Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the selection system, training programs, and competencies on work quality and their impact on company performance at PT. Darya Varia. The study population was all employees of PT Darya Varia. A sample of 100 employees was taken using a purposive sampling technique, with the criteria of minimum work experience of one year and direct involvement in the production and managerial processes, so that the data obtained was relevant to the focus of the study. The research instrument was a structured questionnaire with a Likert scale of 1–5, the collected data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) through Partial Least Squares (PLS-SEM) software. The results showed that the selection system, training programs, and employee competencies had a positive and significant influence on work quality at PT Darya Varia, both partially and simultaneously. Competence was proven to be a dominant factor in determining work quality. Furthermore, work quality plays an important role in improving company performance and mediates the influence of the selection system, training, and competencies on company performance. Simultaneously, these three human resource variables are able to explain more than half of the variation in work quality and company performance. This shows the importance of integrating these three aspects in HR management to achieve organizational excellence

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate how the keuangan kinerja of companies that manufacture food and beverages and are listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI) is affected when economic, environmental, and social factors are taken into consideration in a long-term report. This analysis highlights both the individual and the interconnected effects of the many components. While Return on Assets (ROA) is used as a dependent variable to assess financial performance, Indeks Pengungkapan Laporan Keberlanjutan (SRDI) is used as an independent variable to determine the level of pengungkapan keberlanjutan. Purposeful sampling is used to choose 13 businesses, covering the years 2021–2023. The documentation process is used to gather data, and analysis is done using the koefisien determinasi (R2), berganda line regression, uji t, uji F, and uji asumsi klasik. The findings show that financial performance is significantly and favorably impacted by disclosures about economic and environmental performance taken separately. Furthermore, when the three sustainability dimensions are tested simultaneously, the findings reveal a significant collective impact on financial outcomes, accounting for 65.5% of the variation in ROA. These findings suggest that sustainability disclosure serves as an effective strategy to enhance a company's financial performance while reinforcing accountability toward stakeholders.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors influencing the development of entrepreneurial spirit among Islamic boarding school students, emphasizing the role of individual and environmental factors. Six independent variables were tested, including entrepreneurial motivation, self-efficacy, personal experience, family support, entrepreneurship education at the Islamic boarding school, and organizational experience. The study used a quantitative approach with the Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method and involved 60 Islamic boarding school respondents selected through a purposive sampling technique. The results of the study indicate that all independent variables significantly influence the development of entrepreneurial spirit in students. The R² value of 0.682 indicates that 68.2% of the variation in entrepreneurial spirit development can be explained by the research model. Individual factors such as motivation, self-efficacy, and personal experience have been shown to increase students' readiness for entrepreneurship. Meanwhile, environmental factors, especially family support, Islamic boarding school entrepreneurship education, and organizational experience, have a strong influence, with family support being the most dominant factor. These findings confirm that the development of entrepreneurial spirit in students is the result of a synergy between internal and external factors. This research is expected to serve as a reference for Islamic boarding schools, families, and educational stakeholders in designing more effective entrepreneurship development programs for students.

