<![CDATA[This research aims to: (1) Analyze traditional games; (2) Analyze the physical development of the child's motor; Theresearch was conducted at jabal nur tebing tinggi integrated Islamic elementary school. The subjects in the study wereprincipals, teachers and children at jabal nur integrated Islamic elementary school. As for the collection of data in this studythrough observations, interviews and documentation. Meanwhile, data analysis using miles and huberman models is datareduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results showed that: (1) traditional games such as clogs are ableto provide good stimulation to the motor physical development of elementary school year 1 children; (2) Teachers uselearning methods by playing and introducing traditional games capable of giving students attractiveness in learning, thusachieving learning goals. Based on observations, interviews, the physical development of children's motor is achieved byusing traditional games as a learning transfer tool.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of SIA user involvement, SIA user capability and SIA quality on SIAperformance at Garuda Plaza Hotel Medan. This study took a sample of 50 accounting employees at Garuda Plaza HotelMedan. Data collection is done by the method of interviews (interviews), distributing questionnaires, and studydocumentation. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis. <![CDATA[Menarche occurs during adolescence and brings unbalanced changes between physical and mental health, making youngwomen sad, anxious and less eager to carry out tasks at school that cause unstable achievement of young women so that itcan be said that female students do not have the readiness to face menarche. Menarche counseling has never been done atthis school. To determine the Effect of Counseling About Menarche On Knowledge and Attitudes Toward Menarche. Type ofResearch Quasy Experiment with One Group Pre Test - Post Test Design. A sample of 40 students, taken by purposivesampling technique. Data collection tool is SAP about menarche and questionnaire. Data were tested with Wilcoxon test.The Effect of Counseling on Knowledge and Attitudes Toward Menarche in Class VII Students at MTsN 1 Kuta Baroe in2019, with a sample of 40 Class VII students, it was concluded that: From the statistical test results obtained p-value (0,000<0.05) . Then it can be concluded that there is an influence between Counseling on Knowledge and Attitudes TowardSignificant Menarche. <![CDATA[The purpose of this study to analyze the influence of lifestyle (eating habits, physical activity and smoking) withincidence ofdiabetes meliitus in pre elderly in the General Hospital of the City Padangsidimpuan. The study used a case control study thepopulation of cases in this study were all pre elderly people aged 45-59 years who suffered diabetes mellitus. The populationcontrol is a pre elderly people aged 45-59 years who do not have diabetes mellitus as many as 45 people. Data werecollected through medical records and interviews used questionnaires. Data was analyzed by univarite, bivariate, used Chi-Square test at the level of 95% (P <0,05) and multivariate used multiple logistic regression. The results of this studyshowedthat the statistical test results of the independent variable of eating habits acquired Sig value 0.000 <p: 0. Physicalactivity obtained Sig value 0.001 <p: 0.05 Smoking habits acquired Sig value 0.001 <p: 0.05 means there is a significantrelationship with the dependent variable independent. Variables that affect the incidence of diabetes mellitus that physicalactivity and eating habits, with a value of p <0.05. The most dominant variable having the most influence on the incidence ofdiabetes mellitus is a physical activity has a value of Exp (B) most is 112.687 with a regression coefficient (B) 4,725. It isexpected to Padangsidimpuan general hospital to enhance the role of health workers in particular to disseminate scientificinformation about diabetes mellitus involving health workers, community leaders and religious leaders.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the application of accountability accounting and how far the effect on managementperformance as an evaluation tool at PT. Gunung Selamat Lestari Labuhan Batu Selatan in 2017 and 2018. The researchmethod used in this study consisted of the location of the research that was used as the place for this research was at PT.Gunung Selamat Lestari, which is located on the Cross-Sumatra Road Village, Tolan Week. The types and sources of dataused in this study are secondary data. Secondary data used are budget and realization in 2017 and 2018. The researchvariables used in this study are independent variables and dependent variables, namely accountability accounting andmanagement performance evaluation. Data collection methods used in this study are library methods and field methods.While the data analysis method used in this study is using descriptive methods. Based on the discussion and analysis ofdata, it can be concluded that PT. Gunung Selamat Lestari has implemented accountability accounting but not fully. Theapplication of accountability accounting in the preparation of budgets that have involved all parts, and the preparation of aclearly visible organizational structure. Reporting on budget realization in the company is an accountability and an evaluationmaterial for the manager who compiles the realization report on the costs he manages, the realization report contains thebudget, realization, and deviation of each element.]]>

