Abstract

In this study, researchers observed non-performing loans for the 2019-2022 period at 23 local government banks in Indonesia. This study uses eight independent variables: return on equity, firm size, GDP, equity ratio, capital adequacy ratio, loan-to-deposit ratio, net interest margin, inflation, and the composite stock price index. Meanwhile, bad debts are the dependent variable used. The results of the study using multiple linear regression analysis show that non-performing loans are influenced by capital adequacy ratio, net interest margin, return on equity, and company size. Non-performing loans are not affected by loan to deposit ratio, inflation, GDP, or the composite stock price index.

Abstract

Pelarangan sementara Tiktok Shop oleh pemeerintah bertujuan untuk menjaga kesenjangan pendapatan antara pedagang online dan pedagang offline agar tidak terjadi kesenjangan sosial. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Kualitatif dengan pendekatan Deskriptif. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meruppakan data sekunder. Data yang didaptkan tersebut dinalisis dengan tahapan pengumpulan data, seleksi data, reduksi data, dan pernarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 1). The ban on Tiktok shops by the Indonesian government is due to unhealthy competition because Tiktok shops are not pure e-commerce but are also social media, prices are unreasonable, large quantities of imported goods, and so on which only benefit a handful of parties. 2). The government's aim is to ban Tiktok shops so that demand and supply in offline shops remains stable and MSMEs, which are the heart of the Indonesian economy, do not die. 3). The prohibition carried out by the government is in line with the fifth principle of Pancasila values, specifically emphasizing justice and equal distribution of income for offline traders and MSMEs.

Abstract

In general, this research was conducted to find out clearly the intended meaning of a series of traditional Panggih processions at weddings that use Javanese customs and traditions. This research, which is based on issues related to the harmony of religious and cultural values ​​towards a tradition, chooses to focus the discussion on the legal perspective of urf in Islamic rules. The researcher aims to find out how the Islamic religion views the panggih procession at traditional Javanese weddings when it is linked to cultural aspects and norms that apply in society. This research focuses on collecting and interpreting qualitative data obtained from clients who use wedding organizer services, namely CV Aksara Multikreasi. In compiling it, the author used a collection of data from direct observations of CV Aksara Multikreasi clients who were involved and who carried out Javanese traditional wedding processions to then be analyzed inductively. Based on this, the research results show that the meaning contained in the panggih procession in the form of balangan gantal, ngidak tigan, and wijikan in traditional Javanese ceremonies is in line with the breath and rules of Islam from the perspective of urf law. Therefore, with this research, it is hoped that it will be able to become a source of information for the community regarding the law of implementing traditions or customs that are customary in certain communities from a religious perspective, so that in the development of science and technology there will be no conflict of arguments regarding the validity of religious and cultural values.

Abstract

Basically, the government and private sector have an important role in realizing economic conditions in a country. The problem in the market is the market mechanism and all its problems, therefore, to correct failures and overcome these problems, the government must play a role in ensuring efficiency, equality and stability. The aim of this research is to explain how the government intervenes in the mechanisms of problems that occur in the market in accordance with sharia guidelines in order to achieve good muamalah relations. Government intervention in the market can be carried out if the government finds evidence that market traders are committing acts of ihtikar towards their goods/products and there is a monopoly in the market. This research uses qualitative research methods by collecting data through literature studies from relevant sources. From the research, it can be concluded that the government's intervention in dealing with the problem of increasing grain prices includes: Determining restrictions related to purchasing prices by the National Food Agency (Bapanas), government supervision/controlling can increase its supervision of the grain market to prevent monopolistic practices or unfair price manipulation. fair, carrying out the Cheap Food Movement (GPM), preparing CBP stocks in Bulog, diversifying consumption, and finally by socializing the public to shop wisely.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the implementation of compliance assessments with public service standards by the Republic of Indonesia Ombudsman representing East Java. The research method uses descriptive qualitative. Assessing compliance with public service standards is the duty and authority of the Ombudsman of the Republic of Indonesia as the supervisor of public services. This program for assessing compliance with public service standards has been designed as a form of supervision by the Ombudsman of the Republic of Indonesia regarding public service standards. This compliance assessment program is used to ensure that in public services there are no more maladministrative activities so that service recipients can be provided with the best service in order to provide a feeling of comfort and security to service recipients. The implementation of the compliance assessment carried out by the Ombudsman representative for East Java has been very good although there are still slight deficiencies in terms of employee resources in carrying out the compliance assessment. It can be concluded that the implementation carried out by the Ombudsman representing East Java has gone very well.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the quality of service on the satisfaction of Motor Vehicle Taxpayers at the Ketintang Samsat Joint Office, South Surabaya. The methodology used in this research is of the quantitative variety, especially the quantitative descriptive type. The quantitative method as explained by Sugiyono (2015) is known as the positivistic method because of its foundation in the philosophy of positivism; However, this method is a scientific method because it is combined with scientific principles. Samsat is a single, one-stop administrative system. The Samsat Joint Office is one of the public service places, handling the payment of Motor Vehicle Tax (PKB), Motor Vehicle Title Fee (BBNKB) and also Mandatory Road Traffic Accident Fund donations (SWDKLLJ). Based on data obtained by researchers directly from the research object, the South Surabaya Samsat Joint Office (Samsat B) which is located on Jalan Ketintang Sraten was inaugurated for use by the East Java Provincial Secretariat on April 29 2000, the South Surabaya Samsat building was built on a land area of 5,945 m2 and a building covering an area of 5,400 m2 consisting of two floors, each measuring 378 m2, the status of this land is owned by the East Java Provincial Government with Certificate Number: 35 LAK 245248 dated 01 October 1997. Based on the discussion and conclusions that can be drawn, namely the Samsat Office in Kentintang Selatan, Surabaya, still has some room for improvement in terms of responsiveness in providing services to customers, as well as extensive employee knowledge and insight, as well as skills in carrying out their duties, politeness towards patients, and other aspects of guarantees or guarantees, need to be improved . It is hoped that it can be used as evaluation material to improve service quality, especially at the Surabaya City Samsat office.

