The capital market has been known as an alternative financing and investment in various countries with the presence of the Stock Exchange, but the initial findings from the study show that knowledge of alternative financing and investment (known as Financial Literacy) in developed and developing countries still shows significant differences. The role of Financial Literacy in creating economic growth in a nation is currently being observed by a number of academics, where it is clearly seen that countries with better levels of financial literacy will tend to develop more than countries with lower levels of financial literacy. Indonesia's financial literacy level which is still lower than neighboring countries such as Australia, Malaysia and Singapore in 2014 indicates the need for a number of ways that must be done, one of which is through the role of universities and organizational bodies under them to carry out this educational function. This research was conducted to determine the impact of the implementation of one of the webinars conducted by the Investment Gallery, Riau University with the theme "Getting Profit Equal, Losing Equal Losing: Creating an Investment Literate Generation" which was attended by 340 participants. The research sample used a convenience sampling technique approach and the sample size used King's auxiliary table in order to obtain a sample size of 151 people. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistical approach (percentage and cross tabulation analysis). The results showed that there was an increase in understanding among participants as a result of the holding of the National Stock Webinar, however, there were still participants who did not increase their understanding optimally, so it is advisable to provide further understanding through a series of stock webinar held by the Investment Gallery, Riau University. This study also has limited analysis using Descriptive Statistics techniques which cannot be generalized directly to other populations and it is hoped that this can be the basis for further research through modeling that can be applied directly to other populations

Corporate value is the main goal of every company. This study examines the relationship of liquidity, profitability, and capital structure to firm value and uses Corporate Social Responsibility as a moderating variable. Liquidity was measured using the Current Ratio, profitability was measured using Return On Assets, capital structure was measured using the Debt to Equity Ratio, firm value was measured using Tobin’s Q and CSR using the G4 version of the CSR Global Reporting Initiative indicator. The observation data in this study were 240 data from non-primary consumer companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2010-2019. This study uses secondary data from S&P Capital IQ and company financial statements. The results of this study indicate that liquidity has a positive direction but has no significant effect on firm value, profitability has a positive direction and has a significant effect on firm value, capital structure has a negative direction but has a significant effect on firm value, CSR as a moderating variable weakens the negative relationship between liquidity and firm value. firm value, CSR as a moderating variable weakens the positive relationship between profitability and firm value, and CSR as a moderating variable strengthens the positive relationship between capital structure and firm value

This study aims to determine the effect of executive character, sales growth, and company size on tax avoidance. The research objects are property, real estate, and building construction companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) with a total of 81 companies. This research uses financial statements for the 2019-2020 period. The sample selection was based on a purposive sampling technique which resulted in 43 companies. Data analysis using SPSS to test the relationship between a variable with other variables. Research shows that executive characteristics and firm size have a positive effect on tax avoidance. Another independent variable, sales growth has no effect on tax avoidance.

This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction on the performance of the Berau District Prosecutor. Where the independent variable of job satisfaction consist of the work it self and co-workers. The research design used is quantitave descriptive associative. The method of data collection is using a distributed questionnaire. The sampling technique uses a saturated sample where all members of the population are sampled. The sampled used in this study amounted of 30. The results showed that the work variable it self and co-workers simultaneously and partially had a positive and significant influence on employee performance. From the results of the two independent variables which are the dominant variables affecting the performance of the Berau District Prosecutor, the work variable is proven by the largest regression coefficient value, which is 0.472 compared to the regression coefficients of other variables

Modern markets are no longer run by way of face-to-face transactions, modern markets are now using an online system where by using a mobile or desktop application-based system, you can apply the system in terms of buying and selling, this is commonly called e-commerce, one of which is e-commerce. one e-commerce that is very popular among the people of Indonesia, namely shopee because there are so many shopee users, a lot of business people start trading on the shope application, the process of trade competition is getting tougher day by day they have to build and see what opportunities can increase business activities and achievement of business targets. It is important to know the influence of buyers' decisions on online shopping at shope to find out good targets and targets in increasing the quality and quantity of buying and selling online. In this study, we want to know the effect of price, product reviews and security guarantees as independent variables on product purchasing decisions. It was found that prices, product reviews and purchase safety have an important role and have a positive effect on product purchasing decisions at shopee.

