<![CDATA[The problem in this study is: (1) How does the learning process of creative writing of grade X students SCHOOL through theimplementation of a synethic model learning with serial writing techniques?; (2) is learning the model of synetics with chainwriting techniques can improve the creative writing skills of grade X SMA Negeri 1 Na. IX-X year lesson 2019/2020? Theobjectives in this study are: (1) to describe the learning process of creative writing of grade X students in high school throughthe application of the study of synethic models with serial writing techniques; (2) to describe whether learning of a synethicmodel with a serial writing technique can improve the creative writing skills of high school class class X students 1 Na. IX-Xlesson year 2019/2020. The method used in research is the method of research action Class (PTK). Where this researchaims to obtain an overview of the influence of the model of the learning of synethics with serial writing techniques to theability to write short stories of SMA Negeri 1 Na. IX-X year lesson 2019/2020. The subject in this study was a grade X highschool student numbering 40 people. While the object in this study is the result of writing short stories of students. Theinstrument used in data collection is a test essay, where the student is told to write a short story according to the criteria thathad been described by the previous researcher. The results showed that "learning the model of synethics with chain writingtechniques can improve the creative writing skills of class X SMA Negeri 1 Na. IX-X Learning year 2019/2020 areacceptable.]]>

<![CDATA[Has been done research on "The work of Solar cooker Type Parabolic with diameter 100 cm height 50 cm" This researchaims to know the performance of a Solar cooker with the experimental method of dish collector put in place exposed to directsunlight with water mass in containers 1 liter in 3 days observation. Observations were carried out with an interval of 10minutes from 10.00 WIB to 16.00 WIB. The research results for the 1liter mass reaches the highest temperature of 106 0C atthe average radiation intensity of the sun 492 W/m2. Besarya solar radiation intensity affects the thermal conversion systemto the focus field of the pan as a cooking container, the higher the radiation intensity then the higher the temperature of thepot cooker.]]>

<![CDATA[This research was conducted to examine the effect of emotional intelligence, work environment and work culture onemployee performance at PT. Osi Electronics. This research includes associative research on a causal quantitativeapproach. This study uses a population of one department of PT. Osi Electronics' employees totaling 268 people and in thisstudy uses a non probability sampling technique so that if calculated using the solvin formula with an error rate of 5% so asto produce a sample of 161 people. Data collection used is by distributing questionnaires while data analysis using dataanalysis is done by using descriptive statistical analysis, Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test (NormalityTest, Multicollinearity Test and Heteroskedastity Test), Influence Test (Multiple Linear Regression Analysis andDetermination Coefficient Analysis and Hypothesis Test (t Test and F Test). based on research from data analysis it can beconcluded that partially (T-test) emotional intelligence variable significantly and positively influences employee performancewith a value of 0,000 <0.05, work environment variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance witha value of 0.001 <0.05, then the work culture also has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. whilesimultaneously (Test F) emotional intelligence, work environment and work culture variables have a positive and significanteffect on employee performance with a value of 0,000 <0.005.]]>

<![CDATA[The development of tourism in the city of Batam has increased very rapidly. There is more competition in service companiesso that certain strategies are needed to survive in the market. Companies must maximize customer satisfaction in order tomaintain the survival of the company. In achieving customer satisfaction, the company must pay attention to two variables,that is promotion and service quality. In this study, to determine and analyze the effect of promotion and service quality oncustomer satisfaction at The Evitel Hotel Batam. At The Evitel Hotel Batam, the promotion is still lacking due to the lack ofpromoting the company through social media so that less consumers from outside Indonesia in using hotel services and alsothe lack of giving promos like discounts. In service quality, the lack of provided such as unfriendly staff and lack ofcommunicative between consumers at the cashier. This study has a population of 335 consumers. The sample used was apurposive sampling technique, in calculating the number of samples using the slovin formula with a sample of 182consumers. Data collection techniques in this study using a questionnaire. The data processing method in this study usesSPSS 25. Based on the test results, the promotion and quality of service simultaneously has a positive and significantinfluence on customer satisfaction.]]>

The purpose of this study is (1) to determine the feasibility level ofpracticum guides at publishers A, B and C, (2) to determine the feasibility level of integrated chemistry lab guides fordiscovery learning models and characters, and (3) the effectiveness of integrated chemistry lab guides for discovery learningmodels and characters for Class X High School. The research sample was taken by purposive sampling. The method used isdescriptive method. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. Based on the results of data analysis and discussion, itcan be concluded that: (1) The level of eligibility of semester X semester II high school chemistry practice guides publishedby several publishers has a fairly decent category, but there are several components of the guide that need to be developed.,(2) The integrated chemistry practicum guide for discovery learning models and characters developed for SMA / MA class Xsemester II has a very feasible category, so it is feasible to be used in chemistry learning, and (3) The effectiveness of theintegrated chemistry practicum guide for discovery learning models and characters for student character is 85 , 23% with avery good category.]]>

