Abstract

Kota Pekanbaru merupakan salah satu kota yang termasuk dalam tingkat pertumbuhan ekonomi yang tinggi. Hal tersebut dapat menciptakan peluang untuk mendirikan berbagai macam usaha guna memenuhi kebutuhan dari masyarakat kota Pekanbaru. Salah satu bisnis yang berkembang dengan pesat di kota Pekanbaru adalah bisnis kuliner dengan tingkat persaingan yang tinggi. Agar dapat bersaing, maka pengusaha memerlukan jenis usaha kuliner yang berbeda. Salah satu jenis usaha yang cukup menjanjikan adalah Steak Cafe. Steak Cafe adalah salah satu bentuk usaha di bidang kuliner yang menyajikan makanan utama berupa steak. Dalam penelitian ini, dilakukan analisis kelayakan usaha, terhadap aspek pasar, aspek teknis, aspek legal dan lingkungan, aspek sumber daya manusia, dan aspek finansial, dimana kelima aspek tersebut dapat dikatakan layak. Dengan target pasar sebesar 11%, Payback Period (PP) selama 4 bulan 3 hari, Net Present Value (NPV) sebesar Rp 1.775.332.187,- dan Interest Rate of Return (IRR) sebesar 21,67% maka usaha Steak Cafe layak didirikan. Kata kunci: Steak Cafe, analisis kelayakan usaha, Payback Period, Net Present Value, Interest Rate of Return. ABSTRACT Pekanbaru city is one of the cities included in the high economic growth rate. It can create opportunities to establish various businesses to meet the needs of urban communities Pekanbaru. One business that is growing rapidly in the town of Pekanbaru is the culinary business with a high level of competition. To be able to compete, then the businessman requires a different kind of culinary business.One type of business that is promising is Steak Cafe.Steak Cafe is one form of business in the culinary field that serves main meals such as steak.This final project includes research on the feasibility studysteak cafe.In a feasibility study, needs analysis aspects of the market, technical, legal and environmental aspects, aspects of human resources, and financial aspects, where the fifth aspect can be said to be worth.With a target market of 11%, Payback Period (PP) for 4 months and 3 days, the Net Present Value (NPV) of Rp 1,775,332,187,- and Interest Rate of Return (IRR) of 21.67%, the effort Steak Cafe worthy established. Abstract

The curriculum in Islamic education is known as the manhaj or "path" of the educational process in an institutional system. The qualitative research used in this study intends to find out and describe in detail the implementation of the Islamic religious education curriculum (PAI) in Muhammadiyah 3 Padang Sidempuan elementary school which includes how to plan the PAI curriculum at SD Muhammadiyah 3 Padang Sidempuan, how the PAI curriculum is implemented at SD Muhammadiyah 3 Padang Sidempuan and how to evaluate the PAI curriculum at SD Muhammadiyah 3 Padang Sidempuan. The results of this study (1) Planning the PAI Curriculum at SD Muhammadiyah 3 Padang Sidempuan, stated that SD Muhammadiyah 3 Padang Sidempuan held work meetings for PAI curriculum planning and organized technical guidance which aimed to create elaboration of educators in various fields. (2) The implementation of the PAI curriculum at SD Muhammadiyah 3 Padang Sidempuan has so far implemented the PAI curriculum in accordance with the stages that must be taken in the learning process using the development of the 2013 curriculum. (3) Evaluation of the PAI curriculum at SD Muhammadiyah 3 Padangsidimpuan school principals carry out Quality Control and Reporting. Evaluating the obstacles faced by teachers at SD Muhammadiyah 3 Padangsidimpuan. The obstacles that occur are there are still senior teachers who have not been able to teach Islamic Education learning with technology-based media.

