Abstract

Penelitian berjudul Meningkatkan Keterampilan Listening  melalui penggunaan Model pembelajaran sentence keywords XII SMK Negeri 3 Kota Tidore Kepulauan. Dalam penelitian ini masalah yang dibahas tentang bagaimana meningkatkan keterampilan Listening  dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran sentence keywords XII SMK Negeri 3 Kota Tidore Kepulauan yang berjumlah 25 siswa. Secara khusus penelitian ini dapat dirumuskan tentang apa sentence keywords sebagai  model dapat meningkatkan keterampilan Listening  dalam pada siswa, bagaimana proses berlangsungnya kegiatan Listening  dalam dengan menggunakan  model pembelajaran sentence keywords pada siswa XII SMK Negeri 3 Kota Tidore Kepulauan, dan bagaimana hasil pembelajaran Listening   dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran sentence keywords pada siswa XII SMK Negeri 3 Kota Tidore Kepulauan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan siswa XII SMK Negeri 3 Kota Tidore Kepulauan dalam Listening  dalam. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (Classroom Action Research) dimana penelitian tindakan kelas merupakan salah satu jenis penelitian yang dapat dilakukan oleh guru sebagai pengelola pendidikan dengan menggunakan empat komponen penelitian yaitu tahap persiapan, tahap perencanaan, tahap pelaksanaan, tahap analisis dan refleksi. Nilai  rata-rata yang dicapai setelah dilakukan pengolahan terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada siklus I adalah  50,00, sementara nilai rata-rata belajar siswa pada siklus II adalah  65,00, dan pada siklus III nilai rata-rata belajar siswa telah mencapai  77. Nilai rata-rata ini telah menggambarkan bahwa pelaksanaan pembelajaran pada setiap siklus terus mengalami kenaikan.Kata Kunci: Metode, Keterampilan Listening, Bahasa Inggris, sentence keywords, siswa, dan SMK Negeri 3 Kota Tidore Kepulauan.

Abstract

Writing personal experience essays aims to improve students' skills in conveying ideas, ideas, and vocabulary development so that students' writing skills are more focused. Therefore, learning to write needs serious attention so that students are confident to express their ideas. Based on the root of the problem, researchers try to improve students' writing skills in personal experience essays. This research method uses the type of Classroom Action Research. The research subjects were 25 students of class VII SMP Negeri 6 Ternate. The data analysis technique used was descriptive qualitative. The results of this study showed that the ability to write personal experience essays in cycle one there were 17 students in the sufficient qualification, while cycle two experienced an increase of 24 students.

Abstract

Mosque youth as the nation's successors play an important role in driving change in society through spiritual and social activities. This is what happened to the youth of the An-Nur Waikafa Mosque, South Mongoli, Sula Islands, who were successful in holding activities that directly touched the residents to increase the value of spiritual and social worship, even though they faced various challenges, such as some teenagers who were indifferent, lazy, and more tend to exhibit hedonic relationships. This research is qualitative research with a case study type using data collection techniques such as observation, interviews and documentation studies, while data analysis techniques are data reduction, data presentation, verification and drawing conclusions. The results of this research are: 1) The role of teenagers at the An-Nur Waikafa mosque in developing religious and social character such as: a) holding regular religious studies, b) fostering TPA (al-Qur’an Education Park) for children, and c) initiating the community involved in social service activities; 2) Supporting factors for the role of mosque youth are: a) the high enthusiasm of residents in participating in the success of activities held by mosque youth, and b) habituation to the culture of religious discussion among teenagers which has been established for a long time. The factors inhibiting the role of mosque youth include: a) the lack of enthusiasm among some teenagers to get involved due to the encouragement of a lazy, indifferent attitude and a more hedonistic style, b) lack of support from residents in the form of financial assistance to make the mosque prosperous.

