Abstract

This study aims to find a picture of the difficulties experienced by teachers in the implementation of learning activities and the steps taken to overcome the difficulties encountered in learning. The research approach uses descriptive qualitative research to explain the phenomena of difficulties experienced by teachers in carrying out learning activities and steps taken to overcome difficulties encountered in learning. The data collection techniques used in this study were open questionnaires as primary data sources and observations. Data analysis uses descriptive statistics, to obtain a picture of the difficulty factors and the steps in implementing learning. The results showed that the implementation of the curriculum for learning activities and in formulating basic competencies were still the difficulties of subject teachers. The structure of the material in the learning curriculum is still an obstacle for the teacher because the material is not in accordance with the level of student ability. The availability of facilities and infrastructure as well as the allocation of time still need to be a major concern in improving the quality of learning.

Abstract

This research is a case study conducted at tourism universities, namely STP Bandung (Bandung Tourism College) and Poltekpar Makassar (Makassar Tourism Polytechnic). The research method used is descriptive qualitative research that uses 2 types of instruments in data collection, namely observation and interviews. The results of the study revealed that the Ticket Reservation course at the two universities was held through contextual learning with direct and contextual learning models applied to the learning process in the classroom, while direct learning was used for the learning process in the laboratory. The use of two learning models is determined by two factors, namely instructional objectives and student conditions. Overall, these findings suggest that the use of contextual learning and direct learning creates a conducive learning atmosphere and provides space for lecturers to improvise following the real conditions that occur in the teaching and learning process and their teaching tendencies as well as for students to develop their potential independently.

Abstract

Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan analisa terhadap pengaruh pendidikan ekonomi di lingkungan keluarga terhadap perilaku konsumsi siswa. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksploratif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Analisa data yang digunakan yaitu analisa regresi untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh variabel pendidikan ekonomi di lingkungan keluarga terhadap perilaku konsumsi siswa. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperolah analisa regresi dan uji signifikansi melelui uji t. Melalui analisa regresi diperoleh persamaan regresi yang menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh yang searah (positif) antara pendidikan ekonomi di lingkungan keluarga terhadap perilaku konsumsi siswa. Setiap perubahan variabel pendidikan ekonomi di lingkungan keluarga akan berpengaruh positif terhadap perubahan variabel perilaku konsumsi siswa. Uji signifikansi uji t menunjukkan hasil analisa yang menyatakan bahwa Ha diterima artinya pendidikan ekonomi di lingkungan keluargaberpengaruh signifikan terhadap perilaku konsumsi siswa. Era globalisasi menyebabkan terjadinya pergeseran dari pola konsumsi kearah perilaku konsumtif. Khususnya di kalangan remaja yang cenderung kurang pertimbangan matang dalam pemilihan produk untuk dikonsumsi. Melalui pembiasaan, keteladanan, dan penjelasan yang diberikan oleh orangtua sebagai pendidik yang pertama dan utama di  lingkungan keluarga maka akan dapat membentuk pola pikir, pola sikap dalam perilaku konsumsi siswa berdasarkan rasional bukan emosional. Artinya pemahaman dalam melakukan pemilihan produk berdasarkan kebutuhan (rasional) bukan sebaliknya hanya karena keinginan, kepuasan, bahkan gengsi (emosional). Kata Kunci : Konsumtif ; Rasional ; Emosional

Abstract

The purpose of this research are to see how reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy and tangibles affect the satisfaction of customer users of online transport services to UNM Economic students. Research conducted a method survey with quantitative approach. The population in this research is all students using grab bike online transport, ranging from 2016-2019 to 206 people. Sampling samples using technical samples of random sampling are 67 people. The instruments used to collect data are instruments of questionnaire, observation, and documentation. The data analysis technique used are regression analysis and hypothetical testing with T and F. data processing used SPSS version 21 for windows software. Research results show that variable as reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and tangibles are partial to positive and significant effects on users GrabBike online transport satisfaction. Simultaneously there is a positive and significant influence between reliability variables, responsiveness, assurance, empathy and tangibles to the consumer satisfaction users of GrabBike online transport services