Abstract

Islamic marketing is marketing that focuses on creating value and optimizing benefits based on honesty, justice, openness, and sincerity in accordance with the principles of transactional agreements in Islam. Gambia Department Store is one of the cottage business units that should apply the concept of Islamic marketing and Islamic values of the cottage in terms of marketing. The research method used in this research is field research with a qualitative approach. The data collection technique uses interviews and observations. While the data analysis uses inductive analysis. The purpose of this research is to find out the suitability between the marketing concept applied by Gambia Department Store with the 7P's Islamic marketing concept and to find out the Islamic values of the cottage applied by the managers of Gambia Department Store in its marketing activities. The result of this research is that Gambia Department Store has implemented Islamic marketing concept based on Islamic teachings. This is evidenced by the conformity between the marketing concept applied by Gambia Department Store and the integration of the 7P's Islamic marketing concept. In addition, Gambia Department Store also applies Islamic values in the marketing activities carried out, such as the value of honesty, discipline, order and sincerity of the staff and employees in the management and marketing of the goods in Gambia Department Store.

Abstract

This study aim to analyze the effect of packaging, product variation and brand image on purchasing decisions for 250ml Indomilk packaged liquid milk at Alfamart Pondok Indah 2. This study uses primary data with data collection methods through a questionnaire distributed to 96 respondent. Data analysis technique uses inferential with multiple linear regression and using Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 23.0 program. From the result of multiple linear regression analysis, it shows that the packaging variable (X1), the product variation variable (X2), and the brand image variable (X3) has a positive and significant influence on the dependent variable purchasing decisions of 250 ml Indomilk packaged liquid milk at Alfamart Pondok Indah 2.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the factors influencing customer loyalty at Dua Coffee Cipete, focusing on marketing communication, product innovation, and corporate image. The research methodology employs a survey approach, collecting data through the distribution of questionnaires to Dua Coffee Cipete customers. Probability sampling is utilized, with the technique of simple random sampling to select 96 respondents based on the formula recommended by Wiliam. Data analysis is conducted using hypothesis testing to identify the influence of independent variables on the dependent variable, namely customer loyalty. Hypothesis testing is performed partially to evaluate the contribution of each independent variable to customer loyalty, with significant effects assessed through a comparison of the t-value with a significance level of α = 0.05. The findings of this research are expected to contribute to the understanding of factors affecting customer loyalty in the coffee industry, particularly at Dua Coffee Cipete. The analysis results indicate that marketing communication has a positive and significant impact on customer loyalty, while product innovation has a negative yet insignificant influence on customer loyalty. Meanwhile, the corporate image has a positive and significant effect on Dua Coffee customer loyalty. Based on these conclusions, it is recommended that the management of Dua Coffee Cipete maintain and enhance effective marketing communication strategies while paying attention to product innovation aspects that can increase customer satisfaction. This research provides a foundation for strategic decision-making to strengthen Dua Coffee Cipete's position in the coffee market by improving customer loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of price, product and service quality on purchasing decisions in shopping for local fruit at Gelael Supermarket Jakarta. This research is a quantitative descriptive analysis research. The source of this research data was given to 100 respondents aged 15-55 years and had shopped at the Gelael supermarket at least once. In taking the sample in this study using purposive sampling technique. The data sources of this study used data analysis techniques, namely, multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing using SPSS 21 to test the regression coefficients. From the research subjects of 100 respondents, most of the research subjects were dominated by the female gender (62%) while the work was dominated by students (59%) and the income was dominated by 0 – 2,000,000. The results of this study indicate that there is an influence between price (X1) on purchasing decisions (Y) of 0.385 and has a large influence of 3.85%. For the Product variable (X2) on the Purchase Decision (Y) of 0.217 and has an influence of 2.17%. For the service quality variable (X3), it is 0.300 and has an effect of 3.00%. Partially or simultaneously have a strong influence among the three variables, the most significant is the variable Price (X1) of 0.000. The results of this study expect satisfaction to increase the price (X1) which can support the purchase decision.
