Abstract

The 2013 curriculum is a complement to the previous curriculum, namely KTSP. With the emergence of the 2013 curriculum, there are issues in the form of pros and cons. Writing this article aims to find out how the implementation of the 2013 curriculum in thematic-integrative learning at the elementary school level. The method used in the research is literature review by searching journals, while other sources are obtained from books, laws, and government regulations. The results obtained from this literature review are the implementation of the 2013 curriculum, the things that support the successful implementation of the 2013 curriculum, the implementation of thematic-integrative learning, and also the obstacles faced in implementing the 2013 curriculum in thematic-integrative learning in elementary schools.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaiman sikap nasionalisme siswa, upaya guru dalam menanamkan sikap nasionalisme dan kendala yang dihadapi guru dalam menanamkan sikap nasionalisme siswa di MI Nahjatul Faizin Kepohkencono Pucakwangi Kabupaten Pati. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dan pendekatan studi kasus. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sikap nasionalisme siswa sudah cukup baik namun masih ada siswa yang belum bisa menerapkan sikap nasionalisme dengan baik. Upaya yang dilakukan guru yaitu dengan kegiatan akademik seperti mengaitkan pembelajaran dengan nilai-nilai nasionalisme. Sedangkan untuk non akademik dilakukan dengan cara upacara bendera dan ekstrakurikuler. Untuk kendala yang dihadapi guru yaitu kurangnya kesadaran siswa akan sikap nasionalisme, terbatasnya waktu dan sarana prasarana.

Abstract

The problem in this study is that the concentration of students is lacking in learning activities because the teaching materials used by educators are not varied with a wide range of material descriptions which have an impact on students being less active in learning because they do not understand and master the learning material. Not in accordance with the 2013 curriculum which requires student-centered learning (student center). The aims of this study were to 1) analyze the needs of E-LKPD products, 2) determine the validity level of E-LKPD products, 3) find out the practicality of E-LKPD products. This research was conducted using a Research and Development (R&D) approach and type of research using the ADDIE development model. The subjects of this study were 25 students and two biology teachers. Data collection techniques using interviews and questionnaires. The results of this study indicate that 1) the identification of the level of need for the development of the E-LKPD is in the required qualifications, 2) The results of testing the validity of the E-LKPD teaching materials by content/material experts obtained an average total value of 95% which is in a very valid qualification and validation results by design/media experts obtained an average total score of 87% in very valid qualifications, 3) The results of the practicality test conducted on two biology tutors obtained an average total score of 99% in very practical qualifications and trials on class XI MIA 1 students consisting of 25 students obtained a total average score of 94% which is in a very practical qualification. Based on the results of this analysis it can be concluded that the teaching materials for Electronic Student Worksheets (E-LKPD) are valid and practical to use in the learning process.

Abstract

Burner adalah reaksi kimia yang cepat antara oksigen dan bahan yang dapat terbakar disertai timbulnya cahaya dan menghasilkan kalor. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di CV.Mitra Adi Busana yang beralamat di Tanah Mas No.4, Semarang Utara, Jawa Tengah. Di dalam penelitian ini menggunakan variabel bebas dan variabel terikat. Desain penelitian ini yaitu Desain eksperimen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengujian kontrol terhadap level air saat kondisi Low Water solenoid valve, dan blower akan off sehingga tidak ada bahan bakar dan udara yang masuk ke ruang bakar. perancangan sistem burner berbahan bakar solar telah bekerja sesuai dengan yang diharapkan, sistem safety pressure dan level air sudah bekerja dengan baik. Hasil kontrol pada pressure steam akan mematikan sistem pembakaran saat tekanan 2 bar, dan akan menyalakannya kembali saat tekanan 1 bar, hal ini untuk menjaga agar tekanan tang dihasilkan boiler tetap berada pada batas yang di ijinkan.Hasil kontrol level air akan mematikan sistem pembakaran saat air pada level low, hal ini untuk mengantisipasi ledakan yang disebabkan pembakaran pada pipa air yang kosong.

