Abstract

Purpose of this study is to determine and describe whether the students have implanted Citizenship Education in the values of nationalism in the Surabaya College of Health Sciences. The research method used is a qualitative method (research and problem) which consists of several questions, namely: 1. Student interest in civics courses, 2. Assessment of whether students have applied the value of nationalism to the Surabaya College of Health Sciences. 3. Knowledge whether or not students understand the meaning of nationalism. This research is aimed at several students of the Surabaya College of Health Sciences in semester 1, semester 3, and semester 5. The results obtained are only 38% of students who have applied and instilled the values of nationalism in the Surabaya College of Health Sciences.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah; (1) Untuk mendeskripsikan Impelementasi Kebijakan Kartu Indonesia Pintar di Kabupaten Minahasa Tenggara; (2) Untuk mendeskripsikan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi Implementasi Kebijakan Kartu Indonesia Pintar di Kabupaten Minahasa Tenggara. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif yang digunakan untuk meneliti pada kondisi objek ilmiah, sebagai lawannya adalah eksperimen, dimana peneliti adalah instrumen kunci, pengumpulan data dilakukan secara tringgulasi (gabungan), analisis data bersifat induktif, dan hasil penelitian lebih menekankan makna dari pada generalisasi. Penelitian ini bertempat di Kabupaten Minahasa Utara. Adapun hasil dari penelitain ini adalah: (1) Tahapan implementasi kebijakan Kartu Indonesia Pintar belum disosialisasikan kepada sasaran karena belum tersedia dana; (2) Implementasi Kebijkan Kartu Indonesia Pintar di Kabupaten Minahasa Tenggara dalam hal kevalidtan data siswa tidak tidak ada koordinasi antara pemerintah daerah dan pusat maupun agen pelaksana; (3) Penyaluran dana belum berjalan secara efektif di karenakan keterlambatan karena sasaran tidak membawa persyaratan pencairan dana dan (4) Bentuk pelaporan dana hanya lisan untuk sanksi pelanggaran penggunan dana belum dijalankan.Kata kunci: Pengelolaan, KIP, Kebijakan, Minahasa Utara Implementation of Smart Indonesian Cards in Southeast Minahasa District. The aim of this research is; (1) To describe the implementation of the Indonesia Smart Card Policy in Southeast Minahasa Regency; (2) To describe the factors that influence the implementation of the Indonesia Smart Card Policy in Southeast Minahasa District. This research uses qualitative methods used to examine the conditions of scientific objects, as opposed to experiments, in which the researcher is the key instrument, data collection is done by triangulation (combined), data analysis is inductive, and the results of the study emphasize meaning rather than generalization. This research took place in North Minahasa Regency. The results of this research are: (1) The stages of implementing the Smart Indonesia Card policy have not been socialized to the target audience because funds are not yet available; (2) The implementation of the Indonesia Smart Card Policy in Southeast Minahasa District, in terms of the validity of student data, there is no coordination between the regional and central governments and implementing agencies; (3) Fund distribution has not been effective due to delays because the target does not carry the requirements for disbursement of funds and (4) The form of reporting of funds is only oral for sanctions for violations of the use of funds has not been implemented.Keywords: Management, KIP, Policy, North Minahasa

Abstract

Gender relations on inter-ethnic marriage (Minangkabau Women's Case Study). Inter-ethnic marriage in Indonesia is a strategy in strengthening the integration of the nation in the modern era. Minangkabau as one of the big ethnicities is included on thissocial facts. One of the driving factors is merantau tradition. The culture of merantau allows Minangkabau people then interacts with various ethnicities and nations. Meanwhile, women in Minangkabau have a special role because they adhere to the matrilineal kinship system. They can carry out marriage with ethnicity and other tribes outside Minangkabau and maintain their traces at the same time. This cultural factor strengthens marriage patterns and affects the family formation process. The attitude of women in inter-ethnic marriage relations also plays a role in solving problems in the family. This paper discusses how Minangkabau women's strategy in inter-ethnic marriage relations in Indonesia? What factors affect Minangkabau women in choosing a partner who comes from outside the tribe? The research method used is qualitative by using the framework of the theory of feminism on the freedom and separation of the realm of Public and Private. Research uses Minangkabau women's samples who carry out marriage with the Batak, Java and Sundanese tribes that have been going on for more than ten years. The results of the study found that Minangkabau women could play an active and independent role in inter-ethnic marriage bonds. This attitude is in line with the views of feminism who emphasize freedom in choosing and acting, and the absence of separation between public and private spaces.

