<![CDATA[TobaRegency is the most known is the distribution of spices, vegetables to fruits. However, currently in TobaRegency, there are people who open ulos woven fabric businesses, where during the period 2018-2021 there was a decrease in the number of Ulos woven fabric business entrepreneurs in Toba Regency. This decline is due to the lack of experience in doing business from some of these Ulos woven cloth entrepreneurs, where some of these entrepreneurs do not have a strong understanding of obstacles and challenges, as well as the weaknesses and strengths of the business they are engaged in, where the business they run is still traditional and still uses the ancient buying and selling system, so that with the change in the business system, it is not ready and because many entrepreneurs are inexperienced, the behavior and attitude shown in dealing with problems are still not appropriate, so the characteristics of the business have not been able to make consumers interested in the Ulos cloth business, so that the demand for Ulos cloth is only limited when consumers organize traditional events, even though this Ulos woven cloth can be marketed in conjunction with the introduction of Tourism in TobaRegency, so it can be said that the success rate of the Ulos woven cloth business by some entrepreneurs in Toba Regency is only 20% of which the rest are trying to face challenges and want to survive to find income for the needs of life. This study aims to find out how the influence of the business experience of Ulos woven cloth entrepreneurs in Toba Regency, the entrepreneurial behavior of Ulos woven fabric entrepreneurs in Toba Regency and the entrepreneurial characteristics of Ulos woven fabric entrepreneurs in Toba Regency have a positive and significant effect on the success of the Ulos woven fabric business in Toba regency. The total population in this study is 167 Ulos woven cloth business entrepreneurs in Toba Regency, where the sampling technique uses saturated techniques with a total sample of 167 Ulos woven cloth entrepreneurs in Toba Regency. The results of the study can be concluded that simultaneously and partially the variables of business experience of Ulos woven cloth entrepreneurs in Toba Regency, the entrepreneurial behavior of Ulos woven cloth entrepreneurs in Toba Regency and the entrepreneurial characteristics of Ulos woven fabric entrepreneurs in Toba Regency have a positive and significant influence on the variable success of the Ulos woven fabric business in Toba Regency]]>

<![CDATA[Indonesian commerce firms are reporting a high rate of online sales as consumers engage in social media amidst the Covid-19 outbreak, with the government looking at a thriving sector as one way to address the tax cuts caused by the global recession. Compared with neighbouring countries Malaysia and Singapore, the Indonesian government has been reluctant to adopt strict segregation procedures due to fears of economic and social impact. The closure was announced in an effort to curb the spread of coronavirus, with Indonesia reporting 5136 cases and 469 deaths. The most populous capital is considered to be the epicentre of an outbreak in Indonesia, accounting for 50% of all cases. Charges Prior to the announcement of the partial closure, many large companies in Jakarta were already implementing local employment policies following requests from national and local governments. In addition, some shopping malls, retailers, and restaurants have taken joint decisions to reduce business hours, switch to online activity, or stop trading altogether. Since the first half of 2020, the Indonesian tourism industry has lost about $ 85 billion in tourism revenue. Apart from this, the hotel and restaurant industry estimates Indonesia's nearly 70 trillion losses. The COVID-19 epidemic has had a devastating effect on the tourism industry, as international travel has been suspended to curb the spread of the virus.]]>

<![CDATA[The development of increasingly sophisticated information technology allows consumers to absorb information about a product or service more easily. Consumers are increasingly selective in choosing products to use or consume at this time so that consumers will give positive responses to products. The purpose of this study is to find out how the influence of community participation, the use of Information Technology and Organizational Commitment has an effect on Impulsive Purchases at Medan Mall. This research was conducted in the city of Medan with multiple linear regression data analysis techniques using the Statistical Package of Social Science (SPSS) version 22.0 for Windows. Determination of the number of samples through non-probability sampling techniques, especially purposive sampling, as many as 150 respondents. It was found that the community participation variable, the use of Information Technology, had a positive and significant effect on impulse buying at Medan Mall and the organizational commitment variable had a positive and significant effect on impulsive buying at Medan Mall.]]>