Abstract

This research was motivated by students' lack of interest in reading and awareness of the importance of literacy and literacy only because it was requested or ordered by the teacher. The aims of this research were 1) to find out the role of Civics teachers in cultivating the literacy movement in students of SMP Negeri 2 Kota Ternate, 2) knowing the factors that support and hinder the school literacy movement in students. This research is a qualitative descriptive study using the case study method and the subjects of the research are the principal, Deputy Head of Student Affairs, Class VIII PPKn Teachers and Grade VIII students. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques using data reduction, data presentation and conclusion/verification. The results of this study indicate that (1) PPKn teachers always give firm encouragement to students to be literate, asking students to read and make summaries by carrying out literacy 15 habits in class for each subject (guided literacy), asking students to read first at home before going to school (cultural literacy), Encourage students to take advantage of their free time so that they are always in class to read ( literacy continuity ), as well as in reading areas that have been provided by the school. (2) There are supporting and inhibiting factors for the School Literacy Movement for students of SMP Negeri 2 Kota Ternate, the supporting factors are that the facilities for literacy are available, the implementation of literacy has been carried out by the teacher through habituation of reading and writing literacy to students, there are books in every reading corner in the classroom and in the library. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factor is the lack of motivation of students to be literate and only literate when instructed by the teacher, and there is one area of literacy that is rarely used.Keywords: PPKn Teachers, GLS Culture, Students

Abstract

The independent curriculum is a way to answer the challenges of education that occur due to the post-pandemic education crisis. The curriculum of the learning process is the lack of discipline of teachers in carrying out the learning process in the classroom. For example, often late to class and not preparing teaching materials such as lesson plans and syllabuses during the learning process. This is related to the lack of understanding of teachers about the process of making teaching materials such as lesson plans and syllabuses. This research method uses a descriptive research type through a qualitative approach. Qualitative research is a descriptive research by analyzing through an inductive approach. This study emphasizes the theoretical basis which functions to be the focus of research when in the field. The place of this research will be carried out at SMA Negeri 6 Kota Ternate. The time of implementation of this research was carried out for six months from March to August 2024. The subjects of this research were the Principal, Vice Principal for Curriculum, Vice Principal for Student Affairs, and Teachers. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the independent curriculum implemented in SMA Negeri 6 Kota Ternate is still relatively new for teachers and students, related to the implementation of the independent curriculum, many students and teachers are still confused about the implementation of the independent curriculum. One of them is in the PPKn subject. Therefore, teachers must know more about the implementation of the independent curriculum in the learning process at school. Teachers must also understand that the assessment, teaching modules and other components in the independent curriculum with the 2013 curriculum are very different. The independent curriculum is a form of improvement of the 2013 curriculum, of course, there are many responses from several parties, teachers, students, and parents. From several related parties, there are some who support and there are also many who complain about the changes in the independent curriculum that have been implemented.

Abstract

The research background analyzes the implementation of humanistic theory in forming the character of student responsibilities in schools. The implementation of learning activities certainly does not immediately start teaching and learning activities, but teachers and students must pay attention to class cleanliness so that students will get used to having a responsible attitude towards the environment and surroundings and after it initiates the learning process, the research objectives are (1). Knowing how to implement humanistic theory in shaping the character of the responsibilities of students at SMP Negeri 57 Halmahera Selatan, (2). Knowing what factors influence the implementation of humanistic theory in shaping the character of the responsibilities of students at SMP Negeri 57 Halmahera Selatan. Research method The research method used is descriptive qualitative research with the case study method, the location of this research was conducted at SMP Negeri 57 Halmahera Selatan .         Based on the research results it can be concluded that: (1). For teachers, the results of this study can be a basis for teachers in optimizing the implementation of humanistic theory in shaping the character of students' responsibilities at SMP Negeri 57 Halmahera Selatan. (2). For schools, it is hoped that they can evaluate the implementation of humanistic theory in shaping the character of the responsibilities of students at SMP Negeri 57 Halmahera Selatan, in teaching and learning activities so that they run optimally. (3). For future researchers, this research can be explored further and adapted to the context of the schools studied to develop the implementation of humanistic theory in shaping the character of students' responsibilities at SMP Negeri 57 Halmahera Selatan.