Abstract

Learning in the 21st century requires educators to be able and capable of carrying out learning processes aimed at developing students' skills according to the needs of the 21st century. Skill formation can be realized in one way, namely social studies educators acting as learner centers or learning that makes students the subject of learning. In addition, social studies learning strategies through the selection of appropriate learning models also play an important role in supporting the achievement of student skill formation according to the needs of the 21st century. One of the learning models designed according to the conditions of education in Indonesia in the 21st century is the Radec learning model. This study aims to determine the relevance of the Radec learning model as a social studies learning strategy in junior high schools in the 21st century. By using qualitative methods, the author constructs a discussion of research problems, data analysis techniques using literature reviews in the form of books and reviews of relevant research articles. Based on the review of books and journals, the results of this study conclude that there is relevance of the Radec learning model as a social studies learning strategy in junior high schools in the 21st century. The Radec learning model can build students' critical thinking skills in social studies learning.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture on employee productivity through training and work experience at CV Risba Production Bandung, West Java. This study used a quantitative approach with a sample size of 100 employees, and data were collected through a questionnaire using a 1–5 Likert scale. Data analysis was conducted using PLS-SEM to test the relationships between variables and the mediation of training and work experience.The results showed that organizational culture had a positive and significant effect on training and work experience. Furthermore, training and work experience had a positive effect on employee productivity. Mediation analysis revealed that organizational culture also had an indirect effect on productivity through training and work experience, with partial mediation. These findings emphasize the importance of an organizational culture that supports employee competency development and experience as a strategy to increase productivity.This study provides implications for company management to continue strengthening an organizational culture that supports training and work experience, and to develop structured employee development programs.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh literasi digital dan gaya belajar terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa dengan self-efficacy sebagai variabel mediasi. Secara spesifik, penelitian ini mengeksplorasi hubungan langsung antara literasi digital dan gaya belajar terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis, pengaruhnya terhadap self-efficacy, serta peran mediasi self-efficacy dalam menghubungkan kedua variabel independen dengan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan melibatkan 120 siswa SMA Negeri 2 Maros yang dipilih melalui purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner skala Likert yang telah divalidasi. Analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling dengan metode Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) untuk menguji hubungan kausal antar variabel serta efek mediasi self-efficacy. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa literasi digital berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis. Gaya belajar juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis. Self-efficacy terbukti berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis. Temuan penting menunjukkan bahwa self-efficacy memediasi pengaruh literasi digital terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis dan memediasi pengaruh gaya belajar terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis. Nilai R-square menunjukkan bahwa literasi digital dan gaya belajar menjelaskan 46% variasi kemampuan berpikir kritis dan 46,5% variasi self-efficacy. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, sekolah perlu mengintegrasikan literasi digital secara strategis ke dalam kurikulum dengan dukungan pengajaran eksplisit untuk analisis kritis. Pendidik disarankan menerapkan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi yang mengakomodasi beragam gaya belajar siswa sambil memperhatikan pengembangan self-efficacy melalui pemberian tantangan yang sesuai dengan tingkat kemampuan siswa. Implementasi program pelatihan literasi digital yang dikombinasikan dengan dukungan psikososial dapat memperkuat keyakinan diri siswa, yang pada gilirannya mendorong pengembangan kemampuan berpikir kritis secara optimal.

Abstract

Pengembangan Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di tingkat desa memiliki urgensi yang tinggi dalam memperkuat perekonomian lokal, namun sering terkendala oleh berbagai tantangan. Pemerintah desa sebagai unit pemerintahan terdepan memiliki peran strategis dalam mengatasi hambatan-hambatan tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran strategis pemerintah desa dalam pengembangan UMKM di Desa Timampu, Kabupaten Luwu Timur, serta merumuskan strategi yang dapat meningkatkan efektivitas pengembangan UMKM. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus tunggal. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan dokumentasi, sementara analisis data dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan analisis tematik yang dikombinasikan dengan analisis SWOT. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemerintah desa telah melakukan berbagai inisiatif untuk mendukung UMKM, namun masih terdapat kendala dalam hal koordinasi antar-stakeholder, akses permodalan, dan pemanfaatan teknologi digital. Temuan ini memberikan kontribusi terhadap pemahaman tentang pentingnya kolaborasi dan pengembangan infrastruktur digital untuk memperkuat daya saing UMKM di desa. Sebagai kesimpulan, efektivitas peran pemerintah desa dapat ditingkatkan melalui pendekatan pengembangan ekosistem yang lebih terintegrasi, serta pemanfaatan potensi lokal yang lebih optimal. Penelitian ini menyarankan perlunya investasi dalam infrastruktur digital dan penguatan kapasitas kelembagaan di tingkat desa untuk mendukung UMKM yang lebih berkelanjutan.
