PT Bina Rahmad Madani is a moving company in the field of CPO production and management, where the company is still not maximal in managing its cash flow reporting, so the cash management has not been so maximal in increasing the number of liquidity that the company is targeting, where the cash current report over the 2021 period has experienced greater cash production, when compared to previous years, so it affects the company's cash-strapped ability to be unfavourable, as a result of which it affects the company's ability to produce liquidity to continue its operations. If in the coming year the production of this cash is getting bigger. This study aims to find out how the management of the kas currents of PT Bina Rahmad Madani Medan in 2021 can improve the existing cash management of the company. The data analysis is done using qualitative descriptive data analysis, which is using the cash current growth formula in 2020-2021, where the object of this research is the kas current report PT Bina Rahmad Madani the last 2 years of 2020-2021. TThe results of the research done through the 2020-2021 cash current growth analysis on PT Bina Rahmad Madani can be concluded that this company has not been able to manage well the cash current in the operating and funding section, thus affecting the company's autonomy, due to the limited liquidity of the company to launch the company's operations, so it can be said that the cash management in this company is still not very good..

PT Sinar Cipta Kreasi Medan is a moving company in the field of firefighting, where the company is experiencing obstacles from some of its employees who do not have emotional intelligence (EQ), where there are still conflicts, both interdepartments within the organization and also outside the organization especially to suppliers and consumers, so it affects the organizational climate that is not very conducive in the company, thus contributing to a decrease in the performance and productivity of the company's work in providing firefighting products, thus lowering the job satisfaction of other employees. As a result this company does not always have good performance and can always complain from the supplier as well as from the customer. This study aimed to find out whether the emotional intelligence (EQ) of the employee and the organizational climate are both partially and one-sidedly and have a positive and significant impact on the employee's work satisfaction with his work at PT Sinar Cipta Kreasi Medan. The analysis of the data on this study used validity and reliability tests, double linear regression analysis and hypothetical tests, where the population in this study was an employee of PT Sinar Cipta Kreasi Medan of 250 people, whereas the method of withdrawal of samples in this study used simple random sampling calculated using the slovin formula which in the end the number of successful samples was drawn by 42 people. The results of this study state that in a superficial and partial sense of emotional intelligence (EQ) and organizational climate have a positive and significant influence on the variable in the employee's job satisfaction with his work at PT Sinar Cipta Kreasi Medan.

Dewasa ini perkembangan internet semakin pesat dan merambah ke beberapa bidang, tidak terkecuali bidang pendidikan. Media pembelajaran juga ikut berkembang dan memunculkan Jejaring Sosial Pembelajaran (Social Learning Network). Edmodo merupakan sebuah media pembelajaran secara daring yang menggabungkan beberapa fitur Learning Management System dan Social Network menjadi Social Learning Network yang khusus dibuat untuk keperluan pendidikan.Untuk memperoleh proses pembelajaran yang efektif, guru maupun murid harus memiliki media pembelajaran yang inovatif dan menarik, hal inilah yang dialami oleh SMA Swasta Rakyat Pancur Batu Deli Serdang . Guru-guru SMA Swasta Rakyat Pancur Batu Deli Serdang telah melaksanakan pelatihan peningkatan penggunaan media pembelajaran Edmodo, namun siswa-siswi masih belum menggunakan media belajar berbasis social network tersebut. Hal tersebut melatarbelakangi tim pengabdian untuk memberikan pelatihan Peserta pelatihan ini adalah 25 orang yang semuanya merupakan siswa-siswi SMA Swasta Rakyat Pancur Batu Deli Serdang. Kegiatan berlangsung selama 1 (satu ) hari dengan durasi 4 (empat ) jam. Melalui kegiatan ini, diharapkan ketrampilan dan pemahaman peserta meningkat terkait penggunaan jejaring sosial pembelajaran Edmodo.

The statement of cash flow has an important role in helping to assess the financial performance of a company. Cash flow information assists its financial statement users in obtaining the relevant information concerning the source and use of virtually the entire financial system over a given period of time. Cash flow is a concept in accounting and finance used to describe the inflow represent cash receipts while outflow relate to cash expenditure. Cash flow of a company is a crucial factor that enhances its operations. Due to the relevance of cash flows in the company’s operations and performance, companies need to develop a suitable cash flow and apply it in order to maximize shareholders values. Cash flow can be used as effective way of forecasting the company’s ability in providing profit in future. If the company has lack of cash, the company will have difficulties in conducting the business activities such as making purchasing, making investment and paying the loan. The purpose of this research is to know result of analysis of cash flow in determining the financial performance at PT Akasha Wira International, Tbk. Research design used in this research is descriptive research design with conducting financial statement analysis. Research methods which used are descriptive statistic analysis with financial ratio analysis. The conclusion of this research is that financial performance in PT Akasha Wira International Tbk isn’t good based on analysis of cash flow. There is decreasing of cash flow in year 2012-2016. It shows that there is decreasing of company’s ability in paying liabilities and generating income with using cash. The company doesn’t manage the cash flow properly with result that the company will have lack of cash in developing the business. There is increasing of liabilities in conducting business activities. The company cannot collect the account receivable quickly. The cash isn’t used properly in generating sales. There is decreasing of financial performance in year 2012-2016. It shows that there is decreasing of the company’s ability in generating income. The company cannot increase the sales significantly because there is change of customer demand and choice. The company doesn’t make innovation in developing the new product with considering the customer’s expectation.

