<![CDATA[This research was conducted in the district of Saribu Asih Hatonaman,, Simalungun regency with a height of 350 masl from January to April 2017. Using a random draft group (RAK) Non factorial with 5 treatment ie: K0: Without the introduction of compost, the skin of the durian, K1: compost the skin with a dose of 1.5 kg/plot, K2: Compost the skin with a dose of 2.25 kg/plot, K3: The compost of leather with the dose 3 kg/plot. 3.75. The parameters observed in this study were: height of the plant (cm), number of primary branches (fruit), weight of cropping pods samples (g), weight pods per plot (kg). The results of various analyses showed that durian compost is a real effect on all observation parameters. Test result of different average showed at the treatment of K4 (25 tons/ha of leather compost durian) obtained the highest crops on 2 and 4 MST (44.22 cm and 99, 93cm), Number of the most primary branches (6.69 rods), the weight of pods per crop of the highest sample (345 G or 2.45 ton/ha) and weight pods per plot highest (2.75 kg or 2.29 tons/ha).]]>

<![CDATA[PT. 1NALUM (Persero) is a company engaged in the field of refining iron ore man into alumina. Purpose of accounting information system analysis of fixed assets at PT. Lotus INALUM (Persero) is to identify the effectiveness of accounting information system of fixed assets that are in the company.The research method used is literature study, that is with by collecting data required by reading and quoting books as well as throught internet search which have relation with material which presented as a rationale in writing. As for other research methods conducted is field study where the author came directly to the object of research to collect secondary data required directly from the company that is throught observation dan documentation. From result of research indicate that accounting information system of fixed asset in company PT INALUM (Persero) have been running effectively Acquisition of fixed asset of company by way of direct purchase, depreciation method used based on economic age of fixed asset. Documents and records of fixed assets have been well inventoried.The conclusion is that the accounting information system of fixed assets inthe company is good, but the company must conduct regular supervision to improve the accuracy of fixed assets data of the company.]]>

<![CDATA[Infancy is a golden period and a critical period of a person's development. Stimulation needs to improve developmental progress, or reduce delays. Touch stimulation For example with baby gymnastics is one of the methods of improving development. Development is the improved ability, skills, and functions of a more complex body in the ability of crude motor, fine motor, speech and language, as well as socialization and self-reliance that individuals have to adapt to Environment. The purpose of the study is to describe the implementation of baby gymnastics, describing the baby's development, knowing the baby's gymnastics relationship with the baby. Types of analytic research with cross sectional approaches. The research variables are the implementation of baby gymnastics and baby development. The study population is a mother of 53 people who visited Medan Krio village with an average of 30 visits per month. Sampling techniques using accindental sampling techniques. Number of samples as much as 53 respondents. Univariate analysis to find out the frequency distribution of each variable, while the Bivariation analysis using the variable Chi square test. Research results Anis as large as respondents performed baby gymnastics as much as 66.7%, most of the normal infant development is 70.8%. There is a connection between the implementation of baby gymnastics with the development of babies with a value of P value 0042 then the magnitude of contingency coefficient is 0308 (low). The research conclusion is there is a connection between the implementation of baby gymnastics with baby development.]]>

<![CDATA[Diabetes Mellitus is disease already from the last and now always in crease, in a now time thriue, it is in village it is in town. Diabetes mellitus in desease that happen result of problemon pancreas has not to produce insulin with our body. The purpose of research as for analysis factor of risk that there is relation with diabetes mellitus for womwn in Sayur Matinggi year 2017. The type of research is use analytic survey with case control desain population for case is the peoples suffer diabetes mellitus community health center of Tapanuli Selatan year 2017. Sample for this research are 68 peoples for case and 68 peoples for control with systematic random sampling technique. The result of the bivariate analysis uses chi square test, it show of the risk factors about diabetes mellitus are family history ( OR= 2,79), diatery habit table (OR= 3,26), physical actity ( OR= 5,46), body mass index ( OR= 2,35). By statistic tes has know that from chi square test has result of family history sig- p ( 0,006 ), diater habbit ( 0,002 ), physical acticity ( 0,000 ), body mass index sig- p (0,024 ), smaller from sig- a ( 0,005 ) and so that Ho rejected, and than it has conclude, there is relationship between family history, diatery habit, physical activity and body mass index with the incidence of diabetes mellitus. From the between risk factors incidence of diabetes mellitus. Physical activity has relationship with incidence of diabetes mellitus that highest is light physical activity with odd ratio = 5,46 it shows to respondents with light physical activity five times tend to suffer from diabetes mellitus. Be expect to all of healthy workers to give health promotion about knowledge of diabetes mellitus, so that it can lower and prevent incidence of diabetes mellitus.]]>

<![CDATA[Work environment is everything around employees who can influence the employees in carrying out the tasks that are sacrificed by the company. And work productivity is something that can be dictated by the spirit and work discipline of the employees in completing every task he has to offer, always based on the method of work or methods that have been established so that it will By the satisfactory results of work. A good working environment is needed to improve the productivity of employees ' work at the Kabanjahe General Hospital. So researchers are interested in researching part of the working environment towards employee work productivity. The respondent used to complement the study was a clerk of the Kabanjahe General Hospital. In this research researchers use multiple linear regression analyses, using partial hypothesis tests or t tests and also using coefficient of determination (R2) tests.Based on simple regression equations, the work environment has a positive regression coefficient that proves its contribution to working productivity at the Kabanjahe General Hospital. This suggests that the working environment can affect the productivity of work at the Kabanjahe General Hospital.Based on the partial hypothesis test or T-Test obtained then reject Ho and receive H1 for the working environment variable. Thus, a partial working environment is positively influential with a significant degree of influence on work productivity against the Kabanjahe General Hospital. Thus, a partial working environment is positively influential with a significant degree of influence on work productivity against the Kabanjahe General Hospital.Based on coefficient of determination (R2), the value of the coefficient of determination is 0.484. This suggests that the ability of the Working environment variable (X) explains its influence on the working productivity variables of the Kabanjahe General Hospital by 48.4%. The remaining 51.6% is the influence of other free variables not examined in this study, such as working discipline, corporate culture, and employee commitment.]]>

