Abstract

This research is a Guidance and Counseling Action Research (PTBK). Action research is essentially a series of "actions" carried out in a series of problem solving. This study examines the problem of student time management which is still low. Next, action is given in the form of implementing a classical model project based learning (PjBL) guidance service. this research was conducted at the high school Srijaya Negara Palembang. The research subjects were students of class XI MIPA 1 who collected 33 students who experienced problems related to time management and teacher performance which had to be developed in the classical guidance service of the Project Based Learning (PjBL) model. The results of the research carried out were obtaining a significant increase in value, with an average pre-cycle result of 47%, cycle I: 68%, cycle II: 87%. From the results of the study it can be said that the classical model of Project Based Learning (PjBL) guidance services in an effort to improve the time management of students in class XI MIPA 1 Srijaya Negara Palembang High School experienced an increase in students' time management.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of emotional intelligence on employee anxiety in facing retirement. The research design used simple linear regression analysis with the Independent variable Emotional Intelligence (X) and the dependent variable Anxiety (Y), the data analysis technique used was the basic assumption test (data normality test, linearity test and homogeneity test), hypothesis testing namely regression test linear. T test and R Square test. The results of the research from a simple linear regression test Y = - 2.870 + 0.866 means that employees who have 86.6% emotional intelligence will be able to suppress the anxiety that exists within themselves so that personal implementation that arises is a calm life and is able to adapt to conditions or the environment . Then the results of the t test (partial) there is an influence between emotional intelligence on anxiety facing retirement, namely -2.563 meaning less than 0.05. And the value of R2 (R Square) is 0.974 or 97.4% while the remaining 2.6% is influenced by other factors such as social support, self-concept and so on which were not examined in this study.

Abstract

We all have certain styles of behavior and ways of relating to other people. Some of us are ordinary types, others are careless. The purpose of this study is to analyze the personality constructs according to Carl Gustav Jung, namely Persona and Shadow, the problem formulation is seen based on the personality of white Muslim teenagers who wear hijab, whether as an identity or just a trend. Some of us prefer to do our own work, others are more social. The method in this research is literature study sourced from journals, books, and other sources. Some of us are followers, others are leaders. Some of us appear immune to the attacks of others, while others avoid social initiatives for fear of disappointment. When a pattern of behavior becomes so inflexible or maladaptive that it causes significant personal impairment or interferes with social and occupational functioning, it may be diagnosed as a personality disorder.

Abstract

Di indonesia, alat ukur untuk melihat sikap mencari bantuan Kesehatan mental masih terbatas selain itu kesadaran para remaja dalam menyikapi mencari bantuan kesehatan mental masih rendah. Hal ini juga di dasari oleh ketidaktahuan para remaja tentang layanan kesehatan mental dan pentingnya menjaga kesehatan mental. Meskipun sudah ada beberapa penelitian tentang pentingnya menjaga kesehatan mental, akan tetapi penelitian tersebut tidak menyertakan alat ukur yang terstandarisasi untuk mendiagnosa sikap mencari bantuan kesehatan mental. Berdasarkan latar belakang dan tujuan yang disebut sebelumnya, dalam artikel ini penulis menyertakan skala yang dapat digunakan untuk menjadi alat ukur sikap remaja dalam mencari bantuan kesehatan mental. Dalam artikel ini penulis mengadaptasi skala mencari bantuan Kesehatan mental menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa adaptasi skala sikap dalam mencari bantuan kesahatan mental kedalam bahasa indonesia, menurut penilaian ahli Bahasa dan pengguna, dapat dikatakan valid secara kebahasaan dan dapat dilanjutkan untuk pengujian lebih lanjut mengenai validitas internal dan reliabilitasnya sebelum digunakan secara luas.

Abstract

Anxiety is a psychological problem often found in children after the flood. Anxiety experienced can interfere with psychological well-being and academic achievement. The study aimed to determine the prevalence of anxiety levels in junior high school students in flood-prone areas. This study uses quantitative methods and descriptive design with a cross-sectional approach Samples were taken using a total sampling technique of 100 junior high school students living in flood-prone areas. Data were collected using the Screen for Child Anxiety Related Disorders. The results showed that the average age of the respondents was 13.43 years, the standard deviation was 0.756, the minimum age was 12 years, and the maximum period was 16 years. A total of 66.0% of respondents are female. Anxiety descriptions of respondents: 73.0% experienced anxiety disorders, with criteria: generalized anxiety disorder 43%, panic or somatic disorders 54%, separation anxiety 81%, social anxiety 48% and school avoidance 19.0%. Junior high school students who live in flood-prone areas with repeated floods experience anxiety. Based on the study's results, the recommendations require cooperation between counselling teachers and primary health care nurses in charge of school health efforts to screen the psychological health of adolescents affected by floods and provide psychological interventions.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze whether Social Presence affects students' learning completeness in distance learning? at the University of PGRI Argopuro Jember (N = 600), the assessment was measured by Grade-Point Average (GPA). Data, obtained from variables consisting of: variable composition of students, class environment and the average value of students. Previous research has stated that Social Presence affects positive attitudes that have an impact on student learning mastery. It was found that the effect of learning enthusiasm that affects learning success with a high GPA difference was found. Students with high social presence get a complete average score in all of their competencies. The results show that the effects that influence students on the composition of Social Presence and frame factors are class composition, student interaction, and teacher interaction.