<![CDATA[Increasing the number of population and the large number of convertion to non-agricultural land has caused problems inthe supply of food especially in agriculture. Hydroponics is the solution to that problem. Hydroponics has some advantagethat the cultivation can be done in a narrow aren a, it does not use soil media for plant growth, and the quantity and qualityof harvest is higher. In hydroponics, there are several parameters that must be controlled, some of which are water leveland lighting. In this research, a water level monitoring system has been made using an ultrasonic sensor hc-sr04 and theautomation of the lighting is using a Light Dependent Resistor (LDR) sensor and growing plant lamp. All sensors andactuators are integrated with Raspberry pi. By applying IoT (Internet of Things) technology, the Cayenne platform is usedso that data can be accessed by users from anywhere via the internet with the aim of minimizing hydroponic maintenancemanually and producing smart hydroponic systems based on IoT.]]>

<![CDATA[Charateristic is personality influenced by motivation that support person to act. So, someone’s personality shows an actiondue to afirm and strong willingness and it scharateristik or vice versa. This time, the most problem of adolescents inIndonesia that consists of 60% adolescents admitted to practive sex and the other that consists of 50% of people living withHIV werethe group isadolescents. The negative consequences of sex behavior which causes an Indonesian teenagerdisrupted opportunities continue study at school, enter the work force, starting become a family and become a member ofsociety as well. The increasing premarital sexual behavior impact on prenancy outsidemarriage.The objective of study was toanalyze of student charateristic on gender,resisdence, relationship and sources of information (parent’s role, friends, andmedia) towards having sexual relations. The study was anlytical with a cross sectional design. The population in this studywere 55 studens of (Darmo Nursing Academy/studend) Medan who are in level 1, level 2 and level 3.Based on the results ofthe study, it was found that the variables significanty the tendence of having sexual intercource were sex (p = 000),residence (p = 000) relatinship (p = 0, 000) and souerce of information (p = 0,000). The most dominant variables ofinfluencing premarital sex are gender, relationship, and sources of information. It is recomended for education authorites toimprove religius curriculum in university so that students are afraid of sin to have premarital sex.]]>

<![CDATA[High maternal mortality in Indonesia is realited to many factor, including the quality of the behavior of Pregnancy women thatmany still do not avail of pregnancy examination at the ministry of health, so that high-risk pregnancy and thisis theproblemin the field of the health. Based on reports from clinics that target Langkimat of pregnancy women recorded in 2012who checked her pregnancy to a health care facility that is as many as 377 K1 (48.8) and K4 as much as 374 people(48.4).The purpose of this research is to analyze the relationshing of factors predisposing, factors supporting and driving factor. Theresearch tyfe is explanatory research. The population in this research are all the pregnancy women in the region in 2012Langkimat health centers North Padang Lawas regency totaled 323 people who recorded from January to December 2012.While the example as many as 95 people. Method of data collection using test validity and reliability tests are obtainedthrough the research data using univariate, bivariat.). The results showed that there is no relationship of factors predisposinglike age (p 0.573) and number of children (p 0.689) towards avail of pregnancy examination services.Predisposing factorsuch as education (p 0.000), knowledge (p 0.002) and attitude (p 0.000) prenancy examination against relationships. Thereis a relationship of factor endowments such as income (p.0.000), exposure media (p 0.001) against the gestational avail.There is a relationship of the driving factor as support the husband (p 0.017), support of the health care personnel (p 0.000)against pregnancy checkup. It is recommended to pregnancy women in order to make a visit to the site of the ministry ofheath aswell as consultation to midwivesabaut the pregnancy examination sa as to enhance the knowledge of pregnancywomen throung the question and answer. <![CDATA[This research aims to find out the understanding of students' mathematics before and after using the Realistic MathematicsLearning Model, whether there is an influence on the use of realistic mathematics learning on students' mathematicalunderstanding. This research is a quantitative research experiment. The population of this study is grade IV SD Negeri200211 Padangmatinggi and its sample with two classes namely grades IV-A and IV-B. Instruments used in data collectionare essay tests. The data analysis technique is to use the formula "t" test. Based on normality and homogeneity test results,both sample classes are distributed normally and homogeneously. The t-test result obtained is thitung = 2.79 > ttabel=1.9992, from the calculation is clearly seen ha acceptance and rejection of Ho. The results of this study show that thehypothesis is accepted that there is a significant influence (reassuring) between the use of realistic mathematical learningmodels on students' understanding of integer material in grade IV elementary school.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze whether there is an increase in the ability of mathematical representation of students using thelearning cycle 7 e learning model. The research method in this study uses quantitative quasi research experiments. Theresults of the study using quasi experiments are numbers so it is necessary to use descriptive statistical methods to describethe results of the study. The population that was the subject of the study was grade VII students of SMP 1 Negeri 1 Wardenof South Tapanuli Sipirok Sub-District in 2019/2020. With a class VII-4 sample as an experimental class and vii-1 controlclass. The instrument used in collecting data is an essay-shaped test. The hypothesis is tested with a t test, after a test ofnormality and homogeneity. The results showed there was an increase in mathematical representation of students using thelearning cycle 7 e learning model.]]>