<![CDATA[Regulation of the Minister of Health of Republic of Indonesia number 369/MENKES/SK/III/2007 concerning the profession standards midwives mentioned that midwives have the authority to conduct monitoring and stimulate growth of infants and children. One form of stimulation of growing flowers that have been done by the community is to do a baby massage. This type of research is quantitative research with a correlative descriptive design through a cross-sectional approach to know the impact and attitudes about the baby massage toward the action of baby massaging at the clinic at the clinic Nurida Siregar Portibi District of North Padang Lawas in 2018. The results of the analysis of Chi-square pvalue 0.05 (pvalue of < α 0.05) which means there is an influence between the knowledge of respondents and the action of baby massage. Based on the results of the analysis of Chi-square pvalue 0.000 value (Pvalue < α 0.05) which means there is an influence between the attitude of respondents to the action of baby massage. The results of the analysis of Chi-square pvalue value 0.000 (Pvalue < α 0.05) which means there is an influence between the attitude of respondents to the action of baby massage. Recommended to health workers need to improve the development of community participation in the baby health, especially providing health education about baby massage so that people know the benefits of baby massage.]]>

<![CDATA[PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero) is a state-owned company engaged in the field of sea transportation services. To maintain the existence and compete with other transportation services, it is necessary to provide optimal services to the community as ship service users must be satisfied with the services provided by making various efforts to improve the quality of service for ship service users through various strategies. One of them is an employee relations strategy to improve employee performance and company image, because employees are the spearhead of the company which has an important role for the progress of the company.This study aims to determine the program or employee relations activities organized by public relations to improve employee performance and the image of PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero), to see the strategy and planning of public relations and employee relations programs primarily to improve employee performance and corporate image, to find out media used and obstacles in implementing employee relations programs.The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research, carried out by gathering factual information that describes the phenomena that exist, and then identified to get a description that can be evaluated. Data formulation by interviewing was conducted with sources, observations and literature studies.Based on the research conducted, it can be seen that the employee relations strategy that runs on PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero) is divided into programs consisting of various activities, including managing programs and developing quality human resources, employee welfare programs, cultural company socialization programs, programs achievement motivation, special programs, and internal communication media programs. The results of the study indicate that the employment relations strategy at PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero) has been considered to be quite successful because it provides a fairly good response from employees, received by employees and employees have been satisfied with various activities organized by public relations at PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry ( Persero). Public Relations PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero) plays a role in building and maintaining good relations and mutual understanding between the company and the public so as to create a positive image of the company. For this reason, employee relations must be well established to provide satisfying services to customers. The most important element in employee relations is employee communication.]]>

<![CDATA[Conscientiousness is exhibited by those who described asdependable, organized, through and responsible. The lack of students conscientiousness make their study result on ecosystem learning of Biology subject became low. This study aims to determine correlation between conscientiousness and study result of biology students at the 1 Senior High School Simalungun in ecosystem subject. This research was held in January-February 2018. The method was used a survey method through correlative studies. The samples were 105 students from Mathematic and Science first grade. The results of normality and homogeneity test showed that data come from normal distribution of populations and homogeneous. The results of hypothesis test showed that there was significant positive correlation between conscientiousness and study result of biology students with a correlation coefficient 0,804 in the equation Ŷ = 5.663 + 0.195X. Conscientiousness contribute to study result of Biology students amounted to 64,69%.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aim to analyze the influenze of Promosiand Trust on Consumer Buy Interest of PT Green Deli Holidays Medan. Research variable include : Consumer Buy Interest (Y) as the dependent variable, Promosi (X1) as the independent variable, and (X2) as the independent variable. This study adopted the Marketing Management theory, as it pertaining to the Brand, Trust, and Consumer Buy Interest.This research applies a survey approach with a descriptive and qualitative method and uses an explanation power as it characteristics. The method of collecting the data is done by using interview, questionaires, and documentation study. The method of data analysis used is the multiple regression analysis and the simple regression analysis. The population of this study are 90 consumers of PT Green Deli Holidays Medan and the samples taken are 90 consumers.The first hypotesis finding shows the promosi influences significantly on the Consumer Buy Interest of PT Green Deli Holidays Medan. The second hypotesis shows that Trust influences significantly on the Consumer Buy Interest of PT Green Deli Holidays Medan. The third hypotesis shows that the Promosi and Trust simultaneously influence significantly on the Consumer Buy Interest of PT Green Deli Holidays Medan. In partial, the Trust variable shows more dominantly than the Promotion of PT Green Deli Holidays Medan. This means that the Consumer Buy Interest of PT Green Deli Holidays Medan are influenced highly by the Trust and it is the Trust that gives mostly.]]>

<![CDATA[Plantation/Agriculture Regency of South West Aceh, especially Kuala Batee District, requires good accessibility to support the ease of transportation of crop yields. Where the condition before the construction of this farm road, the transportation of plantation products, agriculture, and including Peridustrian is still not effective. The range of agricultural roads is limited to only 20% of the area, especially oil palm plantations. The transport of crops depends on the weather conditions, if entering the rainy season, the transportation of transport is increasingly limited. This resulted in farmers having to defer the harvest so as to make the harvesting process inappropriate.]]>