Abstract

Wayang klitik is one of the traditional performances that are sacred as a means of bersih sendang ceremonial which is still sustainable today in Wonosoco Village, Undaan District, Kudus Regency. The purpose of this research is to examine the form of puppets and their functions in the bersih sendang ceremony. This study uses qualitative methods with interview data collection techniques, observation and document study. The data validity technique is based on credibility criteria, using data triangulation . Analysis of data is done through data collection, data reduction , data presentation, and data verification. The results of the study, regarding the shape of the wayang klitik made of flat wood formed according to the puppet character, carved and colored with simple decorative techniques, the puppet groups can be distinguished from face color , face shape , accessories, and body position. Wayang klitik in the bersih sendang ceremony has three functions, they are a personal function, a social function and a practical physical function. Personal function as a form of expression wayang klitik maker from realize his idea, social function as a means of rituals in the bersih sendang ceremony, entertainment exciting, educational media to the public, means of communication to God and dhanyang village, and physical function wayang klitik as props/puppets that portray the characters in the story that are playing.

Abstract

Kemajemukan Indonesia sebagai sebuah bangsa memerlukan nilai yang mengikat bagi masyarakatnya. Akumulasi dari nilai tersebut tentu membutuhkan peran akal dalam merumuskannya. Optimalisasi peran akal tersebut terakomodir dalam ilmu matematika. Di sisi lain, sebagai kitab suci agama yang mendominasi di Nusantara, universalitas al-Qur’an digaransi mampu mengafirmasi eksistensi pancasila. Berangkat dari hal tersebut, penting mengkaji relevansi antara al-Qur’an, matematika dan pancasila. Kajian ini menggunakan paradigma kepustakaan dengan mengandalkan berbagai literatur yang dianggap relevan dengan tajuk pembahasan. Analisis data menggunakan pendekatan integratif dan analisis isi difungsikan untuk membaca makna yang substantif. Berdasarkan kajian yang telah dilakukan, keterpaduan antar ketiganya terlihat dalam: Pertama, peran matematika sebagai ratu pengetahuan yang menjadikan logika sebagai dasar operasionalnya. Hal inilah yang melandasi lahirnya pancasila dalam konteks multikulturalnya bangsa Indonesia. Term ini dapat ditadabburi misalnya dalam QS 30: 21, QS 2: 219, dan QS 35: 37. Kedua, peran matematika sebagai pelayan ilmu pengetahuan yang lain. Dalam konteks ini matematika berperan sebagai media yang mengorganisasikan sila-sila yang pada awalnya memiliki asas, fungsi, dan tujuan sendiri, sehingga menjadi satu kesatuan kolektif yang terefleksi dalam simbol ‘pancasila’ yang bersistem hierarkis-piramidal. Hal ini dapat ditadabburi misalnya dalam QS 61: 4, QS 4: 4, dan QS 67: 3.

Abstract

Abstract Supervisors are part of the administrative education staff that has long been regulated in Government Regulation No. 38 of 1992 concerning educational personnel. Supervisory responsibilities in the context of improving the quality of education have spread in the Ministry of Education Regulation No. 12 of 2007 and Regulation of the Minister of Religion No. 2 of 2012. The basic purpose of this study is to see how the perception of the head of Islamic Elementary School State 1 in Yogyakarta (MIN 1 Yogyakarta city) on the performance of managerial supervisors inYogyakarta which includes planning, implementation, and evaluation of managerial supervision and its influence on the performance of the principal of Islamic Elementary School State 1 in Yogyakarta. Researchers obtained data from 2 retrievals, namely empirically qualitative and discrete quantitative figures. Qualitative data were obtained from perceptions or views of research subjects. While quantitative data is obtained from the acquisition of numbers and scoring by means of the index and categorized using the Rating Scale. This method is known as the Mix method. The results of this study (1) The performance of managerial supervision in the planning of supervisory programs according to the perception of the headmaster of Islamic Elementary School State 1 Yogyakarta with an average score of 95.83% is classified as a very good category (2) in the implementation of supervision programs managerial with an average score of 92.65% categorized very good (3) in the evaluation of managerial supervision programs with an average score of 91.67% categorized very good.