Abstract

The child is the asset and successor of the ideals of the nation's struggle for the future. Children are entitled to service to develop the ability, and social life, by following per under the culture, and personality of the nation, to become good, and useful citizens. Children are entitled to maintenance and protection, while in the womb or after birth, and children are entitled to protection against the environment that endangers or hinders their growth and development. Child abuse comes in many forms. This study to find out the relationship between verbal violence and student’s learning achievement. We used descriptive quantitative correlation, cross-sectional, for instruments we used questionnaires for verbal violence. Data analysed was a bivariate test that used the chi-square test. Technic sampling used stratified random sampling with lottery technique based on student ID number amount 225 people. There is a significant relationship between verbal abuse and student learning achievement.

Abstract

Health workers are one of the human resources who have been heavily affected by the post-COVID-19 pandemic. In addition to physical health, emotional fatigue is also obtained by health workers. This study aims to examine the effect of leader member exchange, emotional exhaustion and the mediating role of organizational commitment on the performance of health workers. The sample selection technique used random sampling and obtained a sample of 59 respondents from health workers at Alahan Panjang Public Health Center, Solok. The data analysis technique used Structure Equation Model (SEM) - Partial Least Square (PLS). From the results of the study it can be concluded that LMX has no significant effect on emotional exhaustion, but LMX has a significant effect on organizational commitment. Emotional exhaustion has a significant effect on organizational commitment and emotional exhaustion also has a significant effect on employee performance and organizational commitment has a significant effect on performance. The mediating role of organizational commitment between emotional exhaustion and performance has a negative and insignificant effect.

Abstract

Researchers conducted a content analysis for 37 years of Islamic counseling research consisting of 23 articles in Scopus indexed journals. The purpose of this study is to describe the evaluation of Islamic counseling research from 1985-2022. This study uses content analysis. The study was coded into eight content categories, namely: 1) marriage, 2) education, 3) occupation/career, 4) social, 5) religious, 6) development of models, techniques, Islamic counseling instruments, 7) utilization of concepts from Islamic teachings, Islamic leaders, Islamic culture, 8) Counselee problems, 9) Interventions and stages/processes of Islamic counseling, 10) Utilization of technology in Islamic counseling. In addition to coding the 23 articles into content categories, the researcher also classified the research methodologies; qualitative, quantitative, or mixed methods and R&D. The results show that 2021 is the highest number of articles for 37 years of Islamic counseling research in Indonesia with four articles written by Indonesian researchers; the research design of the researcher found that the conceptual analysis of Islamic counseling dominated the 23 articles as much as 47% or 11 conceptual articles. Furthermore, it is dominated by qualitative research as much as 35% or 8 articles. Then the articles came from quantitative research as much as 9% or only 2 articles. Furthermore, mix and research and development each 1 article or 5%; of the 8 categories of content analysis, only the field of work does not have articles; In the rankings, Noor Shakirah Mat Akhir is the biggest contributor, followed by Norazlina Zakaria, Abdurrahman and Saiful Akhyar Lubis in the third position; The Islamic Guidance and Counseling Journal appears to be the largest publisher of Islamic counseling articles starting in 2020 and 2021. The findings of this study provide direction for future research that needs to examine the search results of the google scholar indexer publish or perish from 1985 to 2022 with keywords Islamic counseling is 1,000 articles.

Abstract

Moral reasoning is very important for Indonesian teenagers to have. Adolescents who understand morals will have an impact on correct behavior and avoid deviant behavior. This is supported by the ability of adolescents to think logically in determining right or wrong decisions before taking action or speaking because it is the result of considering the basic values ​​of the norms they have. The research entitled "Exploring the Dimensionality of Adolescence's Moral in Indonesia" aims to find out how the morals of Indonesian youth today are. Exploration of a phenomenon or study in this research is carried out using the grounded theory method. The object of this research is the morals of teenagers in Indonesia. Data collection was carried out in two stages, namely Focus Group Discussion (FGD) and interviews. The FGD was carried out in four stages, two of which were conducted in Magelang City and the other two stages were conducted in Pekalongan City. The first FGD was conducted with 9 participants from counseling guidance (BK) teachers at the Junior High School Magelang City. The second stage was a FGD with 11 participants from religion teachers at the Junior High School Magelang City. The third stage of the FGD was conducted with six students from SMP as participants. And the last FGD was carried out with 9 participants from BK teachers in Junior High School in Pekalongan City. The following is. question guide used in the FGD. The results showed that morals have 4 dimensions, namely individual differences, belief, social, and value.
