<![CDATA[Hypertension is one of the main problems of mortality and morbidity in cardiovascular disease in Indonesia, prolonged hypertension can cause complications in the heart in the form of left ventricular hypertrophy, to detect left ventricular hypertrophy requires the use of an easy and inexpensive tool, namely electrocardiography. The purpose of this study is to look at some of the factors causing the electrocardiographic picture that may have an effect on the occurrence of left ventricular hypertrophy including age, gender, length of time suffering from hypertension, obesity and diabetes mellitus. The design of this study was retrospective descriptive with a cross-sectional approach. The research subjects were 42 hypertensive heart disease (HHD) patients who had conducted an electrocardiography examination at Mitra Medika Bandar Klippa General Hospital for the period January 2019 - July 2020 who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. This result of this research there is an effect of a long history of suffering from hypertension with left ventricular hypertrophy with a value (p = 0.006).]]>

<![CDATA[The heart is the most important organ in the human body, which has the main function of pumping blood throughout the body. If there is an abnormality in one of the components of the heart, it will cause a disturbance in the process of pumping blood by the heart, causing failure to pump blood. Heart failure is a condition in which the heart is unable to pump sufficient blood for the body's needs. Congestive heart failure is failure of the right and left heart. Where the data source is obtained from MEDLINE, Google scholar, PubMed and Google. Journals with cross sectional, before after study and observational study methods were included in this literature study. The criteria for respondents in this literature review are adult and elderly patients diagnosed with heart failure. The results of this study are in accordance with the theories that have been stated that the most common cause of congestive heart failure in the elderly (> 60 years) with the most frequent sex is women who are caused by a decrease in the hormone estrogen which triggers the formation of atherosclerosis, with different comorbid factors. in each patient, namely, anemia caused by chronic disease, hypertension that triggers the thickening of the heart wall, diabetes mellitus, depression, and psychological stress.]]>

<![CDATA[Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) is a respiratory infection caused by an emerging coronavirus that was first recognized to appear in Wuhan, China, in December 2019. The increase in cases of the number of COVID-19 is happening quite fast and there is already a spread between countries. Knowledge and understanding regarding COVID-19, the successor of minor cases. There is a need for a valid and credible source of data and information regarding COVID-19. This study aims to determine the level of knowledge of UMSU medical faculty students of 2018 about Covid-19. This research uses a descriptive method. The subjects of this study were students of the 2018 UMSU medical faculty. Data collection using a questionnaire with google form. Data analysis with univariate analysis. The results of the univariate analysis, the level of knowledge of female students in the 2018 batch of UMSU medical faculty was good, namely as many as 98 people (71.53%)]]>

<![CDATA[This study was conducted to determine how the influence of Price (X1), Location (X2) and Product Innovation (X3) on Consumer Satisfaction (Y) at Waroeng Steak and Shake Jalan T. Amir Hamzah Medan. The data is taken directly from the object of research, namely Waroeng Steak and Shake Jalan T. Amir Hamzah Medan. The data used is data on consumer visits in 2021. The research was conducted from February to May 2021. The population in this study was 4200 people with a sample of 98 respondents. This study uses quantitative data that is processed with the SPSS v Application. 17, with multiple linear regression method. The test results show that simultaneously the variables Price (X1), Location (X2) and Product Innovation (X3) have a significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction (Y). While partially the Price variable (X1) has a negative but not significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction (Y), the Location variable (X2) has a significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction (Y), and the Product Innovation variable (X3) has a significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction (Y). The contribution of the influence given by the whole variable is 72.5%.]]>

<![CDATA[The study deals with the using of picture sequences method on students' narrative writing achievement. The purpose of this research was to see how employing picture sequences affected eighth grade students at SMP 4 Negeri Satu Atap Kuala ability to create narratives. The population of this research were eighth grade students at SMP Negeri 4 Satu Atap Kuala on JL. PKS Blankahan, Kecamatan Kuala, Kabupaten Langkat, in the odd semester. With a total population of 88 students in the school year 2021/2022. The experimental group has 22 students, while the control group has 22 students. The class has a total of 44 students in it. As a sample, the researcher picked a random sample from an even number of students. An experimental design methods was used in this research. A pictures sequences from narrative writing is used to teach learning groups. The experimental group's data collection tools are pre-test, treatment, and post-test. Based on the researcher it was found the t-test was determined to be higher than the t-table (8.01>2.01) with (α = 0.05). As well as the degree of freedom (df) 42. Including the findings, the percentage of the effect of using picture sequences method was 81.9%, with the remaining 18.1% influenced by other factors. It implies that using picture sequences has a significant impact on the achievement of eighth grade narrative writing from SMP Negeri 4 Satu Atap Kuala.]]>

