Abstract

In the context of Islamic family law, social media allows younger generations to explore different views and interpretations of the legal principles. However, not all information available on social media is educational or accurate. Many users may not have a formal educational background in law or a deep understanding of Islamic principles. This research examines the phenomenon of transforming the understanding of Islamic family law among the younger generation through social media with a qualitative-phenomenological approach. The research focuses on the experiences and meanings of the younger generation in accessing, understanding, and implementing Islamic family law through digital platforms. Data collection was conducted through in-depth interviews with 20 informants, virtual observation on social media platforms, and digital document analysis. The results show a significant shift in the way young people interpret and access knowledge of Islamic family law, which is marked by the democratization of access to information, the transformation of religious authority, and the formation of virtual learning communities. This research produces theoretical propositions about the dynamics of learning Islamic family law in the digital era.

Abstract

Since the independence of Indonesia was proclaimed by Bung Karno on August 17 1945, there were four written constitutions or Basic Laws that have been existed they are, First; The period on 18 August to 27 December 1949 (1945 Constitution), Second; The period on  27 December1949-17 August 1950 (1949 RIS Constitution), Third; The period on 17 August 1950 to 5 July 1959 (UUDS 1950), Fourth; Period on 5 July 1959 until now (1949 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia). Constitutions and basic laws have different limitation, even though both of them refer to the meaning of basic law. The constitution has a broader meaning, it means that the constitution includes all regulations, both written and unwritten, however the basic law is the part of the written constitution. The constitution becomes the main and principal design of the entire system of rules as a common guideline in the lives of citizens in a country, the whole of them create legal system like a "religion" (constitutional faith) or civil religion for every citizen. Therefore, the laws and constitution of a country must be something that lives in the practice of state life. From here we can believe that the principle of the rule of law or the principle of supremacy of law can truly be realized.Keyword : History, Constitution, Indonesian.

Abstract

The focus of this research is related to political volunteers in the circulation of post-Orba political elites. Political volunteers are individuals who have institutionalized themselves in interest groups who play as an active role in political activities, both independently and in an organized manner. The involvement of political volunteers in the circulation of power elites in Indonesia marked the change from New Order politics to the Reform Order. As Vilfredo Pareto said, the circulation of elites in power is the process of replacing political leadership in a country or government. The results of this research portray that political volunteers have developed into important actors in political contestation and are able to influence the course of Indonesian political dynamics. Those factors of involving political volunteers include social change, advances in information technology, and shifts in political culture. The strength of political volunteers as a shadow party actually has several important points, first, having a flexible and broad social network. Second, become an influencer who is able to determine and control young and independent people. Third, groups are free to determine political attitudes. Fourth, political volunteers become a balancing group for the power of the bureaucracy and political parties. Fifth, the volunteer group comes from a generation that is literate in information technology, which then becomes the basis of their power in politics.

Abstract

Waste banks are an innovation in community-based waste management which aims to reduce the volume of waste and improve community welfare. This research aims to examine optimizing the role of waste banks in empowering communities in Tanjung Gading Village. The method used is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation studies. The research results show that the waste bank in Tanjung Gading Village not only functions as a place for collecting and processing waste, but also as a means of environmental education and economic empowerment for the local community. Through waste banks, people are trained to sort waste and manage it into products that have sales value. Apart from that, this activity also succeeded in increasing environmental awareness and solidarity between residents. However, optimizing the role of waste banks still faces several obstacles such as limited facilities and lack of active participation from all levels of society. To overcome these obstacles, closer cooperation is needed between village governments, communities and the private sector. Thus, the waste bank can be an effective instrument in improving the welfare and quality of life of the people of Tanjung Gading Village.
