<![CDATA[The problem that researchers examine here is "How to evaluate the traffic performance of unsignalized intersections on Jl. William Iskandar-Jl. William Iskandar Pasar V?”. The object of the research is the intersection of Jl. William Iskandar-Jl. William Iskandar Pasar V. Determining objects based on observations made by researchers of local residents. The performance of roads in the Medan area has several problems, one of which is congestion and queues at various intersections, both unsignaled and signalized, such as at the unsignalized intersection Jl. William Iskandar and Jl. William Iskandar Pasar V which is in Medan Tembung District. So that the degree of saturation, capacity level, and side obstacles that appear on the Jl. William Iskandar and Jl. William Iskandar Pasar V could be found, so the researcher used the MKJI method (Indonesian Road Capacity Manual 1997) to analyze all the data that the researcher had collected in the form of vehicle volume at peak hours. The results stated that the causes of traffic jams were the large number of public transport that dropped off passengers haphazardly, the phenomenon of illegal or haphazard parking, and the presence of markets or shops at road intersections. After going through various calculations, researchers found that the road had 0.22 degrees of saturation, 4946 pcu/hour road capacity, 95.2 pcu/hour side obstacles, and 1630 pcu/hour traffic volume.]]>

<![CDATA[On the road section around Tambunan-Durin Serugun, Sibolangit sub-district, Deli Serdang is included in the Class IIIA primary collector road whose status belongs to the Regency. Over time, the components or structure of the road continue to experience hardening due to the load of various oil palm and quarry transport vehicles in the form of trucks that have the amount of excess pressure relative to the load capacity that the road should be able to accept. If this continues, the planned life of the road section will be shorter than it should be. The purpose of this evaluation is to analyze the impact felt by the road pavement structure due to the overloading of vehicles on it which can cause an increase in the axle load above the predetermined standard. The aim of the researchers in this study is to find out whether LHR (excessive load) can cause damage to the Tambunen-Durin Serugun road pavement using the ESAL method by calculating every change in the weight of the road structure to determine the planned age of the pavement. The results stated that the damage to the Tambunan-Durin Serugun road was caused by excessive load.]]>

<![CDATA[Physical fitness is a description of a person's physical condition or functional condition in carrying out various jobs or daily activities. The higher the level of physical fitness, the better the physical condition, so that they are able to do various jobs or workloads given and will be successful in completing the work. That way the ability or level of productivity is higher. To be able to do work or daily activities well, it takes good physical fitness as well. Healthy living habits are one of the factors that must be considered and can affect physical fitness, one of these habits is sleep. Sleep is a basic human need. Every human being needs time to rest and sleep to be able to restore stamina or good body condition so that they can do various jobs or daily activities. The purpose of this research is to determine the relationship between sleep quality and physical fitness level for students of the Faculty of Medicine, University of Muhammadiyah North Sumatra, Class of 2019. Using an analytical method with a cross sectional approach, that is, each research subject will only be used once to determine the relationship between sleep quality and fitness level. physical student of the Faculty of Medicine, University of Muhammadiyah North Sumatra. The data of this study were obtained using the PSQI questionnaire and the Harvard Step Test. Data analysis using Chi Square test. The results showed that most of the respondents had poor sleep quality (64.4%) and most of them had a very poor level of physical fitness (57.8%). And there is a relationship between sleep quality and physical fitness level (p = 0.001).]]>

