Abstract

This study aims to determine the content, structure, and linguistic elements in the novel The Perfect World of Miwako Sumida by Clarissa Goenawan; knowing the feminist literary criticism found in the novel The Perfect World of Miwako Sumida by Clarissa Goenawan as an alternative teaching material in learning Indonesian at the high school level. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques used include writing and reading techniques. The research results are: first, the content, structure, and linguistic elements contained in the novel The Perfect World of Miwako Sumida by Clarissa Goenawan have been fulfilled. This can be proven because there are stories, abstract structures, orientations, complications, evaluations, resolutions, and coda. In the novel there are also intrinsic elements in the form of characters, characterizations, plot, setting (place, time, atmosphere), point of view, and message. In the novel there are also linguistic rules in the form of the use of direct sentences, past sentences, material verbs, mental verbs, temporal conjunctions, and adjectives. Second, feminist literary criticisms contained in the novel The Perfect World of Miwako Sumida by Clarissa Goenawan have been fulfilled. This can be proven, because there is gender marginalization, gender subordination, gender stereotypes, gender violence, and gender workload. Third, the feasibility of the results of the analysis to be utilized as teaching materials. Based on these results the researcher concluded that, some of the findings in this analysis can be used and utilized for learning materials because they are in accordance with the demands of an independent curriculum or in accordance with Learning Outcomes.

Abstract

Problem in this research ability language, especially the ability to master letters has not yet developed compared to other capabilities. Children look difficult at times name the letter symbols. So that tesearchers provide a solution by carrying out letter drying activities in the hope that it will make it easier for children to master language, especially the ability to recognize letters. The purpose of this research is to find out how the application of letter drying activities can improve the ability to recognize letters in group B children at Karya Banri kindergarten, Bulukumba Regency.this research is a class action research with quantitative descriptive data analysis and data collection techniques through observation an documentation. The subject of this research is group B kindergaerden of Karya Banri Bulukumba regency totalling 20 children. The results of the study showed that in the first cysle as a whole only reached 62,9% which met the sufficient criteria. While the re-doing of research in the second cycle as a whole has reached 75,5% and has met the good criteria and is at the level of ability to develop according to expectations.

Abstract

The study aims to determine whether there is an influence on the use of Role Playing models in reading skills Indonesian elementary school and differences in students' reading skills before and after the Role Playing model is given. The subjects of this study were class III-A students as an experimental class and class III-B as a control class at SDN 020 Lengkong Besar Bandung. Types of quasi-experimental research with data collection techniques are pretes, posttes and non-test techniques. The results showed: (i) There is an influence on the reading skills of students, which can be seen based on the average data of posttes results which show higher scores than the average pretes scores, with an average posttes score of 83.33 while the average pretes score is 57.08. As the end of the study, the advice that can be given to school principals is expected to make these results as material for learning evaluation. Teachers are expected to be able to choose and develop appropriate and varied learning models and methods. For students, it is expected to be more active in learning. For further researchers, it is expected to be able to conduct further research by developing other aspects in it that affect the reading skills of students.

Abstract

Difficulties in writing are difficulties in the process of writing and spelling which involve physical aspects in expressing the results of expressions, thoughts, feelings, and ideas in written form. This study aims to determine the writing difficulties experienced by third grade students at SDN Cimone 5 Tangerang City. This study used a qualitative descriptive method using data collection techniques in the form of writing test tests, interviews with students and teachers, observation and documentation. Checking the validity of the data using triangulation. Data were analyzed through the steps of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Respondents in this research amounted to 6 people, namely 1 teacher and 5 students from grade 3. Based on the results of the research that was too slow in writing, wrong direction in writing letters and numbers, too skewed, inconsistent spacing between letters, dirty writing, imprecise in following horizontal lines, the shape of letters or numbers is illegible, the pencil pressure is not right (too thick or too thin), the size of the writing is too big or too small, and the shape is upside down can affect students' difficulties in writing

Abstract

This study is entitled The Role of Teachers in Improving the Motivation of Grade IV Students at SDN Sudimara 6 Ciledug Tangerang City. The purpose of this study was to determine the Role of Teachers in Improving the Motivation of Grade IV Students at SDN Sudimara 6 Ciledug Tangerang City. This research uses descriptive and qualitative research. The subjects in this study were grade IV homeroom teachers. This research was conducted at SDN Sudimara 6 in 2023. The data collection techniques used in this research are observation, interview, and documentation techniques. Data analysis techniques used in this research are data reduction techniques, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the research that has been done show that the role of the teacher as a demonstrator is that the homeroom teacher IV teaches the material in accordance with the ATP and syllabus. The role of the teacher as a classroom manager is to ensure that the homeroom teacher IV knows the situation and is able to handle students while in class. The role of the teacher as a mediator or facilitator is that the homeroom teacher IV adjusts the media from the lesson plan. The role of the teacher as evaluator is to ensure that the homeroom teacher has provided authentic assessment and collected data from the results of summative evaluation, formative evaluation, and daily assessment. The role of the teacher as a motivator is that the homeroom teacher IV provides learning encouragement to students by telling inspirational stories.

