The business world today is characterized by increasingly fierce competition, specifically to provide satisfaction and retaincustomers. In marketing to overcome the intense competition, efforts that must be carried out by companies includeincreasing product quality, building a strong brand image and improving service quality. This research was conducted aimingto determine the effect of Product Quality, Brand Image and Service Quality on Consumer Satisfaction in Wardah CosmeticProducts. The sample technique is using purposive sampling, and the sample taken is 100 respondents using the Slovinformula. The research tool used a questionnaire and then tabulated and continued to be analyzed using descriptive analysis,hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression analysis test, determination test, t test and f test with the help of SPSSversion 22. Variable product quality effect of 25.9% and positive value and significant. The brand image variable has aneffect of 21.5% and is positive and significant. Variable service quality has an effect of 18.2% and is positive and significant.Product quality, brand image and service quality have a positive and significant effect with the effect value of 37.3% and thecalculated F value of 19.051> 2.70 F table, the probability value of 0.000 <0.05 alpha. Product quality variable gives adominant influence of 25.9%.

The purpose of this research is to test and analyze the influence of factors such as Dividend Policy, Liquidity, Solvency andEarning Per Share partially and simultaneously to share price with Return On Asset (ROA) as moderating variable. Thisresearch type is research of causal research (causal research) by using secondary data. The population in this study are allFood and Beverages companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2012-2015, amounting to 15 companies. From thepopulation, the researcher used the entire population to be the research data (sample) in this study as many as 14companies eliminated 1 because it is still newly listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. So the observation data amountedto 56 observations. Data were processed using Multiple Regression Analysis and for moderating variable by using residualtest. The results of this study prove that partially debt to equity ratio has a significant negative effect and earnings per sharehave a significant positive effect on the change of KAP, while dividend payout ratio and current ratio has no significant effecton stock price. Simultaneously the dividend payout ratio, current ratio, debt to equity ratio and earnings per share have asignificant positive effect on the change of KAP. Return On Asset (ROA) is not as a moderating variable between dividendpayout ratio, current ratio, debt to equity ratio and earnings per share with stock price.

Service quality plays an important role in a company because it will affect customer satisfaction, resulting in loyalty. Serviceproviders must provide friendly, courteous and good services to provide satisfaction to consumers. PT Bias Delta Pratama isone of the Port Business Entities that has obtained a scouting permit. The population in this study was 150 people. Usingslovin sampling. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and documentation. The measurement scale used is aLikert scale. Data collected in this study were analyzed by multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS (Productand Service Solution Statistics) version 21. T test results showed that service quality (X1) had a positive and significant effecton customer satisfaction (Y) with tcount of quality variables service (X1) is 2,062> 1,976 (table). Facility (X2) has a positiveand significant effect on customer satisfaction (Y) with a tcount of 5.103> 1.976 (table). F test results show that servicequality (X1) and facility (X2) variables together have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction (Y).

The need for capital to develop a business is growing rapidly, and it brings very tight competition to business people. Thisencourages the emergence of many new types of businesses that can become one of the threats for PT. BPR Satya MitraAndalan. PT. BPR Satya Mitra Andalan is one of the companies engaged in banking which has been established since 2017in the city of Batam. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an effect between service quality andinterest rates partially and simultaneously on customer loyalty deposits at PT. BPR Satya Mitra Andalan. In this study, theauthors used a descriptive quantitative research method using 180 populations. The population was reduced to 124populations using the slovin formula. In this study, the authors use SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) version25 is a program used by the author to process data obtained from respondents. The results in this study indicate that there isa positive and significant effect between service quality and interest rates partially and simultaneously on the customerloyalty of PT. BPR Satya Mitra Andalan.

This research aims at describing pararelism in sentences on online news detikmedan.com reviewed from the alignment ofthe form. The research was conducted on the detikmedan.com online news text. The method used is a qualitative researchmethod directed at the linguistic data. The source of this research data is a sentence in the news text on online newsdetikmedan.com. Sampling is done gradually. The results showed that there were 14 sentences that had proper pararelismin the news text being reviewed from the alignment of the form. There are 10 sentences that have erroneous parerism in thenews text being reviewed from the alignment of the form.