Abstract

Pemikiran para filsuf kontemporer sangat representatif sebagai prototipe keilmuan dalam membangun pengetahuan dan pendidikan. Imre Lakatos sebagai filsuf kontemporer memiliki atensi terhadap dunia riset. Kontribusi metafornya yang sangat dikenal adalah The Methodology Scientific Research Program di mana didalamnya terdapat kedudukan Negative Heuristic-Hard Core dan Positive Heuristik-Protective belt. Tulisan ini mencoba membentangkan analisis terkait pemikiran Imre Lakatos terhadap pembelajaran berbasis riset. Dengan bantuan paradigma kepustakaan dan mengandalkan bibliografi dari berbagai sumber seperti buku dan artikel ilmiah yang dianggap relevan dengan tajuk pembahasan. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini bahwa kontribusi pemikiran Imre lakatos dalam pembelajaran berbasis riset menghasilkan metodologi baru dalam dunia pembelajaran. Di antara korelasinya adalah semangat Scientific Approach atau yang dinamakan 5M (Mengamati, Menanya, Mencoba, Menalar dan Mengkomunikasikan). Sedangkan Implikasi Negative Heuristic-Hard Core dan Positive Heuristik-Protective belt adalah pada kemampuan menstimulasi ketajaman analisa peserta didik melalui pendekatan saintifik di dalam pembelajaran berbasis riset.

Abstract

Sayuran kubis merupakan salah satu komoditas hortikultura penting yang banyak disukai sebagai lalapan atau olahan lainnya karena memiliki rasa manis yang ringan. Untuk memenuhi kebutuhan nutrisi tanaman kubis selama proses pertumbuhan pemberian pupuk merupakan praktek umum di masyakat. Mengidentifikasi, mengkarakterisasi, dan memantau tanaman sayuran campuran di lahan menggunakan menggunakan metode tradisional merupakan suatu tantangan. Pengamatan dengan data satelit optik multispektral, hiperspektral atau proximal sensing seperti spektroradiometer telah banyak digunakan untuk indetifikasi, karakterisasi dan memantau tanaman di lahan pertanian. Akan tetapi, penelitian identifikasi, diskriminasi dan pemetaan kuantitatif profil spektral kubis di Indonesia menggunakan spektroradiometer masih terbatas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi profil respon spektral tanaman kubis yang ditanam di lahan sempit menggunakan spektroradiometer dan untuk menganalisis respon spektral kubis terhadap perlakuan tingkat pemupukan yang berbeda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tren spektral tanaman kubis pada semua fase pertumbuhan memiliki tren yang mirip dengan perubahan spektral dari vegetasi hijau. Reflektansi kubis rendah pada panjang gelombang cahaya tampak dan tinggi pada panjang gelombang tepi merah dan infra merah dekat. Perlakuan pemupukan berpengaruh nyata terhadap spektral kubis pada taraf 5%. Pada fase tumbuh yang sama dengan semakin tinggi dosis pemupukan, semakin tinggi reflektansi gelombang cahaya tampak (biru, hijau dan merah), tepi merah dan infra merah dekat. Variasi nilai reflektan yang stabil meningkat pada gelombang cahaya tampak, tepi merah dan infra merah dekat ini diinterpretasi menunjukkan status pertumbuhan kubis yang baik. Pada tahapan fase tumbuh, dengan bertambahnya umur tanaman terlepas dari tingkat pemupukan, reflektansi kubis pada gelombang biru dan merah sedikit menurun, sebaliknya reflektansi kubis pada tepi merah dan infra merah dekat semakin meningkat hingga mencapai puncaknya pada 45 hari setelah tanam dan menurun setelah 63 hari setelah tanam.

Abstract

Natural Science (Science) learning in elementary schools has an important role in forming students' basic understanding of the natural world and the processes that occur in it. Scientific literacy, which includes the ability to read, write and think critically about science, is a crucial component in science learning. This research aims to explore science learning approaches based on scientific literacy in basic education. Using literature study methods and content analysis, this research examines various aspects related to the implementation of scientific literacy in science learning, such as needs analysis, learning models, learning media, as well as the role of teachers and school facilities in supporting scientific literacy. The research results show that a science learning approach based on scientific literacy can improve students' ability to understand scientific concepts, apply them in everyday life, and develop critical thinking skills and decision-making abilities based on scientific evidence.