<![CDATA[This article describes the implementation of the School Field Introduction (PLP) program for Chemistry Education students at the Islamic University of Kalimantan, MAB Banjarmasin. This study aims to describe the implementation of PLP in the limited face-to-face learning period (limited PTM) using descriptive qualitative methods using PLP student respondents. Sources of data in the form of observations, documentation, and interviews. Reliability using extended observations and triangulation. This program is carried out for 2 months starting from October to November 2021. This program is carried out right when limited face-to-face learning (limited PTM) is implemented in a high school in South Kalimantan. During those 2 months, there was a change in the duration of learning from 1 hour meeting (JP) for 22.5 minutes, changing to 45 minutes. During the learning activities carried out simultaneously both online and face-to-face in class. Although the PLP guide was made for normal conditions, the competencies and mastery expected in this activity were well achieved.]]>

<![CDATA[Adolescents are assets of every country, especially young women. Essentially the future of a nation is in the women hands. Women play a crucial role in giving birth and educating the next generation. Adolescence is a phase of life before women enter adulthood and are ready to birth in the future. Anemia has short- and long-term effects for young women. The early detection of anemia in teenagers is needed, so the adverse effects of anemia can prevent. The anemia prevalence of Indonesian adolescents increased 14% for five years. The population-based anemia data was limited. Teenagers are unique individuals; they want special handling as well. The youth forums to accommodate their various problems or aspirations are necessary. The Indonesian government established youth integrated health service post (YIHSP) to facilitate youth in the health sector. We aimed to determine the population-based prevalence of anemia. It was a cross-sectional study conducted in October 2021 at Yogyakarta, Indonesia, population was 83 female teenagers. Participants' height and weight were measured using a stadiometer and digital weighing scale, the capillary blood from the third finger was used to measure hemoglobin. There were 72% participants enrolled in this screening, 22% were anemic, 39% had normal nutritional status.]]>

These financial problems will also be closely related to the level of poverty in an area. Financial problems are closely related to financial management where it is hoped that good financial management will have an impact on the economic stability of each individual to overcome poverty for him. The development of the times and current technology actually has a positive impact on people's attitudes and behavior in managing their finances. The public will easily get financial management information through financial literacy. The purpose of this research was conducted to find out whether financial literacy influences the financial behavior of students of the Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics, and University of Nias. The researcher had 47 student respondents by taking the subject, namely 15% (Arikunto) of the total population of 314 class 2020 students in the Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics, and University of Nias.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to examine the disclosure of information carried out by the Hambawa Village Government, North Gunungsitoli District, Gunungsitoli City in increasing community participation in Hambawa Village. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The object of this research was carried out at the Hambawa Village Government Office, North Gunungsitoli District, Gunungsitoli City, namely from October to November 2022. The informants who were the sources in this study were information disclosure in increasing community participation in Hambawa village including: Village Heads, Village Apparatus and community leaders. Sources of data in this study are primary data and secondary data. Information disclosure in increasing community participation in Hambawa Village, North Gunungsitoli District, Gunungsitoli City is considered good. This is evidenced by the increasing participation of the community in involving themselves in the implementation of Village Government activities. Information disclosure in Hambawa Village, North Gunungsitoli District, Gunungsitoli City is considered to have been carried out in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the effect of human resource competence on employee performance. The competence of an employee is certainly related to the performance of the employee himself. One of the factors that have an influence on employee performance in KP2KP is the competence of human resources. The research method used is quantitative with a survey method to determine the effect of the variable of human resource competence with the variable of performance on employees. The population in this study were employees of KP2KP Gunungsitoli. Regression test using SPSS 22 is used for hypothesis testing. The results of the study show that there is a significant influence between human resource competence and employee performance, this is evidenced by the positive regression coefficient of human resource competence of 9.218. In the t test, the value of t arithmetic > t table (9.218 > 0.691), meaning that partially there is a significant influence between human resource competence on employee performance at KP2KP Gunungsitoli. evidenced by the results of correlation analysis obtained R of 0.931, which indicates that there is a strong relationship between human resource competence and employee performance, namely rcount = 0.931 and rtable = 0.514, where obtained 0.931> 0.514.]]>
