Abstract

This research is motivated by the results of the reading comprehension ability of class VI students who are still low. This is evidenced by the results of students' reading comprehension ability which are still below the Minimum Completeness Criteria (KKM). One of the learning methods set to overcome this problem is the CIRC method. The purpose of this study was to determine the increase in students' reading comprehension skills through the CIRC learning model. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (CAR) using the Kemmis McTaggart model, which consists of four stages, namely planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting. The research data showed an increase in the average test results and an increase in the number of students who achieved the KKM in each cycle. The average score in cycle I was 74.70 with 64.70% completeness and the average score in cycle II was 81.23% with 82.36% completeness.

Abstract

This study describes the values of character education in the children's song Kasih Ibu dan Sayang Lagi as teaching materials in elementary school grades. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods and data collection techniques used in this study are observation, interviews and documentation. The informants in this study were class I teachers and class I students at SD Negeri 88 Palembang. The results of this study indicate that students' understanding of character values in children's songs is quite good. The inhibiting factors are caused by several factors, differences in the character of each student, differences in the understanding abilities of students and students who are classified as passive. The positive impact that arises after learning the values of character education is that in addition to students knowing and memorizing the children's song entitled Love, Mother and Dear All, students also understand and understand the character values contained in the children's song. Meanwhile, the negative impact that arises after learning is that some students only just memorize the song but don't know the value of the character in the song. Abstract

ABSTRAK Rochimin, 2023. “Pengaruh Supervisi Kepala Sekolah Dan Iklim Organisasi Terhadap Motivasi Kerja Guru Sekolah Dasar Di Kecamatan Wiradesa Kabupaten Pekalongan”. Tesis. Pembimbing I Dr. Endang Wuryandini, M.Pd. dan Pembimbing II Dr. Ghufron Abdullah, M.Pd. Motivasi adalah kekuatan, baik dari dalam maupun dari luar yang mendorong seseorang untuk mencapai tujuan tertentu yang ditetapkan sebelumnya. Motivasi uga dapat diartikan sebagai proses untuk mencoba memengaruhi orang atau orang-orang yang dipimpinnya agar melakukan pekerjaan yang diinginkan, sesuai dengan tujuan tertentu yang lebih ditetapkan lebih dahulu. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) mengetahui pengaruh supervisi akademik terhadap motivasi kerja guru, (2) mengetahui pengaruh iklim organisasi terhadap motivasi kerja guru, (3) mengetahui pengaruh supervisi akademik dan iklim organisasi secara bersama-sama terhadap motivasi kerja guru Sekolah Dasar Negeri di Kecamatan Wiradesa Kabupaten Pekalongan. Populasi penelitian ini adalah guru pada 21 SDN di Kecamatan Wiradesa Kabupaten Pekalongan yang berjumlah 210 orang, sampel 137 guru yang dipilih dengan teknik proportional random sampling pada tiap sekolah. Uji validitas, reliabilitas dan analisa data diskriptif, uji regresi tunggal dan regresi ganda menggunakan program SPSS for Windows versi 23. Temuan hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) supervisi akademik pengaruh positif terhadap motivasi kerja guru sebesar 21,7% dengan persamaan regresi Ŷ= 58,504 + 0,417X1, (2) iklim organisasi pengaruh positif terhadap motivasi kerja guru sebesar 35,3% dengan persamaan regresi Ŷ= 50104 + 0,531X2, serta (3) terdapat pengaruh positif supervisi akademik dan iklim organisasi secara bersama-sama terhadap motivasi kerja guru yang sebesar 41,8% dengan persamaan regresi Ŷ = 35,512 + 0,237X1 + 0,397X2, Berdasarkan temuan di atas maka: (1) kepala sekolah mengintensifkan evaluasi hasil supervisi, (2) kepala sekolah meningkatkan pengawasan dalam kinerja guru, (3) guru meningkatkan keterlibatan dalam kegiatan sekolah.

