Abstract

The purpose of this study was to see the effect of Service Quality, Price, and Location on Kohikato Coffee Customer Satisfaction in Depok City. This type of research uses primary data as data obtained directly by filling out questionnaires to 100 participants. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing using t-statistics which is processed using the SPSS system. The results of the study obtained a positive and insignificant effect between Service Quality (X1) on Customer Satisfaction (X2) Price has a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction (X3) Location has a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction. Overall, it shows that these variables have a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction (Y).

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of viral marketing and internet celebrity endorsement on impulsive buying behavior through online trust in the context of the Erigo brand. The study utilizes primary data and adopts a quantitative approach with purposive sampling techniques. The study's population includes all consumers who have purchased Erigo products in the city of Bengkulu, totaling 130 respondents. Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) version 4.0 is employed as the research method. The research findings indicate that viral marketing and internet celebrity endorsement have a positive and significant impact on online trust. However, it was observed that the effect of viral marketing on impulsive buying behavior is not statistically significant, and internet celebrity endorsement has a non-significant negative influence on impulsive buying behavior. Furthermore, the study reveals that online trust has a positive and significant impact on impulsive buying behavior. Additionally, the research results demonstrate that both viral marketing and internet celebrity endorsement significantly influence impulsive buying behavior through the mediator of online trust.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the contribution of PT Intidaya Agrowisata (INAGRO) to employment opportunities for residents around PT Intidaya Agroconservali as a mechanism for economic growth in Bogor Regency in achieving the Sustainable Development Goals. This research was conducted by interviewing six workers at INAGRO. The data used includes previous research, current data from relevant sources, books, and various reports related to the topic studied. The interpretive-phenomenological method is the data analysis used in this research. The results of the research state that PT Intidaya Agrowisata (INAGRO) contributes effectively to creating employment opportunities for the villagers around INAGRO which can be useful as a mechanism for economic growth in achieving the Sustainable Development Goals. INAGRO provides productive work opportunities for village communities. Every village from the 4 sub-districts around INAGRO, is invited to work at INAGRO in accordance with INAGRO's needs, INAGRO can contribute as a mechanism for economic growth in achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (Goal 8), that INAGRO with its context as a tourist spot and place of work for residents is supported by opportunities very productive work.

Abstract

This is a new author's manual and a template for Resligion Education Social Laa Roiba Journal (RESLAJ). Published every February and August since 2019. This part of the UMKM Ketan Si Emak is one of the traditional foods in the village of Gumeno Village. The reason why the author is interested in conducting research is because researchers are interested in the marketing strategies and product innovations that are appliedin Ketan Si Emak MSMEs. MSMEs have a central role in the Indonesian economy. Abstract

The rapid development in the cosmetics industry in Indonesia has triggered competition between companies. The marketing strategy using celebrity endorsements is one of the strategies often used by cosmetic companies. Supported by the Korean wave phenomenon in Indonesia, several local cosmetic industry companies have started using celebrity endorsements with South Korean celebrities. This study aims to determine the effect of celebrity trust on advertising credibility, brand credibility, and brand equity in local cosmetic companies that endorse celebrities with South Korean celebrities. The data in this study were obtained through online questionnaires distributed through social media. Data were obtained from 222 respondents then analysed using the PLS-SEM method. The research analysis results show that celebrity trust is positively and significantly related to advertising and brand credibility. Advertising credibility and brand credibility are positively and significantly related to brand equity.