Abstract

Masalah dalam penelitian ini dirumuskan sebagai berikut: “bagaimana hubungan kedisiplinan siswa terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas VIII pada mata pelajaran PKn di SMP Negeri 1 Kabangka Kabupaten Muna”? Tujuan penelitian ini adalah “untuk mengetahui hubungan kedisiplinan siswa terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas VIII pada mata pelajaran PKn di SMP Negeri 1 Kabangka Kabupaten Muna”. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis regresi. Kesimpulan hasil penelitian adalah sebagai berikut: (1) Kedisiplinan siswa memiliki hubungan yang sangat kuat yakni sebesar 0,89 dengan hasil belajar siswa kelas VIII pada mata pelajaran PKn di SMP Negeri 1 Kabangka Kabupaten Muna; (2) Sumbangan atau kontribusi variabel X (kedisiplinan siswa) terhadap variabel Y (hasil belajar siswa kelas VIII pada mata pelajaran PKn di SMP Negeri 1 Kabangka Kabupaten Muna) adalah sebesar 79,21% dan sisanya 20,79% ditentukan oleh variabel lain di luar masalah penelitian; (3) Hasil analisis regresi menggambarkan bahwa persamaan regresi antara variabel X (kedisiplinan siswa) dan variabel Y (hasil belajar siswa kelas VIII pada mata pelajaran PKn di SMP Negeri 1 Kabangka Kabupaten Muna) sebagai berikut: = a + bX = 11,86 + 1,10 X; (4) Hasil analisis regresi antara variabel kedisiplinan siswa dengan hasil belajar siswa di SMP Negeri 1 Kabangka Kabupaten Muna diperoleh nilai Fhitung sebesar 102,2181, dengan taraf kepercayaan α = 0.05 dengan dk pembilang 1 dan dk penyebut 28, sehingga diperoleh Ftabel senilai 4,20. Jadi F hitung > F tabel atau F hitung = 102,2181 > F tabel = 4,20. Sesuai dengan kriteria pengujian jika F hitung > F tabel maka H0 ditolak yang berarti terima HA; dan (5) Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan kedisiplinan siswa terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas VIII pada mata pelajaran PKn di SMP Negeri 1 Kabangka Kabupaten Muna.Kata kunci: Kedisiplinan Siswa, Hasil Belajar, Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan The relationship between student discipline and student learning outcomes in class VIII in Civics subjects at SMP Negeri 1 Kabangka Muna Regency. The problem in this study is formulated as follows: "how is the relationship between student discipline and learning outcomes of class VIII students in Civics subjects at SMP Negeri 1 Kabangka Muna Regency"? The purpose of this study was "to determine the relationship between student discipline and learning outcomes of class VIII students in Civics subjects at SMP Negeri 1 Kabangka Muna Regency". The research method used is quantitative research methods with regression analysis techniques. The conclusions of the research results are as follows: (1) Student discipline has a very strong relationship, namely 0.89 with the learning outcomes of class VIII students in Civics subjects at SMP Negeri 1 Kabangka Muna Regency; (2) The contribution or contribution of variable X (student discipline) to variable Y (class VIII student learning outcomes in Civics subjects at SMP Negeri 1 Kabangka Muna Regency) is 79.21% and the remaining 20.79% is determined by other variables in outside the research problem; (3) The results of the regression analysis illustrate that the regression equation between variable X (student discipline) and variable Y (student learning outcomes of class VIII on Civics at SMP Negeri 1 Kabangka Muna Regency) is as follows: (Y) ̂ = a + bX = 11.86 + 1.10 X; (4) The results of the regression analysis between student discipline variables and student learning outcomes at SMP Negeri 1 Kabangka Muna Regency obtained a value of Fcount of 102.2181, with a confidence level of α = 0.05 with dk numerator 1 and dk denominator 28, in order to obtain Ftable worth 4, 20. So F count> F table or F count = 102.2181> F table = 4.20. In accordance with the test criteria, if F count> F table then H0 is rejected, which means HA accepted; and (5) There is a significant relationship between student discipline and learning outcomes of class VIII students in Civics subjects at SMP Negeri 1 Kabangka Muna Regency. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to empower social service as a mental education for the care of the Indonesian people during the Covid-19 pandemic. With the existence of this research data it can be used as a community service program and also a benchmark for society, especially in Indonesia, the community can empower social service during the current Covid-19 Pandemic and also this outbreak provides lessons to all people, especially the Indonesian people to open a spirit of concern. in society in order to face this covid-19 pandemic. At this time social service is still very seriously implemented. Therefore, it can be seen that when this outbreak entered the country of Indonesia from 2020 until now, the implementation of social service is very rampant by the government, organizations, associations, and others. At the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic, the religious organization of the Al-Ikhlas Deltasari Mosque helped people who are well off to practice some of their assets to local residents so that they do not become haram assets and can be useful for residents who are more in need. There are several dozens of basic food packages that have been collected and ready to be distributed to residents around the Al-Ikhlas Deltasari Indah Mosque. This activity is carried out regularly every week, especially on Friday. This social service is not only in the form of basic necessities but also in the form of packaged rice, money and so on. The results obtained from the above social service activities are to help welfare, strengthen relationship with the surrounding community, foster a caring attitude among others, foster social sensitivity and provide happiness which are very important to carry out charity and social service activities, especially for less fortunate citizens. It is hoped that other communities can be inspired and raise awareness by holding similar activities. The method used in this community service program is to distribute packaged rice.