ABSTRAK Sriyanto. 2023. "Pengembangan Instrumen Supervisi Berbasis STEM Untuk Meningkatkan Mutu Pembelajaran". Tesis. Pembimbing: (1) Dr. Sumarno, M.Pd (2) Dr. Muhtarom, M. Pd. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah (1) Bagaimana validitas instrumen supervisi pembelajaran berbasis STEM terhadap meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran di SD?, (2) Bagaimana kepraktisan instrumen supervisi pembelajaran berbasis STEM untuk meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran di SD?, (3) Bagaimana deskripsi hasil penerapan instrumen supervisi pembelajaran berbasis STEM untuk meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran di SD?. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah (1) mengetahui validitas instrumen supervisi pembelajaran berbasis STEM terhadap peningkatan mutu pembelajaran di SD, (2) mengetahui keefektifan instrumen supervisi pembelajaran berbasis STEM untuk meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran di SD, (3) mendeskripsikan hasil penerapan instrumen supervisi pembelajaran berbasis STEM di SD. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 22 Sekolah Dasar di Kecamatan Petungkriyono Kabupaten Pekalongan Jawa Tengah. Waktu penelitian adalah semester genap tahun ajaran 2022/2023. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah metode penelitian pengembangan atau Reseacrh and Development (R&D). dengan menggunakan metode pengembangan model ADDIE (Assume, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) yang bertujuan mengembangkan instrumen supervisi akademik yang berkualifikasi baik dengan memperhatikan tiga aspek kualitas yaitu valid, praktis, dan efektif. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian Ahli pembelajaran STEM diperoleh hasil instrumen supervisi dirumuskan dengan jelas dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan sekolah, indikator yang digunakan dalam instrumen supervisi dapat mengukur kinerja guru dalam menerapkan STEM. instrumen supervisi STEM yang digunakan telah memenuhi kriteria kevalidan. Berdasarkan analisis angket guru didapatkan kesimpulan instrument supervisi layak digunakan karena mencapai tujuan supervisi. Berdasarkan analisis hasil belajar siswa dengan menggunakan metode N-Gain, instrument supervisi pembelajaran berbasis STEM dapat meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran di SD pada kategori sedang. Abstract

Writing this article aims to find out the pattern of numerical learning in mentally retarded children at the Cendono Kudus State SLB, this is oriented towards "objective analysis and observation". Therefore the researcher conducted this research to discuss more deeply how students' learning patterns relate to numerical learning, whether students can follow it well or not.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of using the problem based learning model on learning outcomes and achievement of Pancasila student profiles in class IV students in the 2022/2023 academic year. In this study using a quantitative approach using a research design that is quasi-experimental (Quasi-Experimental Design). The sample of this research was class IVB which consisted of 26 students as the experimental class and class IVA which consisted of 27 students as the control class. The technique of collecting data is through a multiple choice test and a description of the material changing the form of energy and observation sheets as supporting data. The tests used are pre-test and post-test which are used as data on learning outcomes and achievement of the Pancasila student profile towards students. Data analysis techniques were carried out using validation tests, reliability tests, index difficulty level tests, and discriminatory power. Research conducted at SDN 151 Sukasenang, Bandung City, showed that the average post-test score for the experimental class was 88.23, and the average value for the control class was 86.70. By calculating using the Independent sample t-test formula using IBM SPSS Statistics 26 software, the results of the analysis show that tcount = 2.317> ttable = 2.009 and a sig value of 0.025 <0.05. That is, there are differences in the results of the post-test, it can be concluded that the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model significantly influences learning outcomes and achievement of Pancasila student profiles.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of using the problem based learning model on students' conceptual understanding and critical thinking at SDN 151 Sukasenang Bandung. This study used a quasi-experimental type of nonequivalent control group design. The population used in this study were all fifth grade students at SDN 151 Sukasuka Bandung, consisting of 55 students. The samples of this study were two groups, 28 students in class VA as the experimental class, while in class 5 B there were 27 students as the control class. In the experimental class the treatment being taught is in the form of using a Problem Based Learning model. In this study the results showed that the Problem Based Learning mode had an effect on students' conceptual understanding and critical thinking at SDN 151 Sukasuka Bandung. It can be seen from the effect size test results of 1.67 it can be said to get a large value so that it can be concluded that there is a large influence on students' critical thinking.

