Abstract

Companies in doing marketing need proper strategy so as to be firms operating in the fields of services of non-services develop and occupying a position is best to maximize resources. Marketing mix is marketing strategy used by PD Karya Bearing Motor in developing their business, covering product, price, place and promotion. The implementation of marketing mix and relationship marketing activity can support the development of each other all of the company business. In its implementation PD Karya Bearing Motor has implemented the mix marketing strategy in the marketing of spareparts motor vehicle although there are still not maximum such as the implementation of the high promotion only rely on word of mouth and system users online that has not yet been optimized used. In their relation marketing PD Karya Bearing Motor to provide the best service and supplies, the factors that must be taken care of by the company in relationship marketing is the belief, commitment, communication and the handling of conflict. These factors have applied. PD Karya Bearing Motor in enhancing good relations with customers. This methodology applied qualitative research methodology approach a case study. The purpose of this research is wanting to know how the implementation of marketing mix and relationship marketing at PD Karya Bearing Motor. The result is PD Karya Bearing Motor marketing continue to grow as proven from customers using the product PD Karya Bearing Motor already reached to Sulawesi, PD Karya Bearing Motor to provide Products and services tried to satisfy customers, In the hope of PD Karya Bearing Motor product can serve or reach the whole country and international.

Abstract

Flexible work arrangements have become a new thing in government agencies due to the Covid-19 pandemic. So this study was conducted to see the effect of flexible work arrangements on work life balance, job satisfaction and employee performance in government agencies, especially the Ministry of Environment and Forestry. And by considering the mediating factor of job satisfaction in the relationship of flexible work arrangements with work-life balance and the relationship of flexible work arrangements with employee performance. This research is a quantitative research by conducting an online survey. Respondents in this study were employees of the Ministry of Environment and Forestry, especially at the central level as many as 222 employees. The research hypotheses were tested using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis techniques. The results showed that there was a significant effect between flexible work arrangements, job satisfaction, and employee performance. Job satisfaction also has a significant effect on work-life balance and employee performance. In addition, job satisfaction was found to be a mediator between the effects of flexible work arrangements and work-life balance, and flexible work arrangements and employee performance.

Abstract

An attempt to utilize marine areas based on Law no. 32 in 2004, it concerns about the Regional Government which contains the regional authority to manage their marine areas. Such authority is as stated in Article 18 paragraph (1), “they are; exploration, exploitation, conservation and marine management”. In order for regional autonomy to have a positive impact on the management of coastal/marine areas, it requires a commitment from the local government and the community in managing the marine sector in their jurisdiction to gain added value or a strategic role on an ongoing basis. Law No. 32 in 2004 has been changed to Law no. 23 in 2014, Article 14 paragraph (6).

Abstract

Learning media is one of the important components in the learning process. For teachers, the use of learning media can help in delivering the subject matter. As for students, learning media can help understand the learning material. One of the learning media used by teachers is learning video media. Learning video media can provide a concrete picture of the ideas and ideas contained in the subject matter. The subject is one of the subjects that are suitable for using learning videos. This study aims to see how the use of learning media and how to apply instructional video media in learning history. The population and sample of the entire study were students of class XI IPS at SMA Sejahtera 1 Depok. results Based on the research that has been done, video learning media is a good medium to use in history subjects. Learning video media can also increase the effectiveness and enthusiasm of students' learning.

Abstract

The marketing strategy applied by non-profit organizations or government agencies is not much different from the marketing strategy of private companies, because both have products or services that need to be marketed for the benefit of consumers. One of the government institutions that requires a marketing strategy is the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) to meet the needs of data users and increase the dissemination of BPS products. The development of ICT in line with internet users in Indonesia is a promotional opportunity. This study aims to find out how the BPS digital media marketing strategy is to increase the dissemination of statistical data products. The method uses descriptive qualitative with a case study approach. Data collection is carried out by means of literature studies and observations in Central BPS, Central Jakarta, especially in the Directorate of Statistical Dissemination in the period January - September 2021. The results of research on digital marketing strategies used by BPS in increasing the dissemination of statistical data products are (1) through integrated statistics service website, (2) publishing softcopy books, (3) using QR codes, (4) launching the Allstats application, (5) infographics, (6) launching the Virtual Statistical Corner. The sales of printed books have decreased because they have been replaced by the ease of getting data online.