Beneficiaries of technological advances at this time have been widely used by many sectors such as health, education, government or even public services from an agency. Basically, government agencies adopt the principles of good government or good governance. What has always been the main focus of city government is on services to the Population and Civil Registration Service (DISDUKCAPSIL). The process carried out on civil registration has a main focus based on the process that is carried out for a long time and also requires the community to come back and forth to carry out the civil registration process. Pemko Medan has a vision and mission focus on improving public services. The Si Bisa application was developed by the Medan City Government to make it easier for the people of Medan City to take care of population administration. But the success and also the benchmark of government is not only from the ease of public services but also satisfaction with public services. This study aims to measure the level of community satisfaction with the service of the Sibisa application by approaching the Technology of Acceptance Model (TAM) method. With as many as 30 respondents from Sibisa application users. The results of the research show that the community is satisfied with the convenience and service of the Sibisa application. This is supported by the influence of the variable stimulant of 75.2%

The development of the era is also marked by the development of technology. Technological developments are inseparable from human life. Until now, almost all corporate organizations have taken advantage of the developments in internet technology. Utilization of internet technology is an innovation carried out by corporate organizations that can help to improve performance and also business processes in corporate organizations. At this time the business process activities carried out by corporate organizations are virtual or commonly referred to as E-Commerce. The use of e-commerce has now become a very high trend phenomenon. Currently e-commerce is needed to meet the needs of society in the digital era, e-commerce is used as a place to purchase products and even services. Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) is a model used to provide an offer to the acceptance of e-commerce usage and behavior for its users. In this study, a study will be conducted to measure how far e-commerce applications are accepted by the public. And the results show that all hypotheses are accepted, which means it shows that the e-commerce application has been accepted by the community. This is supported by the influence of the variable stimulant of 79.2%.

Indonesia is a beautiful country with a variety of interesting tourist destinations. The government developed 10 New Bali in various places in Indonesia to align with regional countries. Yogyakarta is an iconic destination and attracts tourists. In order for Yogyakarta to compete with the destinations of 10 New Bali, research needs to be done to find out how the level of satisfaction of tourists in Yogyakarta based on the visiting experience and know what factors must be improved to be able to move. This study uses quantitative methods with data collection techniques using questionnaires to 385 respondents who are tourists of Yogyakarta. Data processing techniques use Importance Performance Analysis and Customer Satisfaction Index to Tourist Experience. Importance Performance Analysis to determine what aspects and indicators should be improved performance in the Yogyakarta tourism sector. At the same time, the Customer Satisfaction Index to find the level of satisfaction of Yogyakarta tourists. From the analysis of data conducted, it can be known that the satisfaction rate of tourists of Yogyakarta Special Region based on Tourist Experience is 84.9%. Indicators with the most satisfactory performance are hedonistic, and indicators with less satisfactory performance are relational. Based on the results of this study, it is expected that Yogyakarta stakeholders provide education and socialization to the community to interact and communicate better with tourists

The study was conducted to analyze the effect of e-service quality on customer loyalty mediated by satisfaction. The sample in this study were 135 customers of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) Medan Branch Office Gatot Subroto Street, Medan. This research is a quantitative research with primary data sources, namely by distributing questionnaires to respondents with a Likert scale of 1-5. The analytical method used is a tiered structure with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using the AMOS-20 (Analysis of Moment Structure) device. The results showed that e-service quality had a significant effect on customer satisfaction and loyalty at BRI Medan Branch Office. Satisfaction has a significant effect on customer loyalty at BRI Medan Branch Office. Satisfaction partially mediates the effect of e-service quality on customer loyalty at BRI Medan Branch Office

The study aims to determine the effect of incentives and work culture of the employees commitment to keep working on sustainable luch PT Wana Sawit Subur Lestari 2 in Seruyan. With a sample of 81 people. Sampling using random sampling. This study uses quantitative methods using three variables incentives, work culture, and employee commitment to keep working. To analyze the data used regression and simple linier correlation test. Data collection techniques are questionnaire literature studies, field studies. Result of analyze showed that there are significant incentives variable, and the work culture of the employees’ commitment to keep working on sustainable luch PT Wana Sawit Subur Lestari 2 in distrik Seruyan. 34,3% of the variation that occurs on the employee’s commitment to keep working is influenced by incentives and work culture.