Abstract

The decision of the Constitutional Court is a final and binding legal decision that can be used as a source of material for the content of Civics, especially in the scope of the 1945 Constitution material. The method used is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques used interviews with PPKn SMP Wonogiri teacher informants and experts in the field of law, document analysis of the PPKN SMP textbooks, and the 2013 Civics Education curriculum, supported by Focus Group Discussion. The results showed that teachers had difficulty in developing the material for the 1945 Constitution based on the decisions of the Constitutional Court. The material for the 1945 Constitution of the Junior High School level Civics is still simple and does not require many sources of material and difficult material such as the decision of the Constitutional Court. The development of materials based on the decisions of the Constitutional Court can be carried out by encountering cases or constitutional problems in the administration of the state that is not contained in other sources of material and limiting the decisions of the Constitutional Court related to constitutional issues, elections, political parties. Teachers can start the introduction material and use the decisions of the Constitutional Court as learning materials with high thinking skills. Therefore, the development of material for the 1945 Constitution based on the decision of the Constitutional Court in the Civics Education subject in junior high schools can be developed according to the stages of thinking of the students.

Abstract

Pancasila is one of the important things for the life of the Indonesian nation. Pancasila is used as the basis of the state, Pancasila is also the ideology of the state. besides that, Pancasila is also a way of life for the Indonesian nation. With the rapid development of technology, the acceleration of globalization is the same. This article will describe the implementation of Pancasila values that must be applied so that the values of Pancasila remain strong, it is necessary to strengthen the values of Pancasila to the next generation of the nation, especially for students from elementary school to tertiary level. This can be pursued by learning about citizenship and also Pancasila. This article was created to keep Pancasila as a guideline in everyday life so as to make people who believe and fear one God, have a noble character, are independent, are democratically responsible, and become citizens who uphold the values of Pancasila. This article is made with a qualitative method of collecting data through literature review with sources from various data, which contain studies on the implementation of Pancasila values in the era of globalization, such as in books, articles and journals.

Abstract

This research was conducted to provide argumentative information that Citizenship Education is able to collaborate with the independent campus policy, so that it has a positive impact on efforts to manage the nation's demographic bonus, through the development of the Citizenship Education Law on an independent campus, which leads to scientific efforts to optimize citizenship competencies and provide quality services for students. , in order to be a strategic step in realizing Indonesian civil society. This research was carried out through a qualitative approach with a literature study method, of course the data analysis in this study focused on: data reduction, data display and drawing conclusions. The results of the study are: 1) Citizenship Education curriculum development in an independent campus is a scientific effort in optimizing student citizenship competencies, namely: civic knowledge, civic skills and civic disposition, as social capital to realize civilized citizens (civic virtue), in the context of quality services. for students, of course based on the Among Ki Hajar Dewantara system, because it focuses on practical education that guides and serves, so that students develop optimally, 2) Citizenship Education curriculum development in an independent campus uses the Tyler model, because it focuses on curriculum orientation, so that the implementation and evaluation of the curriculum can be returned to each institution. Because the substance of the Citizenship Education curriculum development in an independent campus does not limit the innovation and learning characteristics of Citizenship Education at each institution, but becomes a national indicator, so that there is harmonization of the management of the demographic bonus.

Abstract

Kemajemukan Indonesia sebagai sebuah bangsa memerlukan nilai yang mengikat bagi masyarakatnya. Akumulasi dari nilai tersebut tentu membutuhkan peran akal dalam merumuskannya. Optimalisasi peran akal tersebut terakomodir dalam ilmu matematika. Di sisi lain, sebagai kitab suci agama yang mendominasi di Nusantara, universalitas al-Qur’an digaransi mampu mengafirmasi eksistensi pancasila. Berangkat dari hal tersebut, penting mengkaji relevansi antara al-Qur’an, matematika dan pancasila. Kajian ini menggunakan paradigma kepustakaan dengan mengandalkan berbagai literatur yang dianggap relevan dengan tajuk pembahasan. Analisis data menggunakan pendekatan integratif dan analisis isi difungsikan untuk membaca makna yang substantif. Berdasarkan kajian yang telah dilakukan, keterpaduan antar ketiganya terlihat dalam: Pertama, peran matematika sebagai ratu pengetahuan yang menjadikan logika sebagai dasar operasionalnya. Hal inilah yang melandasi lahirnya pancasila dalam konteks multikulturalnya bangsa Indonesia. Term ini dapat ditadabburi misalnya dalam QS 30: 21, QS 2: 219, dan QS 35: 37. Kedua, peran matematika sebagai pelayan ilmu pengetahuan yang lain. Dalam konteks ini matematika berperan sebagai media yang mengorganisasikan sila-sila yang pada awalnya memiliki asas, fungsi, dan tujuan sendiri, sehingga menjadi satu kesatuan kolektif yang terefleksi dalam simbol ‘pancasila’ yang bersistem hierarkis-piramidal. Hal ini dapat ditadabburi misalnya dalam QS 61: 4, QS 4: 4, dan QS 67: 3.
