Abstract

AbstrakPendidikan merupakan suatu kebutuhan yang mutlak diperlukan bagi setiap insan manusia, sebab tanpa pendidikan sama sekali, maka mustahil bagi seorang pribadi atau sekelompok masyarakat mengalami perkembangan menuju cita-cita untuk maju, hidup sejahtera dan bahagia. Kegiatan proses belajar mengajar di sekolah merupakan kegiatan inti yang sangat penting. Sekolah merupakan lembaga yang mengelola dan mengatur segala potensi untuk mencapai tujuan pendidikan. Namun tidak cukup hanya sekolah yang berperan untuk untuk mewujudkan tujuan pendidikan. Kerjasama antara sekolah dengan masyarakat dan juga orangtua dengan peserta didik merupakan hal yang sangat penting. Abstract

This research is A Classroom Action Research held at SMP Negeri 4 Sipoholon in Academic Year 2018/2019. The problem of the research is; Does experiential outdoor activities significantly improve the students’ vocabulary achievement of the eight grade students at SMP Negeri 4 Sipoholon? And the objective is to find out whether experiential outdoor activities significantly improve the students’ vocabulary achievement. The subject of the research is 20 students of the eight grade students of SMP N. 4 Sipoholon in academic year 2018/2019. This research was only acted in one cycle in which, that in pre-test there was not student who got good and very good interpretation yet there are one who was fail and 8 students who were poor, in the minimum criterion used in the school is 70, so the researcher concluded that based on the students’ pre-test score they are fail. In fact based on the data analysis of the post-test that there are 11 students who got very good (80 – 100) and 9 students got good (66 – 79), and none of the students got fair (56-65), poor (40-55), and fail (39). It means all the students passed the minimum criterion applied in that school. On the other hand, it can be concluded that experiential out-activities significantly improves the students’ vocabulary mastery. Besides, by analyzing the data through t-test, it can be concluded that the mean of students’ post test score is higher than the mean of students’ pre-test score or 78.25 55.25. In addition, p-value under df (degree of freedom) is 19 or 1.729, it was found t-value has a significant different with t-table or 78.25 1.729. On the other hand, it can be said that the Ho (null hypothesis) is rejected and the Ha (alternative hypothesis) is accepted, in which there is a significant improvement of students’ vocabulary achievement taught by experiential outdoor activities. Keyword: Experiential Outdoor Activities, Students’ Vocabulary Achievement

Abstract

Abstract:This study aims to determine the positive and significant influence of the family economy on the learning motivation of class IX students at SMP Negeri 2 Sipoholon, North Tapanuli Regency, for the 2019/2020 Academic Year. The population in this study amounted to 156 people. The research sample was 30% of the entire population, namely 47 people.. From the relationship test, it is known that rcount rtable or 0.289 0.823. This shows that there is a relationship between variable X and variable Y. From the significant correlation test, the value of tcount ttable (n-2) = (47-2) = 45 for = 0.05, namely 2.02 2.01, shows that there is a significant relationship between variable X and variable Y. Testing the regression equation Y over X obtained the regression equation Y =10.69+0.96 X. The magnitude of the influence of family economy on learning motivation of grade IX students of SMP Negeri 2 Sipoholon Tapanuli Regency North of the 2019/2020 school year is r2 x 100% = 0.0836 x 100% = 8.36%. While 91.64% is influenced by other factors. From the significant test, it was obtained that fcount ftable, namely 4.28 4.06. This means that the family economy has a positive and significant effect on the learning motivation of class IX students of SMP Negeri 2 Sipoholon, North Tapanuli Regency, for the 2019/2020 school year.Keywords: motivation to learn, family economic influence, the influence of family economy on learning motivation.Abstrak:Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh positif dan signifikan ekonomi keluarga terhadap motivasi belajar siswa kelas IX SMP Negeri 2 Sipoholon Kabupaten Tapanuli Utara Tahun Ajaran 2019/2020. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 156 orang. Sampel penelitian adalah 30% dari seluruh populasi yaitu 47 orang. Hal ini memperlihatkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara variabel X dan variabel Y. Dari uji signifikan korelasi diperoleh nilai thitung ttabel (n-2) = (47-2) = 45 untuk α = 0,05 yaitu 2,02 2,01, menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara variabel X dan variabel Y. Pengujian persamaan regresi Y atas X diperoleh persamaan regresi  Besarnya pengaruh ekonomi keluarga terhadap motivasi belajar siswa kelas IX SMP Negeri 2 Sipoholon Kabupaten Tapanuli Utara tahun pelajaran 2019/2020 sebesar r2 x 100% = 0,0836 x 100%= 8,36 %. Sedangkan 91,64% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Dari uji signifikan diperoleh fhitung ftabel yaitu 4,284,06. Artinya ekonomi keluarga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar siswa kelas IX SMP Negeri 2 Sipoholon Kabupaten Tapanuli Utara tahun pelajaran 2019/2020.Kata kunci: motivasi belajar; pengaruh ekonomi keluarga, pengaruh ekonomi keluarga terhadap motivasi belajar.

