Abstract

Stunting is a health problem that is a priority for creating quality Indonesian human resources. The key to successful stunting prevention is nutritional monitoring and weight measurement of babies and toddlers carried out by community cadres at posyandu. This research is a purely descriptive study, which took place in a village that is a stunting locus, namely Roworejo Village. Data collection time was carried out in July. Data collection was carried out first, collecting information regarding the level of stunting in Roworejo village. To achieve the goal, the KKN 468 group took a direct approach to the health team and the Roworejo village community. The results of the research are for the public to increase their knowledge about stunting and the importance of maintaining the nutritional quality of food.

Abstract

This research investigates the impact of economic trade cooperation among ASEAN countries with the introduction of the official ASEAN currency. This regional currency is considered crucial in facilitating economic integration in ASEAN, even though it faces significant challenges, especially in terms of varying economic stability among member countries. By combining political and economic analysis, this study aims to provide a better understanding of the implications of the implementation of the ASEAN single currency on trade dynamics and overall regional stability.

Abstract

Latar belakang penelitian ini peran pemerintah dalam Interaksi sosial merupakan hubungan sosial timbal balik yang dinamis, yang menyangkut hubungan antara orang-orang secara perorangan, antara kelompok- kelompok manusia,  ataupun  antara  orang  dengan  kelompok manusia. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah (1) Mengetahui peran pemerintah desa kuntum mekar dalam memperkuat sosial interaksi di Desa Kuntum Mekar. (2) Untuk mengetahui kendala pemerintah desa kuntum mekar dalam memperkuat sosial interaksi di Desa Kuntum Mekar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif pendekatan deskriptif. Sumber data data yakni, data primer yang terdiri dari kepala Desa, tokoh Adat dan Masyarakat Desa Kuntum Mekar dan data sekunder terdiri dari buku dan hasil penelitian terdahulu. Berdasarkan dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa (1) Dalam memperkuat interak sisosial pemerintah desa dituntut untuk berinteraksi dengan sesame secara baik agar tercipta masyarakat yang tentram dan damai. Interaksi social merupakan kunci dari semua kehidupan sosial, tanpa interaksi social tidak ada kehidupan bersama. Bertemunya orang perorangan secara badaniah belaka tidak akan menghasilkan pergaulan hidup dalam suatu kelompok sosial. (2) Salah satu factor kendala dalam memperkuat interaksi social kurangnya komunikasi sebagai hal yang sangat penting dalam menumbuhkan dan meningkatkan partisipasi masyarakat agar bersedia dengan sukarela ikut serta secara aktif dalam mempererat interkasi social didesanya. Kegiatan komunikasi yang dilakukan oleh Kepala Desa untuk meningkatkan partisipasi masyarakat dalam pembangunan didesanya, sudah sangat baik terbukti dengan partisipasi dari masyarakat yang sangat tinggi dalam pembangunan desanya, maupun antara kelompok dengan individu.

Abstract

The purposes of this research are: (1) To find out the teacher's role in shaping the disciplinary character of students through school rules at SMA Negeri 10 Tidore Kepulauan City, and (2) To identify factors that influence the teacher's role in shaping the disciplinary character of students through governance. school discipline at SMA Negeri 10 Tidore Islands. The research method used is a case study qualitative research. The subjects of this research were school principals, deputy head of curriculum, deputy head of education, teachers and students. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation with data analysis techniques using data reduction, data presentation, and making conclusions. The results of the study show that: (1) The role of the teacher in shaping the disciplined character of students at SMA Negeri 10 Tidore Kepulauan is that the teacher acts as a Role Model for students so that they can be used as an example in life both at school and in society. In addition, the attitude and obedience of the teacher can be emulated by students in order to familiarize students to come to school on time, dress neatly, and not play truant during class hours. Thus the character of discipline can be applied in everyday life. (2) there are 2 factors that influence the disciplinary character of students, namely: (a) Supporting factors, namely the existence of cooperation between teachers and parents of students as the key to success in shaping the disciplinary character of students and the teacher's firmness in carrying out action will affect the disciplined character of students in school; (b) Inhibiting factors, namely lack of self-awareness to be disciplined,as well as a lack of understanding of the disciplinary attitude that is applied in schools

Abstract

This study critically examines the integration of Sharia principles into local government policies for managing natural resources (NRM) in Indonesia. The wealth of natural resources, including forests, minerals, and marine ecosystems, presents both opportunities and challenges in achieving sustainability and social justice. Sharia principles emphasize justice, social responsibility, and the prohibition of excessive exploitation, providing a normative framework aligned with Indonesia's constitutional mandate to utilize natural resources for the collective welfare.Using a qualitative and literature-based methodology, the research analyzes the application of Sharia principles in NRM policies, such as community-based forest management and environmentally sustainable technologies in the mining and fisheries sectors. Findings reveal that these approaches can balance economic benefits with ecological preservation, yet challenges persist. Limited public participation, inadequate coordination among government agencies, and a lack of transparency and accountability hinder effective implementation.To address these issues, the study recommends regulatory reforms to incorporate Sharia principles, enhanced community capacity-building programs, and multi-stakeholder collaborations. The integration of Sharia values into NRM policies is proposed as a pathway to achieving more equitable and sustainable resource management, ensuring benefits for present and future generations while upholding environmental stewardship.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to know the improvement of the result in learning process throught cooperative learning model number head together (NHT) for civic subject in SD Al-Irsyad Al-Islamiyah Kota Ternate. This research is conducted using qualitative approach with option classroom action reasearch (CAR). The scheme of activities consist of: (1) planning, (2) implementation, (3) observation, (4) reflection. In collecting of data used observation, test, and documentation, while, in Analysis the data, the researcher uses the technique in qualitative description analysis, the research object is the student in grade VI at SD Al-Irsyad Al-Islamiyah Kota Ternate.The result of the reaseach in cycle I, the students are stated get the standart minimum criteria about 30% or 16 students, in percentage average 60,9%, futhermore, in cycle II, the students has improved in standart minimum criteria in percentage 85% or 27 students with the scor value average 82,5%, the students’ activities in cycle I get the average 50% and cycle II get average 82,69%. Next the teacher activity in cycle I get the average 53,57 and in cycle II get the average 83,92%.