Abstract

The background that prompted this research was that there were still a number of students in grade IV who were still difficult to move to read so that it would affect students' literacy skills (students' low interest in reading). This was proven when students were asked by the class teacher about what they had read, but these students did not understand the contents of the reading. The purpose of this study was to analyze the literacy of fourth grade students at SDN Gayamsari 02 Semarang through comic media oriented to Pancasila student profiles. This type of research was descriptive-qualitative research using interview, observation, questionnaire and documentation methods. The subjects in this study were fourth grade students at SDN Gayamsari 02 Semarang, totaling 31 students and were processed by source and technique triangulation. The results of this study indicate that the reading literacy of fourth grade students through comic media is 70.06% good which includes literal reading skills, critical reading and creative reading. Comic media oriented to Pancasila student profiles chosen by the teacher as literacy media in class IV SDN Gayamsari 02 Semarang City can provide a positive response, namely increasing literacy skills, student activity and students' interest in reading because the text is short so it is easy to understand, contains colorful pictures, character recognition in comics and dialogue stories that make students participate imaginatively in their minds and students are directed their awareness to apply the values of the Pancasila student profile, especially on the value of being independent, critical and creative thinking. It can be concluded that comic media orientated on Pancasila student profiles can increase students' reading interest and reading literacy skills in Class IV SDN Gayamsari 02 Semarang City. Abstract

This study aims to determine the increase in painting creativity using the Finger Painting Technique for class 3 SD EL-Fitra Antapani Bandung. This research is quantitative with a Quasi Experiment Design research design. This study used two class samples, namely, the Experimental Class and the Control Class with a total of 30 students. The research instrument was in the form of practice questions, then the results of the practice questions were assessed according to creativity indicators and filled in with teacher observation sheets, observation sheets with finger painting techniques. posttest 80.93. Meanwhile, to see the difference in increasing creativity using the Gain Test between the experimental class and the control class, a significant value (2-tailed) was obtained, namely 0.004 <0.05, so H0 was rejected, namely creativity in the experimental class was better than that in the control class. The results of the analysis of data obtained from various tests can be seen that the significance value is more than 0.05 and the significance value of the Difference Test is less than 0.05. The results showed that there was an increase in students' creativity in doing painting with the Finger Pai nting technique in arts and culture subjects in grade 3 and there was a difference in the increase in creativity that occurred between the experimental class and the conventional class. Abstract

ABSTRAK One Fase Kurniawan. 2023. “Pengembangan Pembelajaran Biologi Berorientasi ESD Melalui Pengolahan Sampah Untuk Meningkatkan Kemampuan dasar Bekerja Ilmiah Siswa”. Tesis. Pembimbing: (1) Dr. Fenny Roshayanti, M.Pd.; (2) Dr. M. Syaipul hayat, M.Pd. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui tingkat kevalidan perangkat pembelajaran dan perangkat pembelajaran dapat digunakan sebagai rujukan dalam proses pembelajaran biologi berorientasi sustainable development. Subjek penelitian adalah praktisi pendidikan se-Kabupaten Pemalang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Research and Development menggunakan model Borg and Gorl modivikasi 6 langkah sampai tahap valiadasi praktisi. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan memberikan angket lembar validasi perangkat pembelajaran baik dalam bentuk cetak maupun dalam bentuk google form. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan terdiri atas dua teknik, teknik pertama kuantitatif berupa hasil presentase validasi perangkat pembelajaran dan teknik kedua adalah kualitatif yang berasal dari komentar dan saran validator. Hasil penelitian pengembangan perangkat pembelajaran biologi berorientasi sustainable development berpotensi meningkatkan kemampuan dasar bekerja ilmiah siswa menunjukkan bahwa hasil validasi ahli dan praktisi pendidikan secara berurutan sebagai berikut: silabus 90%, 88%; RPP 85%,84%; LKPD 78%, 80%; Modul 76%, 81% hasil validasi yang diperoleh termasuk dalam kategori sangat layak dan layak. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa perangkat pembelajaran yang dikembangkan memiliki tingkat validasi tinggi dengan kategori Valid serta bisa dijadikan sebagai rujukan pembelajaran berorientasi sustainable development.