<![CDATA[Cooperative Learning atau pembelajaran kooperatif adalah sebuah strategi pembelajaran dalam bentuk kelompok-kelompok kecil dimana setiap siswa memiliki tingkat kemampuan berbeda, dengan menggunakan berbagai macam aktivitas belajar untuk meningkatkan pemahaman terhadap materi).Penelitian ini menginvestigasi kegunaan dari pendekatan model penelitian based learning. Siswa kelas XI SMAN 1 Tebing Syahbandar sebagai objek dari penelitian ini. Cooperative Learning merupakan model pembelajaran dengan memberikan tugas kepada siswa yang lebih pandai dalam sebuah kelompok kecil yang hasilnya akan dipresentasikan kepada kelompok lain dalam kelas. Hasil kelompok tersebut kemudian ditelaah dan ditanggapi, sehingga terjadi proses belajar yang aktif dan dinamis. Tujuan utama yang ingin dicapai dalam penggunaan model pembelajaran kooperatif adalah agar peserta didik dapat belajar secara berkelompok bersama teman-temannya dengan cara saling menghargai pendapat dan memberikan kesempatan temannya untuk mengemukakan pendapat secara berkelompok. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI di SMA Negeri 1 Tebing Syahbandar yang berjumlah 36 siswa. Pengumpulan data diperoleh dengan menggunakan metode tes berupa analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada metode tes, persentase prestasi belajar siswa terus meningkat yaitu dari pra tahap I 44%, pada tahap I 69,44% dan mencapai 83,33% pada tahap II. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan metode pembelajaran Cooperative Learning dapat meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa kelas XI di SMA Negeri 1 Tebing Syahbandar TP 2022 / 2023 dengan indikator keberhasilan mencapai 85%.]]>

<![CDATA[The study aims to determine the effect of the asset growth and dividend payout ratio on the share price, either partially or simultaneously. The study refers to the banking sub-sector that is included in the LQ-45 listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange for the period 2018–2022. This research method is descriptive-quantitative and used for data collection using secondary data. The analytical methods used in this study are classical assumption tests, double linear regression, and hypothesis tests. From the results of the research, it can be concluded that the asset growth and dividend payout ratio simultaneously has a significant effect on the stock price. partially, only the ratio of dividend payments has a negative impact on the stock price]]>

<![CDATA[Indonesian human resources as assets are required to always develop themselves so that they have the proper competence to compete with other nations. The weaknesses that exist in Indonesian human resources in navigating the current 4.0 era are in terms of skills (soft skills and hard skills), experience, and intellectual abilities, where Indonesian human resources do not have more skills in dealing with the current digital era. Education does not provide thorough preparation for human resourcers in improving skills, both soft skills and hard skills, to face the 4.0 era, so that Indonesian human resourcers lack experience, both work experience and experience in dealing with change or transformation into the 4.0 era. In addition, Indonesian human resources lack high intellectual ability in dealing with change, so Indonesian human resources are still less creative and innovative, so they have not been able to compete with other countries in dealing with change. As a result, some of the human resources who work still do not have competencies that are worthy of being sold worldwide. The research method used is descriptive-quantitative using multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 22. The population of this study is the workforce in Indonesia, amounting to 128,454 people per person. The sampling technique used in this study is the accidental sampling technique, with a sample size of 100 workers through the distribution of questionnaires conducted by telephone. The results of the study, which are based on the partial hypothesis, state that partially the variables of Human resource skills and experience affect the variables of increasing Indonesian Human resource competencies in the 4.0 era, and simultaneously the variables of Human resource skills, experience and intellectual abilities have a positive and significant effect on increasing Indonesian Human resource competencies in the 4.0 era]]>

<![CDATA[This study was basically carried out on the basis of the author's concern with the current environmental conditions, which are increasingly worrying due to the increasing number of food consumption products, manufactured products, and services that are considered to be the main cause of environmental damage. The problem of this research centres on the lack of research that determines whether environmental awareness plays a role as a predictor in influencing people's healthy lifestyles, which have an impact on purchasing decisions for environmentally friendly products. Considering this, an important research question that needs to be answered is: Can environmental awareness influence the healthy lifestyle of the millennial generation, which has an impact on purchasing decisions for environmentally friendly products? The sample in this study was 105 respondents. This research uses a survey method with a quantitative descriptive approach, with environmental awareness as a predictor of a healthy lifestyle and purchasing decisions. Meanwhile, the data analysis used in this study was done through Partial Least Squares (PLS). However, before analysis, the outer model is first tested through validity and reliability tests. Next, carry out the inner model test through the R-square (coefficient of determination) and F-square (f2 effect size) tests. The results of this study conclude that environmental awareness has an influence on the decision to purchase environmentally friendly products among millennials in Jambi City, both directly and indirectly, through a healthy lifestyle]]>