<![CDATA[Corporations in this case can be used as a means to commit criminal acts. One of the supporters of national income is fromtax receipts that account for about 70% of all state revenues. Taxes have a very vital role in a country, without a state living taxwill not be able to go well. Infrastructure development, education costs, health costs, fuel subsidies, payments for stateemployees and the construction of public facilities are all tax-funded. Taxes have normative and historical significance.Normatively, taxes have a legal basis to apply to all citizens and are coercive. Violators of taxes may be subject to legalsanctions. Historically, the understanding and application of taxes followed the development of the history of humancivilization. At first, the tax was understood to be very simple and managed simply as well. As human needs grow and scienceand technology (SCIENCE) advances, tax variations become more diverse as well as more sophisticated management,making it easier for people to pay taxes. A historical approach is indispensable to understanding the current existence(positioning) of taxes. <![CDATA[The research aims to find out efforts to improve the results of learning Mathematics integer summing materials using gamemethods. This research was conducted on grade V elementary school students who were 25 students. This type of researchis class action research through four stages: planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. Data collectiontechniques use observations, interviews, field notes, tests and documentation. Data analysis is done descriptively with themean (average) and percentage of overall completion of students. The results of the study can be concluded that there is animprovement in students' learning outcomes. This increase can be seen from the average grade value increased from precycleresults of 66.72 in cycle I the average grade rose to 69.54 and in cycle II rose to 77.72. In pre-cycle the overallcompletion percentage of students was 18% or 4 out of 22 students. In cycle I the percentage of overall completion ofstudents increased to 50% or 11 out of 22 students, then in cycle II increased back to 86% or 19 out of 22 students. Basedon the data, it can be concluded that there is an improvement in the learning achievement of Mathematics starting from thepre-cycle stage, Cycle I and Cycle II. Thus the use of game methods is able to improve the learning results of Mathematics inthe integer summation material of grade V elementary school students.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to: (1) Know the difference in students' IPS learning outcomes taught with an ethnopedagogi approachcompared to conventional approaches; (2) Knowing the difference in students' IPS learning results that have high motivationcompared to low motivation; (3) Know the interaction between learning approach and learning motivation in influencingstudents' IPS learning outcomes. This research was conducted at SD Negeri Panton Luas Baru Samadua District SouthAceh Regency. The sample in this study was 50 grade IV students. Data collection techniques through motivational learningquestionnaires and IPS learning test instruments. This type of research is a pseudo-experiment with a 2 x 2 factorial design,while hypothetical testing is conducted with a two-way ANAVA. The results showed that: (1) Students' IPS learning outcomestaught with an ethnopedagogi approach were higher than those taught with conventional approaches (Fhitung = 23,476 andsig. 0.000 > 0.05); (2) The results of studying ips students who are highly motivated are higher than those with low motivation(Fhitung = 7,673 and sig. 0.008 > 0.05); (3) There is an interaction between the learning approach and the motivation oflearning in influencing the student's IPS learning outcomes (Fhitung = 13,003 and sig. 0.001 > 0.05).]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this research is to find out the impact of employee work motivation and competence that employees have onwork performance by paying attention to leadership style relationships. The sample taken in this study was as many as 118employees of retail companies spread in Medan Polonia sub-district. The analysis technique used is Structure EquationModelling (SEM).