In the world of marketing quality affects consumers in considering buying a product or service. Apart from quality, locationand service are also important. Strategic location and good service will make the demand for what is offered will increase butit is also inversely proportional if the location is not strategic and also the services provided are bad which will makeconsumers hinder their purchases. This study aims to determine the effect of quality, location and service on homepurchases at PT Putera Karyasindo Prakarsa. The data used in this study are primary data obtained through a questionnairewith a sample of 110 respondents from a population of 110 in 2019 that is distributed to consumers who make a homepurchase at PT Putera Karyasindo Prakarsa. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis, using SPSSversion 22 which proves that quality, location and service have a positive effect on purchases with R Square value. Based onstatistical data, the indicators in this study are valid and the variables are reliable. The hypothesis of the t test shows thateach variable of quality, location and service significantly influences the purchase variable and has a t count greater than ttable. Then through the f test can be known that the quality, location and service variables simultaneously have an influenceon the purchase variable with the results of the calculated f value greater than f table.

The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of product innovation and service of buying interest in John's BakeryBatam.The methods used in this study used multiple linear analyses and hypothesis tests. Results of multiple linearregression equations obtained Y value = 9,584 + 0, 515X1 + 0, 319X2 + e. The value of coefficient of determination (R2) is:0.643. From the test results T obtained t value count > T table (4.768 > 1.98) which indicates that product innovationspartially influence positive and significant to the buying interest. As for the service variables get the value of T count > T table(4.701 > 1.98) indicating that the service variables influence positive and significant to the buying interest. From the F testresult obtained the result F count > F table (99.134 > 3.08). From the explanation above, it can be concluded that thevariable product innovation and service influence positive and significant towards buying interest in John's Bakery Batam.

Rise of the case of illegal investment in Batam City illustrates that the financial knowledge of investors and potential investorsis still not good. Even though financial literacy index in Batam has penetrated the national target, it cannot be used as areason why investors decide to invest. the number of investors who have high overconfidence makes many investors aredeceived by investment fraud in Batam City. Moreover, investors who have previously made mistakes in investing andexperiencing losses, a high sense of doubt will interfere with these investors in investing. Furthermore, investors in Batamhave various levels of tolerance to investment risk. The greater income of an investor in investing, the higher tolerance forfurther investment. Investment decisions that are only based on one factor are certainly not a good decision, because it isprone to mistakes in making decisions. The purpose of this study is to determine the partial and simultaneous influence offinancial literacy, overconfidence, regret aversion bias and risk tolerance variables on investment decisions in Batam City.This research is a quantitative study with a sampling technique using simple random sampling using Krejcie and Morgantables with a sample of 375 respondents. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis and uses a Likertscale as a measurement scale. T-test results (partial test) states that the variables of financial literacy, overconfidence, regretaversion bias and risk tolerance partially have a positive and significant effect on investment decisions. And the results of theF test (simultaneous test) states that financial literacy, overconfidence, regret aversion bias and risk tolerance together havea positive and significant effect on investment decisions in Batam City. Data management tools used in this research is theapplication of SPSS version 22.

In general, every agency/company have a target to archive which is to gain rapid improvement and able to survive in thisbusiness world. But, every company often have a issue or problem on implementing their strategy which will cause anagency/company to fail to archive their target, due to that, researcher aim to find and research the problem that occur in theagency/company to be able to provide a result and solution for them. One of the issue that often occur in anagency/company is customer satisfaction. PT Wisley Golf & Sport Centre have a few issue on increasing the customersatisfaction which is facility and service quality. This research is a quantitative research which using questionnaire as amethod to collecting data. Sampling in this research are using saturated sampling technique with the total of 127 people.Data analysis used in this research are descriptive analysis, data quality test, classical assumption test, influence andhypothesis test using the software programe SPSS version 25. The results in this research shown that judging from the Ttest result, researcher found that facility have a partially significant impact on customer satisfaction and also service qualityhave a partially significant impact on customer satisfaction. Result on F test has shown that the facility and service qualitytogether have an significant impact on customer satisfaction.

The objective of this research is to find the empirical evidence of the differences between by using the Mind-Mapping, Smallgroup, and Conventional to the ability at Group C and Group D of Semester II of Nursing Academy of North Tapanuli with thetotal number was 32 and 33 in each group. The subject was given pre-test before treatment. Then the student of experimentgroup was taught by using Mind-Mapping and Small group discussion method to teaching comprehension. Finally, the writergave post-test to experiment group. The writer used t-test formula, and (Two Way - ANOVA). This is an experimentalresearch and the research used quantitative approach in finding out the answer of the problem study. The sample of thestudy was Students of Semester II of Nursing Academy of North Tapanuli. Therefore, to reading comprehension which istaught by using Mind-Mapping method, is better than the students' reading achievement which is taught by using SmallGroup discussion, Conventional teaching. Finally, based on the finding of the research, the writer gave some suggestions.She hopes this research will be useful for improving of education in Indonesia.