Abstract

The main function of language is to communicate. Communication is carried out by humans who are social creatures. Humans as social creatures are always required to interact with other humans. Humans are creatures created to live in contact with other people. The interaction process requires tools to communicate with other individuals. On the basis of this, what is called language variation then emerged.Language variation itself arises because of the social interaction process of various language actors. Language is one of the ghost tools to interact with other humans. All ideas, ideas, and intentions of the speaker are conveyed through language. The characteristics of language variation that occur due to differences in usage include lexicogrammatical, phonological, indicator features in the form of certain word forms, certain grammatical markers, or even phonological markers that function to give signs to language actors that this is the intended register. These markers or characteristics also distinguish one register from another.Language variations regarding their use, usage, or function are called functionalolects. These variations usually discuss the use of style, or level of formality, and means of use. The language variations used vary according to the needs and requirements in their respective fields. For example in the fields of literature, education, military, journalism, economics, trade, and others.

Abstract

Early marriage is a social phenomenon that often occurs in many countries, including Indonesia. The phenomenon of early marriage is like an iceberg, but in reality, if we trace the history of early marriage, there are certainly many causes. In fact, there are extramarital marriages carried out by the younger generation and this often occurs due to economic problems, level of education, cultural practices and loss of religious values. There is a negative stigma against women who marry at an early age. Marriage is a strong bond to become a sakinah, mawaddah and rahmah family, which is structured according to legal principles, both Islamic law and state law. Marriage law regulates the limits on those who may marry, material requirements, and age limit provisions contained in Law Number 1 of 1974 concerning Marriage as amended by Law Number 16 of 2019. This article will discuss official marriage in Islamic law.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana efektivitas pemberdayaan dana desa dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat desa jiko kecamatan mandioli selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori Matland untuk mengetahui efektivitas dana desa, yaitu tepat kebijakan, tepat pelaksanaan, tepat target, tepat lingkungan serta tepat proses. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif yang dilaksanakan di  Desa Jiko Kecamatan Mandioli Selatan secara khususnya. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, mengkaji dokumen dan arsip, serta observasi. Validitas  data  menggunakan  triangulasi  sumber.  Teknik  analisis  data menggunakan model analisis interaktif.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa, efektivitas pemberdayaan dana desa Jiko dinilai tepat. Dari “lima tepat” menurut Matland, diperoleh hasil bahwa; Tepat Kebijkan, dengan adanya kebijakan dana desa masyarakat Jiko telah menerima dan menikmati manfaatnya. Yakni akses masyarakat Desa jiko dalam sehari-hari lebih mudah. Tepat Pelaksanaan, bahwa pemerintah desa Jiko telah melakukan kerjasama yang baik dengan masyarakat, pemerintah kota/kabupaten dan pihak swasta. Tepat Target, bahwa pemberdayaan yang dilakukan telah sesuai dengan target di APBDes. Tepat Lingkungan, koordinasi yang dilakukan pemerintah desa Jiko dengan masyarakat dan pemerintah kota/kabupaten telah baik. Serta di lingkungan eksternal  kebijakan  media  massa  telah  memberikan  infomasi  terkait pembangunan-pembangunan di Desa Jiko. Sedangkan di Tepat Proses, Pemerintah kabupaten/kota, kecamatan hingga desa sudah memahami maksud dan tujuan pemberdayaan Dana Desa. Pemberdayaan Dana Desa ini diterima dan dilaksanakan sesuai dengan tujuan dari pemberdayaan dana desa. Kata Kunci : Efektivitas, Dana Desa, Kesejahteraan

Abstract

The mining issue in North Moluccas has given rise to legal issues which have a negative impact on the economic and investment climate. Mining problems include forest destruction, environmental pollution, land grabbing, illegal mining, permits that are not in accordance with their intended use, and land clearing issues with miners, which then give rise to conflicts of interest with the state and local communities. These issues have been demands of society for a long time, but have not been fulfilled and resolved by the company or the government. So that conflict increases from people's attitudes of protesting to resistance. There are several factors that influence this, namely; first, the factor of centralism in mining resource policy making in the government, where the community and local government are only the recipients and implementers of the policy. Second, mining company programs towards community empowerment, namely the company's lack of concern for the social environment, especially regarding compensation related to the welfare of local communities. The results of the research show that there are issues that cause the community to protest against the mining concession policy, namely: first, the neglect of the rights of local communities in the form of compensation during mining exploitation, second, the discriminatory treatment of mining companies in the labor recruitment process. local; and third, there is post-mining environmental destruction in protected forest areas in mining areas.
