This research was conducted to determine the effect of motivation, communication and work stress on employee job satisfaction at Hotel Batiqa Bandar Lampung. The population for this study were all permanent employees of Hotel Batiqa Bandar Lampung who worked at the company and totaled 43 people. The sample used in this study used a non-probability sampling technique with saturated sampling. All members of the population will be used as research samples, amounting to 43 respondents. Data was collected by questionnaire and documentation method. This study analyzed data by means of descriptive analysis, validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination test, and hypothesis testing. Researchers used SPSS software version 22 as a tool for data analysis. The results showed that each of the motivational and communication variables partially had a positive effect on employee job satisfaction at Hotel Batiqa Bandar Lampung, but on the job stress variable partially it had no effect on employee job satisfaction at Hotel Batiqa Bandar Lampung. This study also shows that motivation, communication and work stress simultaneously influence the job satisfaction of Hotel Batiqa Bandar Lampung employees.

The popularity of islamic bank has been increasing on countries with Muslims as majority of their population where Muslim consumers could fulfil their banking needs while still complying to their religious rules. Development of islamic banks started from the establishment of Bank Muamalat as the first islamic bank established in Indonesia around 1991. Few studies has shown that islamic banks in Indonesia has better robustness than conventional banks during the 1998 economic crisis. In order to verify that statement, an updated study is required with the latest data and current economic situations. Indonesia has been impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic in which yearly GDP of Indonesia shown a negative growth as the recession status has been attained in the 2nd quarter of 2020. This study is done by comparing islamic banks as well as conventional banks’ fundamentals before and during the pandemic era. It is found that islamic banks is better in overcoming economic crisis than conventional banks. Keywords: Islamic banks, conventional banks, recession, COVID-19

Cryptocurrency is becoming more and more popular as an investment asset. With a high risk high return characteristic of cryptocurrency, doesn’t stop people from investing into cryptocurrency. This research will study empirically regarding determinants behind cryptocurrency investment decisions with The Theory of Planned Behavior applied and added perceived risk as extra variable as well as the mediating role of attitude in behavioral intention to invest in cryptocurrencies. It is found that attitude, perceived behavioral control and subjective norm are key drivers behind cryptocurrency investment decision with perceived risk not affecting the behavioral intention. Attitude also mediates relationship between perceived behavioral control and subjective norm towards behavioral intention while attitude fails to mediate perceived risk towards behavioral intention to invest in cryptocurrency

The shopping style of people who are shifting from conventional to online has had a major impact on the freight forwarding service industry. Shipping companies cannot be separated from various risks that occur, such as human resources, systems, and internal and external risks. This study aims to determine the most dominant variable and can be a risk for the JNE freight forwarder company. The method used is the descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques were used, namely observation, interviews, and literature study. This case study focuses on the JNE Tasikmalaya expedition which took place on Juanda City of Tasikmalaya. After conducting interviews, it can be found that one of the causes of risks to freight forwarding services is centered on the potential of available human resources. Based on the results of research that has been done, it can be seen that human resources and security have the greatest impact on preventing risk management and can increase customer satisfaction, whereas good human resources have a positive and significant impact.

This study aims to analyze the operations at PT. Kimia Farma before, during and after the covid-19 pandemic. The Covid-19 pandemic has an impact on all sectors including the health sector, so further analysis is carried out regarding the operational changes that have occurred at PT. Kimia Farma. The research method used is a qualitative approach by processing secondary data. The results of this study summarize the operations of PT. Kimia Farma in designing a product both finished products and raw materials, warehouse locations, factories, research sites and company assets such as strategic medicine gardens, supply chain processes to inventory management PT. The quality and performance of a given pharmaceutical company determines the success of competition in meeting patient satisfaction and is one of the important things that determines business development strategy and maintains the quality of the pharmaceutical company itself. Total Quality Management (TQM) is amanagement system used to improve service quality and help achieve targets set by an organization. This research is an observational study using interviews through questionnaires conducted at 40 Kimia Farma pharmacy outlets in Batam with the aim of analyzing the implementation of Total Quality Management in the city of pharmacy services. In determining the development strategy of PT. Kimia Farma Tbk, conducted a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) to analyze the internal and external factors of Kimia Farma with a SWOT analysis. The results of the evaluation carried out by performance analysis showed an average performance value of 4.05 and an average importance value of 4.31 and an average conformity level of all components of 93.87%. So it can be said that the application of Total Quality Management at PT. Kimia Farma Tbk has been running well. The development strategy that can be carried out based on the SWOT analysis is the SO (Strengths-Oportunity) strategy to optimize the available resources and maximizethe success of existing opportunities in order to improve the performance of PT. Kimia Farma Tbk

Human resources is one important aspect that must be possessed by everycompany. In supporting the success of the company's operations, managementneeds to be carried out so that the existing system can be well organizedaccording to the company's expectations. In this study using a case study atCoffee Shop 48 Street Tasikmalaya. The purpose of this research is to find out thehuman resource management system and the risks that exist in the company. Inthis study, a qualitative approach was used with a descriptive research type, andthe collection technique used was direct interviews with managers and siteobservations. The results of interviews through the manager of the Coffee Shop 48Street Tasikmalaya found several risks related to human resource management which were then analyzed using the checklist method, and in this analysis, riskidentification, risk assessment, and risk control were carried out. The results ofthis study are that Coffee Shop 48 Street Tasikmalaya need to improve humanresource management to improve an organized performance environment

Apple Inc. is a technology company based in Cupertino, California which was founded in 1976 by Steve Jobs, Steve Wozniak, and Ronal Wayne. Apple produces hardware (hardware) and software (software). This study aims to analyze the operational activities and aggregate planning owned by the Apple company. The data collection technique used is secondary data. The research method used in this research is qualitative. Based on the analysis results obtained, that the type of process strategy used by Apple in manufacturing products is a repetitive focus strategy, even though Apple had slumped in terms of managing its supply chain, employees and inventories during the COVID-19 pandemic. However, Apple managed to rise from the slump and began designing a new strategy to deal with the COVID-19 pandemic

The problems studied were various complaints coming from customers stating that the customer was dissatisfied with the service attitude provided by Titik Dua Kopi Kedungmundu employees. The purpose of this study was to describe how interpersonal communication between employees and customers creates customer loyalty at Titik Dua Kopi Kedungmundu Semarang. This study uses a qualitative research method with a constructivism paradigm using a case study approach. The data collection technique was through interviews with several informants, namely the Operational Manager of Titik Dua Kopi Kedungmundu, Titik Dua Kopi Kedungmundu Employees and customers. Qualitative data analysis techniques using Nvivo 12 pro software. The results of this study there are seven characteristics of interpersonal communication in creating customer loyalty namely support, openness, equality, curiosity, empathy, caring, positive attitude.

Research is aimed at looking food quality, tangible to olive fried chicken consumer satisfaction. This a quantitative descriptive research with a cross sectional research design. The population in this study were consumers or customers of Olive Fried Chicken. The number of samples in this study were 65 respondents. Data analysis in this study used multiple regression analysis. The classical assumption requirements that must be met by the multiple regression model before the data are analyzed are the normality test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test. There is a significant effect of product quality on consumer satisfaction at Olive Fried Chicken. There is a significant influence of the physical environment on customer satisfaction at the Olive Fried Chicken. There is a significant influence of product quality and physical environment on consumer satisfaction at Olive Fried Chicken Fast Food Restaurants.
