<![CDATA[This research seeks to see there is a significant influence on the implementation of the learning time in the learning results of students mathematics matrix material in the class XI MIPA. This research will be conducted in private SMA example Medan. The population is all students of the XI MIPA class, consisting of 3 classes. And taken 1 class as an experimental class with a total of 45 students and 1 control class with a total of 47 students. This research is the Quasi Experiment Research (experimental design research used is Pretest-Postest Control Group design. From the research results in the experimental class obtained the highest value in the pre test is 85 and the lowest value of 70 with an average value of 79.04 and a standard deviation of 5.26. While the control class obtained the highest value pre test is 85 and the lowest value is 70 with the average yield value of 77.04 and standard deviation of 5.75. This indicates an average difference of 2.0. Then for the post test value on the class of for obtained the highest value is 95 and the lowest value of 75 with an average value of 84.33 and standard deviation of 6.67. As for the control class obtained the highest value is 95 and the lowest value is 75 with an average value of 81.87 and a standard deviation of 5.55. This shows an average difference of 2.46. It can therefore be concluded that there is an influence of learning time on students ' mathematical learning outcomes.]]>

The purpose of this research is to see the effect of the service quality, consumer purchase intention and buying decisions at Buka Lapak . This study using snowball sampling metods and analyzed by path analysis. The result show that service quality has a significant effect on buying decisions which are moderated by purchase intention . <![CDATA[Employee satisfaction should be created as the most in order to improve the moral work, dedication, love, and discipline ofemployees. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with the technique of collecting research data is withinterviews. The analysis of the data used is according to Miles and Huberman, namely by data reduction, data presentation,and withdrawal of conclusions. The purpose of this research is to know the satisfaction of employee work at EN MandarinSchool. Based on the results of the research on employees ' work satisfaction at EN Mandarin School Medan, it can beconcluded that the interaction between employees in EN Mandarin goes well, the relationship between the leader and theemployee is well done, employees of EN Mandarin have their responsibility in the company, some employees are satisfiedwith the work given by the company, in the event of compensation partly employees are satisfied with the salary.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to determine the application of employee discipline in CV. Sinar Indah Medan. The subject in this study issecretary, finance manager, operational manager, supervisor, accounting, Operational adm, cashier. The theory used isaccording to Singodimedjo (Sutrisno, 2013), a discipline that is the attitude and willingness of a person to understand andadhere to the prevailing regulatory norms surrounding it. In other words, discipline is an attitude of obedience or obedience tothe rules of the prevailing rules in an organization. The research method used in this research is a qualitatively descriptivemethod, the method of collecting data is interviews. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The methods ofdata analysis used are methods of analysis of Miles and Huberman. The validity of the data used is source tringulation. Theresults of the study said that the work discipline of employees at CV. Sinar Indah Medan is lacking. Some things to be awareof are the attitude of employee discipline to the company and sanctions given by the company to its employees.]]>

<![CDATA[Organizational performance is a reflection of employee performance, but the employee's performance will be influenced byseveral factors both external and internal. One such factor is communication, based on the condition, the purpose of thisresearch is to know the influence of communication on employee performance. Sample on this study all employees of CV.Bintang Jaya Abadi Medan amounting to 38 people. The research uses quantitative associative methods aimed atmeasuring the influence of free variables on bonded variables, subsequent to the poll results analyzed by data analysistechniques in the form of simple linear regression. The results of the study expressed communication affecting employees 'performance in CV. Bintang Jaya Abadi Medan. The amount of free variable influence on variables is tied to 33.5%, while theremaining 66.5% is influenced by other factors that are not incorporated into the research variable.]]>

<![CDATA[This research tests and analyzes the influence of experience and creative thinking skills on student creativity. The researchwas conducted on 120 students who were studying at the faculty of Economics of HKBP Nommensen University. Samplingis done with the technique purposive (intentionally). Data collection using online questionnaires to get information about theexperience, creative thinking skills and creativity of students. Based on the research results shows the experience andcreative thinking ability to positively influence the student's creativity. The results of the hypothesis testing showed that theexperience of significant positive effect on student creativity and creative thinking ability has a significant positive effect onstudent creativity. The hypothesis testing uses Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) with the help of the LISREL program.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the business potential of wedding organizers in the city of Medan. The city of Medan as one ofthe MICE destinations in Indonesia that the Government has put in place must develop the potential of the MICE industry inthe city. The wedding organizer business has the potential to increase state revenue, develop the economy of the NorthSumatra area, and reduce unemployment in Medan. This research explores the bride and groom in the city of Medan inpreparing their wedding plans. The population used is the wedding organizer and the bride and groom who use the weddingorganizer services in carrying out their wedding. Data collection techniques are done by interview and library study. Theresults of this study are based on the perception of wedding organizers as business people as well as consumers who usethe services of the wedding organizer, found that Medan City based on the needs of the residents of the city requireswedding organizer services in carrying out a perfect wedding without any flaws that can leave a good impression on theinvited guests.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to formulate a strategy for applying accounting that is more effective and efficient in order toimprove manager performance. The data collected is analyzed based on financial ratios and SWOT. The results showedthat, the performance of managers in the period 2008-2010 were respectively ROI values in 2008 amounted to 44%, in 2009amounted to 36% and in 2010 amounted to 45%. The manager's performance when measured from the application ofresponsibility accounting varies from 2008-2009 to a decrease, while in 2009-2010 there was an increase. The steps in theimplementation of the responsibility accounting strategy are: 1) determining the area of responsibility of the managerresponsible; 2) determining the performance of the budget used to measure the performance of the responsibility centermanagers; and 3) actual performance measurement.]]>

<![CDATA[The development and competition of the global industry at this time in Indonesia is getting tougher so that, in thesecircumstances management in the company must be managed properly. Therefore, human resources are very much neededas a driving force in the development of organizations or companies, such as being able to create quality human resources,capable and skilled in order to compete in the global era. To gain a competitive advantage, companies need to analyze theirresources to identify their weaknesses and strengths in order to build capability so employees are expected to work well andprofessionally from a total of 256 populations, using a sample of saturated respondents taken using incidental samplingmethod that collects data using primary and secondary sources by distributing questionnaires using a Likert scale. whichmeasures 32 statements. This analysis uses multiple linear regression test in which the data is processed by SPSS 22. Theresults of the f test which shows the organizational culture and motivation simultaneously have a significant influence onemployee performance at PT. Nissin kogyo Batam. Partial t test results, it is known that the organizational culture variablepartially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance by including a significance amount of 0,000 <0.005.Motivation variable partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance by including a number ofsignificance values of 0.003 <0.005.]]>