Abstract

The use of social media TikTok can cause addiction which can affect children's moral behavior. Due to the existence of video content that is less educational. This study aims to analyze the impact of social media use TikTok and the moral behavior of fifth grade students at SDN Sumberjo. Moral behavior is behavior that is in accordance with the rules and values ​​in the society where the individual lives. The research method used is a qualitative method with a case study approach. This research will be conducted in class V SDN Sumberjo, Ngawen Blora. Collecting data in this study is observation, interviews, and documentation. Validity test using source triangulation. Data analysis techniques using data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results of this study conclude that TikTok social media has a positive impact, namely as a means for entertainment media, encouragement to make creative videos so that they are famous, can add to relationships and also have negative impacts such as losing track of time and speaking more impolite or impolite words. have courtesy to elders. With social media, TikTok greatly influences the moral behavior of fifth graders at SDN Sumberjo. Many children follow the trendy style on social media TikTok, such as imitating the pargoy sway, imitating impolite words with the names of animals. This of course requires supervision in its use, so that the character and manners in the child are maintained and moral.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Literasi lingkungan merupakan suatu keterampilan yang harus dimiliki oleh manusia untuk memahami serta memaknai pentingnya akan lingkungan. Literasi lingkungan perlu diajarkan pada peserta didik sejak dini, dengan tujuan peserta didik bisa mengerti, memahami, mempraktikkan dikehidupan sehari-hari. Dengan kemampuan literasi lingkungan yang dimiliki oleh peserta didik, peserta didik diharapkan mampu menyelesaikan permasalahan sehari-hari yang berkaitan dengan literasi lingkungan dengan baik. Diera pembelajaran abad 21, dunia pendidikan tidak bisa lepas dari Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK). Untuk meningkatkan Literasi Lingkungan siswa sekolah dasar, peneliti menggunakan media pembelajaran video interaktif IPA yaitu aplikasi Canva For Education. Media canva for education dinilai tepat dan mudah untuk dioperasikan oleh guru dan peserta didik. Guru hanya perlu membuat dan mendisain materi pembelajaran di aplikasi canva for education, sedangkan peserta didik tidak perlu mengunduh aplikasi canva for education. Untuk proses pembelajaran menggunakan aplikasi canva sangatlah mudah, guru bisa membagikan link canva yang sudah dibuat kepada peserta didik. Setelah mendapatkan link, peserta didik bisa mengoperasikan sendiri dengan mudah. Canva for education bisa dioperasikan melalui HP, Laptop, Croombook ataupun gadged. Dengan catatan alat-alat TIK tersebut terkoneksi dengan internet. Dengan kemudahan aplikasi canva for education, diharapkan media pembelajaran video interaktif IPA mampu meningkatkan litersi lingkungan siswa sekolah dasar. Abstract