Abstract

Discipline is very important because discipline plays a role in creating disciplined and productive employees. Discipline means carrying out its responsibilities in accordance with office regulations, thus employees will become more productive and able to work effectively and efficiently. One of the factors that affect the discipline of work is the example of the leader, the example of the leader is very instrumental in determining the discipline of employees, because the leadership is used as an example and role model by his subordinates. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of leadership on work discipline. This research was included in associative-quantitative research, which was research that connects two or more variables to see the influence between variables through hypothesis testing. In this study, researcher gave five alternative answers to respondents using a scale of one to five. The population in this study was employees at the Office of Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises, Industry and Trade of North Tapanulli Regency as many as 30 people under the leadership of echelon 3. The R Square value of 0.744 means that 7.44% of employee work disciplinary variables (Y) can be explained by leadership (X). While the remaining 25.6% can be explained by other variables that were not studied in this study. Based on the results of the analysis of this study where the leadership plays a role in the discipline of employees' work, this is because good leadership is one of the important factors in the process of disciplining employees' work. Leadership can affect employee discipline and result in the form of work requirements that employees will carry out. If the leadership in the company or organization is good and has the ability to influence or control its employees in carrying out office tasks then the work discipline will be improved as expected by the company.

Abstract

This study discusses the influence of law enforcement with the paradigm of Pancasila in addressing the action of the funeral of the dead bodies exposed to Covid-19. Rejection of the funeral of the body of the victim Covid-19 is contrary to the perspective of the law and also Pancasila. Law No. 4 of 1984 on the infectious disease outbreak clearly said that the act of disrupting the plague prevention efforts was contrary to the law and imposed criminal sanctions. While from the perspective of Pancasila, it can be seen that the funeral rejection Act Covid – 19, including into acts contrary to the values of Pancasila. Apart from being an ideology of state, Pancasila is also the source of any source of law of the country as listed in article 2 of the Law number 12 year 2011 concerning the establishment of legislation. The disapproval of the funeral of the Covid-19 bodies is contrary to the law and human rights as contained in Indonesia's legislation as in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights. The influence of law enforcement is certainly a very important factor in the enforcement and strengthening of values that correspond to the paradigm of PancasilaBAHASA INDONESIA ABSTRACT: Penelitian ini membahas tentang Pengaruh Penegakan Hukum dengan Paradigma Pancasila dalam menyikapi tindak penolakan Pemakaman Jenazah yang terpapar Covid -19. Tindakan penolakan Pemakaman jenazah dari korban Covid - 19 merupakan hal yang bertentangan dari perspektif hukum dan juga Pancasila. Undang-undang Nomor 4 tahun 1984 tentang Wabah Penyakit Menular jelas mengatakan bahwa tindakan yang mengganggu upaya penanggulangan wabah adalah bertentangan dengan hukum dan dikenakan sanksi Pidana. Sedangkan dari perspektif  Pancasila dapat dilihat bahwa Tindakan Penolakan Pemakaman Jenazah Covid – 19, termasuk ke dalam perbuatan yang bertentangan dengan nilai-nilai Pancasila. Selain sebagai Ideologi negara, Pancasila juga merupakan sumber dari segala sumber Hukum negara seperti yang tercantum di dalam pasal 2 Undang-undang Nomor 12 Tahun 2011 tentang Pembentukan Peraturan Perundang-undangan. Tindakan penolakan pemakaman jenazah Covid -19 merupakan perbuatan yang bertentangan dengan Hukum dan Hak Asasi manusia sebagaimana yang terdapat di dalam Peraturan Perundang-undangan di Indonesia seperti di dalam Deklarasi Universal Hak Asasi Manusia, Kovenan Internasional Hak-hak Sipil dan Politik. Pengaruh penegakan Hukum tentunya menjadi faktor yang sangat penting dalam penegakan dan penguatan kembali nilai-nilai yang sesuai dengan paradigma Pancasila.

