In the automotive field there are several ways to improve motorcycle performance. One of them can be done through fuel system optimization as outlined in this article. Optimization in this case is to add a non-inverting amplifiers circuit. Based on the results of the study, obtained the maximum average power data when using a non-inverting amplifier is 17.1 HP at 10885 RPM engine speed. Data before using a non-inverting amplifier is only 14.13 HP with 10167 RPM. Power increases by an average of 2.97HP (21.02%). The highest torque when using a non-inverting amplifier is 11.55 N.m. at 7970 RPM engine speed. When not using a non-inverting amplifier, torque is 10.46 N.m at 8112 RPM engine speed. Torque increases at an average of 1.09 N.m (10.42%).

An air ionizer device can produce negative ion which ionizes the air, can be used for engine air induction system for improving the quality of fuel mixture that increase the engine output of power & torque. Test is done by using a dynamometer by comparing power & torque with installed air ionizer active and inactive. Data analysis technique using descriptive analysis of formula ttest with 5% of significant level. The t test results showed a significant increase in maximum power under active air ionizer conditions (tcount 5,128> ttable 4,303) with a significant level of 5%, increase 0.8 HP or 11.7% of inactive air ionizer with a value 7.2 HP to 8.0 HP. Meanwhile, the maximum torque shows an insignificant increase (tcount = 0.929 <ttable = 4,303) with a significant level of 5%, increase 0.5 Nm or 6.9% of inactive air ionizer with a value of 7.24 Nm to 7, 74 Nm.

In an effort to improve motorcycle performance is done in various ways, one of which fuel warming through upper radiator tank with copper pipe. Before the fuel is mixed with air. Fuel can evaporate and betekanan, so as to accelerate and multiply income mixing fuel and air in the carburetor in hopes of improving engine performance. The test results of heating fuel towards the torque and power of motorcycles 110 cc Honda Vario using dyno test. Indicates that, the fuel warming influence on the torque and power of motorcycles in four steps. The average torque at 6500 rpm engine rounds without a heater of 6.72 Nm with an average torque at 6500 rpm engine using fuel warming through upper radiator tank with copper pipe of 7.07 Nm. With the increased torque of 0.35 Nm or 4.95%. While the average Power without the heater on the engine rpm of 8000 rounds 6.3 HP with average power use of heating fuel through the upper radiator tank with copper pipe of 6.8 HP at 8000 rpm engine rotation. With the increased power of 0.5 or 7.35%.

Effect of the precision of smoke of diesel motor vehicles by utilizing used oil mixed with diesel fuel. The purpose of this study is to know the mix up to what percentage of used oil that can be used as fuel to the precision of diesel motor fume in accordance with the limits of regulation of the Ministry of Environment No. 05 of 2016. For testing of Smoke thickness using gauge opacity smokemeter, used is used oil 5% mixed with solar 95%, used oil 10% mixed diesel 90%, used oil 15% mixed with diesel 85%, used oil 20% mixed 80% solar, used oil 40% mixed diesel 60%, oil used 60% mixed 40% solar, 80% used oil mixed with 20% diesel, and 100% used oil. at acceleration engine speed Acceleration is done three times on each sample and then compare for each samples tested. From result of research can be concluded that semekin big percentage of mixing of used oil hence influence to smoke thickness in Isuzu Panther diesel motor. The used oil mixture of 5% to 40% of the resulting smoke thickness is still within the threshold of the exhaust emissions in accordance with Regulation of the Ministry of Environment No. 5 of 2006 which is smoke thickness below 70%.