Abstract

Indonesian education so far has kept a problem that has not received the attention of all stakeholders, namely sexual violence that occurs to students. Victims are faced with the power relations of educational institutions whose reputation is tarnished because of cases of sexual violence. The existence of social media as a social driver is able to mobilize cases of sexual violence on Campus to become a national issue. This prompted the Ministry of Education and Culture to issue Ministerial Regulation no. 30 of 2021 concerning the prevention and handling of sexual violence in universities. This research focuses on critical discourse analysis of this Ministerial Regulation. This research is a descriptive-qualitative research type. To gain comprehensive power of qualitative research analysis, the research phase requires the power of reason which is the source of analytical ability (Arikunto, 2010). The scalpel uses the critical discourse analysis technique of Norman Fairclough's model. The main study is focused on microstructural (text), mesostructure (discourse practices), and macrostructural (sociocultural practices) data. The study results are, first, this regulation is motivated by the phenomenon of the iceberg of sexual violence in the university environment. The government feels the need to provide legal certainty to perpetrators and victims. Second, in this regulation, the government uses educational narratives, prevention, and handling, protecting whistleblowers, and restoring victims' rights. Third, this regulation impacts the social life of the community through various responses.

Abstract

This study contributes to how measure the influence of social media addiction on the welfare of non-financial employees and employee performance, and contributes to the information on how to limit the limits in playing social media, especially when at work and the adverse effects of playing social media excessively, by playing social media overly will affect productivity in doing work. Based on previous research related to the influence of social media addiction on employee well-being and employee performance, data collection in this study uses survey methods that use the dissemination of questionnaires. Data were processed from as many as 153 respondents and were selected by purposive sampling method from February to May 2021 in the DKI Jakarta-Indonesia area.  This type of research is causality-quantitative using the analysis method of structural equation model (SEM) data. This study shows that the higher the level of social media addiction, it will improve the welfare of non-financial employees but have no impact on employee performance. An interesting finding in this study is that social media addiction will indirectly improve performance through non-financial well-being.

Abstract

The research aims to review the Financial Performance of Islamic Commercial Bank Entities with independent variables of good corporate governance through an analysis of the composition of the Independent Commissioner Structure and Institutional Ownership, risk management analysis and financing to deposit review. This research is a quantitative method so that it can analyze the causal relationship between the research variables following the hypotheses formulated. The hypothesis designed, namely regarding the effect of independent variable (GCG, NPF, FDR) on the ROA as dependent variable the results of the study concluding that the Structure of the Board of Commissioners as part of the implementation of GCG has a positive effect on the performance of the entity (ROA), while the performance of the Entity (ROA) is negatively influenced by Institutional Ownership as part of the implementation of GCG, as well as the Return on Asset is not significantly affected by non-profit Performing Financing (NPF), as well as ROA are positively affected by the Financing to Deposit Ratio.Based on the results of adjusted R Square analysis of 37.72%, so this is a limitation of this study, and it shows that other factors outside the research model of 62.28% are needed for further research with different variables and research periods, so that research on this study becomes more perfect.

Abstract

Technology was created to make it easier for humans, but its use also requires user skills. The rapid flow of information and the occurrence of digital transformation are part of the result of disinformation circulating in the community. During the Covid-19 pandemic, many hoax issues were spread on various digital platforms. Digital literacy is very important to accompany the rapid development of technology. This study aims to identify the access to information through digital technology for rural communities living in the Klaten area during the Covid-19 pandemic. The methods for collecting data were surveys and interviews with informants, namely people who live in rural areas of Klaten and have children attending primary school level. The results of the barriers to internet users were obtained viii because: (1) they did not know how to use technology, (2) they were not interested or did not feel the need to use it because they did not know the function of the internet, and (3) the high cost of the internet. In addition, it was found that there was a digital divide between members of the rural community in the Klaten area who were less fortunate, especially those living below the poverty line, the elderly, and even people with disabilities. The conclusion is that the digital divide is influenced by age, education level, and income level. The older a person is, the lower the level of education and income, the smaller the chances of adopting the use of information technology as digital literacy.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisa strategi dari program branding berbasis search engine optimization (SEO) untuk membangun brand awareness yang dilakukan oleh Sekolah Tinggi Multi Media (STMM) dalam rangka pengembangan STMM menjadi Institut Digital Nasional-University (IDN-U). Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan memilih studi kasus sebagai pendekatan penelitian. Hasil dari penelitian strategi branding berbasis search engine otimization (SEO) adalah jika seseorang mengetik kata kunci “kampus digital” pada mesin pencari google maka orang tersebut akan menemukan Institut Digital Nasional-University (IDN-U). Pencapaian yang ingin diperoleh dari  strategi branding yang akan dilakukan oleh IDN-U yaitu tingkatan brand awareness top of mind (puncak pikiran), yang merupakan tingkat tertinggi dari brand awareness.
