed and used SmartPLS 4. The community studied in this survey was all B.L.U.D employees at the R,A Kartini Hospital, Jepara Regency, totaling 410 employees. the sample used was 203 employees and the sample determination in this survey used Non Probability Sampling and the sampling technique was purposive sampling. The results of the analysis show that transformational leadership traits and intrinsic motivation have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction and employee work performance. Satisfaction with work is able to mediate the effects of transformational leadership characteristics and intrinsic motivation on employee work performance. Following the Adjusted R Square value explains that transformational leadership characteristics, intrinsic motivation and a satisfied attitude at work affect employee work performance by 0.667 or 66.7% and the rest is explained by other variables outside the survey.