Abstract

This research examines the influence of the variables Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, and Gross Profit Margin on the value of Automotive and Component Subsector Manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). The time period covered in this research is 4 (four) years, namely 2019 to 2022. This research uses secondary data, namely collecting information from annual financial reports which include the variables Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, and Gross Profit. Margins. This data was obtained from 11 samples of companies in the Automotive and Components Subsector Manufacturing sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). This research aims to evaluate the influence of these variables on company value. Data processing and analysis methods include descriptive statistical analysis, linear regression on panel data (using the Chow test and Hausman test for selection), multiple linear regression analysis on panel data, hypothesis testing (involving the T test and F test), and data analysis evaluation. coefficient of determination. The results and discussion of the research are that the Current Ratio has a positive but not significant effect on company value, the Debt to Equity Ratio has a negative but not significant effect on company value, and Gross Profit Margin has a positive and significant effect on company value.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the motivational factors that influence employee performance at PT Kelola Mina Laut Gresik. The research method uses a qualitative approach with data collection through interviews. The research sample consisted of 20 respondents who were employees from various company divisions. The analysis results show that intrinsic motivation, such as recognition, responsibility, and opportunities for development, has a significant positive impact on employee performance. Apart from that, extrinsic factors such as financial incentives and work environment also have a strong influence on performance. These findings illustrate the importance of paying attention to aspects of intrinsic and extrinsic motivation in improving employee performance at PT Kelola Mina Laut Gresik. The practical implication of this research is the need for companies to pay attention to the recognition system for achievements, provide appropriate incentives, and create a work environment that supports employee development. This research contributes to company management in designing more effective motivation strategies to improve employee performance, which in turn can have a positive impact on productivity and work quality at PT Kelola Mina Laut Gresik.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the da'wah of Sufism as a model of nationality in the Sustainable Development Goals for an advanced Indonesia This research is classified as qualitative with the theory plus phenomenological approach developed by Jonathan A. Smith. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation involving leaders in Penajam Paser Utara. The data that has been collected is analyzed with phenomenological steps, namely: (1) reading and rereading, (2) initial noting, (3) developing emergent themes, (4) searching for connections across emergent themes, (5) moving the next cases, (6) looking for pattenrn across cases. The results showed that tasawuf da'wah also uses normative law, starting from legal materials in the form of Laws, Presidential Regulations, Regulations of the National Research and Innovation Agency (BRIN), National Research Master Plan (RIRN), and RPJMN which are in line with sustainable development goals (SDGS) for advanced Indonesia, of course with the concept of tasawuf da'wah as a model of understanding from religious moderation to national moderation with a maqasyid sharia approach and so far Indonesia is still struggling with religious moderation not yet reaching national moderation, so, the results are still repressive.

Abstract

One of the problems in the study of haqiqah and majaz involves the field of language and literature. In the field of Arabic language and literature studies, there is a branch of science, called Balaghoh Science, whose topic of study is haqiqah and majaz as written in this article. Balaghoh science is one of the tools to comprehensively understand the Qur'an, Al-Hadith, Arabic texts or expressions, both from the perspective of lafadz and its meaning. In addition, this science is also closely related to other sciences, including ushul fiqh, tafsir, hadith, tasawwuf, and so on. Understanding haqiqah and majaz is very important in understanding Arabic texts and expressions, especially understanding the Qur'an and Al-Hadith. In Quranic studies, the concepts of haqiqah and majaz are closely related to the issue of ta'wil. Basically, haqiqi expressions do not require ta'wil, while majazi expressions require ta'wil, which is the transfer of outer meaning to inner meaning, namely the meaning behind the apparent, based on rational justifications, taking into account the context and linguistic rules. The writing in this article uses qualitative research methods with a literature study approach. The sources of data for this paper are taken from books, books, and other sources related to the discussion. This article tries to discuss briefly about haqiqah and majaz in relation to ta'wil. Therefore, some of the discussions review: the concept of haqiqah, majaz, and ta'wil; classification of haqiqah; classification of majaz; haqiqah and majaz in the problem of ta'wil; and haqiqah-majaz and ta'wil, between bayani and 'irfani.

Abstract

Program Jaringan Pelayanan Penyandang Disabilitas (Jalan Pintas) merupakan program yang dibuat oleh Dispendukcapil Kabupaten Pasuruan karena arahan dari Dirjen Dukcapil untuk membuat gerakan program jemput bola bagi penyandang disabilitas dalam pelayanan administrasi kependudukan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui implementasi program Jaringan Layanan Disabilitas (Jalan Pintas) dalam pelayanan administrasi kependudukan di Dispendukcapil Kabupaten Pasuruan. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik penentuan informan melalui purposive dan snowball sampling. Teori yang digunakan adalah teori implementasi menurut David C. Korten yang dikutip oleh (Christianingrum & Djumiarti, 2019) yang mempunyai 3 indikator antara lain kesesuaian program dengan kelompok sasaran, kesesuaian program dengan organisasi pelaksana, dan kesesuaian kelompok sasaran ke organisasi pelaksana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi program Jalan Pintas dalam pelayanan administrasi kependudukan telah berjalan dengan baik. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan puluhan kali aksi jemput bola yang menandakan bahwa program Jalan Pintas merupakan program yang tepat dan dibutuhkan oleh para penyandang disabilitas. Namun pada indikator kesesuaian kelompok sasaran dengan organisasi pelaksana, ditemukan bahwa program Jalan Pintas tergolong pasif karena menunggu laporan dari pemerintah desa, masyarakat, atau Dinas Sosial agar program tersebut dapat dilaksanakan. bisa diimplementasikan.
