Abstract

Problems in selecting the best customers often include the challenge of determining the right criteria for evaluation. Other issues include misinterpretation of data or a tendency to prioritize just one criterion without considering the holistic impact on the customer relationship. The best customers also tend to have higher lifetime value, so focusing on them can increase customer revenue and loyalty. Creating a comprehensive and structured evaluation system and ensuring the availability of accurate data is key to addressing these issues and optimizing the best customer selection strategy for the company's long-term success. The application of SPK in selecting the best customers in this study uses 10 existing regular customer data, as well as utilizing the MOORA method and entropy weighting which provides an objective, efficient, and accurate tool for companies in identifying the best customers based on various relevant criteria. By using the MOORA method, the system will effectively evaluate and compare customer alternatives, while entropy weighting will ensure that the criteria weights are objectively determined based on existing data, reducing subjectivity and increasing the reliability of results. This research is expected to make a significant contribution to improving the quality of decision-making and the company's business strategy. The ranking results by applying the entropy and MOORA weighting methods showed that the first best customer with a final score of 0.467 was obtained with the name of Yadi's customer, the second best customer with a final score of 0.427 was obtained with the name of Yanah's customer, and the third best customer with a final score of 0.373 was obtained with the name of Iwan's customer.

Abstract

Selecting the best supplier is a crucial aspect in the supply chain that has a significant impact on operational efficiency and final product quality. The main problem in this study is that there is no model in the selection of the best supplier that is carried out, but the company always assesses the performance of suppliers to see the performance of suppliers periodically and ensure that the agreed standards are still met and re-evaluate if necessary. This study combines the advantages of LOPCOW in objectively weighting criteria based on logarithmic percentage changes in data, with the strength of GRA in handling data complexity and uncertainty in multi-criteria evaluation. This combination improves the accuracy and reliability of decisions taken, as it combines the advantages of objectivity in weighting with strong analytical capabilities in alternative evaluations. The result is a more holistic, objective, and data-driven decision-making process, which is especially beneficial in complex and uncertain situations. The results of the ranking of the best convenience store suppliers show that Supplier AB is the first best with a value of 0.1722, Supplier JB is the second best with a value of 0.12, and MA Supplier is the third best with a value of 0.0848. The results of this study are recommendations for convenience stores in assessing the performance of existing suppliers.

Abstract

The author created an information system for alumni data and the job market at SMKN 1 Kutacane because alumni data has not been completely organized and the data available in the files only presents graduate data and diploma proposal data. There is another problem with the running system, namely that the school has difficulty tracking identity. career alumni who have worked, married, or continued their education, as well as schools have difficulty providing or recommending job vacancy information on the job market, because alumni data is not yet available at the school, and they still use manuals via WhatsApp groups. Therefore, the author created a system information on alumni data and special job markets with recommendations using web-based content based filtering methods. The content based filtering method can be used to suggest job vacancy information that matches the profile of the user or job seeker. user or job seeker profile so that it can simplify the process of searching for information. A special job market application is used to recommend appropriate job vacancy information for student alumni. This system can make it easier for teachers to obtain alumni data and can help with accreditation with alumni data.

Abstract

As information technology develops today, the use of computers has become a very good alternative way for information needs and is the right solution for managing data compared to information carried out manually. However, Cahaya Bangun Utama Building Store still uses manual recording of goods, which results in problems such as recording warehouse stock which still uses traditional methods such as recording the incoming and outgoing goods using a notebook, making it easy for errors to occur when managing a building shop. The method used in this research is the Waterfall method, and will be built using the PHP programming language, the XAMPP framework, and a MySQL database. The aim of this research is to create a website-based inventory information system that will help building stores and increase the efficiency of recording warehouse stock. The results of this research show that Cahaya Bangun Utama Building Store can manage warehouse stock more effectively and efficiently.

Abstract

The BAZNAS social institution has various programs, one of which is a humanitarian program which includes house renovation assistance. Based on data from BAZNAS, this program was only formed and began to be realized in 2020. Currently, the determination of aid recipients/mustahiq is carried out through subjective assessments. The process of assessing potential aid recipients is still done manually, resulting in problems, namely houses that should not be entitled to aid are found and it takes a long time to determine the recipients of house renovations. This research aims to develop a Decision Support System using the MABAC Method in the Home Surgery Information System in Sigama Village. To make it easier for village officials to determine recipients of house renovation assistance, a web-based Decision Support System (SPK) has been developed. This research concludes that by applying the MABAC method, this system can help villages determine the highest ranking of each available option. Based on calculations using 5 alternatives and 5 criteria, the results show that Alternative 4 in the name of Sahdoni Siregar with a value of 0.343 is the best and is recommended for receiving house renovation assistance in Sigama Village.

