Abstract

Documents are the most important part of an agency, both government agencies and self-supporting companies. Operational activities carried out in agencies or companies will be recorded in a document or file for distribution to certain parties so that the information contained in the document can be conveyed. Delays and inaccuracies in the data or information provided can occur because the procedures for making documents and information are not systematic or computerized. Avoiding errors in a document can be overcome by the presence of a system or application. So with that an agency or company needs to provide or prepare a system or application to deal with problems as described above. This study discusses how to build an application that can be used by a company or agency in order to avoid the distribution of document information on export goods. The application to be built uses the PHP programming language, which is a Web-based application

Abstract

Private Universities (PTS) are an option to continue post-graduate education, especially in the city of Medan. Quality private universities are very influential in carrying out education. To make it easier to compete in the world of work. Because a good PTS has a good accreditation, because PTS accreditation is very influential in the world of work. Especially in the career path, acceptance of new workers. Determining PTS in this Medan city is not easy, because there are many PTS in this Medan city. There are too many private universities in existence, making it difficult to choose PTS manually, and the results of the selection are sometimes inaccurate and become a problem in selecting the best PTS. Decision Support System (DSS) is a system that can assist a person in making accurate and targeted decisions. The method used in the Decision Support System is to use the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). This method was chosen because it is able to find the best alternative from a number of alternatives, in this case the intended alternative is the one that has the right to become the best private university based on the specified criteria.

Abstract

Nutritional health problems now and in the future mean increasing Indonesia's human development index which is still minimal, nutrition graduates are needed who are able to manage nutrition programs from planning to strong evaluation. The need for nutritional health graduates can be seen from the tendency to increase the number of enthusiasts in the field of nutritional health studies, which is still minimal. So prospective students need the best nutritional health study program to make it easier for prospective students to determine the best nutritional health study program at STIKES to be selected. The number of methods in solving problems in decision making such as AHP, SAW, WP, and others.

Abstract

This study was intended to prove that there is a significant effect of using English songs on teaching tenses through an experimental research. This study belonged to quantitative study. The population of this study was the students of SMP Budi Utomo Binjai, and 70 students were taken as samples. To prove the hypothesis, the writer applied the t-test formula. Then the result of the t-test calculation is 2,9455. After comparing the t-test value of the t-table for both 0,05 (5%) and 0,01 (1%) at level of significance, it is found that the t-test value is higher than both level of significance value (2,9455 > 1,9955, and 2,9455 > 2,6501). It clearly means that the English songs significantly affect on teaching tenses

Abstract

Karya Suci Physiotherapy Clinic is one of the clinics located in Pematangsiantar city and is engaged in physiotherapy services. In the current digital 4.0 era, where all business elements rely on technology. Karya Suci encountered problems in the service process for patient data and medical records, where the service process still uses a manual system or has been computerized but uses Microsoft Office Excel. Which allows for a data shortage. To provide better services, an information system is needed to assist the process of collecting patient data and medical records. The Karya Suci application is a website-based application using the PHP programming language and utilizing the MySQL database as a database server that aims to assist the process of providing patient medical record data.

Abstract

Heart rate / pulse is an important indication in the field of health which is useful as an effective and fast evaluation material and serves to determine the health condition of a person's body. The method of measuring the number of pulses has been used by doctors to determine stress, in this day and age there are still many pulses checked and analyzed manually with the help of a doctor or nurse to be able to find out the condition of the pulse when examined. It is very troublesome if only to check the pulse should require the help of a doctor or nurse. Therefore, the design of a portable heart rate device can replace the performance of a doctor or nurse manually, so that the pulse checker can be monitored by himself using a sensor attached to the finger to help analyze the pulse, so that the results can be known by the examiner by looking directly from the LCD. With the current conditions, the role of experts is so important, so the development of modern tools, especially in biomedical matters for various kinds of diagnoses with the help of tools, can make it easier for examiners to check the condition of their pulse with technology that is increasingly developing at this time. The final project this time aims to develop existing technology with the help of pulse sensors as an analysis medium by connecting them to a microcontroller as a voltage source, as a tool that can analyze the pulse, so from the design of this tool can later help the examiner analyze the condition himself by attaching the sensor to the surface of the finger. With the difference in age in each person, the condition before activity is obtained, which is in the range of 60-100 bpm, as for the difference in test results both before and after the activity depends on the seriousness of the person doing activities.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has changed the communication and learning processes by utilizing digital communication. The challenge of adopting digital communication is inevitable when supporting learning shifts from offline to online systems. However, it is necessary to consider the effectiveness factor in order to facilitate adoption. The Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) is a theoretical framework that describes how a technology can be accepted, adopted, and used by society. Two factors influence people's acceptance of technology: perceived ease of use and perceived of usefulness. In the context of learning using digital communication technology, Google Classroom is a learning technology that is considered easy because there are tutorials available that can guide users and make it easy to access. Its advantage is that it facilitates interaction and learning experiences such as the ability to upload various materials and provide direct feedback. In short, the application of the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) theory to the adoption of digital communication technology in courageous learning during the Covid-19 pandemic can provide understanding and knowledge about aspects that contribute to the adoption and use of technology during times of crisis.