Low hydrogen electrode known as lime type, due lime ferritic or lime flourspar countain. This electrode produce low hydrogen weld metal, which can dissolve weld metal from embrittlement and or cracking, the coating developed to contain low amount of moisture so storage handling should be carefully, unused electrode must rebaked at temperatures between 260-425ºC for 2-6 hours. This research purpose to know imfluence of toughness welding result by using baked low hydrogen electrode on low carbon steel. This research using experimental method, 12 speciment divided into 4 groups specimen, specimen A welded by using electrode without baking process, specimen B welded by using baked electrode at 260ºC, specimen C welded by using baked electrode at 343ºC and spesimen D welded by using baked electrode at 435ºC. After the test obtained the average potential energy amount 65,8107 Nm and average impact amont 0,81539x106 N/m from spesimen A, spesimen B obtain average potential energy amount 81,9396 Nm and average impact amount 1,00251x106 N/m, spesimen C obtain average potential energy amount 126,3913 Nm and average impact amount 1,56703x106 N/m, and spesimen D obtain average potential energy amount 92,5795 Nm and average impact amount 1,13445x106 N/m. The most tough specimen in C group, with average potential energy amount 126,3913 Nm and average impact amount 1,56703x106 N/m.

The purpose of this research is to see the effect of slope of incision angle chisel through Tool Post to roughness of surface of object. The method used is a lathe ST 37, with 0.5 mm cutting depth, with side angle cutting angle by tilting the Post Tool, ie: 10˚ tilted to the left, 10˚ tilted right, 0˚ (perpendicular), 5˚ tilted right, and 5˚ tilted left. Feeding (constant feeding) is: 0.281 mm / rotation, main cutting corner of chisel 80˚ and cutting speed = 740 rpm. Then the workpiece measured the surface roughness by using Surface Tester Mitutoyo SJ-201P. The result showed that, the smallest surface roughness rate achieved was (ΣRap) = 7, 42 μm with N9 surface roughness class with the Post Tool angle 5 ° to the left. While the largest surface roughness rate achieved is (ΣRap) = 13, 76 μm with the surface roughness class N11 with the tool angle post 10 ° to the right. The value of the roughness level achieved is between N9 - N11.

In the recent years, technology make everything to do easier. Home automation is the system otomatization for smart home. This project aims to design an automatic system tool for smart home using arduino mega 2560 as a central controller, easyVR as sound processor, driver relay and power supply. After testing, the result of this project shows a design which able to control electronics at home using audio censor. The result shows that overall function is quite well and need about 2 seconds for activated load.

Industries have implemented automation technology to increase their productivity. One machine that applies automation technology is the handling station. This machine is useful for moving parts or components in the industry. For the performance of this machine to be monitored directly, we need a system that can control and monitor the work process of this tool. This article is an explanation of the results of the study aimed at designing the HMI handling station automation system using a PLC as its controller, HMI as a media for operation and monitoring of machines, magnetic sensors, inductive sensors and pressure sensors to detect machine conditions. Research conducted using quantitative methods. After testing, the system can be monitored and controlled through HMI, besides that data recording carried out with a data logger can also record the system work process directly when the system is run.

The increasing number of vehicles has resulted in an increase in air pollution. Innovations were made to improve engine performance and reduce levels of exhaust emissions. This research was conducted on several types of racing coil and iridium spark plugs which will be examined for their ability to reduce levels of exhaust emissions. Several types of racing coil and spark plug racing (iridium) are mounted on a gasoline motor and then tested and compared the exhaust emissions. The gasoline engine used is the Honda Supra X 125 motorcycle, the results of the study indicate the Blue Thunder coil and NGK Iridium are able to improve engine performance and reduce levels of exhaust emissions.

Automotive technology is growing very rapidly. one of the conventional fuel intake systems to the injection system. where is the fuel intake by the ECU based on engine conditions detected by electronic sensors. The injection will work optimally if the injector that is working is not blocked or has problems, the injector determines the smoothness of the injection system. If the injector's performance is less than optimal, the injection system is not optimal and the engine performance is disrupted. To maintain the injector before working optimally, routine cleaning of the injector is carried out, the problem is the scarcity of the injector test equipment encountered in the field because of the high cost of the equipment, therefore the researchers innovated the design of the injector test equipment using EFI fuel system capable of handling problematic injector problems and the scarcity of this tool in the field.