Abstract

The development of applications and information systems is crucial for improving work productivity. The cash management at Al Azhar Mosque is still done manually, recording all incoming and outgoing transactions in a cash book. This method is inefficient and does not help the treasurer to be more productive. Preparing reports requires extensive record-keeping, which is time-consuming and prone to errors. No application allows the Treasurer and Chairman of Al Azhar Mosque to view financial reports of the mosque's cash. A web-based mosque cash application is expected to assist the treasurer in recording and generating financial reports more efficiently. This application is built using the waterfall method as a foundation, utilizing Unified Modeling Language (UML) and programming languages such as PHP, CSS, and JavaScript, supported by a MySQL database. The result of this application is an online-accessible mosque financial report with valid and continuously updated data, such as mosque cash, social cash, cash recaps, and cash reports.

Abstract

Employee attendance information system is one of the important components in human resource management, especially in recording employee attendance and absence. This research aims to design and implement an Employee Attendance Information System using Location Based Service (LBS) at the Sibolangit Sub-District Office. This system utilizes LBS technology to ensure the accuracy of employee location when taking attendance, so as to prevent fraud that may occur with conventional attendance systems. By utilizing GPS-equipped mobile devices, this system allows employees to take attendance only when they are within a predetermined area around the Sibolangit Sub-District Office. The system consists of several main modules, namely employee authentication module, location recording module, and attendance report module. The recorded attendance data will be automatically stored in the database and can be accessed by the staffing department for monitoring and reporting purposes. System testing results show that this LBS-based attendance system can run well and provide accurate results. In addition, this system also received a positive response from employees who felt that this system was easier and more transparent. The implementation of this system is expected to improve employee discipline and efficiency in managing attendance data at the Sibolangit Sub-District Office.

Abstract

The government's efforts to increase public interest in reading are by creating public libraries which are also implemented in Magelang City. However, interest in reading in Indonesia is still relatively low due to several factors. One of the shortcomings in the current library is the lack of interaction between library staff and library members to provide book recommendations that members might like. This study aims to design and build a book recommendation system based on the history of borrowing by members using the Apriori method at the Magelang City Library. With this system, it is hoped that library staff can provide book recommendations that might be interesting based on member interests. In this study, the apriori method was chosen because it was considered appropriate with the background of the method which works based on the frequency of items selected simultaneously. The apriori method which is often categorized as market basket analysis can be implemented for several purposes such as predicting items to be purchased in a store, arranging the layout of books or goods, so this study will try to implement the apriori method into a book recommendation system. The system is made by collecting data which is generally carried out from the observation process which is continued with system design and system implementation. The results of creating a book recommendation system using the apriori method built using a web programming language have a good level of accuracy if based on the calculation value. The only difference lies in the system output which will be automatically sorted based on the highest confidence value.

Abstract

The Al-Muslim Foundation is an organization that carries out the process of selling sacrificial animals, but still uses traditional methods such as recording orders, payments and animal information manually using books or physical records. This has the potential to cause recording errors and data loss, which makes it very possible for errors to occur in the process. This research aims to build a web-based system to help handle this problem. The system that will be created uses the Rapid Application Development method. Testing of this system will be carried out using the black box testing method. The results of this research show that the Al-Muslim Foundation has succeeded in increasing effectiveness and efficiency in the process of selling sacrificial animals, as well as expanding sales so that they can be accessed by potential buyers anytime and anywhere.

Abstract

Various strategies have been employed to rejuvenate the tourism industry, including enhancing halal tourism services. The halal tourism market segment is highly significant in terms of visitor number and expenditure during travel. This research addresses the technological challenges faced by halal tourism by developing an integrated Android application designed to facilitate hotel reservations, tourist transportation, tour packages, and access to halal-related information. Academics from several fields of University of Mataram play a crucial role in this project, serving as both Product Owners and Scrum Masters, guiding the development team, facilitating discussions, and ensuring the alignment of the application with halal tourism regulations. The application aims to enhance convenience and efficiency for Muslim Travelers by providing easy access to services and information, thus promoting more accessible and effective travel planning. This initiative supports the specific needs of Muslim Travelers and contributes to the economic growth and sustainability of halal tourism in the region. The User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) testing using the System Usability Scale (SUS) yielded a score of 82.5 with a grade "A". From the test results, it was concluded that the application, through the exploration of academic insights, is capable of producing an effective solution and meeting the needs of users, thereby improving the quality of services for tourists.