Abstract

Boiler atau ketel uap adalah suatu peralatan yang dioperasikan agar memproduksi uap air yang kemudian dapat digunakan sebagai sumber tenaga penggerak, pembersih, penguapan cairan ..Penelitian ini ini dilaksanakan di CV.Mitra Adi Busana yang beralamat di Tanah Mas No.4, Semarang Utara, Jawa Tengah. Di dalam penelitian ini menggunakan variabel bebas dan variabel terikat. Desain penelitian ini yaitu Desain eksperimen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengujian kontrol terhadap level air saat kondisi Low Water solenoid valve, dan blower akan off sehingga tidak ada bahan bakar dan udara yang masuk ke ruang bakar. Untuk pengujian sistem kontrol sudah sesuai yang diharapkan, sistem pengisian air umpan bekerja saat level medium dan off saat level high dan safety-safety sudah bekerja sesuai yang di harapkan yaitu pada saat air kosong sistem pembakaran tidak akan bekerja dan pada saat air mencapai level high sistem pembakaran akan bekerja kembali, pada saat pressure steam mencapai 2 bar, sistem pembakaran akan berhenti dan akan bekerja kembali pada saat tekanan 1 bar.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out the teacher's role in shaping the polite character of children at SDN 5 Mulyoharjo Jepara. This study used narrative data analysis techniques, including the stages of observation, interviews, documentation and recording, by taking the subject of class teachers and students as research subjects. The important role of the teacher is to give examples of politeness, make class agreements, and provide restitution if the child speaks impolitely. Factors inhibiting the formation of polite character can be classified; 1. Unable to control children's behavior, (2) Students who do not respect elders, (3) Student delinquency. The solution that can be done is to look at the child's family background, advise him, and get used to polite behavior in class.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of using Canva-based learning media on student learning outcomes in elementary schools. In this study using a quantitative approach with a research design that is quasi experimental (quasi experimental design). The sample in this study was the VA class, which consisted of 24 students as the experimental class and the VB class, which consisted of 22 students as the control class. Data collection techniques through tests and observations. The tests used are tests using the pre-test and post-test which are used as data on student learning outcomes. Based on the results of the study, in the experimental class, the average pre-test score of students was 50.75 and the average post-test score of students was 84.87. Whereas in the control class, the average pretest score for students was 43.32, and the average post-test score for students was 70.95. The results of the calculation test in the experimental class and control class, it can be concluded that the post test scores are greater than the pretest values, meaning that there is an increase in student learning outcomes. The researcher used an independent sample t test to find the effect of using Canva-based learning media on student learning outcomes in elementary schools. It is known that the calculated t value of 7.851 > 2.069 has a sig of 0.000 <0.05, which means that there is a significant influence on the learning outcomes of students in the experimental class and control class. Then in accordance with the decision making determined that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. So, thus the researchers concluded that the effect of using Canva-based learning media on the learning outcomes of students in elementary schools.

Abstract

This study is motivated by the low ability of students in analyzing the elements of a short story builder focusing on the plot element of the short story. This is due to the lack of variety of educators in choosing teaching methods and model. The selection of varied teaching methods and model can increase motivation and interest in learning. The purpose of this study was to assess the author's ability to plan, implement, and assess learning using the discovery learning model; assess the ability of students using the discovery learning model; assess the effectiveness of the discovery learning model in learning to analyze the plot elements of short story text; and assess the difference in the ability of the experimental class using the discovery learning model with the control class that applied the discussion method. The research approach used is a pseudo-experimental quantitative approach. The research design was pretest-posttest control group design. The data obtained, namely the pretest and posttest results of the experimental and control classes at Pasundan 1 High School Class XI. The results of this study prove that:1) the author is able to plan, implement, and assess learning by obtaining an average of 4 on planning and 3.84 on implementation; 2) the ability of students increases on the pretest average of 48 to 98.50 on the posttest; 3) discovery learning is effectively used in learning to analyze the plot of short story texts, as evidenced by the results of the Mann-Whitney test showing asymp. sig. 0.002; and 4) there are differences in the ability of students in the experimental class and control class, as evidenced by the results of the Wilcoxon test showing asymp. sig. in the experimental and control classes is 0.003. Thus, the discovery learning model is effectively used in learning to analyze the plot elements of short story text.

Abstract

This study aims to develop an educational game learning media based on the Wordwall web to arouse students' enthusiasm in participating in the teaching and learning process or when evaluating learning in mathematics content. The research method used is (research and development) or the ADDIE development method which consists of 5 stages, namely: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation. The types of data used are qualitative and quantitative. Data collection instruments in the form of validation sheets, practicality, and effectiveness. For data collection techniques used are interview techniques, observation, questionnaires and documentation. Analysis of the data used is the analysis of products developed using analysis of media validity, practicality and effectiveness of the media. Based on the development that has been carried out, the validation results of the Wordwall web-based educational game media are obtained. This validation shows that the results obtained with a percentage of 92% are in a very valid category. Practicality was assessed from the teacher's response questionnaire and the fourth grade student's response questionnaire to the Wordwall web-based educational game media as a learning media for mathematics on blocks and cubes, which obtained a percentage of 87% in the very practical category. Effectiveness is assessed from student learning outcomes. The learning outcomes of fourth grade students at SD Negeri 01 Durian Gadang who completed a percentage of 86% in the very effective category.

Abstract

In 2020-2030 an estimated 70 % of Indonesia's population of productive age. This is an opportunity that needs to be optimized through education so that it appears ecopreneurship new entrepreneurs who care about the environment in anticipation of not match jobs with people who need a job (as an employee). This paper describes the concept ecopreneurship education, the urgency of ecopreneurship education, and implementation craft-based ecopreneurship education in the curriculum of 2013. Based on the results of the study are known to still craft curriculum subjects that need to be improved because there is less and less environmentally friendly in accordance with ecopreneurship. Ecopreneurship education is the use of content-based craft subjects as substance entrepreneurship education (intra and extracurriculum) combined with the concept of environmental awareness in entrepreneurship that will produce eco-friendly crafts, eco-innovation, eco- resources, and eco- commitment.