<![CDATA[The waist is a part of the human body which is located on a horizontal line between the costal arches and the iliac crest, the waist is in the abdominal region. Waist circumference is often used as an alternative marker of abdominal fat mass. Blood pressure is expressed as two levels of blood pressure, namely systolic pressure and diastolic pressure in mmHg. Normal blood pressure is stated when systolic <120 mmHg, diastolic, <80 mmHg. While blood pressure with systolic 120-139, diastolic 80-89 mmHg categorized as prehypertension, systolic blood pressure 140-159, diastolic 90-99 categorized as hypertension. This research is a descriptive analytic study with a cross sectional approach. The research subjects were 100 women of childbearing age living in Rengas Pulau Village, Medan Marelan Subdistrict, Medan City who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Waist circumference with systolic blood pressure has a significant correlation coefficient of 0.350 (p = 0.00). Waist circumference size with diastolic blood pressure has a significant correlation coefficient value of 0.400 (p = 0.085). Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that there is a correlation between waist circumference size and systolic blood pressure in the direction of positive correlation with weak correlation strength while diastolic blood pressure with size Waist circumference is not correlated]]>

<![CDATA[CV Putra Mas Pratama is a moving company in the field of preparation of building construction materials having talent management in the HR and Humas departments, where the process of HR capability selection, placement (organization), and the process of development and training of prospective employees to be employed still raises problems, where HR planning processes, organization, and unmaximized supervision are carried out on HR capabilities and expertise, where there is still a SDM that is scored from the process of development of this talent management has not been up to expectations, some even do not fit its field in the organizational structure of the company, so that the process of developing the talent and capabilities of the HR cannot be done to the maximum, so it is obtained that HR that does not have the strong will to work, as well as having the motivation in completing the work according to the established time, thus leading to a decrease in motivation and work morale, which ultimately lowers the job satisfaction of employees, thus focusing on the decline in HR performance as well as the CV of Putra Mas Pratama. This study aimed to find out whether talent management processes such as HR ability selection, placement (organization), and HR development and training processes have a significant impact on the job satisfaction of CV employees of Putra Mas Pratama. The data analysis on this study used validity and reliability tests, double linear regression analysis and hypothetical tests, where the population and samples in this study were employees of the CV of Putra Mas Pratama Medan of 51 people. The results of this study state that definitively and partially the process of talent management consisting of the process of selection of HR capabilities, the process of placement of HR, and the process of development and training of HR has a significant impact on the job satisfaction of CV employees of Putra Mas Pratama Medan.]]>

<![CDATA[PT Sinar Cipta Kreasi Medan is a moving company in the field of firefighting, where the company is experiencing obstacles from some of its employees who do not have emotional intelligence (EQ), where there are still conflicts, both interdepartments within the organization and also outside the organization especially to suppliers and consumers, so it affects the organizational climate that is not very conducive in the company, thus contributing to a decrease in the performance and productivity of the company's work in providing firefighting products, thus lowering the job satisfaction of other employees. As a result this company does not always have good performance and can always complain from the supplier as well as from the customer. This study aimed to find out whether the emotional intelligence (EQ) of the employee and the organizational climate are both partially and one-sidedly and have a positive and significant impact on the employee's work satisfaction with his work at PT Sinar Cipta Kreasi Medan. The analysis of the data on this study used validity and reliability tests, double linear regression analysis and hypothetical tests, where the population in this study was an employee of PT Sinar Cipta Kreasi Medan of 250 people, whereas the method of withdrawal of samples in this study used simple random sampling calculated using the slovin formula which in the end the number of successful samples was drawn by 42 people. The results of this study state that in a superficial and partial sense of emotional intelligence (EQ) and organizational climate have a positive and significant influence on the variable in the employee's job satisfaction with his work at PT Sinar Cipta Kreasi Medan.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the learning method of tahsin and the ability to read the Qur'an as well as the effectiveness of learning tahsin on the ability to read the Qur'an of students, namely: Effective. This type of research when viewed from the object is a type of field research (field research) because the data required is obtained from the field. In analyzing the data, this research used an experimental method with a posttest only control design, namely placing the research subjects into two groups (classes) which were divided into an experimental class and a control class. To obtain the validity of the data, the researcher uses a data triangulation technique, namely a data validity checking technique that utilizes something other than the data for checking purposes or as a comparison of the data. In addition, this research was also carried out using a qualitative approach, namely a method based on scientific or scientific methods because it has fulfilled scientific principles, namely concrete/empirical, objective, measurable, rational and systematic. So to get valid data, the researcher uses in-depth interviews and observations will be analyzed through descriptive analysis, namely the data obtained, studied, classified and analyzed in depth, then concluded.]]>

<![CDATA[One of the catering businesses in Medan City is Mrs. Ria's catering business, where Mrs. Ria's catering has not been able to compete with catering throughout Medan City, because of the limited number of consumers, so the business is not so developed, where the consumers are still not as many as other caterers. where there was a decline in consumers during the period of 2017-2020, which was caused by mrs. Ria's entrepreneurial spirit which still did not appear when opening this catering business, so that there are still many foods that cannot be created properly, so that the menu served by the menu is just that and not varied, thus making the ability to develop this business is still far away. This study aims to find out how the influence of Mrs. Ria's entrepreneurial spirit and personal independence attitude on the sustainability of Mrs. Ria's Catering business. The total population in this study amounted to 60 businessmen in the east field, where the sample-taking technique used a saturated sample technique with a sample of 60 businessmen. The results of the study can be concluded that simultaneously the variables of mrs. Ria's entrepreneurial spirit and personal self-esteem have a significant effect on the success of Mrs. Ria's catering business. Meanwhile, partially, only the variable of Mrs. Ria's entrepreneurial spirit is dependent on the variable of the success of Mrs. Ria's catering business.]]>