Rumah Sakit Umum adalah suatu badan usaha jasa yang menyediakan jasa kesehatan untuk melayani pasien yang membutuhkan pelayanan di rumah sakit. Sistem informasi pencatatan merupakan sistem yang bertujuan untuk mengelola data pasien yang mendaftar untuk berobat hingga pasien tersebut keluar dari rumah sakit pada periode tertentu. Dalam hal ini rancangan sistem informasi sangatlah penting untuk mencegah terjadinya kesalahan prosedur dalam pelaksanaan pendaftaran dan pengelolaan data riwayat pasien sehingga dapat dilakukan pelayanan kesehatan secara maksimal. Pengelolaan data pasien di Rumah Sakit Umum masih bersifat manual sehingga pelayanan pasien menjadi lambat dan data riwayat pasien sering hilang atau tidak ditemukan. Oleh karena itu peneliti mempunyai tujuan untuk merancang sistem informasi pencatatan riwayat penyakit pasien. Perancangan sistem informasi pencatatan riwayat penyakit pasien di Rumah Sakit Umum, menggunakan metode STRADIS atau siklus hidup perkembangan sistem yang terdiri dari perancangan sistem, analisis sistem, rancangan sistem secara konseptual, rancangan sistem secara fungsional, dan implementasi sistem. Dengan adanya sistem ini, maka diharapkan dapat mempermudah rumah sakit dalam mencatat dan mengelola data pasien dengan cepat serta penyajian laporan dapat dilakukan setiap saat.

This research is done in CV Karisma Jaya. The company is engaged in the sale of motorcycles. The company is located in Riau and has its headquarters in Medan, Indonesia. The purpose of this research is knowing and analyzing the system of credited input tax and not creditable input tax made by CV Karisma Jaya This research is in the form of qualitative research with a case study in CV Karisma Jaya, and the unit data used in this research analyzes the value added tax implemented in the company with creditable and non-creditable systems using the value added tax SPT report period of 2021 from CV Karisma Jaya. The data that is collected is secondary data. The results showed that the 2021 input tax reported by CV Karisma Jaya was 3,120,662,095 and after checking the 2021 input tax that should have been reported by CV Karisma Jaya was 3,087,059,273. So that there was an underpayment of 33,602,822 that had to be paid by CV Karisma Jaya in 2021.

The purpose of this research is to analyze the impact of organizational culture toward competitiveness at PT. Goenta Jaya Medan, the data is obtained through interview and questionnaire. There are 32 respondents from the company which only work in the office and supervisor only in company. Whereby the data analysis using descriptive statistic (mean, median, mode), validity, reliability, coefficient of correlation, regression analysis and hypothesis test. The result from the data is all valid, reliable and normal. so the data can be used for further analyze. There has a significant impact the organizational culture toward organizational competitiveness, where Ha accepted and Ha rejected Zcount = 4.776> Ztable = 1,96. Determination (r2) = 85.6% prove that organizational culture impact 85.6% toward organization competitiveness. The writer intends to give some recommendations which are outbound, happy weekend, monthly meeting and open-minded discussion, switching work day and give appreciation and recognition.

The writer’s purpose of making this research is to compare PT. Unitex Tbk and PT. Sunson Textile Manufacturer Tbk of which company performs better during the tight competition of textile industries since the ASEAN-China Free Trade Agreement is signed in 2010. The object of this research is PT. Unitex Tbk and PT. Sunson Textile Manufacturer Tbk which are focusing on producing textile products such as yarn, fabric and other textile products. The objective of this research is to see the role of financial ratio analysis of both companies. The writer collects the data by using internet.After analyzing the data of both companies, the writer found out that both companies had a low perfomance during year 2018-2022. But, by comparing at this financial condition and performance on both companies, therefore, the writer can conclude that PT. Sunson Textile Manufacturer Tbk has a better financial performance.

This research explains a conceptual model that elucidates the factors that influence the impact of product quality at PT. Pentaco Makmur Medan and how this information can be effectively used for business development and sustainability. This study is a review that identifies sales as the dependent variable, through a systematic review of online literature sources. Three independent variables were then identified viz. product features, service value chain and consumer behaviour. The research objectives and research questions were defined to assess the influence of the independent variables on customer satisfaction. It was identified that critical product features identified and shared during early stages of product development influences customer satisfaction by reducing product failures. Furthermore, customer satisfaction mediates improved service value leading to loyalty and finally, consumer behaviour in sharing experiences extends the product's life and influences customer satisfaction
