Akbar, Khairil. 2024. “Strategi Bauran Pemasaran SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Temanggung” Tesis. Pembimbing: (1) Dr. Nurkolis, M.M; (2) Dr. I Made Sudana, M.Pd.,IPM. Bauran pemasaran adalah seperangkat variabel terkendali untuk membentuk karakteristik jasa guna mencapai tujuan pemasaran. Tujuan pemasaran dalam lingkup pendidikan antara lain untuk meningkatkan kuantitas peserta didik pada suatu lembaga pendidikan sehingga mampu memenangkan kompetisi. Fokus penelitian ini tentang strategi bauran pemasaran di SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Temanggung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis strategi product, price, place, promotion di SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Temanggung. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif jenis deskriptif. Pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumen. Analisis data dengan empat tahap, yaitu pengumpulan data, kondensasi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Sedangkan uji keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber, triangulasi teknik, dan member check. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa (1) product, SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Temanggung menawarkan produk berupa program kelas unggulan, ekstrakurikuler/ life skill, dan prestasi peserta didik, (2) price, SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Temanggung menetapkan harga melalui musyawarah berdasarkan biaya-biaya, memberikan beasiswa Bidik Misi, dan harga pendidikan relatif lebih mahal namun seimbang dengan layanan, (3) place, lokasi SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Temanggung berada di kota dan mudah diakses dari daerah manapun, kondisi lingkungan dan bangunan aman serta nyaman, (4) promotion, SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Temanggung melakukan promosi melalui brosur, kalender, banner, baliho, pamphlet, media sosial (whatsapp, facebook, instagram), pameran dan pertunjukan, kegiatan sosial keagamaan, sosialisasi ke SMP/MTs, channel youtube, dan siaran televisi. Kesimpulan bahwa SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Temanggung melakukan strategi bauran pemasaran dengan baik sesuai tujuan pemasaran. Saran untuk sekolah agar melakukan perbaikan perencanaan dalam strategi bauran pemasaran menjadi lebih sistematis berdasarkan hasil evaluasi sebelumnya.

Abstract

This research discusses the reading corner in the implementation of the school literacy movement. In the current era, reading activities may seem very boring. Students need to be motivated to learn, and having a book corner available in the classroom can provide them with the opportunity to read. This applies to both elementary schools and madrasah ibtidaiyah, based on theoretical studies. The data obtained are from references about reading corners and the school literacy movement. The results of the theoretical study in this research indicate the existence of a reading corner that stimulates students' interest. Having a reading corner helps students appreciate their time more, gain more knowledge, and builds students' interest. Furthermore, it aims to instill noble character traits in students because the more they read, the smarter they become, which in turn leads to academic success.

Abstract

The purpose of conducting this meta-analysis is to investigate the effectiveness of utilizing Interactive PowerPoint as a learning media in enhancing problem-solving skills in elementary school mathematics education. The research methodology employed is qualitative, coupled with a meta-analysis of previously researched and still relevant journal sources. The results of this meta-analysis indicate that the use of Interactive PowerPoint media can enhance students' engagement and interest in learning materials, as well as contribute to the improvement of students' mathematical problem-solving abilities.

Abstract

Problems Students have difficulty understanding and solving problems related to adding and subtracting fractions. The reason is that students are less active and enthusiastic in participating in learning and the teaching and learning process is monotonous so that it is less varied and innovative. Therefore, this research is a PTK, the aim of this research is to find out the activities of educators, through the traditional game gobak sodor which is one option to improve the learning outcomes of class V students at SDIT Darussalam. The results of this research show that before the action was taken, only 39% of students completed their learning outcomes with an average score of 61. After the action was taken in cycle I, student learning outcomes increased to 60% with an average score of 68 and in cycle II this happened again. The percentage increase in student learning outcomes became 80% with an average score of 79. So it can be concluded that the application of the traditional game Gobak Sodor is able to help students achieve optimal learning outcomes in Mathematics.

Abstract

Mathematics learning achievement has not shown satisfactory results and students' mathematical literacy abilities are still not optimal. It is necessary to strive for learning innovation in schools with indicators of mathematical literacy and attention to students' mathematical dispositions. This research aims to determine the quality of mathematics learning using the Missouri Mathematics Project learning model with the RME approach assisted by Schoology and students' Mathematical Literacy in terms of Mathematical Disposition. This research uses a mixed methods method with a sequential explanatory design, namely collecting quantitative data then collecting qualitative data and analyzing both data. The population of this study were all seventh grade students at SMP IT Insan Scholar Semarang. Sampling in this study used random sampling techniques. The results of this research show that (1) the Missouri Mathematics Project learning with the RME approach assisted by schoolology has quality on students' mathematical literacy. (2) Students with a high mathematical disposition master the components of communication, mathematization, reasoning and argument, and Using mathematics tools very well, the components of representation, devising strategies for solving problems, and using symbolic, formal, and technical language and operations are well mastered. Students with a mathematical disposition are mastering communication, mathematization, devising strategies for solving problems and using symbolic, formal, and technical language and operations well, the components of representation, reasoning and argument and using mathematics tools quite well. Students with a low mathematical disposition can master the communication and representation components, not well, and the other five components quite well.