Abstract

Abstract:The purpose of this paper is to find out how the ability of PAUD teachers in learning methods of learning while playing to increase interest in learning PAUD children. PAUD teachers' abilities include social skills, object-playing abilities and role abilities. Teachers must also have the ability to psychologically need PAUD children. With interest in learning, PAUD children have good character knowledge. The research method used is a quantitative method, by analyzing several literatures.Keywords: learning methods, PAUD, covid-19 pandemic Abstrak:Tujuan dari penulisan ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana kemampuan  guru PAUD dalam metode pembelajaran belajar sambal bermain untuk meningkatkan minat belajar Anak PAUD. Kemampuan guru PAUD mencakup kemampuan bersosial, kemampuan bemain benda dan kemampuan peran. Guru juga harus memiliki  kemampuan kebutuhan psikologi anak PAUD. Dengan minat belajar, anak PAUD memiliki pengetahuan karakter yang baik. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menemukan kontribusi pertumbuhan kerohanian terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar. Pertumbuhan rohani adalah satu aspek kehidupan yang menyeluruh dari diri seseorang yang beriman pada Tuhan. Meliputi perilaku, ucapan dan pikiran seseorang, termasuk hasil belajar. Kerohanian berhubungan dengan bagaimana cara seseorang berinteraksi dengan sesamanya. Di sisi lain siswa yang sedang belajar mempunyai keinginan untuk memperoleh hasil belajar yang memuaskan. Sedangkan secara umum, khalayak memahami bahwa untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar dibutuhkan usaha dan perhatian yang besar khususnya mempelajari subjek-subjek pelajarannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan menyebar angket untuk menghimpun data. Skala Likert digunakan untuk memberikan range penilaian atas hasil pengumpulan data. Hasilnya penelitian menunjukkan adanya kontribusi pertumbuhan kerohanian terahadap hasil belajar. Karena itu hipotesis adanya kontribusi yang berarti antara pertumbuhan kerohanian terhadap hasil belajar PAK siswa diterima. Karena itu diharapkan adanya sinergi antara Guru-Sekolah-Gereja-Orangtua untuk menopang pertumbuhan rohani siswa secara berkesinambungan. Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the constraints at pandemic 19 in Tapanuli Utara . This type of research was descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques are done by interviewing and filling out questionnaires online. Analysis of the data used in this study are data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The results showed that the constraints experienced by teachers during pandemic 19 were learning applications, internet networks and devices, learning management, assessment, perception’s parent, develop interest student,   and supervision.

Abstract

Abstract:this Research Target is to know the Understanding Relation About Denominasi Church with the Storey;Level of Reconciliation Intern f Student of Prodi PAK IAKN Tarutung 2019. this Research hypothesizing there are relation which are positive and signifikan between Understanding About Denominasi Church with the Storey;Level of Reconciliation of Intern Student. This Research use the descriptive quantitative method inferensial, with the population all student of semester of IX Prodi PAK amounting to 175 people by sampel amount to 44 people. Data collected with the enquette closed, and have been tested the validity and reliability. Result of data analysis indicate that there are relation which posiitif and signifikan between Understanding About Denominasi Church with the Storey;Level of Reconciliation of Intern of Student of Prodi PAK IAKN Tarutung 2019 matter is proved by rcountrtable equal to 0,665 0,297 and tcount ttable that is 5,776 2,021 and also the level of relation equal to 44,22% its meaning is Ho refused and Ha accepted.Keywords: Denominasi Church, Reconciliation InternAbstrak:Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Hubungan Pemahaman Tentang Denominasi Gereja dengan Tingkat Kerukunan Intern Mahasiswa Prodi Pendidikan Agama Kristen Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan Kristen Institut Agama Kristen Negeri Tarutung 2019. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif inferensial, dengan populasi seluruh mahasiswa semester IX Prodi PAK yang berjumlah 175 orang dengan sampel berjumlah 44 orang. Data dikumpulkan dengan angket tertutup, dan telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang posiitif dan signifikan antara Pemahaman Tentang Denominasi Gereja dengan Tingkat Kerukunan Intern Mahasiswa Prodi Pendidikan Agama Kristen Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan Kristen Institut Agama Kristen Negeri Tarutung 2019 hal ini dibuktikan rhitungrtabel sebesar 0,665 0,297 dan thitung ttabel yaitu 5,776 2,021 serta besarnya hubungan sebesar 44,22% artinya Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima.Kata Kunci: Denominasi Gereja, Kerukunan Intern

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship and magnitude of Christian religious teacher’s integrity in carrying out their duties and responsibilities to students of SMP Negeri 2 Lintongnihuta. The number of samples here was 129 students. Data was collected by means of a questionnaire using descriptive analysis. The results showed that there was an effect of Christian religious teacher integrity in carrying out duties and responsibilities to students. This research was analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistical data analysis techniques with the following steps: (1) The relationship test found that rcount r table was 0.621 0.349. It can be concluded that there is a positive relationship between the Integrity of Christian religious Teachers with Duties and Responsibilities, (2) The significant test of the relationship shows that tcount t table is 4.338 2.042. Based on the results of this study, teachers of religious education must have integrity that greatly influences a person in carrying out their duties and responsibilities regularly, consistently, honestly, in accordance with the professional ethics code for Christian religious teachers. As result, student interest and motivation will increase.