Abstract

Children are basically the next generation of the nation who should ideally grow and develop naturally according to their age, and be under the care and protection of parents, society and the state. In reality, there are children who commit criminal acts, such as theft, sexual abuse and narcotics. Punishment of children who commit criminal acts is carried out by the Special Child Development Institute as an effort to prevent repetition of criminal acts. The problem in this research is: How is the guidance of correctional students as an effort to prevent the recurrence of criminal acts at the Class II Special Development Institution for Children in Bandar Lampung and why are there inhibiting factors in the guidance of correctional students as an effort to prevent the repetition of criminal acts at the Special Development Institution Class II children from Bandar Lampung? The problem approach used in this research is empirical juridical. The data type consists of primary data and secondary data. Data collection through literature studies and field studies. Data analysis was carried out qualitatively. The results of this research show: Guidance for correctional students as an effort to prevent repetition of criminal acts at LPKA Class II Bandar Lampung is carried out in the coaching stages, namely initial coaching, advanced coaching and final coaching. Types of coaching include personality coaching (fostering religious awareness and fostering national and state awareness, fostering legal awareness and fostering intellectual abilities) as well as fostering independence. Factors that hinder coaching consist of statutory factors, namely the absence of technical instructions regarding coaching for children. crime, law enforcement factors, namely the quantity of guidance for correctional students, facilities and facilities factors, namely the limited means and facilities needed to carry out guidance, community factors, namely the negative attitude of the community towards former criminal children who have been released and returned to public.Keywords: Guidance, Correctional Students, Repetition of Criminal Offenses

Abstract

Many traders sell dream catchers at Pasar Atas Kotabumi, North Lampung. The existence of buying and selling dream catchers has implications for sharia issues. The purpose of this research is (1) To examine the practice of buying and selling dream catchers in Pasar Atas Kotabumi, North Lampung. (2) To analyze the Islamic law review of the dream catcher sale and purchase agreement at Pasar Atas Kotabumi, North Lampung. The results of the research conclude that (1) The practice of buying and selling dream catchers at Pasar Atas Kotabumi, North Lampung, includes a greeting contract because the buyer makes payment first and then the goods can be owned. According to the results of research conducted by the author at Pasar Atas Kotabumi, North Lampung, the prices of dream catchers vary. Starting from the cheapest price, namely Rp. 40,000.00 up to Rp. 200,000.00. (2) The practice of buying and selling dream catchers in Pasar Atas Kotabumi, North Lampung, from the 7 (seven) sample people I interviewed, for those who believed that dream catchers were to ward off dreams, the law was haram. But for buyers who don't know the history of dream catchers and use these dream catchers only for decoration, the law is permissible.

Abstract

This research discusses the Teacher Quality Development Program by the Regional Technical Implementation Unit (UPTD) of North Ternate City District Education 2022. The purpose of this study is to analyze the development of educational unit supervisors including professional development and career development. Professional development is directed at improving and developing professional abilities so that they can carry out supervisory functions, both academic supervision and managerial supervision. The method used in this study is a qualitative method that is descriptive of how the implementation of the teacher quality development program by the regional technical implementation unit (UPTD) of North Ternate City Education District 2022. The research site was carried out at the Regional Technical Implementation Unit (UPTD) of North Ternate City District Education 2022 from October to November 2022. Data collection techniques used observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The data analysis techniques include; data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The results of this study found several things; (1). The supervisor of the education unit is appointed with the task of conducting guidance and supervision of education in the educational unit or school that is under his supervision. Supervision of educational units includes academic supervision and managerial supervision. (2). Academic supervision aims to assist or foster teachers in improving the quality of the learning process in order to obtain more optimal student learning outcomes. Meanwhile, managerial oversight aims to assist and foster school principals in their efforts to improve the quality of education through optimizing school performance. In carrying out their duties and responsibilities as supervisors of educational units/schools, basic skills are required as professional supervisors

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze (1) how to instill democratic values in Civics learning at SMP Negeri 7 Kota Ternate. (2) What factors hinder the instillation of democratic values in Civics learning at SMP Negeri 7 Kota Ternate. The approach used in this study is qualitative. Data sources of School Principals, Curriculum affairs, Student affairs, Public Relations affairs, Civics teachers and students The results in this study show (1) The instillation of democratic values in Civics learning at SMP Negeri 7 Ternate City is the democratic value of tolerance, the democratic value of respecting differences, the value of open democracy in communicating, the value of confident democracy, the democratic value of responsibility, the democratic value of cooperation, the democratic value of togetherness and the democratic value of obedience. (2) What factors hinder the instillation of democratic values in Civics learning at SMP Negeri 7 Kota Ternate are factors from within the students themselves lack of motivation to learn Civics subjects, environmental influence factors also affect students' attitudes to learn Civics subjects, factors of lack of attention from parents of students studying at school and at home.