Education for children is the basis for forming children's behavior and attitudes, the learning provided is expected to be able to develop all aspects of their development, especially in the social-emotional aspects of children, because the education given to children determines how the child's future will be in the future. This study aims to determine the use of the singing method for the social and emotional attitudes of the first graders of SD N 2 Hadipolo. Social attitude is a person's awareness to behave in a certain way and in a certain environment towards social objects. This attitude is also not only expressed by oneself but also noticed and expressed by people in their environment. Emotional attitude is every state in a person that is accompanied by an affective color both at a weak (superficial) level and at a broad (deep) level. In this study, researchers will analyze the use of the singing method for social emotional attitudes of grade I SD N 2 Hadipolo students. The singing method is a way to communicate with students so that the learning process in class is more effective, therefore the singing method is very necessary in the teaching and learning process. The approach in this study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques that researchers use are observation data, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis used in this research is data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Fakhrozi, NPM: 19520012.”Pengembangan Bahan Ajar Teks Fabel dengan Memanfaatkan Gambar Berseri yang Bermuatan Pendidikan Karakter untuk Siswa Kelas 7 SMP Kabupaten Demak.” Tesis. Pembimbing: (1) Prof. Dr. Harjito, M. Hum.; (2) Dr. Ika Septiana, M.Pd. Sekolah sebagai lembaga pendidikan formal mengemban amanat pendidikan yang sangat besar. Sekolah juga sebagai garda terdepan dalam proses pendidikan selalu berupaya untuk menanamkan nilai-nilai karakter. Salah satu pendukung keberhasilan pendidikan dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai karakter adalah melalui bacaan teks fabel. Teks fabel menyajikan gambaran kehidupan dengan tokoh-tokoh berkarakter yang pantas diteladani. Peserta didik diajak untuk menelaah cerita tersebut dengan baik. Menghayati pesan-pesan yang terkandung di dalam cerita, kemudian meneladani perilaku tokoh-tokoh sebagai bentuk manifestasi keteladanan yang dapat diterapkan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Buku teks pelajaran yang selama ini dipakai dalam pembelajaran yang memuat cerita fabel dirasakan masih kurang. Untuk itu, diperlukan bahan ajar teks fabel yang memuat nilai-nilai pendidikan karakter. Bahan ajar ini dipakai sebagai bahan ajar pendamping, agar ada referensi tambahan bagi guru dan peserta didik di sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan hasil analisis kebutuhan guru dan peserta didik di Kabupaten Demak terhadap bahan ajar teks fabel dengan memanfaatkan gambar berseri yang bermuatan Pendidikan karakter dan mendeskripsikan prototipe bahan ajar teks fabel tersebut. Penelitian menggunakan desain penelitian pengembangan (research and development) model Borg dan Gall. Populasi penelitian adalah peserta didik SMP kelas VII Kabupaten Demak dengan sampel peserta didik kelas VII di SMP Negeri 1 Mijen Demak. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan angket dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peserta didik membutuhkan bahan ajar teks fabel yang bermuatan nilai-nilai karakter sebagai bahan ajar pendamping dalam pembelajaran bahasa dan satra Indonesia. Berdasarkan data hasil angket dan wawancara pada guru dan peserta didik bahwa bahan ajar “Meneladani Karakter dari Tokoh Cerita Fabel” ini mendapat komentar layak. Begitu juga penilaian oleh validator dinyatakan prototipe bahan ajar ini layak untuk digunakan dalam pembelajaran. Validator memberikan nilai 79,99. Saran yang direkomendasikan, bagi guru pengampu mata pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia dapat menggunakan bahan ajar ini untuk menumbuhkan keteladanan dari nilai-nilai karakter yang diemban para tokoh dalam cerita, bagi peserta didik dapat mengambil dan menerapkan nilai-nilai karakter yang positif dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, dan bagi peneliti lain dapat mengembangkan penelitian yang sejenis untuk uji efektifitas bagan ajar. Kata kunci: bahan ajar, fabel, nilai-nilai karakter.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Budi Jatmiko. 2023: “Pengembangan Media Pembelajaran Berbasis Android Untuk Meningkatkan Motivasi Belajar Dan Pemahaman Konsep IPA Siswa Kelas VI Sekolah Dasar: (1) Dr. Aryo Andri Nugroho, M.Pd., (2) Dr. Ngatmini, M.Pd., Tujuan penelitian pengembangan ini untuk mengetahui kevalidan, kepraktisan, dan keefektifan media pembelajaran berbasis android untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar dan pemahaman konsep IPA siswa kelas VI Sekolah Dasar. Penelitian ini adalah research and development dengan desain dari Borg and Gall 6 langkah yaitu potensi dan masalah, pengumpulan data, desain produk, validasi desain, revisi produk, uji coba pemakaian skala kecil, revisi produk, uji coba pemakaian skala besar. Instrumen pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah lembar kevalidan untuk ahli dan praktisi, angket respon guru dan siswa, Instrumen ini dikembangkan berdasarkan peninjauan dosen pembimbing, penilaian dosen ahli, praktisi,dan uji coba terbatas pada siswa dan praktisi. Uji kevalidan dilakukan oleh ahli dengan nilai 92% untuk aspek materi dan 93% untuk aspek media pembelajaran yang keduanya masuk dalam kategori sangat valid. Uji kepraktisan didapatkan dari angket siswa dan guru yang dinyatakan praktis oleh siswa dengan memperoleh rata-rata nilai 88,75 masuk kategori sangat baik dan respon kepraktisan/keterbacaan praktisi oleh guru kelas memperoleh nilai 88,11 dengan kategori sangat baik. Berdasarkan penilaian teman sejawat diperoleh skor dengan interval 90 masuk kategori sangat baik. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa menurut praktisi bahwa media pembelajaran yang dikembangkan praktis digunakan dalam pembelajaran IPA. Uji keefektifan yang digunakan adalah uji paired sample t test dan n-gain. Hasil uji paired sampe t test adalah 0,000 yang artinya Nilai uji n-gain dalam penelitian ini diperoleh 0,344 dengan kategori peningkatan sedang, dan nilai uji T diperoleh Sig. 0,000. Nilai Sig. 0,000 < 0,05, maka H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima. Sehingga ada perbedaan rata-rata antara hasil belajar pretest dengan posttest yang artinya penggunaan media pembelajaran berbasis android untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar dan pemahaman konsep IPA berhasil. Hasil N-Gain adalah 0,344 masuk dalam kategori sedang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media pembelajaran berbasis android smart apps creator (SAC) yang dikembangkan terbukti valid, praktis, dan efektif sehingga sangat layak untuk digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran IPA sekolah dasar untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar dan pemahaman konsep IPA. Kata Kunci: Media Pembelajaran Berbasis Android Smart Apps Creator ,Motivasi Belajar, Pemahaman Konsep IPA.