Abstract

This paper discusses the problems of Islamic education in the era of globalization and solutions to solve them. This research method uses library research or literature study In collecting data, the author uses a literature study which is research by collecting data from various sources such as books, journals, the internet, and other relevant sources regarding the problems of Islamic education in the era of globalization. The results of this study are: 1) Understanding the problem, 2) The meaning of Islamic Education, 3) The basics of Islamic Education, 4) The purpose of Islamic education, 5) The problems of Islamic Education in the era of Globalization, 6) Solutions to the problems of Islamic Education in the era of Globalization. The conclusion of this paper in achieving the success of Islamic education in facing the challenges of globalization requires the development of a curriculum that combines Islamic values and global learning. In addition, the use of technology in learning methods that are in line with religious principles also needs to be involved. Thus, Islamic education can face and respond to global developments with a comprehensive approach and integration between Islamic values and the development of the global world.

Abstract

Smart apps creator is an application that can be used as a learning medium. This application can contain animations, images, videos, music and other menus in one unit. This research was conducted to determine the practicality of using learning media and what the learning outcomes of students are using Android-based smart apps creators in learning, especially in Biology learning. The subjects of this research were 19 students. This research uses a type of research, namely quantitative with a pre-experimental approach, one group pretest and posttest. Research data was collected using a multiple choice test which was given twice, namely before the treatment (pretest) and after the treatment (posttest). So based on the results of data analysis, researchers know that there is an increase in students' biology learning outcomes after using the Android-based smart apps creator learning media. It can be seen from the average posttest score (78.95%) which is greater than the pretest score (50.00%), there is an increase of 28.95%. Therefore, it can be concluded that there is an influence of using Android-based smart apps creator in class X biology learning at Madrasah Aliyah Al-Hidayah Lemoa Kab. Gowa.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze classroom management skills in thematic learning on learning difficulties in class III of Abdi Sukma private elementary school and to describe the teacher's ability to manage the class according to learning topics, as well as supporting and limiting factors in classroom management. This research uses qualitative research methods with a case study type. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research. The data analysis method used by the author in analyzing existing problems is the descriptive data analysis method. The research subjects are researchers and homeroom teachers for class III of Abdi Sukma Private Elementary School, Medan Johor District and the objects in this research are students of Abdi Sukma Private Elementary School, Class III of Abdi Sukma Private Elementary School. Medan Johor District. The instruments used in this research are questionnaires, observations, interviews, documentation. Data validity by carrying out, Source Triangulation, Method or Technique Triangulation, Data Analysis Techniques, Data Collection, Data Reduction, Data Presentation or Data Display, Data Verification. The results of the research show that class teachers and teachers accompanying students who experience learning difficulties show inappropriate attitudes (social). Low student academic achievement (Academic). Difficulty making new understanding (Metacognition). Students are slow in processing something (Processing speed). Students find it difficult to interpret what they feel, hear and see (Perception). Students are less attentive and less focused on learning (Attention). There are too many less useful activities that students do so it is difficult to remember the lesson material (Memory). There are 2 factors that cause students to experience learning difficulties, namely internal and external factors. This research suggests that teachers can be more varied in implementing learning. Schools should pay attention to what things can influence the learning process. Future researchers can use the results of this research as a basis for subsequent research

Abstract

This research is a type of research and development using the ADDIE model, namely analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation. But researchers only reached development. The subjects in this research were daily number board media, class II elementary school teachers, media expert validation, material experts and the objects in this research were daily number board media in mathematics learning with addition and subtraction material, namely class II elementary school students. Quantitative data is obtained from the formula used to determine the suitability of media and materials. The data obtained is used as a reference for making revisions to the products being developed. Based on the calculations above, the results of the overall assessment of the material experts reached the instrument used to collect data, namely a questionnaire. The results of the validation of the daily number board media in mathematics learning on addition and subtraction material are that the media expert validation obtained a score of 92% with the criteria being very suitable for use and suitable for development in mathematics learning on addition and subtraction material which is very feasible, the material expert validation obtained a score of 80% with the appropriate criteria used, the teacher's response obtained a score of 67% with the criteria being suitable for use and the validation class teacher obtained a score of 100% with the criteria being very feasible. Based on the data obtained, it can be concluded that the daily number board media is very suitable for use in elementary schools

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan modul ajar berbasis etnomatematika pada materi geometri untuk siswa sekolah dasar. Modul ajar berbasis etnomatematika ini dikembangkan menggunakan metode penelitian R&D dengan model ADDIE. Validasi dilakukan oleh 3 orang ahli yaitu ahli materi, ahli media dan ahli bahasa dengan memperoleh indeks validitas Aiken’s V sebesar 0,95 (sangat valid). Uji coba siswa satu-satu diperoleh persentase rata-rata skor 90% dengan kategori sangat praktis, Uji coba terbatas diperoleh persentase rata-rata skor 95% dengan kategori sangat praktis dan respon guru didapati hasil kepraktisan sebesar 94% dengan kategori sangat praktis. Berdasarkan hasil uji validasi, uji coba siswa, serta uji respon guru, maka modul ajar berbasis etnomatematika pada materi geometri untuk siswa sekolah dasar sangat valid dan sangat praktis digunakan sebagai referensi belajar guru dan siswa.