Abstract

This research aims to apply animation video learning media as one of the alternative media in SMAN 1 Grogol. This type of research is Research and Development (R&D) research by applying Thiagarajan's 4D development model, including definition, design, development, and deployment. Design research using One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The test subjects were students of class X IPS 1 SMAN 1 Grogol as many as 20 people. Data collection instruments using 1) material study and validation sheet, and media 2) student response questionnaire, 3) pretest and posttest questions. As for the results of the study obtained that: 1) the development of animation video learning media is declared feasible with the acquisition of 100% material validation percentage, and 100% media validation, 2) the results of the student response questionnaire obtained a percentage of 95%, 3) the learner's learning results obtained a percentage of completion of 90%, the result is an increase from the pretest results that have a percentage of completion of 35% only. So that the media of animation video learning based on scientific approach in economic subjects is declared feasible, effective, practical, obtains a positive response, and can improve learning outcomes to be used as a learning medium.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan persepsi siswa tentang pembelajaran yang selama ini dilaksanakan oleh guru dalam meningkatkan kegiatan belajar siswa dalam mata pelajaran ekonomi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif untuk menjelaskan persepsi siswa tentang pembelajaran yang dilaksanakan oleh guru terhadap peningkatan kegiatan belajar siswa. Penelitian dilaksanakan di SMA dan MA di kabupaten Jombang yang berstatus negeri dan swasta. Responden penelitian berjumlah 300 siswa kelas XI yang belajar mata pelajaran ekonomi, yang ditentukan secara acak dan proporsional sesuai dengan jumlah populasi. Instrumen pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan angket. Analisis data deskriptif menggunakan analisis persentase dan menghitung mean hasil persepsi siswa yang diperoleh dari angket. Analisis data kuantitatif menggunakan uji statistik regresi linier sederhana. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa persepsi siswa tentang pembelajaran yang dilaksanakan oleh guru mampu meningkatkan kegiatan belajar siswa. Pembelajaran yang dilaksanakan oleh guru dalam bentuk melalui pengembangan pendidikan karakter, menciptakan pembelajaran yang menarik dan menyenangkan, pembelajaran yang kontekstual yang mengaitkan materi pelajaran ekonomi dengan kehidupan nyata siswa, memanfaatkan berbagai sumber belajar terutama sumber belajar dari lingkungan sekitar siswa, memanfaatkan benda yang ada disekitar siswa untuk dapat digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran, dan pemanfaatan teknologi dalam pembelajaran ekonomi mampu membuat kegiatan belajar siswa menjadi semakin lebih baik.

Abstract

The need for rapidly changing work skills and demands for formal education qualifications are increasingly demanding for employees of the Government and Education agencies who have long worked with age over 30 years to upgrade themselves both in terms of skills and qualifications. This study aims to determine the source of motivation possessed by employees who have long worked with age over 30 years in improving education competency and qualification. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research method with the object of research in Sukamulya Village, Langkaplancar District, Pangandaran Regency, which carries out tertiary education at the Nahdlatul Ulama Tarbiyah College of Sciences, Al-Farabi Pangandaran. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of e-service quality and e-trust on Lazada consumers' buying interest on social media. The method used in this research is quantitative. The population in this study is Lazada consumers on social media. The number of samples used is 100 respondents who are Lazada consumers. The classical assumption test in this study consists of normality test, reliability test, validity test, normality test, multiple correlation analysis, multiple linear regression, T test and F test. The results of data processing are: (1) Partially e-service quality provides positive and significant influence on buying interest. (2) Partially, e-trust has a positive and significant effect on buying interest. (3) Simultaneously, e-service quality and e-trust have a positive and significant effect on buying interest.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh pendidikan kewirausahaan dan penggunaan media sosial terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa jurusan manajemen Fakultas Ekonomi UKI Toraja. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 241 responden yaitu mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi UKI Toraja yang telah memprogramkan mata kuliah kewirausahaan. Untuk menguji hipotesis digunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian membuktikan pendidikan kewirausahaan dan penggunaan media sosial memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa fakultas ekonomi UKI Toraja.Kata kunci: Pendidikan kewirausahaan, penggunaan media sosial, minat berwirausaha, UKI toraja.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the strategy of developing human resources through education and training at the Makassar City Manpower Office. Using a qualitative descriptive approach. The main instrument in this study is the researcher himself using a cellphone, and using a field note that is by recording data related to research found in the field. Data collection was carried out by using observation, interview, and documentation techniques. Analysis of the data used is data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The results showed that the strategy of developing human resources through education and training at the Makassar City Manpower Office was in a fairly good category, seeing the focus in this study, namely: 1) determining needs has been determined quite well, 2) determining targets that are in in the good enough category, 3) the determination of the program content is in the good enough category, 4) the principles of learning get pretty good results, 5) the implementation of the program gets pretty good results, 6) identification of the benefits of getting pretty good results, and 7 ) the evaluation of program implementation got quite good results
